Antica Italia in Münster

I tried out a restaurant again today. Dalla Mama in Nienberge near Münster is located on the main road between Münster and Altenberge... On a Sunday evening, the two of us were unfortunately almost the only guests. It couldn't have been the food, because that was quite good. The service staff was also friendly. Perhaps the ambiance wasn't entirely appealing, with the large dining room bathed in train station-like lighting. It's all a matter of taste. We won't be going back there again, but that's probably because of the other restaurants that are a bit nicer.

Delicious pizza, very friendly staff. Unfortunately, it's very noisy and the walls are thin. But despite the noise, I would come back because of the delicious food.

It was our first time there and, unfortunately, probably our last. The atmosphere was very uncomfortable and loud. After waiting an hour for our food, we were disappointed. The starter soup was good, but I've never eaten such a bad vitello tonnato. The meat was tough and dry, the sauce a thick mush that drowned the meat. The bread that came with it was hard and dried out. The service was nice, but inattentive. Overall, the value for money was inadequate.

Service was excellent! Very polite and attentive. Both the appetizer and the main course were delicious – 10/10. Highly recommended!

I can't rate the restaurant, only the dishes we picked up: The Bolognese was... minimalist. Tomato paste, ground beef, and that's it – brave to completely forgo salt and spices. Perhaps a culinary statement I just didn't understand. The other three dishes were solid – nothing earth-shattering, but perfectly edible. That's why they give it the remaining three stars. Overall: not thrilled, but not traumatized either.

We've eaten here for years whenever we wanted Italian food. The food was always delicious, and the service was cheerful, attentive, and humorous. Unfortunately, times have changed. The service always seems to be in a bad mood. Last time, we had small insects in our salad, and our orders were mixed up. The salad was taken away without a word and with a dirty look. We ordered four pizzas. Mine was supposed to be a large one with no extras, and another person wanted a small pizza with extra salami. In the end, I got a small one with extra salami, and he got a large one without. There, too, no one asked if it should be improved. Instead, the waiter (I think he's the boss) rudely justified himself by saying that the system doesn't always work properly and reprimanded us, saying that if we listened, we'd understand. At least we each got a scoop of ice cream at the end as compensation. But that wasn't enough, given everything. It's a shame, but we probably won't go here again.

The food is always good. The service is usually friendly and fast, too. Unfortunately, last time we were barely noticed and waited forever for our food. They didn't even ask if we wanted anything else to drink. It's a shame.

The price/performance ratio is good. I had asparagus soup and pizza Frutti de Mare. The soup tasted good, and the pizza was generously topped and delicious. The service was attentive.

Pizzas and salad were very tasty, service was quick and very nice. We would be happy to come back because the prices are not exorbitant, like at some similar locations. So everything is good 😃👍 .

Solid, good cuisine with new ideas every now and then. Charming service.

It has become a ritual for us to order from Dalla Mamma almost every Sunday, it is always delicious. Even when we eat on site, the service, the ambience and, above all, the food are simply top!

Great atmosphere, friendly service and excellent food

We really enjoyed the food!!! The young waiter in particular, who introduced himself to us as Tom, was very polite, nice and helpful. I can only recommend the restaurant LG Martin A.

We have been to Della Mamma several times and are always satisfied. The service is nice and attentive. And most importantly: the food tastes good! I particularly liked the ravioli with porcini mushroom filling in Gorgonzola sauce and walnuts.

The pizzeria is actually quite nice and the many visitors that evening actually speak for themselves. The staff was very friendly, but unfortunately the food was pretty bland. We had baked spaghetti and a calzone. The portions were large.

I ate there 🍨 on hand. Big balls and really tasty.

The food was great, whether it was pizza or pasta. Large portions. Service also great. Sitting in the beer garden was ok to good.

At first glance.....the outside area, the interior.... Then the first very friendly service impressed us, albeit with the charming note that there was a free choice of seats, except where it was reserved. That was in around 80% of the places. Once we decided on a spot, everything went very quickly. Brief advice, also on the cold drinks, as a certain draft beer was not available. Good explanation and alternative offered. Food: what can I say. Simply delicious. The food was served quickly. Special requests such as bread were also quickly provided as the sauces also wanted to be consumed. The double espresso warm and with a delicious cantuccini. A degistif rounded off the meal. A second visit is on the evening program. 2024 Again very tasty 😋. Unfortunately the cantuccini was missing from the espresso.

Very good food, innovative ideas including implementation (ice cream parlor, new offer: Tue-Thurs bottle of wine free for cell phone delivery), always happy again!

Food great, service first class, prices definitely justified! The in-house, original Italian ice cream is also highly recommended! Vito and his whole team are great!

Absolute recommendation: The food is really good (the pizza is extremely tasty!), the service is super friendly and fast, and the price is also really good - we always give a big tip and you really deserve it here. It's quite crowded and sometimes loud at peak times, but I can understand that people want to come and the restaurant really can't help that :) A few more vegetarian dishes would be really nice, but that's the only thing we could complain about. But the perfect pizza here makes up for it.

Were there on Sunday. Always very satisfied, but this time very disappointed. Of 7 pizzas, two arrived at the table incorrectly, the others were burnt. Our class So the family celebration wasn't great. The somewhat overwhelmed waiter wanted to pass on the criticism to the kitchen, but instead only the full bill came.

Nice and friendly price/performance 👍. We'd love to come back. It's not just our children who love the pizza 🍕 there. But unfortunately I have to deduct stars when it comes to the ambience. The acoustics in the entire hall are really bad, so you can't hear the person across from you at the table. I really had a headache after visiting there because it's tiring to have a conversation. There's definitely something that can be improved here?!

Schönes großes aber trotzdem sehr gemütliches Restaurant 10 min von Münster entfernt. Hier kocht die Mama/Oma persönlich jeden Abend und das schmeckt man! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen sind die Ravioli und das Eis (Eisdiele mit eigener Produktion ist übrigens auch vorhanden, das Eis wird von Opa gemacht, nach ital. Rezept) Deshalb volle 5***** mit Amore !!

Taste is subjective, of course, but for me, Dalla Mamma is the best Italian restaurant in Münster. Here we talk about real Italian cuisine, not Italian cuisine made for the German palate...here you eat as you in Italy would. A few months ago, they opened a small take-away gelateria next to the restaurant...what is there to say? wow, just wow,...pistachio ice cream like you eat in Sicily and anyone who has been to Sicily knows what I am talking about... Highly recommend! Buon appetito!

Sind seit 8 Jahren Stammkunden und das aus gutem Grund. Unser Lieblingslokal, angefangen vom Essen bis hin zum Service und Ambiente.

Wir waren schon mal dort essen! War eigentlich ganz gut! Dieses mal waren die Spaghetti nix und der Wein war eine Katastrophe! Das Ambiente lässt zu wünschen übrig! Abgenutzte Stühle schlechte bis keine Deko! Wir kommen leider nicht wieder!

Dünner Teig, sehr lecker. Mit 9 Pizzen auf einmal war es wohl etwas schwierig, die eine oder andere war etwas dunkel am Rand. Aber wir hätten uns ja auch vorher anmelden können. Update 08.2023: heute mit 12 Personen vorangemeldet, perfekter schneller Service, einwandfreie Pizzen und Nudelgerichte, alles nahezu gleichzeitig serviert.

Eine Perle in Nienberg bei Münster gelegen. Absoluter Top-Italiener. An einem Dienstag Abend ausserhalb der Ferien, hatten wir Glück, dass wir noch einen Tisch bekommen haben. Es war voll! Unscheinbar an der „Hauptdurchfahrt“ gelegen, ist dieses tolle Restaurant mit Eis-Straßenverkauf. Drinnen wurde stilvoll eingerichtet und gefühlt sind hier eine Menge Stammgäste. Der Service war aufmerksam, schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist klasse! Alles selbstgemacht und geschmacklich 1A! Wir hatten vorab Antipasti, 2 Pizzen, Calzone und selbstgemachte Tortellini. Es hat alles gut geschmeckt. Nach dem Essen gab es noch einen Grappa bzw. Zitronensorbet aufs Haus. Wir können das Restaurant uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne!

Guter Italiener um die Ecke mit einer völlig ausreichender Speisekarte. Hier stimmt das Preis/- Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienungen. Ein Familienbetrieb!?

Essen und Bedienung waren gut. Einziges Manko waren die Räumlichkeiten. Durch die hohen Räume und nur gestrichenen Wände schallten die Gespräche - Bahnhofscharakter. Ansonsten gerne wieder.

Sehr nettes Ristorante, die Speisekarte ist gut gefüllt. Und die Preise sind angemessen. Das Essen, wir hatten 2 Pastagerichte bestellt, waren zügig am Tisch und schmeckten sehr lecker. Klare Empfehlung!!!

Meine Eltern haben hier den Empfang zur goldenen Hochzeit gefeiert. Das Buffet war hervorragend, die Bedienung super und somit ein rundum gelungener Empfang! Vielen lieben Dank an das gesamte Team!!!

Spagetti mit Speck und Spargel, empfehlenswert. Nette und stets präsent Bedienung. Übrigens Nebenan gibt's auch tolles Eis.

Sehr nettes italienisches Restaurant, dass liebevoll betrieben wird. Auch ohne Reservierung ist man bemüht dem Gast eine Platz anzubieten. Die Speisekarte bietet viele Köstlichkeiten. Die Speisen schmecken gut, Preis/Leistung ist absolut ok und am Ende ging das Kaffee noch aufs Haus. Gerne wieder 👍

Portionen sind ausreichend. Ambiente gut und italienisch. Trotz der allgemeinen Preiserhöhung faire Preise. Leider waren Bruschetta und Pizza nicht so authentisch.

Seit Jahren bestellen wir dort Essen und holen es uns ab. Wir waren aber auch schon im Restaurant essen. Es ist immer wieder lecker. Der Service ist gut.
