I am writing to you with deep indignation to express my displeasure over a recent order. On the 6th day of June in the year 2024, an order was placed with you, which you promised would be delivered within thirty minutes. But to our great regret, the food only arrived after a delay of an hour and a half. With great hunger and anticipation, we opened the pizza box only to find, to our horror, a dry and disgusting looking pizza. The dough was burnt and so hard that you could lift half the pizza in one piece. The taste wasn't pleasing either. To illustrate this great disappointment, I am attaching a picture of my hungry and sad friend, who was longing for a good meal after a long journey from Bonn, but was bitterly disappointed, as can be seen in the picture.

The promised delivery time is not kept, instead of 45 minutes and another call after 1 hour it then takes another 30 minutes, this has happened several times, I will no longer order there

Food was only delivered after 1 hour and 10 minutes, the promised delivery time was 30 to 45 minutes. Instead of a small vegetarian kebab, a normal one was delivered. Furthermore, the Turkish pizza was so cold that it seemed like it had been delivered straight from the fridge. This is the third time something like this has happened, but won't happen again in the future.

Best kebab. Super nice employees.

Wrong delivery, no response, just trying to talk me down on the phone doesn't work at all 😡 Never order from there again

Die Öffnungszeiten wurden nicht eingehalten. Ladenschluss schon um 22:30, obwohl es erst um 23:00 schließt. Es wurde früher Feierabend gemacht. Werde da nichts mehr bestellen, zu unzuverlässig und unprofessionell.

Richtig gute Döner und nette Leute.

Ich habe dort jetzt mehrmals Pizza bestellt und muss sagen, extrem positiv überrascht zu sein. Habe mir die vorherigen Bewertungen mal durchgesehen und kann diese geschilderte negative Erfahrungen nicht bestätigen. Essen: Die Pizza schmeckt wirklich sehr gut, die Sauce ist sensationell und auch die Zutaten sind frisch. Der Boden dünn und die Pizza im allgemeinen auch groß und völlig ausreichend um sie über 2 Tage zu essen (30 cm). Wirklich die beste Pizza, die ich seit langem gegessen haben. Die Auswahl an Zutaten ist ebenfalls groß und man kann sich die Pizza so gestalten wie man möchte. Lieferzeit: Wir wohnen in Wadgassen und die Lieferzeit war immer top. Die Lieferanten waren auch freundlich. Vielen Dank für die gute Erfahrung. Wir werden hier definitiv öfters bestellen.
