Very nice ambience, pleasant colors and well presented by the lighting. Eating well. Starter okay, main course (beef fillet) was more like two chops than one fillet. Too much sauce on the plate, hard to find side dishes. The service was cold-hearted, it was already being cleared away while others in our group were still eating. Price-performance ratio absolutely wrong!! The prices are completely beyond what would be appropriate for what is offered! Reservation by phone is apparently not possible because it is fully booked. A table could be reserved via the website and the restaurant was empty when we arrived, which didn't really change during our visit. We had the impression that a telephone reservation was undesirable! It was our first and last visit to ArabesQ.

We had a wonderful evening at ArabesQ, if you want to go on an oriental journey, this is the place for you. The food was excellent, the different spices that came together from the starter to the dessert were simply heavenly. Everything was fine. We can highly recommend this restaurant.

We had a first-class evening. Everything that was discussed in advance was as we imagined. The company of 30 people was extremely satisfied. Thanks to the good organization, the friendly staff and the excellent cuisine!

Google review for ArabesQ Yesterday we ate at ArabesQ for the first and unfortunately last time. The restaurant makes a very beautiful and pleasant visual impression with its oriental interior. The evening started promisingly with a friendly welcome, but we had to wait about 10 minutes in the entrance area until our jackets were taken away and we were given small towels to clean our hands. I found that rather tedious to get started with. Although the restaurant was sparsely busy at 6 p.m., it took another 10-15 minutes until the menus were brought to us and we were finally able to place a drink order. Unfortunately, this slow pace continued throughout the evening. The starter was OK, but nothing special or fancy for a restaurant in this price range. We had ordered a bottle of red wine, but it had a strong cork taste. When we complained about this, the waiter actually tried the wine himself in front of us instead of simply replacing the bottle. Several other guests at our table had also tasted and agreed that the wine was undrinkable. Another big problem was the tuna, which was spoiled and absolutely inedible. We complained about this immediately and had the plate returned to the kitchen. Instead of offering a charming solution, we felt dismissed by the waiter. There was no apology - an absolute no-go for a restaurant!!! The overall service was disappointing. The waiters were completely overwhelmed and several drink orders were forgotten or not even brought. I had to get up several times myself to ask for my orders. In the end, a dessert was also forgotten, and after asking again it still didn't come. At some point I gave up. All in all, neither the price-performance ratio nor the service was right for me, and the quality of the food also left a lot to be desired. We definitely won't be coming back.

The restaurant enchants you with its special ambience. The menu, especially the 15 different starters, are a pure pleasure. The main course was also very tasty and beautifully presented. We would have liked a little more attention from the service. There were probably larger groups and we as a couple had the impression that something had been forgotten. It's a shame, because we couldn't or didn't want to order anything more to drink. In order to get the bill, my husband got up to draw attention to himself. That could certainly be done better. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed the evening and will definitely come back once.

I was looking for a place to have a nice dinner time with my work colleagues, and ArabesQ turned out to be the perfect choice. Nina was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home. Auf Einladung eines marokkanischen Kollegen dort gewesen. Ich habe zum ersten Mal so gegessen und war sehr begeistert. Bestimmt komme ich wieder.

Food excellent! Great ambience.

The ambience is really great. The wine was also good, as was the service. But that was it. As a main course I had "long braised lamb shank" with fouhara (vegetables in tomato sauce). The lamb shank was “braised” without any spices, vegetables, broth or anything similar. A stew actually depends on the meat slowly cooking in some form of broth that gives it flavor. But the knuckle had obviously been cooked in isolation from everything (perhaps valuum-?) and was completely bland. Let us explain again what “stewing” actually means. Braising does not mean wrapping a piece of meat in plastic wrap and placing it in a water bath. The Fouhara was made from a warmed up can of tomatoes of the cheaper variety (you could clearly tell by the taste, appearance and consistency) with half-cooked eggplant inside. And no, I'm not exaggerating here.

Were there today for the Arabic brunch (always Sundays from 11 a.m., 25 euros), great salads and delicious warm dishes. Coffee and dessert included

A restaurant from another world. The ambience and atmosphere are taken from a fairy tale from 1001 Nights. The staff is very friendly and the food is very tasty and of course from the Arabic region. Definitely worth a visit. However, I have a negative point. After the first order, no staff was at the table and asked for more drinks. We were also not offered dessert or a coffee at the end. With such “service” we would have actually felt like “guests” in a foreign culture. Take it as an opportunity for improvement

We had reserved a table for yesterday at 5 p.m. and were warmly welcomed at reception. The lady with short blonde hair was extremely attentive and immediately made us feel welcome. The ambience is definitely a 10 out of 10. Throughout the evening we were served by a young man with dark short hair and a few accessories on his hands who was extremely eager and competent. The service was consistently excellent. Thanks also for listing the hot drinks available. Next time we hope for the mocha ;) We felt very comfortable as a family and would love to come back. Wir waren gestern mit Freunden hier Essen. Das Essen ist ja immer Geschmack Sache unser Fall war es nicht. Die Auswahl auf der Karte ist ja nicht gerade toll. Es wiederholen sich die Gerichte immer und die Auswahl ist super klein. Wir brauchen keine 50 Gerichte aber etwas mehr Auswahl sollte schon sein. Aber was für uns Schlecht war ist die Bedienung. Wir mussten lange auf weiter Getränke warten wenn die Bestellt waren und was die Krönung war, ich war noch am Essen beim Hauptgang zwar nur noch mein Brot, das ist ja auch egal was, da sagt der Kellner ich soll das Brot in die Hand nehmen und nahm mir schon meinen Teller weg. Bei anderen Freunden sollte dann die Schalen von der Vorspeisen schon abgeräumt werden obwohl sie noch am Essen waren. Was sind das für Zustände und das wenn man solche Preise auffährt. Wir persönlich fanden es viel zu Teuer. Wo bei ich sagen muss das wir sehr oft Essen gehen und einen Vergleich habe. Ihr stimmen absolut Preis und Leistung nicht.

I had dinner here, and tried a lot of different delicacies. The best value was the starter platter. The lamb shoulder dish was also very delicious. However, the portion size was extremely small, and the yoghurt-safran sauce was a little disappointing. Last but not least, the ambience was excellent, and staff were very friendly. PS: if you have smoke allergy, please choose your table carefully, as smoke from outside seeps in, sometimes.

Negative: Unfortunately, two dishes that we had ordered were no longer available, even though we were there about an hour and a half before the kitchen closed. When it comes to starters, you can't really estimate how much and what you're getting. You have to rely on the service staff. Positive: The food itself is of good quality, but it's not exactly cheap. The atmosphere is nice and the service staff are consistently courteous.

Wir waren bei Arabesq zum Abendessen. Für unser Kind gab es einen Kinderteller mit leckerem Hähnchen und Kartoffelnecken - die Portion war recht großzügig und hat dem kleinen Gourmet super geschmeckt. Wir hatten Mazzas mit frischem Brot und dann Hähnchenkeule und Thunfischsteak als Hauptgang. Alles unfassbar köstlich! Zum Nachtisch gab es Joghurt und Baklava - eine kleine Sünde ;) Man fühlt sich wie in einem Märchen, wenn man das Haus betritt: schöner Brunnen, Mosaiken an der Wand, viele Kerzen und Blumen. Passt gut für einen entspannten Familienabend aber auch für besondere Anlässe.

Here the decoration doesn't just consist of a few typical pictures on the wall, but you feel like you're in an oriental building. The kitchen, on the other hand, is just average. I have eaten better in many other Lebanese restaurants.

The restaurant is like a trip to the Orient, right in the middle of Düsseldorf. There is a lot of space (inside and outside). However, thanks to the layout, you can sit very comfortably. There are a few menus to choose from, but also á la carte. We had a starter for three people. Except for one chicken dish, everything was vegetarian. There was also delicious bread. Given the current temperatures, that was enough for us. I was very pleasantly surprised by this treasure from “A Thousand and One Nights”. We'd love to come back.

Elegant place with Arabic food, strong and tasty dishes. Only the option of the already designed menu includes the starter picadillos, it is possible to order both the main dish and the picadillos individually but due to the price it is not convenient. Everything was very delicious, but my dish was missing a sauce since only fish with bulgur is very dry. The Arabic dessert for dessert was divine. The salt grotto was not available to visit since it is under renovation, we were told that in January the work may already be finished.

Bad experience. Reservations were simply forgotten, lengthy discussions until we got a new table were simply no fun and spoiled the mood. Portions too small for prices too high. Waste of time and money that could be saved. It's best to look for an alternative.

Were there with a closed company. The location is incredibly beautiful and very authentically decorated. Service was super nice and delicious food. We were very satisfied.

Do not go and waste your time. I spent one hour waiting for my main dish. After telling them I am leaving after one hour. They told me you can pay for your drink and leave. Worst services ever I had been through. This is not the case and it is worth it. I have a lot of money, so I can't wait for you. It's all worth it, but it's too late, it's too late, it's worth it and it's there. This service is very important for you. Don't go and waste your time. I waited an hour for the main course to arrive. After I told them I was leaving in an hour, they said you can pay for your drink and leave. The worst service I have ever experienced.
