Wonderful place to dine with friends. Really love the flavours of everything that I tried here until now.

When I consider that I pay only €15 for an all-you-can-eat breakfast at Nur in the center of Dortmund, I wonder how the prices are calculated here? €5 for tea? €16 for a bit of breakfast? Unfortunately, I don't see this as a good concept; it's more like my Kurdish brothers and sisters forcing themselves to fit the Western mold. I was extremely shocked.

I ordered chicken beyti but it had nothing to do with the real thing. It came wrapped in a tortilla with some strange vegetables inside and just 3 pieces of dry chicken – absolutely no taste. The mezes were extremely salty and bland. We went as three friends and everything we tried was disappointing and flavorless. Definitely not worth it.

Self service - not easy to follow. Table next to us had a dog and placed on the chair - not hygienic and off putting. Would be 4.5/5 if service better and no pets inside.

Middle Eastern food can be difficult to taste bad😂 I ordered freshly juice,But it was obvious that the orange juice was not freshly squeezed. Other than that everything is fine

1. Food was really good for a few plates and ok for others. My recommendations are: - get the lamb (it was amazing) - Pide not worth it 2. I like that is a self-service place, no rush to order, and a lot of pictures for each plate. Also, the pics of the food seem very small, but the sizes are big enough to fill a person! Just have that in mind, I overdid my order lol 3. The atmosphere is very calm, and overall nice. I recommend the place to have a nice dinner or just to have a chat with your friends :)

Wonderful food, great decor, and great service. The fact that you have to walk for every single component of your meal and every single drink is a real drawback. A pleasant "communal meal" is impossible with several people, as a different beeper goes off every minute. This is stressful and creates a cafeteria-like atmosphere. It's a real shame, because the food is really very good.

A very good restaurant chain, with a particularly great atmosphere and good food. Unfortunately, the service is often quite slow, and the food is frequently prepared very late. The biggest scam I've ever seen. There were four of us, we paid a little more than a hundred euros but we didn't eat anything, not even a hundred grams of minced meat and even a tiny bit of cold cuts, the rest of the sauces and the breadcrumbs. Be careful.

Great ambiance and freshly prepared dishes with an oriental flair. The selection is varied and everything tastes excellent. The service is attentive and friendly. We'd be happy to return!

I remember back then, it was a real bomb shop. Now it's taken a huge downgrade. The food is sometimes unseasoned, sometimes it tastes good, other days not so much. I ordered and was told they were out of all the ingredients. The store is almost always crowded. The lady at the cash register is very friendly, the rest are unfriendly, and you get strange looks if you don't tip. Also, the lady at the cash register almost always stands with a blanket around her shoulders. The saying "make yourself at home" was misunderstood again.

Tasty food, big tables, perfect location.

Visiting from Switzerland and this shop attracted me directly from the outside. The food is also super delicious, high quality and reasonably priced. This will be my new regular restaurant as soon as I am in Düsseldorf.

The food tasted good and very good, as did the ambience. However, for me personally, the self-service concept is not at all suitable and generally not for couples or dates, especially on busy days, because you can't spend half the time in the restaurant with your date. There were six of us at the table and our orders were often mixed up and we could only eat at very different times. Furthermore, on a very hot day, it was not possible to guarantee cool drinks; instead, we were given extremely hot glasses with few ice cubes, which melted immediately, so we could only consume lukewarm or cool drinks. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unfriendly, some of the kitchen staff were very friendly, while the clearing staff and reception/cash desk staff were very competent and friendly. Therefore, the service only gets 2/5 stars.

We were there yesterday and were impressed. They have a huge selection of great dishes and drinks. You pick up a menu at the front and then order from the vending machine. There, you get a device that tells you when your food is ready. You then pick it up at the appropriate station. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff was friendly.

Super atmosphere, you feel like you're at home, but I have a suggestion that the menu variety could be increased a bit.

The food is not the best, the service is confusing and rushed. We got a qr code card and a buzzer and we were left on our own to figure out how to order or get the food. I believe both servers and customers were stressed out about the weird system. Food was really mid. Who cooks falafel on a pan??? and the salad was ridiculously drenched in balsamic but no other sauce. If we have to add olive oil, salt etc and find our own cutlery somewhere why can’t we decide to have less balsamic?

Very tasty food at fair prices. The service only gets 3 stars because you select your food and drinks at a terminal and then have to pick them up yourself at the counter.

The food is very good, the preparation is quick but the staff is a bit small, and the table is cleared and cleaned quickly enough. I recommend it and would go again.

I was absolutely thrilled with the Boname restaurant – the salad bar is especially amazing! Everything is fresh, lovingly prepared, and the flavors are truly top-notch. You can tell that a lot of care goes into the work here. I'll definitely be back – if you're looking for good food and great service, this is the place to be!

I'm in Düsseldorf every now and then for work. This place has a strong "canteen vibe," which is by no means a negative. I really like the charm. The food is also delicious and filling. I'd be happy to go back.

Delicious breakfast, good value for money, but no self-service. I come here regularly and am always satisfied. The breakfast is delicious – especially the warm egg dish with sucuk. The fresh pastries and small side dishes like olives, butter, cheese, and dips are perfectly matched. The tea is also served traditionally and goes perfectly with it. There is no self-service system here; you order directly at your table. It might be unusual at first, but the service is generally good. The prices are absolutely fair for what you get. If you're looking for a Turkish-style breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere, this is the place for you. I always enjoy coming back – I definitely recommend it!

A pleasant restaurant. The ordering system is particularly cool: You go to a terminal with a card and scan it after placing your order.

We went there for breakfast with several friends. Everything tasted great. We also received some extra bread (free) upon request. Everyone was very friendly. We barely waited for our food. I just found the system a bit challenging for me as a new customer. You're given a card at the beginning. Then you go to the order counter (automatically) and place your own order. Then you have to scan one of the empty machines (located right next to it) on the screen and also scan the card you were initially issued. The beeper beeps as soon as an order is ready for pickup. The beeper also has a display. This means it shows you which counter you need to go to. If you also ordered tea, for example, you keep the beeper and wait until "Drinks" lights up. So you pay at the very end with the card you received at the very beginning. The system was a bit unfamiliar, but still easy to get used to. I would definitely recommend this place. Everything was great. Everyone was very happy with what they ordered. I'll be happy to visit again.

The food is still delicious, but the service is 0% better and it's become 35% more expensive in the last three years. They also smoke on the terrace, so this will be our last time here.

The food is eatable, decent flavour but the meat to little quality and overcooked. It's obvious that they are cutting cost on the ingredients. Price is to high it's resembling the location rather the quality of the food.

A perfect place for breakfast and brunch in Düsseldorf. They even have a separate menu just for breakfast and brunch, highly recommended. The atmosphere is very nice and pleasant... the cuisine is oriental but modern, making it an experience in itself! I highly recommend it, as the service also leaves nothing to be desired.

For Gulf citizens, food in a European country is considered okay. But it doesn't reach the point where you'd recommend it to someone. Their system gives you a card, which you swipe through a machine and choose from the menu. At the end, when you leave, you give them the card and pay, similar to the system used by the Vapiano chain of restaurants. It's true that it's an advanced move, but it's also frustrating. Every time you eat, the machine buzzes, and you have to pick up each order from a different counter. It's also considered somewhat expensive. In general, Düsseldorf has many restaurants, including Turkish and Arabic restaurants, and tastes vary. Regards.

The Kitir Mantili Salata was simply a dream, a true 10/10! The restaurant is beautifully decorated. In my opinion, the value for money is excellent. Keep it up! :)

Food: It was very, very good. You really should try it. Service: There is no service, as you have to pick up your own drinks and food (like at a cafeteria/Burger King). Atmosphere: It was okay, a little loud, and it felt like a cafeteria. Value: A little more expensive than other restaurants, but still within reason.

Bad experience, you come with 10 guests for good dinner , and the worst thing is that you have to order by yourself standing in a queue for so called touch screen ordering machine and after waiting an hr you made orders and then go to again you sitting areas and once ordered is ready again you go to counter to pick your order. and then eat , if you need to order drinks or anything else , each time you make round … this is bullshit having New system especially when you ar with guests … the simple is try to reduce the workers in restaurants to reduce the cost, but prices are not going reducing, never ever go with guest . It’s just like kids in playing area wandering here and there.

Very good food, friendly staff. Quality and fresh products. I'm taking off one star because the service has to be done by yourself. Getting drinks, dishes, etc. as soon as the terminal rings is quite a pain. This should be done by the servers....Otherwise, the rest is ok.

The atmosphere was very loud and hectic. Because of the noise, it was difficult to have a conversation without having to shout. The service was good but not perfect. At the next table, drinks were simply cleared away even though the people sitting there had gone to get their food. Then the waiter let new guests sit there and the actual guests were left standing there looking stupid. We ordered pide and two different types of manti. The pide was tasty but there was no sign of the extra cheese we had ordered. My manti was good but the other was disastrous. The second manti was with rocket and herb curd. We were just about to start eating when we saw something move... a snail! How can something like that happen? I don't understand it... the food was not refunded. Luckily we were in a good mood otherwise the evening would have been ruined.

The restaurant's concept is modern and appealing, and the ambiance is also quite successful – you can tell that a lot of emphasis has been placed on style. The service was also friendly and attentive. What disappointed me, however, was the food. While the dishes are nicely presented, they have little in common with authentic Turkish cuisine. Those expecting traditional flavors will be disappointed. Furthermore, the prices are significantly too high for the quality offered. For the price, I would have expected not only more flavor, but also a more generous portion of meat. The portion of meat, especially in the meat dishes, was very small, which doesn't do justice to the value for money. Overall, a nice concept, but there's room for improvement in terms of cuisine – especially considering the price.

A huge disappointment. The food lacks refinement and delicacy; dishes are simply slapped onto the plate. Take the beyti, for example: lukewarm dough floating in a tomato and yogurt sauce, just mush. The meze taste like dips from the supermarket. You have to get up and pick up each order yourself. 0% comfort: And quite overpriced for that! This has nothing to do with the great Turkish cuisine and hospitality.

Ordering at a terminal. Good selection, but little/nothing for vegans. Dishes aren't ready at the same time because in large groups, everyone orders their own food. Very tasty food, generously sized portions. The atmosphere is nice, and the restrooms are clean.

The restaurant is very nice but the hot drinks are very cold especially the tea. We came for breakfast and we came before and every time the tea is cold and the tea samovar is very small, it would be great if the tea service is improved. Five

First and Last Visit. 18€ for Pide with a few very small chunks of black meat and cheddar cheese- Menu Stated 2 dips, I only got one- unverschämt! Atmosphere was chaotic, far too much coming and going from people having to collect orders, Mensa style. There are far better restaurants around.

The taste was mostly disappointing – only the pide was halfway decent for me. The portions are generally too small, and the crowds quickly become far too noisy. Overall, the value for money is unfortunately not right here.

The food was not tasty, the meat and pitas are not cooked. You order and get it yourself. There is no waiter. Self service. They give you an alarm, you have to get up and get each order when it is ready. It is illogical to pay that much money and get your food yourself. It seemed strange to us as outsiders. The interior decoration is good.

It's a bit different from what you're used to in restaurants. It's unusual: you have to place your order at a terminal, like in the well-known fast-food restaurant with the yellow M, and take a pager to your table. This alerts you when your order is ready, and you then pick up your order at the counter, along with your drinks and food. The combination of Turkish cuisine with hollandaise sauce was surprising but not that tasty. The appetizer plate with various delicacies was excellent. The pide and other items you'd expect from the kebab shop next door were very well presented and delicious. The ambiance, with its high tables and stools, is more reminiscent of a fast-food restaurant. Because it's self-service, I can't give the service such a high rating. But if you want to eat something different, you're in good hands.

We were here today for Mother's Day. Of course it was very well attended. We still quickly found a place. Even though it was so busy and the situation was very stressful, the employees were always nice and accommodating. The food itself is good and looks good to the eye too. All in all, I was really pleasantly surprised.

The atmosphere is modern and relaxed, and it’s a great spot for a quick drop-in, especially with a group. That said, the ordering system can be a bit confusing at first. You need to collect food from different counters, so if you’re with several people, it takes a little coordination. But once you understand how it works, it’s manageable — and definitely worth it for the quality of the food. All in all, a really nice place in Düsseldorf — we’ll be coming back!

The lady at the reception was super friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The service (ordering and picking up yourself) reminded me of Vapiano - not the best but not that bad either. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was comfortable. I'll come back again and try breakfast.

The food and cocktails were very tasty and the employees were always in a good mood. Unfortunately there were no descriptions of the dishes and drinks and so I accidentally had meat on my plate. The principle with the cards is not my thing, but I can understand that people like it.

Went there for the first time today! We sat outside and the first thing you need to know is that you won't be served and you have to pick up and order EVERYTHING yourself. Total chaos and uncoordinated. The staff just clears the tables at the end. We ordered meze, manti and a small pasta bake. The meze were the best, but they were served in bowls of dips for three and three small slices of bread, which was also very hard. We specifically got 2 small breads so that we could eat the meze. The manti were cold and hard, the dough was sticky and the noodles stuck to each other. Loveless... The casserole had no flavor and the macaroni was like bubble gum, very floury and dense. The homemade lemonade is NOT recommended. Far too sweet and a strange fizz and sourness hits you. Mixed from elderberry syrup, lemon squash and iced tea. Had to complain. Macaroni was ultimately also complained about. Actually you should have complained about everything except the meze because it was inedible. My mood was gone... All in all, not recommended. I was told and tried to convince myself otherwise….to no avail

The food was absolutely delicious. We shared various dishes (including Pide and Se Meze). When the sun was shining we were able to sit outside wonderfully. The ambience is great! 😊 The ordering system wasn't entirely intuitive for us, but everything worked out in the end. 👍🏻

Our visit was on: 01/31/25 We've been to Bona'me in Düsseldorf several times and I always order the pide - Bona'me every time it's super tasty and fresh, it never disappoints me! The open kitchen, the ambience is very nice, a great experience every time! Praise also to the nice chefs behind the counter!

The food was very tasty. We had the Bona'me Chicken Pide and the three small tacos. The food is great and very filling. The ambience was nice but very loud. The way food is ordered is that you get a card at the entrance and can see the menu via the QR code. You can then order food at the machine at the front and receive a beeper that tells you when you can pick up the food at the different stations.
