Prices a bit high, but portions are adequate. Unfortunately, it tastes like store-bought sauces and poor seasoning.

Disappointing, disgraceful and disrespectful – never again! I have been a loyal regular at this restaurant for years and have recommended it to many friends. But after my last visit it's finally over for me - and with good reason. I was eating with a friend and there happened to be acquaintances sitting at another table. Out of pure kindness, they paid for our meal without us knowing at first. When we wanted to pay later, the staff still charged us as normal without saying a word about the fact that our bill had long since been paid. When our friends informed us and then came back to the restaurant to demand back the money they had paid twice, the behavior of the staff and the owner was not only unprofessional, but simply disrespectful. No sign of understanding, no apology - instead they became cheeky and stroppy. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they didn't even refund the full amount that was overpaid! Mistakes can happen, but how you deal with them shows true character. And here all decency was lacking. It is clear to me: I will never enter this store again - and many of those who became guests because of me will no longer do so either.

I don't judge a kebab shop by whether it delivers once. Many kebabs taste good once, then you come back and it's just so-so. Arda, on the other hand, has been delivering such high quality precisely and reliably for years, something I have never experienced before. For me, this restaurant is in the premier class of the art of the kebab!

The food is good. The waiting time in a store that is 50% full is extremely long. While we were waiting for our food, there were already 3 complaints from other guests that they themselves had been waiting for almost an hour. Operation is more like sleeping pills on the go. It's a real shame, the store really has potential.

I have to say, I haven't received such unfriendly and listless service in a long time. The waitress is a sleeping pill. No hello, slapping our drinks on the table, no asking if everything is okay. The food wasn't that good either. Adana did not taste animal. Not again...

Unfortunately it has worn off a bit. Don't know if it was the birthday party at the table opposite. Food was ok, drinks took too long considering it was almost empty and the birthday group hadn't arrived yet.

Since the main aspect of a restaurant review for me is the food, I can only give Arda 5 stars. For me the best kebab in Hamburg. From the meat to the salad to the sauces, everything is always delicious and fresh. Dishes such as Adana or Köfte are also highly recommended.

The food tastes very tasty but I'm still waiting 1:30 hours for a kebab plate because the waiters serve the people at the counter first and not the people in the restaurant. I don't think it's good that the people in the restaurant aren't the first priority!!!!

I waited 30 minutes for a kebab... that's far too long for the kebab to be cold. I was stalled for over 30 minutes with the words “it’s almost ready.” Delicious kebab but the service was very bad.

Doner kebab tastes real and the kebab men are also very, very nice. We also thought the waiters were nice. Always gave them tips. Sometimes a lot, sometimes normal. Then we asked for Cay twice today and nothing else was ever charged. Our bills are getting higher and we don't just stop at a kebab in a flatbread. Suddenly I hear customers loudly gossiping about us and one of the waiters asking the younger employee whether we asked for tea on our own initiative. Then the younger one comes to us and says there is no tea! Suddenly 2 minutes later the tea is brought to us after our meal and added to the bill. Is it actually still possible?! We are regular customers and leave large sums every time. Then there is gossip about tea and suddenly there is tea. Outrageous! Unfortunately that was our last visit. Thanks to the lovely kebab men who work hard and don't even have the time to gossip like the waiters in the restaurant area. We didn't expect it!

The food is really delicious. I've eaten better, but also worse. The service is bottom drawer. the waiting times are astonishing.

Absolutely recommended if you like Turkish cuisine. Friendly service and the food was tip top! However, the ambience is a bit simple and it seems more like a snack bar than a restaurant.

For me, the Arda Restaurant is one of the three favorites in Hanburg when it comes to a standard kebab bag! Super tasty, fresh, crispy flatbread covered with (lots of) sesame. Simply great - toasted bread, the deliciously spicy meat with the crisp salad and the fruity sauces simply give the kebab its uniqueness. Price performance is good - the clean sanitary facilities are worth mentioning. I like to come eat here!!!

Very nice Turkish restaurant with fast and competent service. Food can be quickly ordered and taken away at the front, and there are an estimated 50 comfortable seats at the back. The food is always freshly prepared at the front and back and is very tasty. The prices are absolutely reasonable, and if necessary you can find parking across the street. Absolutely recommended.

As a kebab man from Schleswig Holstein, I have to admit that this is the best kebab in northern Germany.

The lady who took our order clearly didn't feel like it and quickly ate breakfast. The cheese was missing from the veggie sandwiches, of course we didn't eat it until we got home because we had ordered take-away. The bread was standard, the salad was fresh and tasty, the special requests were also taken into account, unfortunately there was very little sauce on it, so it was a bit dry. I know it very differently from before and there really wasn't much going on when we were there.

Incredibly bad service - never again! I went to Arda and it was an absolute disaster. First of all, I had to wait ages for my food, even though it was just a simple kebab - nothing particularly complicated. But that wasn't even the worst part. The staff were incredibly disrespectful and made absolutely no effort to appear polite or professional. In addition, the staff seemed unkempt and dirty - that spoiled your appetite. If the external impression is so miserable, you don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. I absolutely cannot recommend this place and will definitely never eat there again!

The Arda Restaurant not only impresses with a delicious grilled dish, but also with an atmosphere that exudes real hospitality. The friendly staff makes you feel welcome from the first second. Had dinner there in mid-November. I ordered a kebab plate. The meat was nice and thin and evenly sliced. Tastes super good!!!! What I didn't like was that some pieces of meat weren't cooked through yet. They shimmered pink through. The parts that were cooked through were super tasty and crispy. When I took off my jacket to eat, I was very cold. I felt the rooms were not heated. In summary, a nice place to eat with little room for improvement. Definitely come back!

The food tastes great. Unfortunately the service is very slow and inattentive. It takes forever before you even get around to looking at the menu and then you know what you want and it takes forever until you can order. You can expect it to take around 30-40 minutes until the food is actually on the table.

So... the food tastes really good, I have to say, but the service is a complete disaster! We are here for the second time around 7/8 p.m. and the service is not at all attentive and takes an incredible amount of time so I had to get the menu myself.. This is the second time this has happened so I'm thinking about coming back.

We waited just over half an hour for the food and there was no bread with dip like other Turkish restaurants usually do. The restaurant was completely full, but guests who came after us got their food beforehand.

I went there yesterday because of its excellent reputation. And what can I say? It was the best kebab I've eaten in a long time. I'll definitely be a repeat customer, but soon on Thursday or Sunday to test the lamb kebab.

Unfortunately, portions have shrunk by around 30% since November 2024… It still tastes very good!

A beautiful restaurant with good food

A few days ago we bought four kebabs in your restaurant. However, when we got home we discovered that both the sauces and the salad were missing, even though we mentioned everything when ordering. Instead, the kebab consisted solely of meat and fries or bread and rice, a composition that in our opinion doesn't do justice to the actual dish. Especially with such high prices, we expect a certain standard that was not met here. Based on this experience, we would not visit the restaurant again and would not recommend it to others.

We have eaten at Arda very often and have always been satisfied. We recently ate chicken for the first time and both had gastrointestinal problems! Either there is something wrong with the product delivered or with the hygiene in it Load. It's a shame, but I won't eat there again in the future.

Unfortunately, this restaurant surprised me very much in terms of negative value. I have received good experiences from another familiar person and unfortunately when I ordered the mixed plates I saw no quality or quantity at all, the starter was served after we had received it and the table was cleaned up, even though my companion was eating. I don't know whether it was a one-off bad luck move or not, but in my case it was unfortunately disappointing.

Very cozy restaurant, with really nice and courteous employees who are available at any time. The kebab meat, especially the veal, is without a doubt one of my top 3 in Hamburg. The price-performance ratio is really very good here and you get something for your money. The portions are really generous and they are not stingy. After your meal you are also offered a glass of tea, which somehow tastes particularly special here. Although it is “normal” black tea, it still has a fresh smell and taste.

When you walk in you first think it's a kebab shop with a better selection. But then you notice that there is an area at the back that invites you to sit comfortably. Every Thursday and Sunday there is a lamb steak skewer and I tried it. Brutally delicious, brutally much. The meat was crispy, juicy and absolutely delicious. The salad is super fresh and the fries are seasoned perfectly. The sauces come separately, so you can dip to your liking. I'm super excited! €15.90 for a plate of purest quality. My friend had a veggie sandwich with feta. The feta was plentiful and the bread was crispy! She was also very impressed. You can go there more often!

I don't know if it's the best kebab in Hamburg, but Arda definitely belongs in the top 3! The meat is terrific, the cocktail sauce is a dream and even the salad on the kebab plate is just to fall in love with! We also had a normal kebab and a Dürüm, and the rating from my companions was excellent here too! Luckily Arda is nearby because they gained regular customers today. Clear recommendation!!!

The classic kebab in a large version is clearly the best I've eaten recently. It is also served in a cozy atmosphere and in an appealing manner. The service is already great, but could be a little friendlier. But that's complaining at a very high level.

Our order took significantly too long even though no one was in front of us. The mix of restaurant and fast food doesn't work properly here, customers who quickly get something to eat to go to work are left waiting for a very long time, nothing for in between!

Always tasty, always friendly, always there, except Mondays. What I like best is that the store offers both, a restaurant area and the classic kebab snack area. So it's up to each person to either eat quickly on hand or eat comfortably in a restaurant where the dishes are presented in an attractive and appetizing way.

I love the kebab plate! The salad is incredibly fresh and tastes unbelievable, the fries are crispy and perfectly salted and the meat, whether chicken or lamb, is just tender and so delicious! I can only advise everyone to eat there. The ambience is super nice and cozy, plenty of indoor seating. Very family friendly.

For me, they simply have the best falafel here, and all the employees are always friendly and nice. You have the feeling that you are welcome and a welcome guest. I really regret that the homemade lemonades are no longer available. They were really good! See you again soon 😊

A very nice and tasty restaurant but the staff should be worked on even though you are there in the evening with a larger group. You are under time pressure and you have to get off work and aren't even allowed to use the toilet. Otherwise it's a nice experience
