This restaurant offers the ideal combination of modern and cozy. It is the ideal place to relax and dine luxuriously. The soft lighting and elegant furnishings create the ideal setting for a special occasion. The food is well prepared and the price-performance ratio is totally fine. The service staff is very friendly and attentive and responds to requests. I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. And a huge compliment to the chef, the food always tastes excellent.

What are these prices? Only the hipsters in the area can afford it. It's a shame, it used to be really good and affordable. If you want to spend that much, you should go to a good restaurant - the food there will be correspondingly good! We won't be coming back.

We, a group of 4, were looking for a restaurant for dinner last Friday. By chance I came across the Antoniushof on Googlemaps and reserved a table for us. Luckily, otherwise we wouldn't have gotten a free space. The extremely courteous service gave us a table outside. The service was exceptional and the food was fantastic (schnitzel, cordon bleu, spit roast, pork loin and a side dish of fried potatoes and, depending on your preference, salad or green beans). An unreserved recommendation.

Located on Fürstenplatz with a bowling alley and rooms for small parties, the Antoniushof has been renovated and has a bright and friendly look. The butzen windows have given way to new, bright windows and no longer give the whole thing that corner pub charm. The cuisine remains regional and offers Rhenish specialties for little money. A large selection of fruit brandies is waiting to be discovered and if you want to celebrate in a cozy atmosphere, there is enough space here. Alex's team delivers the tried and tested good service that is also familiar from Vossen. I'm looking forward to summer and the outdoor terrace, which will further enhance Fürstenplatz.

I've eaten there several times, it's always great, but the service has left a lot to be desired lately. The lady named Barbara in service seems to me to be constantly overwhelmed, no proper seating instructions when ordering, something is always missing and when you point it out to her she is beyond rude!! It's a shame for such a wonderful shop.

Came across this nice restaurant entirely by chance and I was really impressed. Went there with my family and was also very impressed. The staff is extremely friendly, the food tasted good and they still have plastic straws (!!!very important!!!). So I can only recommend everyone to stop by there

Gut, wie befohlen von OpenTable halte ich die Bewertung kurz, einfach und spezifisch. Die Toiletten sind für meine Begriffe nicht sauber. Das Restaurant öffnet am Nachmittag, gegen 17 Uhr ist bereits keine Seife mehr in den Spendern der Damentoilette, ebenso sind beide Spender der Desinfektionsmittel leer. Der Boden ist schmutzig. Der Geräuschpegel ist für unsere Gruppe definitiv zu hoch, sonst würden wir viel öfter zu Gast sein wollen. Es sollten sich alle Gäste wohlfühlen, nicht nur die, welche am lautesten schreien.

Boooh, you have to see this and eat it. Were there yesterday June 15th, 2024 and we were very satisfied. Price-performance ratio was okay. The portions are ideal for those who are hungry. Really a lot. But no problem, you can take the rest home with you. Tastes very good. It was really to our liking, homely and strong. Will definitely come back at some point. I can't stop raving about it! 🤗 Despite the store being full, the service seemed very quick and competent. Oh God when I read that... No, I don't know the owners, but it was really a great visit and really tasty! Unfortunately, it's far too rare these days...

Visited a few times whilst in Dusseldorf. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the place has a really nice atmosphere, more like an English pub than the bars in the Altstad. The food was great too, very large portions.

We were there on Friday with a large group. The restaurant was almost completely booked. Nevertheless, there were hardly any waiting times. Neither with food nor with drinks. The waiters were always friendly and accommodating. By far the best Cordon Bleu I have eaten to date, also a delicious starter salad. All in all a great evening. Gladly again

Ambiente: Nun gut, die Einrichtung lässt Fragen offen. Szene-Restaurant oder Uriges Düsseldorfer Alt? Galerie oder Kneipe? Die Möblierung und die zum Verkauf an der Wand hängenden Bilder (2800 € für etwas, was scheinbar Michael Jackson darstellen soll?) zeigen keine klare Linie, aber man kann sich trotzdem wohlfühlen, wenn man sich darauf einlässt. Essen: auch die Karte zeigt keine klare Linie. Rheinischer Sauerbraten, Nürnberger Rostbratwürste und etwas, das man Spaghetti Carbonara nennt, zeigen, dass Alex nicht weiß, was er will. Wenigstens schafft es die Küche, den Mix geschmacklich sehr gut auf den Tisch zu bringen (die Pasta bleibt hier außen vor). Personal: sehr nett und aufmerksam Preise: ok Fazit: also, ich bin mir konzeptionell nicht sicher. Die fleischlichen Produkte sowie die Salate waren sehr lecker und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Aber wenn ich italienisch essen gehen möchte, gehe ich zum Italiener. Ein Pro und Contra sollte jeder selbst erstellen.

Very great restaurant. I've visited there twice with my partner. The food is very good. The chef knows something about his craft. Every dish I tried tasted excellent. The service staff is first class. Even though the hut was full and we could only eat at the counter, as there were no tables left, they never lost track or humor. The feedback from other guests who came to the counter and thanked me supports my opinion. There was no sign of the shortage of skilled workers in the catering industry. The taproom is very stylishly furnished. The old, rustic charm of a corner pub has been skilfully complemented with modern elements. Not a stylish hipster bar. You immediately feel very comfortable. We would be happy to come back on our next trip to Düsseldorf so that we can count ourselves among the regular guests, despite having to travel over 100km.

Grundsätzlich alles in Ordnung und wie gewohnt sehr gutes Essen. Es ist auch völlig ok wenn man die Preise anhebt, jedoch hört es bei mir bei 8€ für ein Glas Wein auf. Da mache ich dann nicht mehr mit und trinke dafür lieber zwei drei Biere 🤷‍♂️

Wohne hier in der Ecke seit 30 Jahren und kenne daher den Antoniushof und seine wechselvolle Geschichte... Seit "Alex" dort Theke und Küche übernommen hat, brummt der Laden. Speisen und Getränke sehr, sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter stets sehr freundlich und hoch-aufmerksam. Die lassen sich auch bei voll besetzten Tischen nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, geschweige denn merkt man ihnen das an, das viel los ist. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

It was our first time at the Antoniushof, also because of the very good reviews. The welcome from Ines and her colleague was super friendly and pleasant. The food was very rich and very tasty. Service consistently fabulous! What struck us as very unpleasant at the end of our stay was an employee from the kitchen. After he very friendly brought coffee drinks to a table with presumably well-known regulars, he smashed dishes in the kitchen and freaked out loudly and frighteningly. He insulted colleagues in the kitchen and gesticulated wildly. After two regular guests went into the kitchen to de-escalate things, the man didn't let you calm down at all. We had a feeling this wasn't the first time this had happened! The remaining employees closed the door to the kitchen and continued to do their job professionally! Conclusion: Definitely recommended, but a note to the owner...a well-functioning team doesn't need aggressive colleagues!!!

I was there on Friday February 16th, 2024 and found Ines' welcome very friendly and pleasant and she and her colleague a great service team. The bartender who mixes the best White Russian (wink) is also simply great, BUT an extremely unpleasant guy from the kitchen who thinks he has something to say, shouts loudly and wildly gesticulates at "his" colleagues in the kitchen and throws dishes around... ..that's not possible AT ALL and yes, I really wanted to go into the kitchen and finish it IMMEDIATELY...thank God for you, my wife had something against it. shame on you

Wir haben hervorragend gegessen, der Service war ausgesprochen liebenswert, aufmerksam und wir wurden rundherum perfekt bedient. Ich bat die Bedienung, dem Koch ein Lob auszusprechen, woraufhin er umgehend aus der Küche kam und sich dafür bedankte. Das ist ein wirklich tolles Team, das bei gemütlicher Atmosphäre und sehr leckerem Essen, jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Wir hatten einen tollen Abend zu einem absolut angemessenen Preis. Vielen Dank dafür!

My boyfriend and I have lived in the immediate vicinity of the Antoniushof for almost 3 years. Today we finally managed to eat there and it was really, really tasty. In recent years we have only seen it from the outside or the crowds at the outside tables in the summer. The service was really very friendly and accommodating. We haven't had such delicious food in a restaurant like this for a long time. The food was hot (which unfortunately wasn't always the case in the last restaurants in D-Dorf) and we didn't have to wait long. And the portions first. The prices seem very high given the current situation, but when you see what you get for it, the price is completely reasonable. The leftovers will be packed and given away free of charge. The restaurant actually deserves the 5-star rating on Google and the popularity is really justified.

Super pleasant atmosphere, delicious food (we had steak). First class service, funny with local color. We'll definitely be back. Were there for the second time and it was fantastic again. The service was again super friendly and the food (once again steak fried to perfection and good portions) and the wine were perfect, it couldn't be better. We felt completely comfortable and will be back with you next January :-)
