Dieser Ort war einfach fantastisch! Das Essen war super, der Service gut und man konnte drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Getränken.

Es war hervorragend, das Essen war köstlich, die Bedienung sehr freundlich, ein schönes Ambiente. Absolut zu empfehlen, wer Indisches Essen mag oder probieren will.

Ausgezeichnet! Das beste indische Essen in Norderstedt. Essen kam warm an, Naan Brot weich und alles einfach super lecker. Werde hier öfter bestellen.

Wir bestellen hier sonst meistens zur Lieferung und waren gestern zum ersten Mal im Restaurant. Sehr leckeres Essen, gemütliche Atmosphäre und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Ein eher kleines gemütliches Restaurant mit einer tollen Auswahl an indischen Speisen und Getränken. Supernettes, hilfsbereites Personal mit einem offenen Ohr für Sonderwünsche und Fragen. Und einer ordentlichen Portion Humor. Sehr angenehm, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen! Kleiner Geheimtipp: Nimmt man die Einfahrt rechts neben dem Haus, findet man 40 kostenfreie Parkplätze.

Allein wenn die Tür aufgeht, kommen so leckere Gerüche aus der Küche. Es war super lecker, gut erklärt, freundlich. Ein gelungener Besuch.

The service was great. I expected more aromas and flavors, spices, etc., from the food. It tasted good/okay, but reminded me more of mild German dishes than Indian ones. It's certainly a matter of taste and the target audience.

Highly recommended! My wife and I were looking for a good Indian restaurant (abbreviated i.R.) after moving from Hamburg to Schleswig-Holstein, and we FINALLY found one. Most i.R. restaurants here, for whatever reason, unfortunately don't offer flavored rice (i.e., only white basmati rice). This one offers both, and flavored rice is a standard part of every meal (which I think is important because it enhances the flavor of the sauce and makes it more authentic). They even refill your rice bowl =). The chicken pakoras are definitely homemade and have an amazing chickpea coating! The main courses are fresh and simply delicious!! The lassis are good, but I've never actually had a really bad one at an i.R. restaurant before. These lassis are good, but I've never had a truly bad one at an i.R. restaurant before. ``` About the location: -Nicely decorated -Incense sticks are smoldering, but they aren't overpowering (you don't notice them after 5 minutes) -You can see into the clean kitchen behind the counter (which I find nice and somehow reassuring in any restaurant) The staff: We were there at lunchtime, so the staff wasn't really stressed, but they were very courteous, attentive, and friendly. Conclusion: We've found our go-to restaurant for the future, and after trying many others, I can highly recommend this one to all visitors in southern Schleswig-Holstein. A great discovery today. A very friendly and attentive owner. A fantastic and extensive selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Excellent service. Only the decor is a bit dated – but it still has its charm.

Super cozy Indian restaurant with fantastic food and authentic atmosphere. Very child-friendly and with large portions we couldn't finish it, and got the leftovers home with extra rice at no charge. We will eat here again next time we are in the area 😀

An absolutely recommended Indian cuisine restaurant. The dishes taste very good and are freshly made, only in the vegetarian dish there was not enough of the delicious vegetables but that was certainly because it tasted so good. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This was our first time in the tandoor and definitely not the last time. Very friendly service, very tasty dishes and very good portions. Chili Garlic Naan is absolutely top. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

I consciously don't want to question the reviews here. However, if you can't get food 40 minutes before closing time, but only take away, I think the service is very bad. Store looks clean and well maintained. I can't say more. Except that you obviously have to come to eat two hours before the store closes.

This is the fifth time I've been to the Indian restaurant and I've always been amazed at how delicious it tastes, and their huge selection is also outstanding (there's something for almost everyone). So far I can definitely recommend the restaurant, especially the dishes for two.

I was here with my best friend after we were out all day. We were hungry and wanted something to eat. We looked online and found this restaurant. At first I wasn't too keen on Indian food, but when I picked it up and took it with me, I was pleasantly surprised. Furthermore, the employees were friendly. So only recommended!

We were there this afternoon. We ordered Alster water as a drink. After 3/4 of an hour, half a glass of beer arrived, the soda was missing. The food came after almost an hour - and was not what I ordered. In the meantime a man came in who wanted to pick up his order. They hadn't prepared this at all, so he had to leave without eating. The payment was also a fiasco: the cash register didn't work. All the employees pulled out their wallets to give change.

We were here for dinner today at around 12:30 p.m., the boss wasn't there and the existing staff was completely overwhelmed (there were only 2 guests present apart from us!!!!). We ordered 2 Alsterwasser, and after about 1 hour we received 2 beers. The existing staff repeatedly asked the boss over the phone how certain things should be done. After about 1 hour we got the food, one of which was wrong. I certainly understand if new staff have to be trained, but if nothing works, it's better to keep the restaurant closed that day otherwise you'll alienate your customers

For me the best Indian restaurant far and wide. Unfortunately, I always miss the festival of lights.

We have eaten and picked up food there several times and would like to go there again in the future. The tandoor is really recommended - the dishes are always freshly cooked and super tasty. We look forward to it every time. Vegan dishes are also available on the evening menu and are also available at lunchtime upon request.

Be careful when ordering over the phone: They have increased prices by 33 percent in some cases (court 034) and do not communicate this over the phone. There is no new price list yet. You can do it... It's not customer-friendly.

We have the luxury of living across the street. Small and inconspicuous across from Penny. Very friendly and humorous waitresses. Nice atmosphere and the food is always impressive. The naan are super fresh and fluffy (from 6 p.m.). If you don't know what to eat or don't want to eat just one thing, try the Thali plate (see photo). We also like to come here with visitors. Emptier during the week, you can still get seats easily.

In the evening we decided at short notice to go out to eat on vacation. We were offered a table even without reserving in advance. The service and the food were very friendly and tasty. We felt very comfortable.

Have been there on and off for years and have always been satisfied. Now the operator has changed and everything has even gotten a bit better. It's quite cramped, so make sure you make a reservation if you're a larger group. We remain loyal.

The boss was very friendly and accommodating and patiently answered every question about Indian cuisine. All dishes were super delicious!

I enjoyed the Samosas, Shrimp Biryani and Mango Lassi and can only recommend eating out here. The atmosphere is easygoing and welcoming. Our waitress was new and very sweet helping us pick a meal by asking the owner for assistance. My friend and I felt very welcome.

We were there for our company party. We received excellent advice about the food and the accompanying service was also very pleasant! What can I say, very cozy atmosphere, we were warmly welcomed, the food was super tasty and not too spicy for the German palate. 😉 The staff is even up for a bit of fun.😄 There is something for everyone on the menu. The price-performance ratio is great. However, it is advisable to reserve a table for the evening hours. We will definitely see each other again. 🫠

Great tasty food in an authentic atmosphere and friendly staff

I really like Indian food and am therefore rather critical, but I always enjoy coming here. Delicious food, large portions and extremely friendly service. To take away you can order the dishes in two different sizes, which I find very pleasant. Yet another reason to call them directly when picking up and receive the food just a short time later.

The food here tasted great. Butter chicken and naan were very tasty and the dessert too. I am now convinced and would come again and again. Service and ambience also great.

So far we've only had it delivered. We recommend! The food is delicious (the lamb dishes are excellent!), the orders are always correct, delivery is relatively quick and the delivery person is always friendly. We want to go to the restaurant soon. Then there’s an update on the atmosphere.
