Asia Bistro Golden Wok in Jever

We had duck, vegetables with sweet and sour sauce, and vegetables with peanut sauce. The peanut sauce was the worst I've ever eaten. Completely flavorless. It's so easy to make a good sauce with lime, rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Here, it consisted only of peanut butter and probably milk. The food wasn't even salted. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. The sweet and sour sauce tasted like ready-made sauce. The ducks were OK.

The food tastes great, the service is very friendly. We'd love to come back. We were here again today; they even have sushi now. All I can say is, it tastes amazing, everything is freshly prepared, a dream. Thank you very much.

The people there are super nice, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is very good, hot, and served attractively. A definite recommendation.

Friendly, good, and fast service. The food was very good; the vegetables were fresh and crisp. Not overly seasoned, but that's a matter of taste. The prices are more than reasonable for the portion sizes. This proves that good food with generous portions doesn't have to be expensive. If we're ever in the area again, we'll be happy to come back.

I've been eating there regularly for years. Always lots of fresh vegetables in the food The portions are almost impossible to manage. It always tastes delicious and recently there has also been sushi. Also number 1 in the region for sushi. Others can't keep up with the price either So if you like Asian food you should definitely eat here.

Unfortunately the food was cold and totally dry… The shrimps were totally hard and the taste was very bland… It's a shame…. Sushi was quite ok!

We used to eat here often or order takeaway, but not for a long time! Tried it again today, I had duck with fried rice! I'm well aware that duck can sometimes have fat as a side dish, today I had 3/4 fat, it was just really, really bad! Sorry, that's it for us......

So far, I've only ever ordered food to be picked up, but I've never been disappointed. The taste is great as is the quantity. Friendly operation and fast service.

Atmosphere out of time. Food (No. 24) fried to death, sauce tastes like it comes from a bucket. Vegetables (peppers and carrots, onions) were still hard. Spring rolls were almost inedible. Absolutely no recommendation. And of course only cash payment, the tax office should check this in detail.

Tasty Thai food; economical price; I ordered the Chilli Hummer, it had large prawns and it was divine.

Delicious food. We were there while passing through and ate there with the family. We can recommend mango coconut sauce with chicken. Good portions for a good price!

The Asia Bistro is a little hidden. We saw it by accident. The food was very good.

At 9 p.m. I was the only guest. Food and drink were served immediately, but from 9 p.m. the clearing up begins with a loud clatter and rumble. I had "Buddha Special" vegetables which were delicious after seasoning them heavily with salt, pepper, sambal olek and soy sauce. The service is Asian fast and friendly.

I don't understand some of the bad reviews. In my opinion, these are whiners who are literally looking for a fly in the ointment. We have eaten at Asia Bistro Golden Wok three times so far and have always been very satisfied (last time on May 27th, 2024). The service was very friendly and accommodating, the food was hot, rich and, above all, tasty. The prices are moderate. Heart, what more do you want? We'd love to come back when we're in Jever. Everything is fine, thumbs up!

Very tasty and above all very, very clean and friendly

This restaurant, which is unfortunately somewhat hidden, is much more than just a fast food restaurant. We had 2 Thai dishes with warmers. The vegetables were fresh and firm to the bite, the baked duck was crispy and tender. The price is more than fair. The service is very nice and accommodating. We come from the big city of Hamburg and can recommend this restaurant.

For years we have been coming here to eat every time we visit Jever. So far it has always been tasty and filling. We'd love to come back.

The food was always very good and plentiful, and the price was always right. Last time I was unfortunately very disappointed with my food to-go. Hopefully just an exception. The ambience and service is typical of an Asian snack bar.

Ein sehr nettes, höfliches Schnellrestaurant das was wir gegessen haben war super lecker. Das Fleisch war zart die Frühlingsrolle lecker gewürzt. Die Bedienung war sehr nett.

Wir sind zum zweiten Mal im "Golden Wok" zum Essen gewesen. Die Speisen sind schön angerichtet und schmecken super lecker, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Jever sind wir wieder da.

Das Essen schmeckt wirklich gut. Auch als wir eine halbe Stunde vor Feierabend noch was bestellen wollten zum mitnehmen, wurden wir herzlich empfangen! Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig okay! Das Ambiente ist nicht besonders schön, aber nicht dreckig. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder!

Trotz Streß sehr freundlich und recht schnelle Bedienung. Essen war lecker und 30€ für 2 Personen mit Getränke nicht zu teuer. zu empfehlen auch mit Kinder kein Problem.

Jedes mal wenn wir an der Küste Urlaub machen fahren wir nach Jeva und gehen da essen. Echt zu empfehlen, sehr lecker und reichlich.

Dieses chinesische, thailändische Schnellrestaurant ist in Jever eine feste Größe und wird gerne und oft besucht. Das Restaurant ist seit 2 Jahren in neuer Hand.Nach einigen Umbauarbeiten ist das Restaurant offener und einsichtiger, das zubereiten der Speisen kann beobachtet werden. Preislich und geschmacklich ein Hochgenuss und das lädt zum verweilen ein. Werde wieder kommen, komm auch Du!

Statt weihnachtsmarkt sind wir spontan hier eingekehrt, alles frisch sauber und lecker, schneller Service, mit warmhalteplatte. Etwas mehr als ein Imbiss, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Das Essen schmeckt ganz gut. Die Menge an Soße ist gut. Bei den Hähnchen Gerichten bin ich voll und ganz zufrieden. Die Qualität der Ente hat leider in den letzten Jahren ein bisschen nachgelassen, aber das liegt wahrscheinlich mehr am Stück Fleisch an sich als an der Zubereitung. Alle sind dort sehr freundlich.
