Cake very tasty, staff very nice

Simply fantastic! On a trip to the Black Forest with my brother and a friend, we spontaneously decided to dine at Angi's Bergcafé. We were warmly greeted by a brunette waitress, and when we asked about the specialties, we were recommended the Black Forest Cherry Cake and the "Fire Brigade Cake" – a given for the Black Forest. In addition to the very attentive service, the Black Forest Cherry Cake was excellent, but the real surprise was the "Fire Brigade Cake." All cakes are homemade on-site and available at a great price! My brother and I each ate/enjoyed the Black Forest Cake and the Fire Brigade Cake, along with a cappuccino. Our only mistake: We ate outside – due to the nice weather – even though there was a beautiful dining area inside. I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone! Best regards from Swabia :)

Some employees are very friendly but some are very unfriendly and bring the wrong dish and yell at the guests brutally

A true insider tip in the Black Forest! This restaurant is an absolute gem! You immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in – cozy, welcoming, and with true Black Forest charm. But now for the most important thing: The cakes and tarts are simply divine! Each variety is a poem, fresh, homemade, and prepared with so much love that you'll want to try them all. I have to particularly highlight the salad dressing – wow! I've rarely tasted anything so good. Fresh, spicy, perfectly seasoned – I would have loved to just eat it straight! The service was friendly and attentive; you can tell the people here are passionate about what they do. Whether for a relaxing coffee or a hearty meal – we'll definitely be back. A place to enjoy and unwind. Highly recommended!

A lovely and cozy atmosphere. The prices are absolutely reasonable. The portions are large enough to fill you up. Quality is paramount; even the chicken nuggets are homemade. So if you want delicious food with a beautiful view and a cozy atmosphere, this is the place for you.

It's been a long time since I've been there for breakfast and I have to say, the quality of the food on offer is unbeatable. You can literally taste the origin of the individual components, the quantity and variety is overwhelming, craftsmanship and love for the product are very important here, not forgetting the brilliant service and the friendliness and warmth of the employees. Just off the main road in the large Enztal, the café offers a quiet atmosphere for a successful break near the main road, approx. 200 meters. It is rustically furnished with reference to the tradition and culture of the region. Coffee, iced coffee and cake were good.

The ambience immediately gives you a holiday feeling. We were there for a confirmation, which is not necessarily the standard program. It was incredibly tasty. The service was exceptionally good and yes... you just feel comfortable. Extremely cozy but not as dark and rustic as the earlier mountain huts, but also a bit modern. Really recommended.

In the middle of the Black Forest you can enjoy delicious cakes, pizzas and more with a view of a beautiful forest panorama. We were all very satisfied with our food and its size. The ambience inside is very inviting and a great destination for a hike.

Comfortably furnished with a lot of love. Very tasty homemade cake. Pizza and tarte flambée and Belgian waffles looked good, pasta with pesto and the Sunday meal "meatloaf" tasted good.

Einzigartiges Lokal, sehr freundliche Gastgeber und sehr schmackhaftes Essen, dies mal zuerst. Wir waren heute in Angis Bergcafe und waren sehr sehr positiv überrascht. Uns hat es in dieser Atemneraubenden Berghütte, wenn man dies überhaupt Hütte nennen darf. Das Bergcafe ist mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet und man blickt erstaunt beim durchlaufen. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein schönes Café, toll eingerichtet mit Liebe zum Detail . Die Mischung aus Rustikal, Modern und ein wenig Vintage hat was besonderes. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und offen. Die hausgemachten Kuchen u Torten ein Traum. Alles wirklich super, sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren zur Geburtstagsfeier, sehr leckeres Frühstückstücksbüffet. Für alle was dabei. Sehr freundliches Bedienung. Einzelne Nachbestellung z.B. Rührei wurde sofort ausgeführt.Der Heidelbeerlikör sehr lecker. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Wir haben hier hervorragend gegessen und wurden liebevoll bedient! Das Café ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man sieht, das man hier mit Herz und Herzblut Gastgeber ist. Sogar die Toilette ist super 😍 hier möchten weiter wieder kommen

Der Service war wie immer sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Speisen ist ausgezeichnet. P.S. Allein die Waffeln sind einen Besuch wert.

Wir waren zum Brunch mit einer Gruppe dort. Parken war etwas schwierig, da der Platz voll war. Sehr schönes Ambiente mit viel Herzblut eingerichtet und dekoriert. Sehr guter selbstgemachter Kuchen. Aber das Brunch Buffet war leider nicht ausreichend, trotz einmaligem auffüllen hat es für die Gruppe nicht gereicht. Da stimmte dann das Preis Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht mehr. Wie Schade.

Wir waren gestern spontan mit unserer Wandergruppe unterwegs, trotz vollem Haus wurden wir mit 10 Personen herzlich empfangen! Super schönes idyllisches Ambiente, die Aussicht aus den Fenster lädt zum längeren bleiben ein. Vollwertige Auswahl an Essen! Die Pizza und der Flammkuchen aus dem Steinofen war hervorragend, sowohl auch die Schaufel Wurstsalat. Angi’s selbstgemachte Torten und Kuchen sind ein Traum und für jeden weiterzuempfehlen der auf Qualität, Handwerkskunst und Herzblut Wert legt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, herzlichen Dank

Super nettes Restaurant. Sehr bekömmliches und köstliches Essen zu zahlbaren Preisen. Freundliches Personal. Draußen schön zu sitzen. Die Innenräume sind wirklich gelungen. Einfach zum wohlfühlen. Ein besonderes Plus für uns: da wir viel mit dem Rad und zu Fuß unterwegs sind und meistens erst am Nachmittag zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr zurück kommen, ist dies ein großes Geschenk, dass diese Gaststätte um diese Uhrzeit geöffnet hat. Man kann großen Hunger und Durst mitbringen und wir sehr gut dafür belohnt. Danke dafür, wir kommen jetzt öfter. Wir waren jetzt schon sehr viel "öfter" hier😊 und es ist jedesmal eine Freude. Macht weiter so, wir bleiben euch treu, 😀
