We've been ordering our croques there regularly for years. Always delicious, friendly delivery, and within the stated timeframe. Yes, the sauce was missing once, but that can happen. Then I call them and they sort it out. No reason to lose a star. I can't comment on the food. I've never been there.

I'm really disappointed. Ordered again today and again I forgot the sauces. Last time it was the same. We called to say something was missing and again we forgot something. The food is actually good but the prices are ridiculously high, which is why I wish they could get the order right. I'm disappointed 😞

Maybe they were good years ago. In recent years, ingredients or entire products have been missing from time to time. Ordered again yesterday. According to the email, delivery time averaged about 30-50 minutes. Called after 1 hour 40 minutes, "the driver should be here right away." 10 minutes later, the bell rang. Without a "hello" or "sorry for the delay." I took the check, handed him the bag, and left as quickly as I could. Then I realized all the burgers were cold. (No wonder, without a thermal box.) Called again. "What are we doing???? Refund half price?" NO!!!! The full price. Who orders a cold burger???? So he came back and returned the order amount. (He kept that tip.) And again, no hello, no apology, or anything. Sorry, but the way they operate makes me wonder: Does the owner care what the customers think, or is he just resting on his laurels? Definitely not recommended anymore. This was definitely the last time!!!!

We ordered a croque, which was delicious. And a beer to go with it, which was also delicious. I forgot to take a photo, I was so hungry... but everything was great, the roll was nice and crispy, with chicken, tomato, onion, iceberg lettuce, and garlic sauce. We sat outside by the street, which was okay. Inside, they decorated it cleanly and very lovingly. Totally reasonable value. Bottom line: A treat like this is always a good idea...!! 😋👍🏻

I haven't eaten there yet, but I've ordered from there a few times. We've generally been satisfied, even if a few things went wrong here and there (hard bread, for example), but today it was bad! It's a shame, because I won't be ordering from there again any time soon. I got the wrong sauce, and the garlic dip was really strange; I almost gagged. I love this dip, though. The egg felt like it was already brown, and the salad is getting worse and worse. The quality has declined considerably recently.

Delivered on time. Driver was very polite. Pizza and croques were incredibly delicious! We'd love to see the Mexican croque (monthly special, August) on the menu. So, thumbs up!

Hey! Exciting reviews here! But despite all the amateur complainers - they've been around for 20 years and the place is booming! And in this dump... They can't be that bad, can they? I've been here for half a year and have had croque both in-house and delivered. Crispy bread, fresh ingredients, everything is good. I only order a portion of the sauce for dipping now, otherwise it's too much for me personally. Today I had spaghetti with Gorgonzola sauce in the shop. It's not a great skill, but very well-made and tasty, with plenty of bread on the side. And because they were accidentally topped with cheese against my wishes, I got a free drink. That's how it's done! I consider Arnoldis more of a snack bar, so everything's fine for me, but the prices are quite steep, and the tables (as I've read here) tend to get quite dirty. So not full marks...

I ate the worst croque there today, truly the lowest of the low! The sauce was good, but the rest was extremely bad. The bread was not good, there was almost no cheese—and far too much iceberg lettuce. You can't go much wrong with that.

Good morning, Ordered food and picked it up myself. A croque for 20 euros. Oops, I really expected something. I got a large, soggy baguette. Honestly, two days ago a great kebab and great Dürüm for just under 15 euros. Just 20 euros for a delicious duck in the Chinese restaurant. Sorry about Arnoldi's. I won't give any more stars for that. Even for an XL Croque the price is not appropriate in my opinion.

I am very disappointed. 😥 Wiener Schnitzel. Subterraneanly bad. It was a very cheap schnitzel from the freezer. Factory product with a disgusting aftertaste. Charging €13.50 for something like that borders on criminal. At Opposti you can get a real Viennese schnitzel for €15.50. Fresh from the butcher and incredibly delicious, including a side dish. The water was good for rinsing and thank God I had peppermint lozenges with me.

The food is very tasty, both local and local. The only negative thing is that when it is delivered we NEVER keep to the stated delivery time, it usually takes over 1 hour.

Nowadays you have to bring your money suitcase with you when you eat there. The quality and size of the croque and the topping have significantly decreased. We're out at this point.

This was my first time ordering from here. We drove past it often, and it was always busy and the delivery vans were always running smoothly. So I thought I'd give it a try. It was a bitter disappointment. First of all: for almost €30 (!!) for 1.5 croques, I expected a flavor explosion. I got a kick in the ass. The "Turkey" croque had pineapple on it. Guys, who does that?! What was pineapple doing there? Furthermore, it wasn't sliced. So you pick it up, and a piece falls out the back, because the bread isn't at all crispy, no, no. For €17.90, you get a nice, soft loaf. It was really great! The "extremely garlicky remoulade" was a lame joke. Lots of remoulade, very little garlic. I'll get more fire from my wife if I don't take out the trash. We also ordered double the sauce, and you could choose to have it directly on the croque. It came in cans, of course. Great. I can't imagine anything cooler than playing "Bob the Builder" and smearing the stuff on there yourself. The half tuna has seen better days. There was tons of cabbage on it (unfortunately not the awesome sauerkraut, but something dry), and if you looked really closely, you could see the last bits of tuna that had been scraped out of the can. I felt like Columbus the Explorer with the croque. In the end, though, it was like our Chancellor: there wasn't much good in it. The €1 PayPal fee was added to the €1.50 for delivery. At least: the driver was nice. Conclusion: Now I know how my wife feels when I say, "Just two beers" – pure disappointment!

We have ordered there twice so far and it was absolutely delicious. We hope it stays the same, then of course we will order regularly. Our food tasted more than good👍🏼 Thumbs up

We ate our croque on site. Baguette was crispy, salad was crunchy, everything was delicious. What wasn't so great was that the tables could have been wiped down after the customers left. It wasn't so busy now that this wasn't possible. I don't want to complain about the price, BUT I find it crazy to pay almost €20 for something a little larger than normal, i.e. an XL Croque. Everything has become more expensive, right, employees cost etc. but, hey, salami, salad mayo and baguette, or a delicious meal in a restaurant, I'd rather spend the money there, sorry.

So they were always regular customers but today they were a complete disappointment. The pasta tastes like water and not like Gorgonzola sauce. It's a shame and considering the prices.

Great "restaurant". But it smells bad and otherwise gives the impression of being a remnant of other gastronomy. People purposeful and like you and me. Food always fantastic!

We ordered there and we were extremely disappointed. The bread, hard as a stone, tastes really old and everything is ash-free. You can eat better for the money.

We and our family have been regular customers for years and have often recommended the store to everyone. But now, after several orders and hopes, it's enough! I'll leave the price aside for now, despite the price increase, but the QUALITY has simply dropped brutally. Motto: less is more, less toppings, less bread, basically everything less. Sad how you can ruin yourself! For better or for worse, order somewhere else or just stop eating croque.

Good morning I've been ordering from Arnoldis for ages. For years I was really more than satisfied and told everyone that the store was a 10/10. Unfortunately, everything is getting very expensive these days, which is a shame but the store can't help it. But it's a shame that food is produced with less and less love and as a consumer you notice that strongly. The portions are always smaller and the toppings on the snack rolls, for example, are shockingly small. If I order a croque with tuna, I would like to taste the fish, not just the bread. For better or for worse, we'll have to look for another store, which is a shame. LG and good luck!

Waited 2 hours for the food Although it should only take 30-45min Hardly anything on it because I called and complained. Arnoldis makes the best croques. Point! Anyone who complains about expensive prices here should better think about why the prices are so high that it is becoming more and more expensive everywhere (e.g. kebab for 8.50 euros, where you used to pay 3 euros for) and in the next federal election then maybe don't give your voice again to those who are responsible for all this. Be smart, choose blue is all I can say.

Der Croque wird immer kleiner, und die Preise immer großer! Ich war eine Stammkundin, aber jetzt leider nicht mehr! Es ist einfach zu teuer für diese Qualität! Schade! Für das Geld kann ich im einem richtigen Restaurant essen. PS. Der XXL Burger ist nicht zu empfehlen! Der ist einfach nur eklig!

I have been ordering from Arnoldi's for years and haven't been disappointed. The food is always fresh, tasty, and delivered as fast as possible. The staff is always welcoming and friendly and tries to accommodate special requests. I absolutely recommend their croques (either Arnoldi's or tuna) and my wife loves their chicken wrap with honey mustard.

Hier kann man echt lecker und günstig Croque essen gehen. Schön knusprig aber nicht hart und die knoblauchsoße ist auch sehr lecker .

Früher noch in Iserbrook bei mir um die Ecke, heute ist es Schenefeld. Sucuk croque schmeckt Sau geil mit Knobi extrem Sauce, Personal ist stets freundlich und Essen wird schnell geliefert. Besser geht's nicht!

1. Bisher immer alles super gewesen! Punkt! 2. Wenn man hier einige Kommentare liest,wird einem schlecht. Speziell was die Preise betrifft. Man sollte sich schämen,wenn man sich über Preise beschwert. ALLES,aber wirklich auch ALLES ist teurer geworden. In welcher Welt lebt ihr eigentlich,die solche Kommentare von sich geben,das Preiserhöhungen eine Frechheit seien? Ihr habt echt den Schuss nicht gehört. Beim Italiener zahlt man keine 8€ für nen Spagettiteller,sondern eben mittlerweile auch 16€! Und es ist genau richtig so! Punkt! Bedankt euch bei der Politik und bei dem Krieg. PS:Arnoldis,Macht weiter!

Schnelle Lieferung. Leider haben die Jalapeños auf dem Jalapeño-Croque gefehlt. 😏 Kurz angerufen und Bescheid gesagt. Lösung war schnell und zufriedenstellend gefunden. Der Croque selbst war qualitativ gut und lecker.

Essen kam heiß bei uns zu Hause an

Croques sind sehr lecker. Ebenso die Suppen, Pasta, Kartoffelsalat etc. Schmeckt alles sehr lecker. Wir haben schon oft bei Arnoldis bestellt und waren jedes Mal sehr zufrieden. Alles schmeckt frisch und selbst gemacht und die Mitarbeiter sind auch sehr freundlich!

Waren bisher immer zufrieden. Heute waren wir jedoch wirklich enttäuscht. Das Brot war wabbelig und null knusprig und unser eigentlich geliebter Knobi Dip schmeckte heute irgendwie tranig. Schade, wenn man schon die Preise erhöht, sollte nicht die Qualität darunter leiden…

Der Lieferservice ist fix und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckt. Und als was vertauscht wurde, wurde mir auf schnellsten Weg was neues gebracht. Ich bin mit Carsten und seinem Team zufrieden. 😀 Einzig bei mind. Bestellwert könnte man ne Ausnahme machen wenn es 14,30 statt 15 Euro sind. 😉

Wie wir feststellen mussten, haben sich die Lieferzeiten bzw. der Service nicht geändert. Wir mussten 1,5 Stunden warten.! Alles ok, wenn viel zu tun ist kommt das gerne mal vor. Aber ein Anruf oder eine Vergünstigung wären hier angebracht gewesen. Im gesamten ist das Essen lecker und i.O. Bei der Kidsbox als Obst eine Apfelsine rein zu legen finde ich persönlich einfach zu wenig. Kidsbox Pizza mit Obst ist Preis Leistung schlecht. Wie gesagt, die Speisen sind lecker und kamen warm an. Jedoch ist der Preis ziemlich hoch und die Lieferzeit viel zu lange. Sagt doch bitte den Kunden bescheid, dass es länger dauert.

Leckere Pizza. Salat ist für den Preis leider zu wenig bestückt. Vielleicht etwas Mais und Ei, das wäre perfekt. Croque war auch sehr lecker. Sehr nettes Personal. Wartezeit über eine Stunde... Blöd aber wir waren hungrig und es war auszuhalten. Wir bestellen auf jeden Fall wieder dort.

Seit Jahren mega lecker! Die Auslieferungsfahrer sind sehr freundlich und das Essen schmeckt immer frisch zubereitet. Völlig berechtigte 5 Sterne!

Normalerweise echt gut. Heute wars leider nicht genießbar. Der Salat war braun gelb und ranzig, das Brot meiner Freundin komplett durchgeweicht. Wir konnten nicht aufessen. :(
