As Urfa Harburg in Hamburg

Das Essen war durschnittlich, aber wir haben schon besser gegessen. Der Service war schlecht, wir fühlten uns eher geduldet als gewünscht. Das Ambiente ist für Harburg okay. Wir werden wohl nicht nochmal kommen.

Meine Freunde und ich kommen oft hierher und wir haben immer eine gute Zeit. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Sie ließen uns eine Stunde warten und sagten dann, das bestellte Gericht sei nicht verfügbar. Eine Stunde verschwendet. Der Laden ist dreckig.

Enttäuschendes Essen, aber toller Service Ich habe hier den Lahmacun für 5 € probiert und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Die Qualität war gar nicht gut – viel zu viel Paprika und ansonsten kaum Belag drin. Schade um das Geld. Einziger Pluspunkt: Der Service und die Kellner waren wirklich super nett und aufmerksam. Für das Personal gibt es Sterne, aber das Essen kann ich leider nicht empfehlen.

​Große Enttäuschung – Portionen halbiert bei gleichem Preis! ​Ich war vor einem Monat im Urfa Restaurant und habe den großen Mix-Grillteller bestellt. Was ich serviert bekommen habe, war eine absolute Frechheit: Die Portionen wurden gefühlt halbiert! Egal ob Reis, Bulgur, Adana Kebap, Lamm- oder Hähnchenspieß – von allem war nur noch die Hälfte auf dem Teller. Einzig das Lammkotelett hatte die normale Größe (das kann man schließlich auch schlecht unbemerkt herunterschneiden). ​Das Schlimmste daran ist, dass der Preis absolut gleich geblieben ist. Diese versteckte Preiserhöhung ist extrem dreist. Mich seht ihr hier definitiv nie wieder! Keine Empfehlung.

Alles was lecker. Der Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und lieb. Das Essen war sehr köstlich. Am Anfang haben wir Brot mit dip-dips bekommen und danach einen Salat und aller was kostenlos. Zum Ende haben wir auch Tee bekommen. 10/10

Mustafa, alles schmeckt hervorragend. Mustafa ist Kurde und ein netter Kerl.

Wer gute türkische Kebabs, Pide und Lahmacun sucht, der wird hier fündig. Die Speisekarte bietet immer noch eine ganze Reihe von Mahlzeiten im mittleren Preissegment an, die schmackhaft sind und satt machen. Zu empfehlen sind alle Varianten von Pide und das hauseigene Ayran. Leider ist das Restaurant mehr funktional eingerichtet, so dass keine echte türkische Atmosphäre aufkommt. Das wird aber gut ausgeglichen durch das superfreundliche Personal.

Sehr herzliche Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal, alles ist stets frisch und lecker – das Restaurant verdient ohne Zweifel 5 Sterne.

Zu den Stoßzeiten ist es nicht immer leicht einen Platz zu bekommen. Mit mehreren Personen empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Für mich gibt es hier wirklich leckere authentische Grillgerichte zu bezahlbaren Preisen. Vorweg Salat, Zaziki und Ezme.

Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältniss, Und eine wertschätzende Bedienung, mit Respekt, topp. Die Lokation war mir etwas zu laut, wobei ich mich in eine in eine Ecke zurück ziehen konnte.

Mustafa ist ein ausgesprochen sympathischer Kellner und bietet einen hervorragenden Service. Er ist aufmerksam, freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl und bestens umsorgt. Alles war top – professionell, schnell und extrem sympathisch. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet – frisch, lecker und sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Der Service war ebenfalls hervorragend. Besonders der Kellner Mustafa hat sich großartig um uns gekümmert. Er war aufmerksam, freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob wir etwas benötigen. Während des Essens brachte er uns sogar zwei Tee, ohne dass wir danach gefragt haben, und hat stets darauf geachtet, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Mustafa bedient freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend, serviert Tee. In aller Ruhe kann man hier speisen und die Gastfreundschaft genießen.

Nachdem unser Zug über 5 Stunden Verspätung hat und zudem von einem anderen Bahnhof als geplant abfahren soll, sind wir auf der Suche nach etwas zu essen in diesem Restaurant gelandet. Eine tolle Gastfreundschaft wird hier an den Tag gelegt, besonders Mustafa war sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Speisen und Getränke sind köstlich. Wir können das Restaurant sehr empfehlen.

I ordered a doner kebab. Even as he was cutting it, I was surprised that he just started cutting it and the meat was practically still raw. When I got home, opened the doner kebab, and started eating, this proved to be true. After four bites, I threw it away, but that was probably too much. About four hours later, I started feeling nauseous and had a fever. I spent the whole night vomiting and sitting on the toilet. I had chills. When I went to the doctor, it turned out to be food poisoning. I kind of figured that out. Please be careful and take your work seriously! Next time, I'll report it to the health department.

It wasn’t crowded inside, and the waiters weren’t paying attention to people coming in, they didn’t seem to be in any rush either. In short, the service was terrible. There are other restaurants nearby, try one of them and see what good service actually looks like. Good luck to the restaurant, I hope you manage to improve someday.

In this restaurant, the taste and presentation of the food is paramount. Every single ingredient in a dish delivers a delicious overall result. The waiters are very accommodating, the atmosphere is pleasant and the prices are great. Card or cash payments are both possible and parking spaces are in the Phönix-Center parking garage.

Hähnchenschnitzel) is served on a separate plate and its new ingredient is mint. Maybe not everyone likes it, but I liked this combination. The tomatoes were delicious, beautifully ripe and full of flavor. Previously, I had often left them on the plate because it was obvious that they had ripened without the sun. Whoever is responsible for purchasing in Urfa focused on the quality of ingredients. Another change I noticed is the option to order Könefe with ice cream! Very friendly service. Prices have also changed over these 13 years, but that's normal. In general, the place is worth recommending 👍🏻

Das Essen war köstlich, aber etwas kalt. Wir haben fast fünfundvierzig Minuten darauf gewartet, was für nur ein Gericht zu viel war, und dann waren auch nicht alle Bestellungen heiß. Der Salat war voller Zwiebeln, was mir überhaupt nicht gefiel. Es fehlten noch Löffel, Gabeln, Gläser und Servietten auf dem Tisch und wir baten mehrmals darum, sie uns zu bringen. Der Innenraum war nicht sehr interessant und hell. Das Dönertablett für zwei war super, das muss man unbedingt probieren.

Insgesamt finde ich gut. Dieses Restaurnat erinnert mich drum, als ich in der Türkei gereist hatte
