Absolutely disappointing! The food arrived cold after 1.5 hours and my chicken with fried noodles had onions/fried onions on it even though it wasn't specified - I'm allergic! When we called, they simply hung up. On the second call we were cheekily told that we would have to collect the food ourselves if we wanted it hot. This kind of behavior is not acceptable! Free stomach ache after just a few bites!

Disgusting and inedible food that we had to throw away. Never heard of customer service. At 6:41 p.m. we ordered fried noodles with crispy chicken, looking forward to a delicious meal. However, the delivery took a long time. The delivery person didn't ring the doorbell until 7:50 p.m. - a full 1 hour and 10 minutes after the order was placed. And what came next was a real disappointment. When we opened the packaging we immediately noticed that the food was completely cold. The chicken, which was supposed to be crispy according to the description, was soft and tasted old. As if that wasn't bad enough, there were fried onions everywhere on the fried noodles, even though we hadn't ordered them. Not only was this unappetizing, it also made the dish inedible for us. It was clear that this food could no longer be saved and we were forced to throw it away. Upset at how the whole thing went down, we immediately called the restaurant to report the incident. To our surprise, the reaction from the employees was anything but helpful. We wanted to speak to the **boss** to find a solution, but we were told that he was "unavailable". Instead, the employees gave the completely incomprehensible message that we would have to pick it up ourselves if we wanted hot food. This simply stunned us - an outrage considering that we had paid extra for delivery and then received such poor quality food. This behavior and the lack of customer orientation led us to the clear decision: We will never order there again. We have rarely had such a bad experience, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. There are plenty of other restaurants that value quality and customer satisfaction - unfortunately that wasn't the case here at all.

Great for a “snack”! We ate on site because it was appealingly tidy. Food super delicious! Staff very nice and friendly! Definitely coming back!

Food is ok, fried rice is not recommended, summer rolls are good. The meat is very tough and doesn't taste good. Delivery time just under 2 hours, not possible at all!

Adjust your opening times at Lieferando, and then cancel so late that I can no longer order anywhere else

This is a takeaway with delivery service that has a few tables inside. The facility is very functional. The service is short and to the point. The Pho soup was well prepared and tasty. The crispy duck with peanut sauce, however, was difficult. The duck was baked very well and was quite cross. The rice was a little dry, which was probably due to it being stored in the rice cooker. The peanut sauce with vegetables that was served was a coconut sauce with vegetables in which the peanut was clearly missing. Coconut was very dominant here.

Unfortunately really bad! Summer rolls are poorly crafted (open at the bottom). Not to be eaten by hand. Two out of three dishes were missing sauces. Should have been delivered later - but arrived 35 minutes later - reason: Sauces cost extra... - only there was a "sauce" included... more like a curry sauce that has nothing to do with peanut sauce... the food was then cold. And duck with rice without sauce… is nothing. Not again - one star for punctuality

I've ordered there several times and it's always been really tasty. The delivery was always problem-free, the employees are very friendly and nice. An absolute recommendation from me.

Inconspicuous but very tasty food. With the soup it would have been nice if the lid closed tightly. That way if there was a pothole, all the soup wouldn't have spilled into the car

Ordered It stood for a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 75 minutes but only arrived after 85 minutes, but the service was very nice! But they were very dangerous when eating! I wrote down no coriander and no peanuts but unfortunately for 5/7 dishes with coriander and 4/7 with peanuts half of them were bought for free so it was completely rubbish!

The staff is super friendly and the restaurant is also very clean. The food was prepared quickly and was also very tasty.

Best mango salad outside of “Thailand”! ALL soups are also an absolute must, definitely try them!

Bestimmt schon zig Mal bestellt, wirklich jedes Mal zufrieden. Nur die Lieferzeit könnte genauer sein.

Habe bisher nur per Lieferung bestellt. War immer lecker, heiß und schnell da! Inbesondere die Pho und die zwei großen Frühlingsrollen kann ich empfehlen. Zum Ambiente des Restaurants kann ich nichts sagen.

Sehr lecker, freundlich, frisch, viel Gemüse und liebevoll eingerichtet! Wir hatten eine Vorspeise und Hauptgericht, alles sehr lecker!

Essen zum Abholen bestellt. Schnell fertig und sehr, sehr lecker. Wir haben hier öfter Essen geholt und waren nie enttäuscht. Besonders gut die Sommerrollen mit Garnelen. Rindfleisch mit Zitronengras war schön pikant und sehr schmackhaft.

Ich hatte das Vergnügen, den Imbiss Viet Street Kitchen in Norderstedt zu besuchen und ich muss sagen, es war eine hervorragende Erfahrung. Das familiäre Ambiente dieses Restaurants war unglaublich einladend und man fühlte sich direkt wie zuhause. Aber das Essen war echt der Knaller! Ich habe noch nie so eine unglaublich leckere Pho Suppe gegessen. Die Aromen, die in jedem Löffel waren, waren einfach himmlisch. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und es war deutlich zu erkennen, dass hier nur hochwertige Zutaten verwendet wurden. Es war wirklich erfrischend, einen so tollen und authentischen Geschmack von Vietnam zu erleben und das alles in der authentischen Atmosphäre des Imbisses. Ich kann jedem diesen Imbiss echt nur empfehlen, egal ob für einen schnellen Snack oder ein ausgedehntes Essen. Viet Street Kitchen in Norderstedt ist definitiv ein gastronomisches Highlight. 10/10!

Das Essen schmeckt gut und die Lieferung pünktlich (naja, 2 Minuten Verspätung sind für uns noch sehr ok). Eigentlich bedeutet uns dieses Essen so viel, weil ein alter vietnamesischer Freund kürzlich auf den Philippinen, von denen wir kommen, gestorben ist. Sie war 81 Jahre alt und besaß ein kleines Restaurant in unserer Stadt. Wir haben sie so sehr geliebt. Wir sind beim Essen unserer Pho Ga in Tränen ausgebrochen. Entschuldigen Sie die Emotionen hier, aber wir werden uns an dieses Essen erinnern und es wieder bestellen, wenn wir liebevoll an sie denken. Vielen Dank.

Super lecker! Leckere Bowls! Ambiente kann ich nichts zu sagen, machen immer "take away".

2.5 Sterne Essen Top Lieferung Flop Das Essen ist ein Genuss, aber zum wiederholten Male eine Lieferzeit von deutlich über 90min. Selbst terminierte Lieferung kommt zu spät.

VietStreet Kitchen ist mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant in Norderstedt. Die Gerichte sind richtig lecker und die Portionen echt groß. Die Lieferung dauert leider manchmal etwas länger, aber es ist die Wartezeit absolut wert. Im Restaurant direkt gibt es ein paar Sitzgelegenheiten. Preis Leistung ist meiner Ansicht nach unschlagbar.

Pho Bo und Suppen sind immer fantastisch zubereitet. Vielen Dank für die Lieferung!

Eines der besten vietnamesischen Restaurants in der Umgebung. Alle Gerichte sind toll zubereitet und einzigartig gewürzt. Mein absolutes Favorit sind die vietnamesischen Frühlingsrollen gefolgt von den Reisbandnudeln Multi, aber auch die Salate sind ein Gedicht. Sehr große Portionen so das ein Salat auch gut als Mittagessen dienen kann.

Wir bestellen dort öfter mal. Immer wieder lecker ☺️

Gute Bedienung und leckere Speisen

Das Essen ist gut, aber meistens sind zu süß. Es wäre besser wenn es nicht so viel Zucker verwendet wird. Wir haben oft bestellt, aber das Essen kommt in 60 Minuten. Man soll nicht erst bestellen wenn man Hunger hat!

Die Pho ist besonders zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Punktabzug gibt es nur, weil ich immer mal wieder bei der Abholung noch einige Minuten (5-15 min) warten muss, trotz Vorbestellung für eine bestimmte Zeit.

Ganz ehrlich, wir haben hier schon so oft bestellt und das Essen war immer super frisch und lecker. Die Lieferung dauert so lange wie bei allen anderen Lieferdiensten auch und es gab nie etwas zu beanstanden. Verstehe die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht. Die Pho Bo ist himmlisch und der gebratene Eierreis ein Traum, überzeugt euch selbst.

Ich liebe den Laden! Immer super lecker mit viel Gemüse. Top-Lieferant in der Gegend mit freundlichen Zustellern.

Ich liebe das Essen hier! Wurde bis jetzt noch nie enttäuscht! Egal ob mit Fleisch , Garnelen oder Vegetarisch, ich kann alles nur empfehlen! Auch die Lieferanten sind immer mega höflich und nett!

Immer schnell (wenn man abholt), freundlich, lecker. Vegan sind übrigens die 13, M1 und M2.

Das Essen ist wirklich super. Man kann bei VietStreet sehr bequem online bestellen und auch die Uhrzeit aussuchen (da vermeidet man die lange Lieferzeit). Wir bestellen sehr oft einfach für die Mittagszeit vor. Das Team ist flexibel und die Menge ist mehr als genug !
