Isn't it wonderful when people know their craft? You can absolutely rely on that here. I don't even know how long the asado has been on my "to-do" list? A good five to six years or more. So it was all the more wonderful that it finally worked out today. The Duroc pork fillet, combined with the jus, vegetables, and other ingredients, couldn't really be prepared any better. Absolutely perfectly seasoned and perfectly seasoned. And the fries! Oh, no. Fries don't quite do it justice. It's more of a product sold by a well-known chip manufacturer as Curvers. But they're definitely homemade in the asado! If not, it's the best convenience product I've ever eaten, and I'd say I've traveled a bit :) Incredibly delicious. You can hardly make better fries, so it's worth every cent! The only really minor criticism: The truffle was a bit overshadowed in both the fries and the pork jus. No drama, both products were perfectly prepared anyway. And the service even went above and beyond when asked. Full marks, and rightly so.

The food was ok. The restaurant is really nice. The younger servitricen was really a downer . She didn't get the order right from the start and we have to wait for drinks in ca 15 minutes and the food ca 30 minutes. She didn't get back to our table at all, and we ended op at the bar to pay for the dinner. On top of that, she wanted tips or paying in chash 🤔 So I guess if you get an other services it would be another outcome.

After 15 minutes of waiting, a waiter came and I was able to order food and beer. After 20 minutes, the waiter came with the beer and it took another 15 minutes before the food arrived. With that wait, expectations were high, because then the food must have been pampered. The ribeye was cooked as it could be and it was medium-rare. The sauce was very flavorful, but unfortunately there wasn't that much of it. A little more would have been fine. The potatoes with parma cheese were very delicious. The steak needed a little finishing. The two waiters were busy, and that meant that there was a lack of follow-up and focus on their part. Especially the young waiter. When you have to pay, you are asked if you want to give a 5/10/15% tip. I only give a tip if you deserve it and so it ended up with 0%. It presented some challenges for the young waiter, as that option was not immediately available.

One of the top restaurants in Hameln...very good food and drink selection, very friendly service, excellent value for money, pleasant atmosphere, beautiful location...all around very good. Highly recommended...will be back :-)

My wife and I ate at Asado in Hameln today – and we were both absolutely thrilled! The food was outstanding: fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. We were truly impressed by the Spanish dishes. The service was super friendly and attentive; we felt very comfortable from the very beginning. The ambiance is also really lovely – stylishly decorated, cozy, and with a pleasant atmosphere. For us, it was an all-around successful evening. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Asado! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Unfortunately, we arrived late for our reservation, but 12 hungry people still managed to get a table. We sat there for about 35 minutes without a drink. The delicious but modest meal arrived about 70 minutes later.

Sind zum ersten Mal gewesen , das Essen war einfach perfekt , es hat seinen Preis ,aber man hat richtig genossen ,es war perfekt , es war einfach ideal ,besser geht nicht . Aber die Kellnerin war unfreundlich . Bin mit meinem Mann gewesen , sie hat mich ausgeblendet , als wäre ich nicht existiert , warschanlich weil sie gemerkt hat ,dass ich nicht deutsch bin . Und sie hat ständig Besteck geputzt und schmiss jedes Teil ins Behälter ,es hat Krach gemacht , bestimmt eine Stunde lang . Man könnte auch geputzte Teile auf eine Serviette legen ,damit es weniger Krach macht und dann auf einmal alles ins Behälter ,aber nein ,man müsste jeden Messer oder Gabel schmeißen ,damit alle Gäste im Saal es hören können . Plus störende Geräusch,wie von einem billigen Kühlregal , mein Mann fragte was ist es ,es war irgendwelche Poliermaschine . Man saß in einem coolen Restaurant, aß köstliches Essen und hörte das Alles zu. Es hat Gefühl gegeben in eine Schulkantine zu sitzen , ich habe fast Kopfschmerzen bekommen . Als wir gingen , wir haben uns verabschiedet und ichbin wieder ausgeblendet worden ,als wäre ich ein Geist . Ich bin mir sicher ,das war unsere letzte Mal . Bei den Preisen und Niveau ich erwarte mehr Professionalität von Personal ,mindestens ,Freundlichkeit .

Four of us were there on K Friday. The ambience is very appealing. The service was very nice and on point. The food came quickly. The dishes were attractively presented, the plates were preheated and the dishes were very delicious. The burger was asked how it should be fried. The tapas were served very hot. The "French fries" are thick, planed potato slices, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. People politely asked if the table could be cleared and asked several times if everything was OK and if they still wanted drinks. All in all a successful evening.

Called and ordered a table for seven people at short notice and was greeted very warmly when we arrived. Nice service (male), had a great evening.

This restaurant offers excellent food in a very chic atmosphere! My friends are there regularly and invited me at the beginning of the week. Conclusion: great food and a warm-hearted young waitress who even knew which drinks and dishes my friends were having. In addition, she brought us a glass of water when the friend was not feeling well. That was very thoughtful. I am completely thrilled and will definitely be back!

There were a large group of us and the restaurant was moderately busy. First it took a long time until we got menus and then it took forever until we were allowed to order our drinks... the food was also a long time coming, but my steak was absolutely rare and delicious. The Parmesan fries should be more Parmesan and any dip or herb butter costs extra - unnecessary in my opinion. No one asked for new drinks during the meal, so we ended up having two beers and then leaving, annoyed. The staff was nice, but either understaffed or overwhelmed. My conclusion: you can, but you don't have to - I won't visit it a second time.

The setting is amazing. Modern but still inviting. The decor is perfect. The service was quick and accommodating. I had the El Torero burger (I think that's what it's called) and it was seriously the best burger I've ever eaten. It had the perfect ratio of meat, toppings, and sauce, and the burger itself was cooked perfectly. And the fries sealed the deal. I've never eaten such amazing truffle fries. Anyway, every time I'm in Hameln, I'm coming here. Five starts for everything.

A cozy restaurant with really excellent, high-quality food. The price-performance ratio is absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food. Nice atmosphere, but that can also mean a slightly higher noise level. Still absolutely recommended!

We received a very friendly welcome despite not having a reservation, the music was modern and the volume was pleasant. The lady who served us was very friendly and we felt comfortable here. The toilets were clean and smelled good. The food was also very tasty and we can only recommend this restaurant

The food (ox cheeks and burgers) was good so far, but we didn't like the service or the ambience. It was very loud and the bartender had applied a very strong aftershave that could be smelled throughout the restaurant. Our young waitress tried to take my husband's half-full plate away, even though he had only briefly reached for the glass, and didn't even apologize. Sorry, but that doesn't work at all!

I always enjoyed going there before, unfortunately the service wasn't good this time, there were five of us and our food wasn't brought out at the same time. For a simple change to an insert, a surcharge must be paid so that the inserts are still delivered incorrectly and at different times. My dish was cold when everything was there. The food itself is delicious but there is definitely room for improvement.

Edit Dec. 24: Were there at Christmas, the lamb was salty again, still the same slow service, still the you mentality, and 1x main course was forgotten, 1x dessert. When clearing away the waitress dropped a plate with mayo which was spread over two pairs of pants. There was no apology or any "compensation" for either the forgotten dishes or the soiled pants. When making the reservation we specifically asked if there were dishes for vegetarians, yes of course we were told, yes, 1x pasta from the normal menu, there was no Christmas menu like that, so our 2 vegetarians made do with side dishes. It's a shame the restaurant had real potential. Nov. 24 Very nice restaurant with very good food, only the lamb was too salty, unfortunately the service is very slow, we would have liked to drink more and order more side dishes, unfortunately it always took a long time until someone came, so we left it alone. I don't like the "you" mentality of the staff either. If I don't know a person, I don't like being called by them and in a "better" restaurant that just doesn't work, so -1⭐

We are visiting Hamelin and came straight here without any prior knowledge. Great service, a very nice lady gave us great service and advice. The food is delicious and high quality! The buffalo wings and bacon-wrapped dates are top notch. We'll be back for the truffle pasta and the meat

The service on February 2nd, 2025 was completely unfriendly and rude and constantly forgot everything and took 30 minutes for 2 coffees The only positive thing was the food, which tasted very good.

Were there on December 21st, 2024. Table was reserved and available. Restaurant was half full when we arrived. 2 stars for the food because 4 out of 5 dishes were lukewarm to cold. But the taste is okay👍. One dish didn't arrive in the kitchen and was served when the other four were already ready - no apology for that or, as with other restaurants, a discount or a small "bargain" or something similar. Really weak. Therefore “only” 3 stars for the service. Nice atmosphere. Our next “Christmas party” will definitely be booked somewhere else. Too bad.

December 31, 2023: New Year's Eve was on the agenda. It was really very very tasty. Great service. And a big compliment to the kitchen. Spontaneously conjured up a different dessert for me as an allergy sufferer. Update 12/12/24: Christmas party from the company. Service top. I had the caramelized goat cheese and then the rump steak. Both were super tasty and the steak was cooked to perfection. Absolute top.

Wir waren mit einer geschäftlichen Gruppe da, zuallererst das Rinderfilet war richtig gut, auf den Punkt, die Beilagen lecker, aber lieblos dazugelegt und hätten etwas mehr sein können, sah bei anderen Gerichten am Tisch besser aus. Wartezeiten im Service zu lang.

Wir sind eher zufällig auf das Restaurant gestoßen und haben uns haben uns kurzfristig für einen Besuch entschieden. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, hatte aber noch ein paar Tische frei, sodass wir gleich Platz nehmen konnten. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die jeweiligen Wartezeiten für Getränke und Essen war vollkommen in Ordnung. Als Hauptgang hatten wir jeweils das Rumpsteak, was ich hervorheben möchte! Selten so ein gutes Steak genossen, a point gebraten, butterweich und sehr guter Geschmack. Das bleibt in Erinnerung :-)

The visit to the restaurant was on a Monday evening. It wasn't that crowded. The service was attentive and came quickly, as did the drinks and food. The parmesan chicken with vegetables and potato gratin was really delicious. The meat was tender and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The huge salad plate my companion also looked really good and was found to be delicious. Cocktails and mocktails were also delicious. Price-performance was right here. Highly recommended, especially during the week.

I've been to this restaurant twice, both times with my family. After these two times I can only speak positively about this restaurant. It's located away from the city center and the main road, so background noise is very low compared to nearby restaurants. I like the ambience, but I have to admit that the music seemed a bit too loud at times. The radio music they play also doesn't fit the restaurant. The food is absolutely excellent and I can only recommend it to everyone. I always spend at least an hour eating the food simply because it tastes so good and I want to enjoy every bite of my food. It's not just the main courses that taste good either. They offer non-alcoholic cocktails and even though they cost €7, I always drink at least two. The menu is relatively small, but it's still more than adequate and never felt too small, and I think most will be happy with it. As you can see from the spend per person, this restaurant is a bit more expensive, but for me it is more than worth it. I've been to this restaurant two times, both times dining out with family. I can't recommend anyone to go there. The food was snack level and my neighbor had an animal crawling off the salad. Probably not washed properly. Then €2 extra for ketchup and mayonnaise that comes from a bottle. Not even homemade. Then €5 per drink that says Cola and Fanta but only has Sinalco in it. And the glasses were never 0.4 liters and also had no calibration mark. They won't see us again.

Really enjoyed visiting this place. They were together with their husband. The food was very tasty. Even the husband of Vereda appreciated that it was delicious. Food service is good. We ordered 2 steaks and 2 cocktails. Potatoes were added, the cut of potatoes was interesting and tasty. Steaks are soft, juicy. The cocktails are delicious - non-alcoholic (which is hard to find). The staff is friendly. Purely. Very pleasant impressions. I want to visit the place again.♥️🤗🔥

Dieses Restaurant wurde uns von mehreren Seiten empfohlen. Mit den Speisen, Filetsteak und Duroc Schweinefilet waren absolut in Ordnung. Nur die Beilagen und Saucen lassen hohe Kochkunst vermissen. Die Preise dafür sind sehr angemessen. Bei den hausgemachten Limonaden sind die Preise sehr hoch. Muss man aber nicht bestellen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

The food was very tasty. We had chicken breast with a parmesan herb crust, served with potato gratin and braised vegetables. A dream. The meal came to around €23.90 and was worth every cent. The restaurant is very chic inside, but if you sit outside it's not so nice... We initially sat at a table where the table top almost fell off, that shouldn't happen. Then we moved around after other guests left. The waitress just said, OK, but the table isn't that clean. That's true, but you could have gotten a rag, right?? In order to get another drink or even if you wanted to pay, you either had to be very patient or find a waitress in the restaurant yourself. Price-performance was very good. Apart from these little things, I would still recommend everyone to eat there because it is really delicious.

Wir waren mit 3 Personen dort essen. Bestellt haben wir zweimal Hähnchenbrust Parmesan und einmal das Filetsteak. Uns hats allen vorzüglich geschmeckt. Die Preise bei den Hauptmenüs liegen im höherpreislichen Rahmen, aber für das Gebotene noch in Ordnung. Allerdings sind die Getränke und Beilagen ganz schön teuer. Ein Glas 0,3 Bitburger kostet 4 EUR, für eine Canberryschorle 0,4 werden 6 Euro berechnet. ! Portion Trüffel Parmesan Pommes kosten stolze 7 EUR., für Trüffel Mayo kommen noch mal 2 EUR dazu.

Disappointing, This is a nice looking restaurant, our starters were great, but both mine and my husband's main courses were inedible due to over seasoning with salt. The waiter asked me if it was OK after 2 mouthfuls, I said it was OK, as I thought it was salty, but would improve, and I would give the benefit of the doubt. However I could not eat my meal and left most of it as the meat was really overseasoned as was the sauce and vegetables. The only thing not over seasoned were the potatoes. This was really disappointing, I would not recommend this restaurant, as this proports to be fine grill dining, but is really not as the chef is unable to correctly season the meat which is essential in a successful Asador

Torero burgers and truffle pasta with beef fillet tips are delicious. Friendly and attentive service leads to the result: absolutely recommended.

The best restaurant in Hamelin. Went here for a birthday with 8 people and everyone was super happy. The lamb tastes extremely good! For dessert I had pistachio ice cream, which they apparently made themselves.

The food was very good, but the room was unfortunately very warm and poorly ventilated. At times it smelled unpleasant. The seats in the middle of the restaurant seem uncomfortable. Luckily I was able to sit on the edge. Not for vegetarians!

We were with a group for dinner and in the restaurant. There were many different dishes, all of which were very good. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice and open. Suitable for larger groups or for two. All in all a very nice restaurant with very good cuisine and good service

The food tasted super delicious. Nice service. The only thing we didn't like were the toilets. Men and women toilets together and a construction site for a long time. It didn't look very clean🥴 But otherwise we liked it.

At the start of the weekend, I was warmly welcomed at 6:30 p.m. and assigned as a single person to a table for four with a view of Hameln's pedestrian zone. Unfortunately, the Carménère was only available as a cuvée, but it was still delicious. For the main course I chose the lamb rump from the oven and sage gnocchi - a delight for the palate. For dessert there was only a hearty starter - burrata with beefsteak tomatoes and pine nuts - also recommended. What remains is the memory of a worthwhile trip to the Grohnde, Hämelschenburg and Hameln nuclear power plants - goodbye and thank you very much! P.S.: Please change the table cloth, it smells like...

Einfach nur lecker! Nicht ganz günstig, aber das Geld wert. Steak war perfekt, die Beilagen auch crispy (Parmesanpommes). Die Nudelportion war reichlich und auch sehr schmackhaft

Dee Burger was also very generous and freshly prepared. The service was also very good 👍 Unfortunately, the dining room was full of smoke from cooking and at our request the entrance door was opened, which helped somewhat. Therefore deduction in the ambience.
