Ich finde die Location sehr außergewöhnlich. Essen 4 Sterne nur, weil ich selber nicht so viel Auswahl an Salaten gesehen haben 😁 aber der Service ist top und ich kann mir auch vorstellen im Sommer herzukommen. Richtig cooler Schuppen ✨️🕺🎶💃🤩

Man sitzt bei gutem Wetter schön im Freien vor der Gaststätte. Die Schnitzel waren sehr lecker und reichlich. Sehr nette Bedienung. Gerne wieder.

Köstliche Schnitzelröllchen mit verschiedenen Füllungen, zum Beispiel mit Spinat und Feta, dazu Curly Fries oder klassisch mit Speck 🥓, Zwiebeln und Champignons 🍄‍🟫 und Sonntagssalat 🥗 vom Buffet. Herrlicher Blick von der Terrasse und aus den Fenstern auf den Schwarzwald.

Schnitzel jeglicher Art, netter Service, Preis-Leistung gut, man kann mit Karte zahlen

Wir waren heute das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Bedienung war sehr nett und freundlich. Es gibt eine Vielzahl an Schnitzel, deshalb haben wir auch was probiert was wir so noch nicht kannten. Die beiden Gerichte waren wirklich gut und die Portionen auch. Werde es auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen und wenn die nächsten Gerichte auch so gut schmecken gibt's den fünften Stern auch noch dazu :). Macht weiter so und die Kundschaft bleibt erhalten ;) Wieder mal das Restaurant besucht. Dieses Mal ein Feuerschnitzel und ein Jägerschnitzel. Beide Gerichte waren gut. Das Feuerschnitzel mit einer sehr leckeren feurigen Soße 👍. Die einzige Verbesserung würde ich am Beilagensalat empfehlen. Etwas mager für den Preis und sehr wässrig. Aber für die Hauptspeisen gibt's 5 Sterne.

Sehr kinderfreundlich! Meine Frau und ich haben einen 8 Monate alten Sohn und es ist immer schön ein Restaurant zu finden was so gut gegen über Kindern eingestellt ist. Sowohl der Wirt als auch die Wirtin waren zuvorkommend und haben unseren kleinen ohne Anfrage noch vor der Aufnahme der Bestellung mit Spielzeug und einer Kleinigkeit zum Essen versorgt. Sehr liebe Menschen! Das Essen war auch lecker und für die großen Portionen recht preiswert. Eine klare Empfehlung für Schnitzelliebhaber mit und ohne Kinder.

Warm welcome Super friendly restaurant owners Quaint little place We didn't have to wait long for our food And the food was absolutely delicious We both had the schnitzel rolls with twister potatoes... The portion was generous And we even took some home with us. The restaurant is a bit out of the way But easy to find. We'll definitely come back.

We had a delicious meal on Sunday afternoon! It wasn't busy, and we were sitting outside under cover when it suddenly started raining heavily and thundering. You don't stay completely dry outside, but it was manageable. Friendly owner.

For my taste, however, the schnitzel could have been seasoned more. Pleasant wait time. Fast and friendly service. The restaurant is very attractively decorated with modern graphics and wooden beams in the Black Forest style. A covered beer garden with long tables is located directly in front. Limited parking on the street. Unfortunately, currently only open on weekends.

We went there for the first time on Saturday following a recommendation, but it won't be the last. The welcome and service are very friendly, informal, and welcoming. The schnitzel selection is huge. The portions are super-sized, and everything tastes delicious. The salad with the schnitzel was also excellent. We'll be back.

We came to eat because of the score... and what a success! After spending the morning on the Bad Wildbad walkway, Baumwipfelpfad Schwarzwald, and before the afternoon plan, we stopped at JJs Raugrund, a restaurant that, passing from the outside, might not catch our attention. We left the car parked at the door, on the same road (no problem) and tried different versions of schnitzel (breaded meat) that were delicious (and the stuffed Cordon bleu). The staff is very attentive, the place is very curious and the food is top. One of the best places we have eaten on our trip to Germany.

Very nice restaurant with a specialty of turkey escalope breaded in all sauces, accompanied by salad of raw vegetables and fries! Very well served, difficult to finish the whole dish! Stopped here spontaneously after a hike and ate really good schnitzels. Also a great salad buffet on Sunday. Can only be recommended!

The store is an absolute blast, if you don't know it, if you're from the area you're missing out. Schnitzel like mom made. Been there twice so far and everything was great, service was quick and nice. Great view if you can sit outside. We've already tried it out and everything was perfect, even the most hungry ones are satisfied, say just 400g of schnitzel or the Cordon Bleus are a dream.

We had pre-booked a table and could then choose whether inside or outside. The reception was very friendly, The food was absolutely top notch. 4 different dishes, all very, very tasty. A big THOUGH to the entire team at JJ's It wasn't the last time we were there...

The food here was delicious and good value too. I had the schnitzel gyros, my son had the plain schnitzel (which was enormous), my husband had a schnitzel roll and my daughter had one of the children’s meals. The portions were really good size - not so big that food went to waste, but plenty to fill you up. My son didn’t finish his but was given a container to bring his leftovers home in. The option to have a children’s meal was great for my daughter but they also do small (or larger!) versions of some of their meals too. They seemed very child friendly. Drinks were also good value. The staff were really friendly and helpful. You can easily park on the road, but we got the train to Calmbach and walked the 10-15 minutes to the restaurant which was a bit of an adventure, although probably wouldn’t do it in the dark!!

Six of us came by without a reservation. Fortunately we were still able to sit inside. We had a nice meal there and found a gluten-free dish on the menu (the turkey fillet). The portions were very large, so when we couldn't finish everything, we were offered a doggy bag and could take the delicious schnitzels with us.

Just had dinner at JJ Raugrund. The taste was very good, as well as the schnitzel pepper sauce. I had a roll of Popeye and since it is very thick, one piece was not cooked properly. I cut it away and ate the rest and had more than enough. The host sincerely apologized and we did not have to pay for the dish. What a service! Quality is top and this can happen. They genuinely found it annoying.

It was just awesome, speaking of awesome... you sit comfortably outside, drink a delicious beer, enjoy the view over Calmbach and hear the chef lovingly making the schnitzel! Then comes a real men's portion that is buttery and so delicious that we are guaranteed to come back.❤️ I was impressed that the children received extra cutlery and, first of all, the food...just great Attention, campervans: a bit tight for parking and turning. With our 7.5m it was just possible to stand on a slope.

The evening with friends was excellent. The food is very good. You can put together your own meal depending on your taste and appetite. The type and size of the schnitzel can be varied, as can the side dish. Of course there is also something for non-meat lovers. There is a small but sufficient play area for children. There are not enough parking spaces. Service and staff is really very nice.

We ate here today by chance and we were all very impressed. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food was very tasty and a lot. However, you can order in different sizes. Everything was clean. Simply recommended, we will come back, the pancake is still waiting for us. Unfortunately it didn't fit anymore.

Very tasty and rich food in a rustic restaurant, The innkeepers are friendly and exude an enormous sense of calm despite the full house. The price-performance ratio is definitely right, if you come home hungry you have done something wrong, they mainly focus on the schnitzel but they also have vegetarian dishes on the menu. Note: A reservation would make sense.

Variationen der Schnitzel und Pfannkuchen super. Diese waren geschmacklich sowie auch die Käsespätzle super. Freundlichkeit kommt von Herzen und strahlen eine Ruhe aus die es angenehm macht. Lediglich der Salat ist einfach und geschmacklich naja. Trotzdem empfehlenswert ! Gegessen habe ich ein Schnitzel gefüllt mit Käsespätzle und Salat. Zum Nachtisch gab es Pfannkuchen mit Zimt und Zucker.

Immer wieder gerne komme ich zu euch... man fühlt sich rundum wohl-seid unheimlich Gastfreundlich und sehr nett - sehr empfehlenswert 😉😁
