Here the decoration doesn't just consist of a few typical pictures on the wall, but you feel like you're in an oriental building. The kitchen, on the other hand, is just average. I have eaten better in many other Lebanese restaurants.

Such a beautiful shop! Great ambience, great service, great food and totally fair prices! So absolutely more than recommended!!!!

The restaurant is like a trip to the Orient, right in the middle of Düsseldorf. There is a lot of space (inside and outside). However, thanks to the layout, you can sit very comfortably. There are a few menus to choose from, but also á la carte. We had a starter for three people. Except for one chicken dish, everything was vegetarian. There was also delicious bread. Given the current temperatures, that was enough for us. I was very pleasantly surprised by this treasure from “A Thousand and One Nights”. We'd love to come back.

When you enter this restaurant, you feel like you are in another world. Very spacious and beautifully furnished. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. And the crowning glory: Mezze - wonderfully prepared and simply delicious dishes!

Nice restaurant with a great ambience, very large with seats inside and outside. Great furnished. The menu is not too big and there is a variety of authentic dishes. The starters sometimes contain very tasty little things, but there is often a lack of spices from the Arabic world of spices. Also with the main course, where a lot more flavor could be achieved in one place or another. The meat, especially the lamb shoulder, is extremely tender and very well cooked. The service was far too understaffed and drinks, for example, took a long time. However, he was very friendly and you received good advice in the end.

A must for all foodies in Düsseldorf!

Elegant place with Arabic food, strong and tasty dishes. Only the option of the already designed menu includes the starter picadillos, it is possible to order both the main dish and the picadillos individually but due to the price it is not convenient. Everything was very delicious, but my dish was missing a sauce since only fish with bulgur is very dry. The Arabic dessert for dessert was divine. The salt grotto was not available to visit since it is under renovation, we were told that in January the work may already be finished.

We went to Arabesq with the whole family and had a wonderful evening! The atmosphere is super cozy and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food was simply fantastic – especially the lamb and mezze. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. Our children also really enjoyed the meal, especially the delicious baklava for dessert. We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend Arabesq!

Bad experience. Reservations were simply forgotten, lengthy discussions until we got a new table were simply no fun and spoiled the mood. Portions too small for prices too high. Waste of time and money that could be saved. It's best to look for an alternative.

Do not go and waste your time. I spent one hour waiting for my main dish. After telling them I am leaving after one hour. They told me you can pay for your drink and leave. Worst services ever I had been through. This is not the case and it is worth it. I have a lot of money, so I can't wait for you. It's all worth it, but it's too late, it's too late, it's worth it and it's there. This service is very important for you. Don't go and waste your time. I waited an hour for the main course to arrive. After I told them I was leaving in an hour, they said you can pay for your drink and leave. The worst service I have ever experienced.

Absolute disaster. Food completely overpriced and almost inedible (cold). Service and especially the owner were unfortunately incredibly incompetent and cheeky at the same time. Absolutely not recommended. Both personally and from the kitchen. Not recommended and never again. Larger reservations are particularly not recommended.

We are totally thrilled. The restaurant doesn't make as great an impression from the outside as it does from the inside. When you enter the restaurant you enter a new world. You feel like you're on vacation. Great atmosphere, everything was clean and very nicely decorated. Great service and delicious food. We went home with a stomach ache, not because the food was bad, but because we didn't stop eating because it was so delicious. We went here for dinner for the first time today. Five stars are not enough in all of the categories mentioned above. You think you are in an oriental palace, very authentic. The welcome at the entrance was super empathetic and genuine. The food was sensationally tasty. The entire staff is very friendly. We'd love to come back.

We were here with 7 people and a child. At the beginning your jacket is taken away and you are offered tea. This is nice and takes a while. A little warning that there is no heating in the restaurant would have been nice. It was 3 degrees outside, the restaurant is huge and has high ceilings and we were really freezing. We then had to wait at least 20 minutes for the card. The drinks order came incomplete and after the appetizer had already been there. We had each ordered a drink - only 5 were delivered and after several minutes nothing came, we had to actively point out that the other 2 people at our table would also like the drinks they had ordered. Then wait again. An important request was that the children's plate should come with the starters - the little mouse was hungry and it was no fun to eat something in front of her. The children's plate didn't come as agreed, and we had to ask several times. Instead, there was a coloring book. The starters were served and explained very lovingly, the waiter even had the foresight to mention that one of the starters contained nuts - but none of the rest. This is of course great if you have allergies like me. Of course it's stupid when another dish contains nuts and you relied on the waiter's statement. This is really really dangerous and not possible at all. The rest of the food was delicious and the starters in particular were very varied.

We went to ArsbesQ spontaneously today without a reservation. We received a very friendly welcome there. After a small welcome tea, we were served very quickly by friendly service. The food was terrific and the atmosphere alone was worth a visit. Behind the inconspicuous facade, an Arabian dream greets you. Thanks to the team and the kitchen for the lovely evening. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Düsseldorf.

A place that takes you to the Orient. The Meeze are a taste experience for the palate, nose and eyes. I had the lamb shoulder, the meat was sooo soft with the spiced rice and the yoghurt saffron sauce again a pleasure. The service was attentive and friendly. I don't know if this slowness is not conscious in order to slow everything down. My daughters and I were very satisfied

We've been there a lot now, unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The service is really great, as are the starters. The steak, which we ordered again, was cold again and completely overgrown, the vegetables burned black. A steak knife would have helped. Unfortunately there are only 2021 wines or older. The women's toilet was dirty, paper towels all over the floor and the great atmosphere of the restaurant was completely neglected 😞

All in all, my expectations were met. I think the ambience is well resolved, the rooms are very spacious. There is a lot of space for the person sitting next to you. You could easily double the number of tables. The toilets are too dirty and worn out for this price range. Loose soap dispensers and full trash cans should not be available in this price range. For this reason there is a 1 star deduction for the service. The staff is very polite and correct, all of our requests were addressed immediately.

You feel like you are in an oriental fairy tale. Selected fresh dishes in a wide variety, lovingly designed rooms with a very individual appearance, nice service. Here the guest is "king". At the reception there are hot towels and mint tea to get you in the mood and you can listen to fairy tales in the toilet. Highly recommended, we'll come gladly again.

I was at ArabesQ again, I usually go there with business people who I want to offer something special to. The atmosphere is like something out of the Arabian Nights, there are canopies like small desert tents, mosaics on the walls, and extremely high ceilings that are reminiscent of a palace dome. Fairy tales from the 1001 Nights actually play in the toilets. At the entrance you will be greeted with a glass of tea. The staff is very accommodating and quiet. We always take the mezze as starters. You can barely remember the 20 starters that the waiter puts out and lists. I can particularly recommend the large tuna steak, which is still delicately pink on the inside.

The service was a bit strange. The menu was very, very lean, especially when it came to dessert. There was only one dessert!

Der Brunch am Sonntag war sehr lecker. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Vorspeisen waren abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich gut abgestimmt. Das Lammfleisch war butterweich.

We were attracted by the ambience, so we came from far away, but not everything that shines is made of gold. Unfortunately disappointing. The rice and vegetables were overcooked. The service was understaffed and extremely stressed. Despite the very long waiting times, the food didn't impress us. And the baklava, the only dessert on the menu, was a laughing stock if not gross negligence because it was old and of poor quality. Despite the fact that we discussed our regrets with the owner's son and admitted mistakes because the kitchen was in great chaos, there was no effort to compensate or advance anything. Keeping a good restaurant running is certainly challenging, but that's definitely not how it works. We won't come here a second time.

Dirty interiors in fine dining restaurant. 55 minutes wait time to get simple mezze and bread on the table. We had to get up thrice to the bar to ask for water, then to the servers to ask for main course and then again for the dessert and finally for the bill. Pommes were raw so was the aubergine. Mocktails worth 8euros were nothing but some ginger ale and canned juice mixed and served. When we asked to bring your supervisor to speak to us, we were told "sorry there's no boss" 144euros and a disappointing experience. Person at the reception looked confused despite reserving in advance she was unsure whom to give towels and whom to offer the tea. We asked for a little spicy mezze dip which never arrived on the table. Lamb main course was well cooked and it was a good portion.

So it's rare to experience a store like this - even if the restaurant is in the higher price segment - the price is really worth it in terms of quality, service and ambience! The young man who served us was really courteous and attentive. Even if the coffee was forgotten, he came quickly. Gladly again. Keep it up!

I reserved a table with decorations for a dinner a week ago, but when I arrived I found that they had forgotten to prepare the table. We waited more than 45 minutes for the food to come and unfortunately it wasn't tasty at all. I paid 110 euros for 2 plates and mezza and it's not worth it at all!

We had reserved a table on Saturday evening. Enthusiastic about the reception, we were escorted to our table. The ambience was really great but unfortunately we were just dropped off and felt forgotten. We had to ask several times for someone to come from service until we could order and get the food. The food was delicious! We all had a menu. To be honest, we didn't think the price-performance ratio was that good. It was tasty but relatively little. Unfortunately, the store became more and more crowded and the service became worse and worse. But we also had high expectations, which unfortunately didn't come true. Maybe you just had a bad day

The food and service were perfect as always. The ambience is a dream from 1001 nights. I can only recommend Arabesq! I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

An incredibly successful evening with a lovely Valentine's Day date! We were very lucky that we were able to get a table at short notice because someone had canceled our call shortly before. When we arrived at the restaurant we were warmly welcomed. We were given a warm cloth for our hands, very pleasant. Then we were taken to the table. Unfortunately, it was in the middle of the room, right next to the waiters' paths. However, the atmosphere was very great, my girlfriend was thrilled by the glowing tree, see attached photo. After drinking a complimentary chai, we ordered drinks. The Lillet was the best we have ever drunk! The wine we ordered was okay, but it needed more air. We were given excellent advice when choosing the food. The waiter knew exactly what we wanted. Likeable dude, which was confirmed several times over the course of the evening. The appetizers were terrific! The main course was also very good, but you couldn't get enough of the starters. What we really liked was that we were given enough time for the starter and extra bread for it. We were able to finish eating in peace before the main course was served. Dessert was also very tasty. We made some small talk with our waiter. He told us that things were a little haywire in the kitchen. Very nice guy. We were very full at the end. The price was quite expensive, but really okay for the brilliant starters we got.

Beautiful location! Unfortunately, the food at brunch wasn't really convincing. The plates provided were also very often dirty, I think there were problems with the dishwasher.

We were there for brunch on a Sunday. We had reserved a table for 11:00 a.m. After having to wait outside with a bunch of other people for a good fifteen minutes, we finally got to our table. Shortly afterwards we were able to start brunch. The food was good, everything we tried was delicious. There was hardly any service at the table. We couldn't order coffee or anything. We had to personally walk to the waiter every time to order drinks. Unfortunately the dessert was very meager, we had thought that there would also be a small dessert buffet. Each person received a tiny piece of baklava and a kind of quark with syrup, which was also finished with about 3 spoons. Conclusion: I give 4 points because the food was tasty. Otherwise it would have easily been 3 points. It was tasty, but the dessert, very disappointing. Hardly any service, and the table was extremely dark. So if you have trouble with your eyes, you should bring a flashlight.

We were there for dinner in February and received a very friendly welcome. We all decided on the menu. The service was very friendly, although it took a while before we were served. The starters were varied, but the final whistle was missing here and there. Unfortunately for the main course there was a freezer bag closure in the tuna dish and after being called and taken away by the service staff, the same dish was brought to the table again in 5 minutes, so it was very likely not exchanged. The wine (Pinot Gris) was already old and after a comment the same wine was boldly poured again and the waitress was happy about it and said that the first glass wasn't cold. The dishes were ok. but not any more. The dessert was cheeky! A spoonful of yogurt and a small baklawa. I paid 50 euros. Today I was having brunch with a friend and had no expectations, the invitation had been there for a while, so I accepted it and wanted to give the restaurant a second chance for myself. I'm just saying Aida breakfast with deck 4 guests is similar. We were greeted very friendly and escorted to the table, which was not set. There was only coffee from a thermos (1 pot for everyone) we ordered cappuccino, which was served in an espresso cup. Water costs 7.50. Our other drinks were only brought when we asked. Unfortunately, there is no real information on the website about what the buffet includes. If you expect a breakfast buffet, you definitely have different expectations and I have had wonderful breakfasts in Morocco, Tunisia, Turkey and Egypt. There were various dips, a few salads and a type of cold bread. No yoghurt, no fruit, no pastries, what you would imagine for breakfast, fresh juices are non-existent. You could have ordered it. The second course was a large pan of rice with chicken, which was served in portions, various vegetables, etc. Unfortunately, you couldn't always see exactly what was in the bowl. For dessert, which was then provided around 1:40 p.m., there was only the bland yogurt and a piece of baklawa, where are the pomegranate seeds, pistachios, honey, nuts, etc. Despite the beautiful Moroccan ambience, I didn't feel comfortable at all. It was total mass production and you can see from the sports car in front of the door that the bill worked out well. I paid 44 euros for brunch and drinks. I'd rather go to the café around the corner. As a result, you can say that the ambience is nice but you shouldn't have any demands when it comes to gastronomy.

We made a reservation for 12 people on a Sunday and got the separate room to the right of the entrance. We were negatively surprised that both the room and the table were completely dirty. After we told the waiter, he cleaned the table. We were there for brunch. That food tasted good. I particularly thought the lamb was delicious. The service was nice except for one waitress. Since there were no more plates, I asked her for plates. She replied that she couldn't bring any plates and left. Another waiter heard this, apologized for the inconvenience and said it was her first day at work. Otherwise the ambience is nice.

Cold main course because it was already at our table along with the starter! The interim bill comes to €250 for 4 people and the service management adds another 20% of the bill amount! This amount will probably not have ended up in the cash register! All in all, poor service!

The atmosphere exuded something of the Arabian Nights. The starters were delicious, the bread was delicious. However, the main course was too focused on western flavors. I would have liked more variety with Moroccan food like couscous and perhaps a refreshing mint tea to finish off the dessert.
