Sehr kleine Gaststube wenn es draußen kalt ist sollte man reservieren. Das Essen war super lecker und der Service sehr freundlich.

Haben die Tage das erste mal über den Onlineshop bestellt. Ohne Probleme, sehr übersichtlich und einfach mit dem Bezahl Vorgang. Ansonsten wie bisher immer sehr gutes Essen, netter Service. Essen kommt auch warm bei der Lieferung an.

das interieur des ladens ist eher so lala 😄 das einzige, was uns wirklich die stimmung gerettet hat, war die rothaarige kellnerin, die unsere bestellung aufgenommen hat. riesiges danke an sie für ihre geduld, freundlichkeit und normale art. im vergleich zum restlichen personal hat sie die atmosphäre dort wirklich noch gerettet. ansonsten war der service komplettes chaos. zwischendurch kam immer wieder ein kleinerer typ mit einer tätowierung am rechten arm vorbei, der leicht respektlos gesprochen hat und die stimmung eher verschlechterte. irgendwann nahm er uns sogar die letzte speisekarte weg, obwohl diese normalerweise extra auf dem tisch bleibt, damit gäste später noch etwas bestellen können. die kellner merken sich außerdem überhaupt nicht, wem welches essen gehört. sie laufen einfach mit tellern durch den laden und rufen quer durch den raum: „wer hatte die nudeln bestellt?“ oder „wem gehört das?“ — wirkt extrem unorganisiert und seltsam. das eis wurde einfach ohne serviette in der hand gebracht. das bier hier ist sehr bitter und überhaupt nicht lecker. vielleicht mögen manche sowas, aber unser fall war es absolut nicht. jetzt zum essen. wir haben bruschetta bestellt — die avocado war innen verfault, der fisch schmeckte sehr komisch und die bruschetta selbst war an den seiten komplett verbrannt, wirklich schwarz wie kohle. nachdem wir darum gebeten hatten, das gericht neu zu machen, wurde die avocado scheinbar einfach nur auf die „frische“ seite gedreht, innen war sie trotzdem weiterhin verdorben. das brot war trocken wie zwieback. die carbonara war eine komplette katastrophe. 15€ für nudeln mit irgendeiner undefinierbaren sauce und offensichtlich nicht mehr ganz frischem schinken ist schon stark. die pizzen waren leider auch nichts besonderes. kurz gesagt — wir haben für 100€ absoluten müll gegessen. nach italien riecht es hier nicht mal ansatzweise, eher nach der atmosphäre eines müden, dreckigen viertels irgendwo in indien 👌🏼 das einzig wirklich gute hier war die Coca-Cola 😂

Bedienung war sehr unhöflich und genervt. Essen war zwar lecker (Spaghetti Carbonara und Rindsfilet) aber das Gemüse war verbrannt. Für so etwas 35 Euro zu verlangen kann man nicht bringen. Der Chef hat uns dann ein Tiramisu aufs Haus gebracht. Wir mögen beide kein Tiramisu, konnte er aber nicht wissen.

Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht diesen guten Bewertungen des Restaurants. Der Service war sehr schlecht und absolut unprofessionell. Die Servicekräfte wirken sehr unmotiviert und waren nicht zuvorkommend. Für unsere kleine Tochter haben wir einfach nur eine kleine Portion Nudeln mit Parmesan bestellt und uns wurden hierfür 15€ berechnet. Die Pizzen waren ok aber Pasta ist definitiv nicht empfehlenswert! Die Qualität vom gesammten Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Wir schreiben nie Rezessionen, aber das musste gesagt werden.

Ich war im Restaurant Pizzeria Portofino und habe gleich beim Betreten bemerkt, dass das Ambiente nicht sauber wirkte. Der Tisch war zwar ordentlich gedeckt, jedoch stand ein schmutziges Glas darauf, was direkt einen negativen ersten Eindruck hinterließ. Ich habe Nudeln mit Lachs bestellt, aber das Gericht hatte einen starken Meeresfrüchtegeschmack, der nicht dem Erwarteten entsprach. Der drehbare Salzbehälter, der auf dem Tisch stand, war stark verschmutzt, besonders am Ausguss. Ich habe um einen anderen Behälter gebeten, aber er kam genauso schmutzig wie der, der bereits auf dem Tisch stand. Auch die Toilette war schmutzig, und es gab nichts, womit man sich die Hände trocknen konnte, was ich in Bezug auf die Hygiene als sehr wichtig finde. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und höflich, wirkten jedoch nicht ausreichend für den Service geschult. Ich hoffe, dass das Restaurant diese Punkte verbessern kann, denn die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist auf jeden Fall ein positiver Aspekt 👍

Der Service war nett aber auch nicht mehr. Wir waren mit fünf hungrigen Kindern im Lokal und die Kellner waren in keinster Weise in der Lage hierauf empathisch einzugehen. Als das Essen dann nach längerer Wartezeiten kam, musste erst noch das Kindergedeck auf nochmaliger Bitte hastig bereitgestellt werden. Das Essen... Preis Leistung... Schlecht. Pizza OK aber nix besonderes. Zwei bestellte Pastagerichte waren unterirdisch - und gingen fast vollständig zurück. Die Lachs Tagliatelle haben nach Meerwasser geschmeckt... und das für 18.- Euro. Salzsteuer waren verdreckt - auch der Ersatz vom Nachbartisch. Ambiente verschlissen. Keine gute Erfahrung. Keine Weiterempfehlung.

Wir begannen mit Bruschetta und wählten als Hauptgerichte Tagliatelle, Tortelloni und Penne Arrabbiata. Jedes einzelne Gericht war absolut fantastisch und perfekt zubereitet. So großartig die Hauptgerichte auch waren, der wahre Star des Essens war das Dessert. Das Tiramisu war einfach hervorragend! Neben dem köstlichen Essen ist es vor allem der Service, der dieses Restaurant so besonders macht. Der Inhaber ist einfach fantastisch, und die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich energiegeladen und immer freundlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Ich kann die Pizzeria Portofino jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Lust auf ein fantastisches italienisches Essen mit erstklassigem Service hat. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Pizza ist mega lecker und das Personal ist mega nett!

Dies ist nicht einfach nur ein schlechtes Restaurant, es ist ein Ort, der Ihnen garantiert den Abend verdirbt. Definitiv die schlechteste gastronomische Erfahrung der letzten anderthalb Jahre. Der Service ist an Respektlosigkeit kaum zu überbieten. Obwohl das Lokal fast leer war (nur 4 Tische waren besetzt), schafften es zwei (!) Kellner nicht, uns innerhalb von 10 Minuten die Rechnung zu bringen. Als wir die Kellnerin baten, uns bitte zügig abzukassieren, schnauzte sie uns in einem unverschämten Ton an: „Immer langsam!“. So ein Verhalten zahlenden Gästen gegenüber ist absolut inakzeptabel. Das Essen ist eine reine Zumutung. Wir bestellten Antipasti für stolze 17 Euro. Für dieses Geld macht man sich hier nicht einmal die Mühe, vernünftige Zutaten zu servieren. Zum Käse gab es buchstäblich ein winziges, völlig grünes und steinhartes Stück Tomate. Selbst im günstigsten Edeka-Markt müsste man sehr lange suchen, um Gemüse von derart miserabler Qualität zu finden. Der absolute Höhepunkt war jedoch schlichtweg Etikettenschwindel auf der Speisekarte. Was hier als „Kalbs-Carpaccio“ verkauft wird, entpuppte sich als ein Stück billigstes, zähes Rindfleisch, das zudem noch in dicke Scheiben geschnitten war. Wer nicht weiß, wie ein echtes Carpaccio aussieht und zubereitet wird, hat in einer professionellen Küche absolut nichts verloren. Ich hoffe inständig, dass dieses Lokal bald schließt und Platz für einen Gastronomen macht, der seine Gäste zu schätzen weiß. Das aktuelle Personal hat in der Dienstleistungsbranche definitiv den falschen Beruf gewählt. Wenn Sie in dieses wunderschöne Städtchen kommen und einen schönen Abend verbringen möchten: Machen Sie einen großen Bogen um diesen Laden. Er ist weder Ihr Geld noch den einen Pflichtstern bei der Bewertung wert. Sparen Sie sich Ihr Geld, Ihren Magen und Ihre Nerven.

Der Salat und die Suppe waren sehr gut. Leider war der Hauptgang sehr enttäuschend. Das Saltimbocca und das Scaloppine waren sehr enttäuschend, weil es von minderwertiger Qualität war. Die Kartoffeln und das Gemüse waren verbrannt und ohne Öl zubereitet. Für Fleischgerichte ist dieses italienische Restaurant nicht empfehlenswert.

Unfortunately, the visit was a disappointment. The main problem is the food: the prices are extremely high, but the taste is merely mediocre. It feels like the pizza tastes better, or at least just as good, at any other pizzeria – but for a fraction of the price. The drinks are also ridiculously overpriced. In addition, the restrooms were in very poor condition and the staff seemed overwhelmed, which completed the negative overall impression. For the money, there are definitely much better alternatives that are not only cheaper but also taste better.

A nice pizzeria with a cozy atmosphere. I found the prices quite high, though. Pizzas were between €16 and €20, and a quarter-liter of wine was €8. The food was tasty, and they offered a complimentary grappa, which was great. The service staff, apart from the owner, seemed very untrained and unprofessional. There are two doors in the restaurant, and the staff constantly walk around you in circles. I found that annoying.

It was ridiculously overpriced. We paid €8.00 for a 0.25-liter carafe of wine and €7.00 for a 0.5-liter bottle of water. We didn't eat anything after that. A pizza for €17.00 is way too expensive.

Fantastic food in a lovely atmosphere! We were here on a sunny Monday and ordered the veal with mushrooms and the tortellini. All the dishes were incredibly delicious! The veal, in particular, was wonderfully tender and flavorful. The mushrooms had perfectly absorbed the white wine sauce and harmonized beautifully with it, creating a creamy and aromatic sauce. What surprised me most, however, was the subtle hint of chili in the mushroom pasta. This perfectly balanced spiciness balanced the rather robust flavors of the mushrooms and meat perfectly and made it truly appetizing! I've never eaten such fantastic pasta in a restaurant before. We'll definitely be back! 😆😆

After visiting the thermal baths, we were looking for a good place to eat and relied on Google Maps reviews. Pizzeria Portofino turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff were very attentive, and the owner himself brought our food. The ambiance is very appealing. The candle on the table is lit, adding to the cozy atmosphere. We ordered stuffed cannelloni al forno and a pizza, both of which were absolutely delicious. The food was piping hot and tasted fantastic. We were pleased to see that, thankfully, there was no pork on the menu. The pizzas are topped with beef salami or turkey ham. Wiener Schnitzel is made with veal. If we're ever in Bad Wildbad again, this will definitely be our favorite spot.

You saved our evening! - The atmosphere was fantastic (Valentine's Day with live music!). The food was good and reasonably priced! The service was great, friendly, and always smiling and spreading good cheer!

Last night we ordered a large family pizza. The staff and driver were very friendly and delivered a delicious pizza. In our opinion, it was one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. We highly recommend it.

The food was okay, but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for a vegan 😕. At the end, the bill came to a hefty €185 for seven people, one main course, and one drink each 💶. And that was for pizza 🍕!

Very disappointing...the food was okay, but the portions were very small for the price. Our tiramisu wasn't really tiramisu at all, more like a chocolate cake, and it was presented without any care. The service staff, especially the young woman, were very unfriendly and seemed annoyed with their job. We won't be visiting Portofino again.

Each dish was so tasty. Whole family enjoyed our meals in a very familiar atmosphere. Thank you.

I was unfortunately disappointed. The salad was a bland iceberg lettuce, the pizza tasted awful, the pasta Bolognese was without ground beef, with a limp tomato sauce, and the soup was watery. It's a shame, because even friendly service couldn't make up for it. Two slices of dry white bread were also included, which they could have done without. I won't be going back.

During our stay in Bad Wildbad, we were looking for a place to order and pick up pizza for dinner. Even the initial phone call was extremely positive: the employee was very courteous and even offered delivery, although our accommodation was actually outside their regular delivery area. The ordering process was seamless, the pizza tasted good (though it was a bit greasy), and the communication via WhatsApp was consistently friendly, straightforward, and service-oriented. Overall, a truly excellent service, highly recommended.

Pleasant restaurant, food was delicious. The server was constantly "walking around" us – it was a bit tiring, but all in all it was a relaxing stay.

It was a truly unique culinary experience. I'll never eat tagliatelle al salmone anywhere else again! The service and friendliness were excellent, as was the value for money. We'll definitely be back!

The food was average. Service was okay, considering how busy it wasn't. The atmosphere was cozy.

I'm wondering where the 4.7 stars come from. The food really wasn't good. I had the Due Pasta, and my girlfriend had the Pizza Fungie. My pasta had hardly any flavor, and when the spinach from the cannelloni arrived, all I could taste was salt. The Pizza Fungie looked far too dry and tasteless, and that's exactly how it tasted. The crust was more like a crispy pastry than a pizza. The service was also mediocre. When I'm greeted, I expect to be shown to my table, not followed around and told I can choose where I want to sit. One server was very unfriendly and didn't seem to enjoy her job at all. The ambiance was okay.

Two of us ordered the pasta, which arrived as a tiny portion that was burnt, a fact they tried to mask with cheese. The Jägerschnitzel was tasteless, overfried, and had too little sauce. Upon our complaint, the staff—who were at least friendly—offered us a tasteless Prosecco.

Waited +1 hr for food. Champagne was served to all tables but no explanations or apologies. Chefs were leaving kitchen to serve, so delays in cooking. Entree was forgotten and then a joke made instead of sorry. Food when served was standard. Not bad/not great. A bit tasteless. Think we also got served bread in a pre-used basket from another table! Just chaotic management it seemed. Vanami next night, amazing service, food and cheaper! Recommend going elsewhere.

The Pizzeria Portofino restaurant is a piece of Italy in Germany! The pizza is crispy and delicious, the pasta dishes are authentic, and the service is friendly and attentive. As part of a continuing education course, we were in Bad Wildbad and stumbled upon this Italian restaurant. We visited for the first time last Tuesday. The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The food was very good and the value for money was good! Yay, the boss is a cool guy. We enjoyed it so much, we went back on Wednesday and Thursday. We'll be back! ✌🏻💪🏻

The food is always delicious. The driver is always friendly. I like to tip here. The best part is, there's no extra charge for special requests. Thank you for this great service. Even though the pizza chef always sinks into the ground with our pineapple tuna gorgonzola order. But it tastes incredibly good every time. Thank you ❤️

I had such a great experience here. The Caprese salad was super fresh and flavorful a perfect start to the meal. The tortellini was cooked just right and tasted amazing definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. And to top it all off the tiramisu was absolutely incredible honestly the best I’ve ever eaten. Everything from start to finish was delicious and memorable!

We were the last guests at just before nine. Sure, you want to finish work soon, but it's officially open until 11:00 PM. We ordered pasta and lasagna. The pasta drowned in the sauce, and I personally didn't like the lasagna at all. After the food was brought, there was no further service. We didn't get a bill either. We're surprised where the good reviews come from... too bad, it wasn't the perfect end to a day of wellness.

With no customers, I fired up the oven just before closing time for a single salami pizza, and it was something special. Flat crust, crispy, perfect tomato-to-cheese ratio. A man of honor.

Unfortunately, it's dirty here, with dead flies lying around everywhere, and we also had dirty dishes. The food took a very long time to come, and that wasn't good either. The breading on the calamari was completely tasteless, so I couldn't eat it.

We were very impressed by the ambiance. The food, however, was mediocre. I don't understand the hype surrounding the food. I ordered a Pizza Diavolo, and it had regular salami on it. The whole thing was covered in non-spicy pepperoni. My wife ordered a salad with turkey strips. She asked the waitress to dress everything with oil and vinegar. Due to the language barrier, she got her salad with a yogurt dressing.

Super-delicious pizza, great prices at lunch, the salad is to die for, and the service is incredibly friendly and child-friendly. We'll be back.

After hiking, we went there for dinner. There was no wait, despite the crowd. The service was very friendly, and the food was delicious.

The restaurant is out of order. I sat down there around dinner time, but after a long drive, I first had to use the restroom. It was absolutely filthy. Poo on the wall, no paper towels in the dispenser, and an overload of staff. How clean are they themselves if this hasn't been cleaned? Think twice before sitting here.

We visited this restaurant today. The chef prepared an exquisite delicacy. We thoroughly enjoyed everything. The waitresses are very friendly and professional. Although I don't speak German, the waitresses speak good English and Russian. Even now, I'm writing through a translator. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied at all. It started with being ignored upon arrival and having to find my own seat, then continued with a waitress who unfortunately didn't speak German very well. Instead of Coke Zero, we were given what I assume was Diet Coke. Instead of still water, we were given sparkling water. The fries were quite bland. The schnitzel was completely dry, and there was a brown piece and an animal hair in the salad. When we wanted to pay, the lady who didn't speak German very well simply ignored us, even though she initially said yes. Only when we asked the colleague were we allowed to pay.

We ate broccoli soup, spaghetti carbonara, and appetizers, and drank Hugo. Everything was very good and tasty. The portions were just right.

Based on the positive reviews, we went here to give it a try. Tentative young waitresses and super friendly. We ordered 3 pizzas which came quick, one pizza Diavolo was drenched in hot sauce. From what I know pizza Diavolo is made from hot sausage / salami with fresh peppers and not with actual hot sauce poored over it. We were with a party of 3 and we all felt the pizzas were mediocre. I personally wonder how this restaurant can have 4.7 star ratings. Definitely not recommended. 👎

A lovely restaurant, the charming rooms are lovingly decorated, and very attentive service made the end of the day perfect. You have to like the Italian music playlist. The pizza was very down-to-earth: good dough, nicely topped, and baked to the perfect browning in the oven. The salad was very tasty and varied, accompanied by bread with olive oil. The food met our expectations.

We visit the place with the whole family and ordered some pasta pizza and risotto . The pizza was ok . The pasta was good and the risotto was made with different rice than Arborio . It was tasty but not really risotto:) hope they do this on purpose. After the lunch we got some shot of espresso as compliment . That was nice . Atmosphere is fine and overall is a good place with good service.

Review of Pizzeria Portofino I've been eating calzone regularly for years – it feels like 20 times a year – and my wife orders rigatoni al forno just as often. Unfortunately, our last visit was all the more disappointing. The pasta was ice cold when it arrived at the table, the cheese was runny, but the dish as a whole didn't seem freshly prepared. My calzone was cold on one side and burnt on the other. The food was served about 5 minutes after ordering – unusually fast, which unfortunately suggests that it was pre-made and simply reheated. There was hardly any response to our complaint; they simply offered to "reheat" the food. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't at all convincing. Despite the disappointment, I'm grateful that we have the opportunity to eat out – that's not something to be taken for granted. But when visiting a restaurant, you naturally hope for more freshness and attention.

We ordered here for the first time because we were visiting Wildbad. Delivery time was 80 minutes; we were told on the phone that it would take 40 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza was only lukewarm (even though it was in the town where it had to be delivered). It tasted okay, but it wasn't worth €12, sorry. . Unfortunately, we didn't like the salad at all because they added balsamic vinegar to it. You should ask about that, not everyone likes it, but the actual salad dressing was, well, tasted of nothing. It's a shame, but I wouldn't order again to avoid being slapped on my face again at that price.
