The food was great, but the service left a lot to be desired. We went there for dinner on a Saturday evening at 8 p.m., were politely seated, and then... we weren't really noticed again until I asked if we could order. Our order was taken, and the drinks and food were brought promptly. And then... no one came 🤷‍♀️. When we wanted to pay, all the waiters were sitting at the same table eating. The food was delicious, but the service could be improved!

As always, the food was extremely delicious, beautifully presented. Friendly service with good advice. We had starters, main courses, desserts, and drinks. The ambiance was even more spacious after the renovation, with a variety of seating options. We had a wonderful evening and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at L'Quàn.

The food itself is good, but I can't order via the app or website. The app crashes at the end of the order process. The website doesn't redirect me to PayPal. Although I've already contacted the team, the issue hasn't been resolved.

It's always a culinary experience :) We love this restaurant. All in all, it's simply fantastic. As I said, the food is simply amazing, the service is super friendly and welcoming. The ambiance is also absolutely lovely. We'd happily return again and again.

Food: The food is very tasty. They used to have crispy chicken, but back then it was chicken breast, now it's thin breaded chicken. I think that's a shame. Service: The service is generally good. However, I really have to point out the enormous price increases. They're unjustified in the last three years. I now pay €17.50 instead of €14.50. Then there's a €2.50 delivery fee via the website. That makes a surcharge of €5.50! The prices on Lieferando are even more expensive. The dish costs €19 there!!!! Atmosphere: The restaurant is very nice. I can recommend it.

Service virtually nonexistent - run-of-the-mill Dear service team, In response to your request, I would like to clarify my review. We were guests at your restaurant on August 8th around 7:00 PM with two adults and one child. For the children's menu, we requested white rice instead of French fries. Our order was accepted as is. However, we were served the usual "rice pyramid" of white, yellow, and black rice. When I asked for this, only the black rice was removed – the requested white rice was not served. Further inquiries led to confusion among the waiters. When I asked for sushi rice instead, I initially received no response; only after asking three times and waiting about 15 minutes, there was still no suitable side dish. Finally, another waiter offered to keep the children's menu as it was on the menu and bring fries instead. Five minutes later, however, he returned and informed us that they would now be charged additionally because "rice" had already been served – even though it wasn't what was ordered. In total, it took about 45 minutes for our seven-year-old child to receive an acceptable meal. We were also charged for the side dish, even though the original order hadn't been correctly executed. We found this to be uncustomer-friendly. I have since adjusted the price in my review – it is the total amount, not the price per person.

The food was good, but we received the wrong order and were very hungry. We ordered chicken with cashews but got a beef dish. We called and were offered a replacement, so we had to wait even longer to get the correct order. Furthermore, we were offered no compensation or tokens for the mistake.

Terrible service!!! We ordered something for delivery online and received a confirmation email. The money had already been debited. Then we received a call saying there was no driver available at the time. We then informed them that we wanted to cancel the order. No refund was issued. Only when we asked were we told to send an email. We did that twice. We then called five more times and even drove there. It was being processed, but it might take a few days. That was a week later. Almost three weeks later, we still haven't received the money. On my last call, the employee told me she didn't know anything about it and couldn't do anything. She just wished me "good luck."

The ambiance, service, and food are always good. However, it's almost impossible to order online. The L'Quan app itself crashes. Payment via PayPal doesn't work on the website (regardless of whether you're on iOS or Android). Orders for delivery cannot be made by phone. Please order via Lieferando. However, each dish on Lieferando is €1-2 more expensive than on the website or in person. In other words, if you order five dishes including starters, you're easily giving away €5-10, simply because they can't get their online platform to work properly. 😑 And I find that extremely weak. Then they don't need an app and can offer deliveries directly via Lieferando.

Be careful!!! Long wait times, extremely rude drivers, and very unfriendly customer service. The food arrived after over two hours, no apology, let alone the germ additive. €19 for 150g of pasta and 70g of minced meat, a complete scam!

You can't really get lost here, as it's only open until 9 or 10 p.m. But the food is very good! Plus, the staff is friendly and competent. Always worth a visit.

The Salmon Bowl impresses with tender, freshly marinated salmon on a base of fluffy sushi rice, complemented by crunchy cucumber, edamame, and creamy avocado cubes. A squeeze of lime and a sprinkling of sesame seeds round out the flavor experience. For €16, you get a colorful, healthy meal that's filling and perfectly seasoned.

Great place. The food was delicious. The server came quickly and took our order very politely. The food really came at an incredible pace. We sat there for almost 90 minutes. It was perfect. We'd be happy to go again.

Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. We received the wrong food and had to wait far too long. Our complaint was not addressed at all – no apology, no solution. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

We are regular customers at this restaurant - both takeaway and delivery. The bun does not list nuts in the allergy information or ingredient description. Nevertheless, the dish was delivered with nuts. When we complained, there was no replacement or other compensation. In my opinion, this is an absolute disgrace. The customer service at this location is a complete disappointment. The employee said he understood and was 100% on my side, but the boss did not agree. He also had to speak to his boss first and then call him to ask how to proceed in the situation. In a case like this, a replacement delivery should not be a discussion but should be initiated immediately. On top of that, we had already been waiting for over an hour. Our request to speak to the boss in person was denied. Simply annoying because we actually enjoy ordering there.

I waited 1.5 hours for my food. It wasn't worth it at all. The portion was like for children and not worth the price. Just kidding...

Order from them? NEVER AGAIN! RUDE AND INCOMPETENT! After 90 minutes and multiple questions, to which we only received evasive answers, the snotty answer is: simply cancel YOUR order with Lieferando. After 110 minutes, lo and behold, the doorbell rings and there is an apology and a voucher. Therefore a star of honor.

The food was absolutely delicious – a straight A+! In general, the food here is super authentic, especially in the way it is prepared. The homemade drinks are also really tasty, even if the staff sometimes put a little too much ice in them - there isn't much left to drink. Sometimes the team seems a bit overwhelmed and forgets you for a moment, but everyone is friendly and has a smile on their faces. I'd love to come back!

The service was extremely bad. Complete lack of attention, even though the place was very empty on a Tuesday. Of the 5 meals, 2 arrived a little late. Nevertheless, we tipped €6. The waitress didn't even say thank you. We were there often. But won't be coming back for a while.

What's going on there? We ordered our food over an hour ago via the restaurant's preferred ordering site. Called after 40 minutes to inquire about the status of the delivery, as there was no update via mobile number or email. There was the statement that the driver was on the way. 20 minutes later called again with a request for clarification... the statement was that there was no information and the driver was on the way... now at 7:20 p.m. so already 1.5 hours after ordering, I'm wondering whether the driver has finished work or whether their delivery process even works... travel time to our restaurant is about 10-15 minutes. If you dawdle. Not possible... a shame for the money, I say. Our children have to go to bed now and food will probably be cold when it comes... sad Update: Actually came 10 minutes. After the recession the food and my 3 stars for it remain. My wife's rice was full of sauce and my beef pho was lukewarm. The spring rolls are soggy and slightly warm because the chilli sauce has come out of the broken container. He says the driver was alone and apologized. What can you say about that...

Was here on February 18th. with a friend for dinner. It wasn't my first visit either. I was very satisfied again. The food is delicious and the price-performance ratio is great. The service is friendly and attentive. You can also easily park directly below in the P+R parking garage.

When you eat locally, it's always tasty. But we mostly order from there, but something has always gone wrong with the last 4 orders. Food was only lukewarm and took hours, orders were mixed up or forgotten, or food that had to be vegan wasn't prepared that way and my allergic wife had a reaction to it. Now we got udon noodles that were marinated in soy sauce and were so salty that they were inedible. They refused to offer any kind of substitution or exchange the food; instead we were advised to go straight to the boss or, rather, to the lawyer. That's it for us with L'Quan.

Unfortunately no recommendation. The food was lukewarm and no food came at all. It was only when we asked that we were informed that the kitchen was having difficulties. No real apology. The Degistifs were then fully calculated. I would have liked proactive information and an appropriate apology. (We were 5 people)

Very nice place to eat after a hard day's shopping. We were here for lunch and the food was very tasty. The service was very attentive and friendly. The mango lassi also tasted very good, there is nothing to complain about. You feel like you've had enough to eat and go home with a smile ☺️

Overall, not outstanding but we would and will definitely come back as there isn't much better at the Herold Center. We think it's great that there are "basic dishes" for which you can choose meat, fish, tofu, etc. This means everyone can find something and vegetarians don't pay the “meat price” and then get nothing in return. I wish something like that everywhere.

We recently visited a Vietnamese restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The service was very pleasant and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors that left us wanting more. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it to others.

As many have already written before me, it was (not only!) uncomfortable and cold in the restaurant. The plates seem to be already prepared in the kitchen with the rice cones, because the rice is cold... The side salad was taken out of a large bucket with tongs and draped on the plate with the left hand (without a glove!) (you could easily see it in the open kitchen). I ordered the dish with the 2 chili peppers, the waitress asked again whether it should be spicy, I said gladly. The food came absolutely unspicy, not a hint of spicy. But the most frightening thing was the look at my daughter across the street after less than 5 minutes. She had already stopped eating (plate still 3/4 full!) and said the food tasted bad and she felt sick faster than ever before. All in all, even one star is too much and I would never go here again. And please, dear owner, save yourself the comment, you can tell from everywhere that you don't take the reviews seriously! In your eyes you are the best and apparently only the customers always do something wrong... it's strange.

Despite the bad reviews, I wanted to give the store a chance. After asking the waiters 5 times, we placed our order within 3 minutes and the starter arrived not even 2 minutes later. The spring rolls tasted like they came from Edeka's frozen food department. 5 minutes later our food was already there. One dish was supposed to be moderately spicy and tasted like absolutely nothing (it wasn't spicy either). The employee who prepared our food was completely wrong. Worn the glove on the wrong side and made our plate of salad with her bare hand. Just unhygienic. The restaurant was cold and uncomfortable. After my meal I really felt like 🤮. The €50 we left behind could have been saved. I'm never coming back!

The food was excellent as always, although the portion was smaller than the last time we visited. Unfortunately, the service was not accommodating as we had asked for a table in the corner with benches, but the waitress explained that it was reserved. Strangely, the table remained unoccupied throughout our stay, and the rest of the back area was also empty. As I was leaving the restaurant I asked the lady why she didn't give us the table as the table was completely empty. The reason that the table was too big for our group was incomprehensible to us. We don't know such inflexible behavior from L'Quan in Wandsbek and the city center - it's a real shame because the food was great.

Ordered food to be picked up, when I got home I realized that the waitress in the restaurant had forgotten some of it. Totally annoying and unfortunately not for the first time and zero, no accommodation.

I'm very disappointed 😞 A week ago I had to return the chicken bowl I ordered because the chicken meat was sushi (i.e. raw inside). Unfortunately they weren't able to refund my money or issue a voucher (I had to know that this isn't common practice in the catering industry and I was then informed 😳) What triggers me the most is that I work in the service in the neighborhood and my colleagues and I have been ordering from L'Quan for years, eating at the local restaurant, making recommendations and yet I was still treated so pettily. Now a week has passed and I haven't even received a response to my written contact - very disappointing... what a shame!

I usually always order, today I was there myself and took something with me. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, my meal only took 15 minutes and as always it was delicious. I have been very satisfied every time so far.

L'Quan has been our favorite place for years. Unfortunately not since Sunday... We came into the restaurant and immediately noticed the noise. It has been remodeled and the cosiness is missing. It was so beautifully decorated before, now everything is flat and open like a canteen. Once we arrived we noticed that it was really cold in the restaurant. It became totally uncomfortable. We like to eat the curry with crispy chicken (breaded as a schnitzel, baked and sliced) and ordered it that way. When the plates came we were disappointed and asked what we had on the plate. The answer: the breaded baked chicken is no longer available; it is cut into small strips, generously breaded and then baked. Less meat on the plate - to make it look more, it was stacked wildly and all the vegetables were packed under the meat... But the information wasn't there when we ordered and it isn't on the menu either. The food got cold very quickly because it was very cold in the restaurant. The door was open and the curtain was being pulled back and forth by the staff to block out the cold. But it didn't do anything! The exhaust system didn't seem to be working either, it smelled extremely like frying fat - so did we and our clothes! Conclusion: Very disappointing!

I ordered the curry with chicken and noodle with chicken. I usually eat at restaurants and this time we ordered something. The curry with chicken was very little and I think it's a shame because it really costs a lot (16 euros or so). For the price you expect a good portion and it was really limited in vegetables, meat and sauce. It's a shame, I'm really disappointed!

We arrived with our toy poodle that was in the bag and would sit peacefully under the table and were turned away right at the door. No dogs allowed… which restaurant has that?! I'm sorry, but I really don't understand that at all.

UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO GIVE ONE STAR IN ORDER TO RATE. The three of us ordered food there. Two out of three meals were only lukewarm, the third was only hot because of an extra sauce (€4). In addition, my food box was almost empty (see photo, approx. €17). For these prices you would expect a different standard. Comments in the order would be ignored. When we called to draw attention to this, we were asked to please email the boss. Absolutely no courtesy. I felt completely ripped off. Thanks for this disaster, it should be a nice girls' evening. It's a shame we ordered there, we won't do it again. The LeQuan branch in Volksdorf is way better.

Accidentally ordered food from the Hamburg restaurant. The team sorted things out in a super friendly and uncomplicated manner over the phone. Really great! And the food was, as usual, very tasty 😋

The food is okay, but the waiters are hardly suitable for service. A very annoyed young man and an equally annoyed waitress greeted us and were immediately annoyed. When we couldn't finally decide whether we wanted to sit outside or inside, they were also annoyed. It was an announced birthday with 10 people and there wasn't a bit of decoration for a birthday. No tablecloth or anything like that, just nothing! A bit sad, then why do people even ask about the occasion? If they don't do anything anyway, it doesn't matter to them. We will definitely come back for the food but not for the service

Delicious food and great ambience in the restaurant. I have always been satisfied, both on site and with food delivered or picked up. My favorites are the mango and peanut dishes, the vegetables are perfectly cooked, soft and still have a bite. Tip for buyers, order directly from L'Quán, you save another 10%.

I just got my food. Aside from not being salted, the “crispy” chicken is totally soft and mushy. The crispy banana is also totally soft. That was the last time I order here. Even though I called, there was no response? Too bad!

It was my second visit here and again it was very good! On our first visit we ate something from the lunch menu, now from the evening menu. First of all we had the summer rolls and coconut milk soup. Then duck with sweet potatoes, salad and fantastically delicious sauces. The service was attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend this Vietnamese restaurant!

I had dinner with my girlfriend yesterday. In the last 2 years the quality of the food has noticeably declined. The vegetables were not fresh, but frozen. My duck was probably reheated several times. The crust was very hard and bubbled. During the night my girlfriend even had to give up the food. It would be bitter if the hygienic conditions also suffered now. Even though the restaurant was half empty, we were seated in the back, very uncomfortable corner. Had the feeling of a storage room. Most of the tables had a reserved sign. However, there were no guests there during the time we were there. The service was quick and friendly, although not very attentive. The main course arrived before we had finished the starter.
