Super tasty food, nice and fast service, we are super satisfied. It's only when you come home that you notice that the open kitchen smells like a deep fryer, but it was worth it :)

Cool location with a nice concept. The street food menu is small, but the food was delicious and the service was very friendly! The Negroni Mandarin is great!

Streetfood: Die Speisekarte ist übersichtlich, aber die Gerichte sind sensationell. Der Geschmack der Speisen und deren Qualität überzeugen rundum. Das Steak von der Färse war 'butterzart". Ein grosses Lob an die Küche. Der Service war freundlich und flott. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A cool location in Oberstdorf, with great and friendly service. We ate at the street food restaurant. The menu impresses with its smaller but fine menu: burgers, bowls, cheese patties, beef dishes - prices are reasonable, quality and taste are very convincing. Especially the sweet potato fries😊 The drinks menu has a good selection of delicious drinks, prices typical of the area.

It was a great evening. The food was perfectly delicious, the service was super friendly and humorous. There was definitely fun. Great ambience!!! We'll be back!

So it doesn't help to tell about your star kitchen past on the menu if you sit the guests in the street food area at tables under which a 1.90 m tall man cannot get his knees under the table (the table is not a dining table, way too low) while he sweats in partially worn, cheapest imitation leather armchairs. At this price level you can expect more seating comfort, I think. The waitress, a young lady who does this alongside her training (respect!), was incredibly friendly and helpful. Big compliments to you! 👍 The steak was ok, although the desired medium-rare doneness was not even close to being achieved. 😕 It could just be described as a medium with goodwill. At a price of over 30 euros, I actually expect a little more skill. The burger was okay, but for €15.50 it wasn't a bargain or a highlight. I've had much better burgers for less money. Because you even have to order the fries separately and of course pay for them if you don't just want to eat the burger. Overall, more of a disappointment.

Today we were guests in the street food area. It was really good! Aperol Spritz, beer, Alpine burger, fries and salad were excellent. We especially liked the burger - very nicely seasoned and not run-of-the-mill. The waitress was attentive and even thought of providing water for our dog. Great location! Small negative point due to the open room design: the clothes smell a bit like food after the visit. 😄

Wir gingen um 21Uhr hin für etwas zu trinken und Churros. Die Bedienung kam sofort, war auch sehr freundlich. Der Black Mojito war super. Ich fand die Churros leider nicht so gut, mein Freund hingegen fand sie sehr lecker. Daher haben wir eigentlich nichts auszusetzen! :)

We wanted to visit the restaurant. When we wanted to make a reservation for two people plus a baby in a stroller, we were told that there was no space for a stroller on the upper terrace and that there was no room for a stroller on the lower terrace. There would also be no exception for the fact that we have a stroller with us; the boss doesn't want that. We're supposed to come over if we're lucky. It's a shame that people here don't seem to have understood yet that you can't just go to a restaurant with a baby in a stroller. We understand that there is no space for the stroller on the upper terrace, but it is a shame that they are not looking for a solution as to how the guests can still come. Unfortunately, we cannot judge what the food is like due to the lack of reservation options. Addendum to the restaurant's reaction: we didn't want to make a reservation for the current day, but also for one of the next days, we were flexible. The reason why we were turned away was never because it was already fully booked, but rather because there was no space for a stroller on the terrace.

A really lovely evening for three plus the dog. Food was served in top quality. Service very attentive but not intrusive.

Das Ambiente ist ok, das Essen durchschnittlich und das Personal überfordert und unfreundlich. Als Gast fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Am Schluss fanden sich mehr Speisen und Getränke auf der Rechnung als wir bestellt und erhalten hatten. Nicht mal der Chef war bereit wieder einen Burger von der Rechnung zu streichen, weil er überzeugt war, er hätte alles richtig gemacht. Der Kunde wird ausgelacht. Da geht man sicher nie mehr wieder hin.

The restaurant is on a street corner and many tractors drive past it during manure season. However, this does not play a role when evaluating the offer. However, when we arrived, all the unoccupied ones had a "table is reserved" sign. It was only by chance that we were told by a service person that these signs meant nothing (?). No reason was given for this handling. The food itself was average, although the bun with the burger didn't live up to this rating. It is not our recommendation.

The two of us spontaneously came by today and were very positively surprised by everything, also because we got a table without a reservation. All in all: Very good food, very friendly staff and an excellent selection of food and drinks. The Veggi Burger was fantastic and the sushi roll was also very good - I may have missed the nuts in the menu here... - The chickpeas were a nice and tasty side dish! By the way, the limoncello spritz is highly recommended ;)

A very chic and modern shop that you wouldn't actually expect in Oberstdorf. The street food was good - highly recommended. However, I would have liked a little more attention from individual employees. Apparently not everyone can say old-fashioned basics like “hello” and “goodbye”. Maybe we had a stupid moment.

Perfekt für Fleischliebhaber und Vegitarier. Uns hat's so gut gefallen das wir 2x dort waren. Tolles Ambiente, freundliche und fixe Bedienung.Die Speisen steht's frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Offene Schauküche in der der Chefkoch selber rotiert!!👍 Wer nicht dort war .... hat was verpasst! Unbedingt vorher reservieren!!☝

The cinemas only open right when the film starts and there is no place to stay or sit because the tables are supposedly only intended for restaurant guests. Poor organization and not customer friendly and provincial anyway. You can save yourself. Due to the unfriendly behavior of the waitress, we will no longer visit the restaurant. And if the cinema is free anyway, you can let the guests in earlier and not leave them out in the rain. At the top of the gallery all the tables were free and the table where we wanted to wait for 5 minutes was supposedly reserved. Haha, whoever believes will be blessed. Yes, exactly, without words! By the way, the whole place smells like a deep fryer, because of star gastronomy *lol*

Ich war zum ersten Mal dort essen und zwar im EG im Bereich Streetfood. Der Service war freundlich aber sehr beschäftigt, es war komplett voll. Das Essen hat ziemlich lang gedauert (wahrscheinlich weil es so voll war). Der Burger mit Pommes war sehr lecker und es ist eine tolle Idee die verschiedenen Saucen in kleinen Gläschen anzubieten. Kleiner Minuspunkt, nach dem Restaurant Besuch roch ich als wäre ich in die Fritteuse gefallen. Alles in allem: Preis-Leistung passt.

We komen hier al jaren. Heel leuk restaurant met moderne keuken en weer eens heel iets anders. Je kunt er heerlijk eten. Ze hebben een leuk terras waar het heerlijk is in de zomer. De zelf gemaakte limonade van Ananas is heerlijk. En de gerechten zijn superlekker.

Unintentionally low carb at full price: After a mountain tour like this you're really in the mood: burgers and salad bowls - delicious! No problem for omnivores and vegetarians also get their money's worth in Ondersch - but without cheese and eggs you'll get up hungry again. The vegetarian burger is out of the question as it is not possible to be vegan. The rainbow sushi with mango and avocado is also not vegan (I'm still wondering where they put an egg in there). Salad: nope (dressing made from egg). When asked, they say: The ramen soup is vegan, so we just leave out the egg that is placed on top. Unfortunately, the soup comes without ramen because the noodles are made from eggs. In other words: the entire meal (recommended by the service staff) consisted of a few sprouts and herbs as well as a cup of broth (which was delicious, no question). Unfortunately, that doesn't satisfy an adult. Of course, the full price will still be charged.

We were able to dine here perfectly and very deliciously on two evenings in a row. We tried the Alpine burger, the salad bowl and the ribs. Everything was very excellent and superbly prepared. The Veltliner white wine from old vines is also an absolute pleasure. We would like to come again. Unreservedly recommended.

Loft and Ondersch belong together. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere. Regardless of whether you sit downstairs or in the upper area, it would always be better to reserve in advance, especially Friday and Saturday, as they are always busy!!♥️♥️♥️

If you like modern, open and new fashionable restaurants, we will really like this one. The service is nice and the food is very good. An additional plus point for me is the open kitchen where you can watch how the dishes are prepared. I can highly recommend it

Great concept with two restaurants, nice, friendly and modern. Rating concerns the street food area and reflects my opinion based on our 2 visits. Fusion/crossover cuisine as a concept is great for the guest. Large selection, many options. The danger is that the dishes offered from different directions are often not as good as in a restaurant that specializes in that. The best example is probably sushi. The food delivers a great first impression across the board. In terms of taste, I have to say, I was slightly surprised after this first impression because the taste unfortunately doesn't go beyond "good". Ribs at the salty upper limit, the steak unfortunately cooled down quickly due to the wooden board on which it was served. The expertise described and emphasized in the card had me in the mood for something more. More sophistication and more convincing taste. Considering that the three of us left €100 behind, it was a bit small in the end, which makes us want to come back.

Nice location for dinner. We enjoyed the atmosphere and food. Positively surprised about the selection of craft beers. You don't see that often in German or Austrian restaurants. Good to see them supporting local micro breweries!

Bei der Reservierung am Vortag wurde ausdrücklich gesagt, dass der Tisch von 18:00 bis 20:00 Uhr frei ist. Eine Reservierung für afterwork 18:45 war nicht möglich. Die Reservierungs-Software oder die bedienende Servicekraft konnten das nicht erfassen. Digital Future! Wir waren also um 18:45 da und wurden mit den Worten begrüßt, dass wir zu spät sind und der Tisch vergeben ist. Und das nicht etwa freundlich, sondern eher auf überhebliche Art. Geht gar nicht!

We were in the street food area. Reservations are required for the gourmet restaurant. When it comes to street food, you have to be lucky if there are three people or more, as it is almost always fully booked. The Alpin Burger was very good. The spareribs look very good, but taste only okay. The fries are very tasty + the selection of dips. The quantity of dishes is optimal and you will feel full. You can definitely eat and drink well here.

The service we had was very funny and felt sorry for me... Being with 3 women ;) all in all it was a very successful dinner, the cocktails taste great and the food at Streetfoot is also very good.. The food could use a little more salt, but seasoning is always better

Sehr gute Atmosphäre, gutes Essen, nette Bedienung. ein Ort mit Wiederholungsgefahr. Wir hatten den vegetarischen Burger, sie besten Spareribs seit Jahren, und Churito zum Nachtisch und waren rundum zufrieden

Das Essen nichts besonderes. Der Alpenburger trocken und zu wenig Sauce. Meine Fleischspiesschen dürr und trocken. Der spicie Thaisalat eher lasch statt spicie. Für Kinder gibt es nur einen einfachen Burger. Selbst zweimaliges Bitten nach einer Scheibe Käse auf dem Burger wurde abgelehnt. Natürlich haben wir angeboten, den Extrawunsch zu bezahlen. Keine Chance. Dazu noch zertretene Pommes und Chips auf den Boden. Dazu saßen wir noch in einer zugigen Ecke, die wohl im Sommer eine Tür ist. Die Restaurant Empfehlungen aus dem „Michelin“ haben uns schon oft begeistert. In diesem Fall sind diese und ein Rätzel. Wir sind tatsächlich oft in Oberstdorf, dort werden wir jedoch nicht mehr hingehen.

Sehr schön eingerichtet, gute Stimmung, sehr gemütlich und mal was ganz anderes wie im restlichen Oberstdorf. Das essen ist sehr lecker und von guter Qualität! Auch das Konzept mit offener Küche ist spannend. Sehr empfehlenswert auch was Cocktails angeht:)

They have only vegetarian options in the Menu. I asked if they could prepare a vegan taco and OMG, the Best vegan taco I’ve ever tried. You really have to order this: the vegan taco that its off the menu! The Chef loved the challenge and really created an amazing result 100% recommended!

Unfassbar gutes Essen! Ondersch haben hier etwas sehr spannendes geschaffen: fine dining, bar, lounge in einem Gebäude und direkt daneben noch ein Kino. Man merkt das hier Leidenschaft am Werk ist, die Köche haben meiner Freundin Tacos gezaubert, die nicht von dieser Welt waren. Ich hatte einen Black Mojito, der auch unglaublich gut war. Wirklich beeindruckende Künste! Und das Team scheint richtig Spaß bei der Arbeit zu haben. Ein Riesenkompliment!

Wir haben während unseres 6-tägigen Urlaubs 3x im Ondersch gegessen oder besser genossen... 2x im Streetfood und als Krönung im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes, das Silvester-Menue der Genusswirtschaft. Was soll ich sagen, Streetfood top, frisch, lecker, super gewürzt, überraschende Geschmackserlebnisse... Preis-Leistung super, auch bei den Getränken....Was die Genusswirtschaft kann, offenbarte sich beim Silvester-Menue, das war ganz klar Sterneküche, danke! Wir kommen sowas von wieder, versprochen!

Wie immer sehr lecker, etwas mehr Gerichte zur Auswahl wären schön. Aber es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal steht besonderen Wünschen positiv gegenüber.

Die Speisekarte bietet eine breite Auswahl an köstlichen Gerichten, von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert. Der Service war außergewöhnlich. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im "Ondersch" ist mehr als fair. Angesichts der Qualität der Speisen, des exzellenten Services und der angenehmen Atmosphäre waren die Preise angemessen. Ich fühlte mich wie in einem Sternerestaurant, ohne jedoch mein Bankkonto zu sprengen. Alles in allem kann ich das Restaurant "Ondersch" in Obersdorf Genusswelt nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist ein Ort, an dem man exquisite Küche, erstklassigen Service und eine einladende Atmosphäre genießen kann. Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen!"

Leider Essen schlecht, Käsespätzle waren die schlechtesten meines Lebens kein Wiederholungsbedarf

Wir waren auf der Streetfood Ebene. Eine kleine aber feine Karte. Service Top. Große einladende Getränkekarte. Das Essen war von Vor-, bis Nachspeise sehr gut. Bei den Churros fanden wir, dass statt der Schokosauce etwas Beeriges besser gepasst hätte. Aber das ist und bleibt Geschmacksache. Ein sehr zu empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

Das war ein Gaumenschmaus! 🥰 3-Gang-Menü mit Thunfisch-Sashimi, Zweierlei vom Kalb umd der perfekte Abschluss mit Zwetschge/Salzkaramelleis. Ein echter (Hidden)- Champion im Kino-Restaurant. … ja, es stimmt wirklich. Dazu kommt ein professioneller, zurückhaltender und super freundlicher Service. Danke, das war perfekt (ohne das man ein riesen Tam-Tam daraus macht). Wir kommen wieder!

Wir fanden es so cool, dass wir 2x gegangen sind! Im Ondersch gibt es zwei verschiedene Restaurants: die Genusswirtschaft und Street Food. Für die Genusswirtschaft ist eine Reservierung nötig - beim Street Food kann man Glück haben. Die Rezension bezieht sich auf das Street Food. Die Kellnerinnen waren alle super nett, höflich, witzig und schnell. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet. Die Käsespätzle ist eine wirklich riesige Portion und super lecker. Die Rippchen fallen nur so vom Knochen ab. Auch der Alpinburger und die Chicken Wings: ausgezeichnet! Auf dem Tisch stehen immer diverse Dips für Pommes bereit. Wir haben zusätzlich noch Cocktails bestellt und kamen teilweise günstiger weg als bei anderen Restaurants. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hach, ich sitze gerade noch im Restaurant und kann voller Überzeugung sagen: ich habe gerade den besten Burger und die besten Süßkartoffelpommes meines Lebens gegessen. Die Jungs haben es total drauf! Vor ein paar Tagen habe ich eine Bowl gegessen, die war auch klasse. Super Qualität, liebevoll hergerichtet und toller Geschmack. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
