Anja´s Brotzeitstüble in Oberstdorf

Beautifully situated on the Oberstdorf meadows, the town center is about a 5-minute walk away. The morning begins with a friendly and attentive breakfast team, a lovely selection at the breakfast buffet, and an additional menu with freshly prepared dishes. Dinner is always a treat, especially the concept of dining in three different restaurants – a true culinary delight. The wellness area with saunas and an outdoor pool invites you to relax. We can only reiterate: "Thank you for the wonderful days at the Freiberg Hotel. We would love to come back."

A place I'd only ever seen on TV, and I found it absolutely fascinating back then. Now we saw it in real life and were absolutely thrilled by the alpine hut. A wonderful selection of food and drinks, and a rustic hut where you'll feel at home. Highly recommended 😍👍

Unfortunately, this time it wasn't good. The Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) were completely bland and watery; you couldn't really taste the cheese. The tacos with goat cheese had way too much of it, overpowering all the other ingredients. The sushi was okay. We were seated right at the top, surrounded by kitchen fumes, and after an hour and a half, everything smelled of frying oil. What a shame.
