I haven't eaten such a bad burger in a long time. Bun was sliced ​​and cold and the tomato was sliced ​​twice as thick as the crunch chicken patty. Absolutely loveless in its composition and the cucumber was also missing. I also doubt whether the chicken patty weighed 200g - maybe the breading is that heavy. The portion of fries next to it was also more of a child's portion. And the whole thing looks way too overpriced for EUR 15. Was there last time - there are much better alternatives. The service was great, but of course I can't help it if the kitchen is bad.

I came here on the recommendation of work colleagues and was extremely disappointed. The starter was clearly bought (tortilla chips with dip) and the food was far from fresh or sufficient, a complete disgrace for the price. Service was super nice and the ambience was good.

Food okay, selection okay, location suboptimal due to air traffic (we sat outside and planes taking off passed over us). What was really remarkable, however, was the complete lack of enthusiasm on the part of the waitress. We had to wait a good 20 minutes for the drinks and only got them after two requests. The food came much later. The tables (including a long-abandoned neighboring table) were not cleared. I didn't feel comfortable and won't be coming back.

I occasionally like to come to Arizona Kitchen to eat spare ribs. Delicious. Very friendly, good-humored service. Knows his job. Now that the second Bundesliga is starting again, you can also watch HSV games on TV.

Restaurant/bar you can also go for a drink in the evening. We won't eat there anymore. It's a shame actually. Since we have been guests for years. Apparently they have a different chef. The food has gotten worse!

We wanted to go to the biker breakfast as a group (14 people), which was advertised until 2 p.m. When we arrived at 12.30 p.m. they said that breakfast would only be available until 12. When asked about the Instagram post and shown it, the (really unfriendly) waiter said that it was last year's flyer and that anyone could claim that it was the current one. We were then asked outside. When two of the group were still allowed to go to the toilet, several of the flyers were hanging there as posters with the time until 2 p.m. When asked about this, a woman (possibly the boss) came out to the parking lot and offered us something to eat. But we politely declined this.

It was very nice there again. My meal was delicious and everyone at the table enjoyed it. It would be nice if it could be renovated after such a long time of existence. I have known it for many years. The Jumbo Strawberry Caipirinha at happy hour is delicious.

Very nice service staff. Maybe we just had a bad day... The starter platter for 2 was disappointing, consisting mostly of potato wedges as filling material. The enchilladas were gratinated with Gouda, you could only taste cheese, enchilladas couldn't be noticed, the filling could. The fajitas were quite bland, the salsa fresca with the fajitas had no flavor. The Frozen Strawberry Margarita lacked acidity, the Passion Fruit Caipirinha tasted little to no passion fruit. As already mentioned in some other reviews, you sometimes pay a lot of money for convenience products. There are only a few parking spaces available, some of the parking area is also rented out as a parking area for air travelers.

We parked there for the second time and are very satisfied. The shuttle service worked well. It was a pleasure.

Since it was a Monday, we also tried chicken wings, which were very tasty. The staff is very friendly, but empty glasses rarely encourage people to ask if they want anything else. The restaurant itself appears clean and well maintained.

A really nice, authentic American restaurant with good food, friendly service and fair prices. The location is right on the main street, but you hardly notice that. Always and anytime again.

Unfortunately the burger has been changed a lot. The bun is now of very poor quality, soft and has barely been toasted. The minced meat seemed very little/small to us and the meat was only lukewarm. But the absolute minus was the specially ordered ketchup and mayonnaise: 1 euro per portion - in a small bowl. About 1 teaspoon of very poor quality - made the burger more expensive by 2 euros per person. You can get it for free somewhere else. You should think about that.

It was a spontaneous visit for dinner. The service was very courteous and the burgers and tortillas were delicious. We would love to come back there.

Maybe we had a bad day, the service ladies seemed visibly stressed. We were told twice that the drinks would take a while to get to us. And the food came after about 1 hour. I actually wanted my steak to be well done, but the waitress persuaded me to make it slightly pink, one side was very well done and the other side was still very pink. The steak sauce was very tasty and the steak was well seasoned. My friends were also only semi-enthusiastic about their food and drinks. The chairs are only made of wood and have no cushion, which makes a longer stay a bit uncomfortable. Unless you like sliding around on chairs. What I was most annoyed about was that there were three different prices for my steak at the end. And either the employees don't know about it or it's knowingly not being handled transparently. The price on the bill was of course the most expensive. Since I didn't pay, I only saw the bill in the parking lot and realized that it was different than the one on the menu and when I wanted to make sure on the website I saw that it was different there too. The restaurant was surprisingly full. Maybe the stress also played a role, but We will definitely not be coming back again.

We've been coming here to eat for over two decades. After a long break, we were finally here again. The food is great. The price-performance ratio is consistent. Extremely nice service. We needed more light at the table because my mom is almost blind. As soon as we said it, an additional lamp was placed on the table. Despite the many tables, it's cozy and you don't get the impression that you're sitting on your neighbor's lap. The atmosphere is pleasant and there is no loud music in the restaurant as is common in many new in-restaurants these days. You can have a conversation without having to shout at each other. There is a play area for small children. We had reserved our table beforehand and that still seems like a good idea. There is a parking lot attached to the restaurant and an outdoor area in good weather. Highly Recommended!!

Four of us with a baby went to Arizona Kitchen. The welcome was nice and we were escorted to the table. An extra chair was provided for the baby to place the baby case on. The restaurant is clean and makes a reasonable impression. It is not barrier-free as the entrance and the toilets can only be reached via stairs. Our waitress was relatively new there, as it turned out later, but still did a pretty good job. It wasn't particularly crowded and there were two or three servers available to serve the guests. We had a chicken Caesar's wrap with fries, €14.50, a double cheese-bacon burger €21, a mozzarella wrap with fries €12.50 and fajita con carne €18.50 plus drinks. What was observed and what was also the case with us was that the kitchen had a slight organizational problem. We had to wait a long time for our food. We also ordered a dessert, which came after half an hour. Of course, the coffee we had ordered came so long before that that we didn't have any hot drinks to go with the cheesecake and the scoop of ice cream. (Waiting time for dessert 25-30 minutes) When we asked, we were told that 3 people work in the kitchen. The table next to us had to wait an estimated 45 minutes for their food. Hence my conclusion. On the whole the food was ok. Price performance in my opinion, too expensive for that. Yes, I know, energy and personnel costs and so on but still... The menu stated that the burger would be served medium rare and that this would be taken into account if requested otherwise. Unfortunately we missed it and weren't informed about it again when we ordered. It's actually a shame, I would have trained my staff on this, as it's certainly not the first time that the food has been returned as a result. Like with us. Afterwards, another waitress pointed out to us, not so nicely, that the preparation was on the menu. The citizen was put back on the grill and cooked through. Unfortunately, the presentation of the whole thing didn't look so great afterwards. We tried it out and when we left we were asked if we would come back again, which we said no. Unfortunately I forgot to take pictures. :-(

A nicely decorated and clean restaurant. The waiter was communicative and in a good mood. The food selection is good. We decided on a burger and spare ribs. The meals were very good. We can happily recommend the restaurant.

Our waitress didn't seem to enjoy her job much and could barely crack a smile. Another waitress was better and also tried very hard. The food was ok but prepared rather carelessly. The burger was cooked medium well, as we requested, but the side dishes were relatively tasteless. Overall, I didn't think the burger was juicy enough. The ribs were also fine. Well prepared but the marinade was too sweet for me. The chicken wings were the best dish. As a starter we had nachos baked with cheese. Luckily you can't go wrong there. It's all a question of taste, I know. And if the waitress had been a little friendlier, there would have been one more star. There are parking spaces directly at the restaurant. If you like sports bars, this is the place for you. The ambience was great.

Went there with a friend for a burger in the evening. Restaurant was full and we were glad we had reservations. Burgers aren't bad (at least the chicken burger), fries are crispy (a little underseasoned for me) and the jar of mayo is a bit expensive at €1. Everything tasted good. In my opinion, it's a solid place to eat burgers and I've seen a few things on other plates that I'd like to try again. Will go there again 😉

The “Arizona Kitchen” in Norderstedt near Hamburg serves “Southwestern Cuisine”, which emerged from Spanish, Mexican, Californian influences and various Indian tribes in Arizona. In short: the menu reflects the extensive cuisine of the southwest American region. During my visit in December 2023, I chose the “double cheese-bacon burger with fries” and got a large burger with 180 g of meat, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle (extra), onions, cheese, crispy strips of bacon and homemade burger sauce, served with a good portion of French fries. The burger was prepared really tasty, but the meat patty was fried/grilled far too “well done” for my taste, so it was very defensive when eaten. The included “Arizona Lager” on tap was just as delicious as the “Ice & Hot”. However, the “Caipirinha” cocktail that was served left some room for improvement, so I deducted a total of 1 star for that and the overly firm meat patty. However, the service at the table was very friendly and accommodating, so overall I am happy to recommend the restaurant and will definitely visit there again.

It's a very spacious place! Everyone is very friendly and tries to meet the customer's tastes! The food is very tasty and very clean! It is very well decorated, we almost feel like we are in Arizona! The bathrooms are clean and wheelchair accessible!

Went to Arizona Kitchen for the first time. Unfortunately the visit was not as expected. I had a cheese burger and my wife had the spare ribs. The burger patty was a small, thick lump that was only half the size of the bun and the meat was very compressed as you would expect from convenience products, with a leathery gray skin and the inside shimmered slightly pink, as if it had been frozen on the ground Bain Marie would have been laid. The brioche bun was mediocre, slightly dry. When we asked the waitress whether the patties were made ourselves, we were told that they were freshly made by a butcher. I'm wondering whether the butcher's name is Stockhausen or Metro? Unfortunately, the spare rip wasn't much better. The ribs tasted good but were unfortunately extremely dry. Then the ambience and selection: I wonder, what do you want to be? An American restaurant, a cocktail bar or a sports bar? The food was perhaps ok for a sports bar, but for a restaurant there is still a lot of room for improvement and is no longer up to date. Maybe you'll think about your concept and your food offering.

Das Essen war jetzt nicht schlecht aber eben auch nicht wirklich lecker, vielleicht war es ja von mir einfach die falsche Wahl der Speise, ich werde das nächste Mal etwas anders versuchen mal sehen wie es dann schmeckt aber die Faijta war kalt und ziemlich fad gewürzt für ein mexikanisches Gericht, das kenne ich deutlich besser von einem anderen Restaurant. Das nächste Mal versuche ich die Spareribs oder einen Burger vielleicht ist das leckerer. Der Service war super und das Ambiente ist auch toll.

Gutes Essen, schöne Location. Nur muss man etwas länger auf seine Getränke warten. Ansonsten sehr nettes Personal.

Wir waren am 19.12.23 abends zum Jahresabschlussessen. Parkplatzproblem, angeblich wegen einer Baustelle. Der Parkplatz war voll, das Restaurant war leer. Die Burger waren trocken, zuviel Brötchen im Verhältnis zum Burgerpatty. Für den Geschmack, gibt es bei der Konkurrenz (Peter und Co. ) bessere Burger. Fazit: Satt wird man, aber der Preis für das Essen ist zu hoch. PS: In einen Long Iland Icetea gehören keine Limetten !

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant, wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Kellnerin und das Essen hat lecker geschmeckt.

Wir hatten ein Weihnachtsessen mit unserer Fitnessgruppe, und alles verlief reibungslos. Das Restaurant stellte uns einen zusätzlichen Raum zur Verfügung, da wir fast 30 Personen waren. Es wurden uns verschiedene Speisen und Getränke angeboten, und wir entschieden uns für das Buffet. Der Raum war gut dekoriert und hatte eine festliche Atmosphäre. Das Essen war gut und ausreichend für alle. Insgesamt hatte unsere Gruppe einen angenehmen Abend. Wir waren zufrieden und empfehlen das Restaurant.

Das Essen ist leider irgendwann recht schlecht geworden, so dass wir nicht mehr hingehen werden.

Schick im Stil der Anazazi-Indianer eingerichtetes Restaurant. Der von mir gegessene Burger war sehr lecker und seinen Preis absolut wert. Am Meisten gefallen hat mir aber das Personal (ich hätte für Service gern 6 Sterne gegeben) . Alle waren auf eine unaufdringliche Art sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, so dass ich mich beim ersten Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt habe. Wäre ich in Norderstedt zu Hause, käme ich bestimmt gern wieder, da ich aber nur auf der Durchreise war, wird es wohl ein einmaliger Besuch bleiben.

Schade, schade....was aus der Arizona Kitchen geworden ist, ist wahrscheinlich Corona geschuldet. Die Speisekarte wurde arg zusammen gestrichen( Keine Süßkartoffel Pommes mehr, Pulled Pork Burger gibt es auch nicht mehr) Die Bedienung war auch nicht besonders freundlich, obwohl ich ein sehr großzügiges Trinkgeld gab, kam nur ein leises "Danke". Hoffentlich finden sie wieder zur früheren Qualität zurück, die auch die saftigen Preise rechtfertigt. Nachdem jetzt ein Jahr vergangen ist, hat es sich nicht wesentlich verbessert. Bedienung diesmal freundlicher, aber nicht besonders aufmerksam (ca. eine 1/2 Std. warten auf die Rechnung) Preise extrem angehoben, für die Qualität unberechtigt. Vorspeisenplatte ziemlich teuer für überwiegen Potato wedges, Salatbeilage, Zwiebelringe,cheese sticks. Die Burgerbuns kalt, Fleisch nicht medium, wie in der Speisekarte angegeben, sondern well done. Chicken ungewürzt. einzig die Pommes waren hervorragend, ok ! Majo & Ketchup werden in Minigläschen beigegeben, deutlich zu wenig. Macht keinen Spass mehr, kann ich leider nicht mehr empfehlen. Sehr schade, die waren früher mal so gut.

Das Restaurant hat mexikanischen Charme und ist gemütlich. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Personal bedient, obwohl gerade sehr viel tun war. Das Essen Chili Con Carne mit Salat sowie Penne mit Hühnchen und Gemüse war hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Leider war nicht so lecker wie wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Ketchup und Majo wird extra für 1 Euro berechnet! Das Burgerfleisch war nicht besonders lecker, hat Fettig und alt geschmeckt. Würde nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben nach unserem Gran Canaria Urlaub hier sehr lecker gegessen. Sehr freundliches Personal. Jederzeit wieder....

Burger war durchschnittlich, aber dafür teuer. Es war recht laut und die vielen Bildschirme passen nicht recht zum übrigen Stil. Irgendwie hat das Personal mich ignoriert.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da. Unser Kellner war fantastisch. Das Essen war gut. Das Ambiente hatten wir uns etwas passender vorgestellt aber alles im alles nichts zu meckern.

Das Essen war super und man merkt, dass man die Burger pattis nicht beim Lidl kauft :D . War lecker, freundlich, preislich völlig in Ordnung. Gerne wieder :)

Vorab, der Service ist in Ordnung und konnte nichts dafür! Hatte Chicken wings mit Pommes satt für knapp 23€. Billige, langweilige Pommes und Chicken wings mit lappiger Haut anstatt schön cross. Zum Glück war ich eingeladen aber mein Kumpel tat mir leid dafür bezahlen zu müssen. Wir werden jedoch kein zweites Mal kommen. Schade, da man eigentlich aus der Location wesentlich mehr machen könnte.
