We went here for the first time and it's quite futuristic in some sense. You get into the restaurant and get a card handed and you already can see multiple big touch screens to order the foods yourself. The QR Code is a sticker to which is on the table and you get access to the Menu and Drink Card. You also get a little device that vibrates once your food is prepared. The location itself is quite big and pretty, the music is a bit too loud but its also quite full. We ordered the pitas which were good but a bit too pricey. The staff didn't really greet you which wasn't that costumer friendly.

You can then pick up your order at the respective issue. The preparation went quickly despite the high workload. The food was delicious! The portions are not huge, but they fill you up. One of the restaurants with the nicest atmosphere in Germany. We ordered three pitas: Bona'me pita (chicken pita), cubed pita and tuna pita. Tuna pita was not bad, cubed pita was good, but Bona'me (chicken) pita was really good. I recommend Bona'me pita to everyone who goes here. The atmosphere and the food were generally very delicious. Were there for the first time. The self-service system is a good idea in itself. The only thing I find impossible is that you have to pick up the food yourself given the prices. We didn't like the pide at all, totally dry and unseasoned. The appetizer platter was fine. The only good thing was the drinks. The ambience was nice at first glance, even from the outside. At second glance it's pretty dirty, inventory thrown together... Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Basically a cool shop with a nice atmosphere, but there are still leftovers on the tables because there are too few staff and the prices are massively excessive. A chicken beyti where you can count the chicken with three fingers €14.90, don't forget, this is a dürüm with vegetables and plenty of yoghurt, which is served on three levels. So a wrap. A Cheese Ham Pide, which is dipped in a cheese-flavored sauce so you don't even have to look for the meat €17.90. Those are exorbitant prices, you can find them in any kebab shop with a grill, much better with a lot of meat in it. The confirmation is then the drinks, Ayran €4.90 and iced tea €4.90. Whatever is forgotten, in the end it is nothing more than a Turkish canteen, no waiter, no service. You're just running around, getting food, getting drinks, getting dessert. Oh yes, a glass of tea with sweet yoghurt €4.90. Still questions?!

We had been given vouchers for the bona'me, which was still unknown to us, and wanted to have a nice evening. At reception, a text was quickly rattled off to us about how the ordering system works. The menu is available to download via barcode. When we asked for a proper menu, we were handed a laminated, sticky something in A4 format. The concept is based on self-service. This means that the owner saves the salaries for the waiters and lets the guests do the work instead. Despite these savings, the price level is just as high as anywhere else with service. When we looked for a place to sit, we saw that some tables weren't exactly clean. Crumbs and edges of glasses were clearly visible. Plus there was a queue in front of the ordering terminals, even though it wasn't exactly busy. We then gave up and preferred to go somewhere else. The whole thing reminded us too much of relevant fast food chains. Conclusion: Anyone who likes to work for others for free is in good hands here.

The breakfast plate is tasty, enough BUT a bit overpriced and you don't get any tea with it. At breakfast there is dry bread, although in my opinion soft flatbread would be better and tastier with a fried egg, for example. Unfortunately, the tea is overpriced and often tastes bitter. I can't recommend the restaurant at all. The manti with cheese sauce didn't taste good at all. Almost disgusting. As there are no waiters and you have to carry your food once ready, this can become a problem during peak hours. On the other hand the ordering terminals, offer a fast and easy way to order your food, which also is prepared fairly quickly.

The place with the most beautiful ambiance in Dusseldorf

Each of our 4 dishes at the table was extremely tasty. The special ordering system reduces the number of staff, but it means that the people at the table cannot eat at the same time. In addition, the constant running to the distribution point means there is constant movement in the restaurant, which causes unrest. It's also a bit annoying to have to run back for every drink - once to order, then again to pick it up. All in all, an interesting experience.

You had to pay extra for the Turkish tea and the portion was very small and cold! The price should include all can drink tea! The honey was offered with butter instead of the higher quality variant “Kaymak” (cream product). This is just a criticism, in order to be able to do it better, then the price would be justified. If you go for a Turkish breakfast somewhere else, these points are often standard.

The food is great, you can't complain, only the fast food style ordering process disturbs the coziness. You have to go to a screen every time and order again. You also get a card that saves all orders and then you have to program a device that announces the order to be picked up when it's ready. Unfortunately one of the worst dishes that I have ever been served in a restaurant: I ordered Manti (without any extras). At first a completely wrong dish was provided, but after some discussion the correct one was prepared. I then got a few lumps of pasta that stuck together tightly (kind of like a ravioli), somewhat warm on the outside and cold on the inside. Topped with a rather bland light sauce with a bit of mint flavor. Inside there were two or three indefinable red vegetable objects that tasted like tomatoes/peppers. Not that I have excessive expectations of system catering, but this could be topped at any time with a bag of instant noodles/sauce. I don't need it again! p.s. This worked much better in the Cologne location.
