The homemade spinach dumplings were so delicious that we had them there 3 out of 5 evenings have eaten. The waitresses are friendly and very quick. Sitting outside is fun as the tram passes right in front of where you sit.

I ordered large turkey steak and hey brought two (small- medium) peace's. (One star down for that). I liked that they serving salad in separate plate and there are few kinds of them. My girlfriend ordered grapefruit juice with that and they where freshly squeezed.

The food incredibly good. We came wanting to try the typical gastronomy here and it exceeded all expectations. They have the menu in several languages. And the waiters are very friendly. The price is very reasonable. We had three dishes and three small beers and they were €58. In addition, the restaurant has a very nice terrace next to the river.

Unfortunately, the vegetarian chickpea and sweet potato curry we were hoping for was a bit disappointing. On the one hand, there were only three small pieces of sweet potatoes to be seen, and on the other hand, there was too much rice in proportion. The curry was also rather weakly seasoned. I was at the restaurant around the beginning of July and ordered a portion of pulled pork with fries, coleslaw and cornbread. In retrospect, I was annoyed that I didn't let the whole thing go back. The pulled pork was tender, but mixed with some kind of sweet and sour barbecue sauce, it looked like a mountain of mush. The coleslaw consisted of red cabbage with carrots that have turned purple. The cornbread was toasted with rancid fat and was probably stale bread. All in all very unloving, seemed to me like an expensive use of leftovers. When we asked the waitress, they said everything was correct. Conclusion, the entire meal tasted bad except for the French fries. I would still like to positively emphasize the beautiful seating area on the Enz.

The food is always super delicious. We have eaten several dishes and have never had any complaints. All in all great!

A family friendly restaurant. The food is very tasty and there is a large selection. You can choose between small and large portions. We chose the small portion. The homemade lemonades and cocktails are also great. I highly recommend it!

Wir waren Nachmittags da um etwas zu trinken und dann zum Abendessen bevor wir auf den Baumwipfelpfad wollten. Ich hatte Maultaschen und meine Frau ein Putensteak das natürlich glutenfrei zubereitet wurde. Beides war sehr lecker und an Wasser zu sitzen war auch sehr schön. Nur die vielen Autos müssten nicht sein, es gibt Wege außen rum. Aber wie auf Sylt, man muss ja zeigen was man hat.

The parking situation is bad but the atmosphere of the restaurant, right next to the rushing stream, makes you forget that. The service staff was very quick and at the same time friendly and competent. The fries with schnitzel and salad were very good. The meat couldn't be fresher. A real experience. Just like we used to do at home slaughtering... it couldn't be fresher. I will gladly come again.

**Restaurant Rating:** Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the onion roast “medium” with spaetzle for around €28, but received meat that was almost cooked through. In addition, the gravy mentioned tasted more like tomatoes than like roast. My partner ordered a “medium” beef fillet with fries for around €35, but her meat was also almost cooked through. The plate also looked careless, which further worsened the overall impression. The waitress claimed that the meat was still pink and was considered “medium rare”. From my experience, however, this was by no means “medium”, but clearly well done. This statement felt like a cheap excuse and showed a lack of commitment to addressing customer needs. It seems to me as if this is primarily a place to make money, with no regard for the satisfaction of the guests. I find this practice to be a rip-off. I have the impression that the service staff sees the restaurant as a no-brainer and places little value on quality and customer service. For the high prices charged here, I expect not only high quality food, but also appropriate service. Unfortunately I was disappointed on both counts. We hope for a better result on our next visit.

Were served friendly, have been there several times. We'll go there again when we're in Bad Wildbad. The food, salads tasted good, especially the homemade spaetzle.

Difficult... I had dinner there twice. Once the food was fantastic and was close to a star cuisine (fresh chanterelles with spinach dumplings). The other time it was almost inedible (curry with chickpeas and sweet potatoes). I had never experienced such a big difference in a restaurant. Atmosphere is a matter of taste; It can get a bit noisy inside. It's wonderful to sit outside directly on the Enz.

The beer is deliciously fresh and light. The food is homemade and very tasty. All preparations are made with soul and according to homemade recipes of local traditions. Highly recommend. The price will please you and even surprise you.

You can eat really well here. The outdoor tables with their small green spaces are particularly enchanting. Very attentive and courteous staff. We'd love to come back.

Always a pleasure, a very special place for good traditional home cooking. There is also a modern interpretation of cuisine, probably inspired by the junior chef in the kitchen :-) The service is very attentive, even at times when it is incredibly busy, they still managed to find a seat for me... A very atmospheric restaurant with local cuisine. Inside there is an original room in the old style, outside in the warm season it is nice to sit over the river and listen to the sound of the water. An additional attraction is a tram passing right next to the tables. The dishes are delicious, the portions are large, so you can even order smaller portions for adults. The order is brought quickly, the waitresses wear traditional costumes. They know the children's menu well ;)

Homemade spaetzle and Maultaschen - a poem. The meat - tender as butter and a feast for the palate. Vegetables and side dishes - on point. Great drinks menu, very tasty spritzers, nice wines, delicious beer. Dessert - lovely, we had chocolates (highly recommended). Incredibly nice and attentive staff, great atmosphere (we sat in the vaulted cellar), very clean...just a successful evening. Many thanks to the whole team and especially the kitchen!!!!!!

Went to dinner by chance and absolutely loved it! Rarely has such a well-balanced meal prepared with a lot of love! Unfortunately, my stomach was too small to try all the delicacies there. Just reading the menu is really fun!

The Wildbader Hof has a family, traditional atmosphere. At first glance you might think it's for tourists. That may well be the case. Aaabut such a solid appearance, high-quality products from meat to vegetables, you can just tell that there is heart and soul here. And of course also the many years of experience. I can with a clear conscience recommend the Wildbader Hof to anyone who is thinking about eating out in Wildbad. Definitely price performance is also right. Good bourgeois. Like at home. Wir waren in der Nähe Wandern und hatten richtig Lust auf etwas Deftiges. Deshalb sind wir wieder zum Wildbader Hof gefahren. Das dunkle Bier aus Traunstein ist super lecker. Zuerst kam der Beilagensalat, der aus 5-6 sehr gut angemachten Salaten bestand. Die Küche ist sehr klassisch, handgeschabte Spätzle und Soße. Das Fleisch ist perfekt auf den Punkt gegart. Klare Empfehlung. Warum nicht fünf Sterne? Die Wiese auf dem Tisch ist originell, könnte aber etwas Pflege vertragen, das Essen kommt teilweise in Edelstahlschälchen. Insgesamt ist es draußen eher etwas rustikal. Service war okay, aber nicht wirklich besonders. Man sitzt eng zwischen Enz und S-Bahn auf der Straße.

On the contrary, the innkeeper took time to answer her questions and answered each one with patience and a smile. Ambiance: An unexpected highlight was the vaulted cellar where we dined. Not visible from the outside, it turned out to be a place with a special charm. The atmosphere was inviting and warm, perfect for celebrations of all kinds. Conclusion: On my next visit to Bad Wildbad, whether alone or spontaneously with a group, the restaurant will be my first port of call when hunger calls. A place that will be remembered.

Das Essen ist schlecht. Ein Schnitzel für über 18€ waren zwei trockene, ungeschlagene kleine Fleischstückchen, die paniert wurden.

The extensive menu is served to the guest by friendly waitresses. The price-performance ratio is still right here, and when the weather is nice you can sit right by the water.

We were there today, Sunday April 7th, with 7 people. for food, very varied and extensive menu, nice staff and we were served quickly. Always happy, we all enjoyed it :)

Nette Bedienung, aber der Chef hat am Nebentisch bei Gästen (wohl Stammgäste) mehr als überschwänglich nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist bzw. hat sich lange mit ihnen unterhalten. Für die anderen Tische hatte er nicht mal einen freundlichen Blick übrig - wohl weil wir "nur" Laufkundschaft waren. Das Essen war fad und bei dem Schweinebraten war nur eine pampige Fertigsoße dabei. Dafür war das ganze sehr teuer. Wenn wir noch mal in Bad Wildbad sind werden wir hier nicht mehr hingehen!

Wildbad is an ancient health resort worth seeing.

The schnitzel wasn't a real schnitzel because it wasn't pounded thin. The roast was ordered medium, but came out well over medium. The meat was also tough. The sauces were probably not homemade. Starter (wild garlic cream soup) was delicious. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely wonderful, a relaxing stopover with exceptionally courteous people.

It's a shame that it's not possible to order another takeaway meal for a person with cancer who is waiting at home and who unfortunately wasn't able to come in person. A little more social behavior would be nice. Even if you're not a "take away" restaurant, you could perhaps make an exception here.

Après avoir consulté les classements Tripodviser, notre choix s’est porté sur le 1er de la liste. Mon conjoint a choisi un cordon bleu, certainement le moins copieux qu’il n’ait jamais mangé, ses frites pas terribles et la sauce sans intérêt. Moi, les boulettes de viandes aux champignons, heureusement que j’ai choisi la grande portion, j’avais 2 boulettes 😅 Demandé du vin et du pain que j’ai reçu une fois mon assiette terminée… 2 points positifs : la salade en accompagnement qui était très bonne et les serveuses qui se donnaient du mal pour communiquer avec nous 🤗

The visit to the Wildbader Hof was an absolute pleasure! The cuisine is outstanding and I can highly recommend the roast pork with dumplings. The food was delicious, perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. And the dessert, iced chocolate with cream, was the perfect end to a fantastic meal. The atmosphere in the restaurant is wonderful. The decor is tasteful and cozy, which contributed to a pleasant and relaxing evening. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Overall, the Wildbader Hof was an outstanding culinary experience that I would highly recommend to everyone. We will definitely come back!

One of the few restaurants in Bad Wildbad that is open on Saturdays. The food is okay. The salad is good and the onions and spaetzle in the onion roast are good, but the roast itself is rather average. But overall pretty good. The 0.7 liter bottle of mineral water is sensationally cheap at €4.20. Others charge €6 and more for 0.75 liters.

Zufällig hier gewesen (nach dem Baumwipfelpfad) und waren glücklich über die durchgehen Öffnungszeiten. Essen (Salat, Schnitzel und Lende) war sehr lecker, genauso wie die hauseigenen Getränke und süßen Leckerreien.

Der Wildbader Hof in Bad Wildbad präsentiert sich mit einem urigen Ambiente, das einen sauberen Eindruck vermittelt. Trotz der guten Besucherzahl fanden wir einen Tisch für drei Personen ohne vorherige Reservierung. Allerdings trübten einige Aspekte unser Erlebnis erheblich. Die Bedienung wirkte insgesamt unprofessionell und nicht im Einklang mit der klassischen deutschen Höflichkeit. Das Besteck wurde wild verteilt und teilweise verkehrt herum auf den Tisch gelegt. Die Bedienung, obwohl nicht unhöflich, schien unmotiviert und handelte relativforsch. Auch der Wirt selbst zeigte eine ruppige, gewöhnungsbedürftige Art. Bezüglich des Essens gab es ebenfalls einige Unannehmlichkeiten. Die Vorspeise, ein Salat, wurde vor den Getränken serviert. Die Zeitspanne zwischen der Bestellung und dem Servieren betrug etwa 15 Minuten. Der Salat war in Ordnung, aber die Hauptspeise, Schnitzel mit Pommes, enttäuschte auf ganzer Linie. Der Teller war stark fettig, und eines der beiden Schnitzel war innen nicht durchgegart und noch rosa. Nachdem das "rohe" Stück zurückgegeben wurde, erhielten wir genau dasselbe Stück wieder, diesmal jedoch heiß, grau und trocken. Es schien, als ob die Schale einfach in den Ofen gestellt wurde, denn sogar die Zitronenreste lagen noch unter dem Fleisch. Diese Nachlässigkeit in der Küche ist nicht akzeptabel. Geschmacklich blieb das Essen weit hinter den Erwartungen zurück, besonders angesichts der Preise. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich schlicht und keineswegs besonders. Die Pommes waren übermäßig salzig und die Bratensoße wirkte standardmäßig. Insgesamt verließen wir das Lokal mit einem unguten Gefühl im Bauch, nicht nur aufgrund des Geschmackserlebnisses, sondern auch aufgrund des nachlässigen Services. Es besteht definitiv Raum für Verbesserungen in Bezug auf die Küchenqualität und das Serviceniveau. Ich vergebe nur selten Bewertungen mit nur einem Stern. Aber durch dass ich weitere, ähnliche Bewertungen zu diesem Lokal gelesen habe, scheint es nicht nur eine Ausnahme zu sein.

Haben spontan angerufen und sofort eine Zusage für einen Platz erhalten. Das Essen war super und reichlich. Sehr nettes Personal und super aufmerksam. Das Ambiente ist toll vorallem im hinteren Gewölbekeller super gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Inhaber ist extrem freundlich und total kinderlieb. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen und können das Restaurant bestens empfehlen.

Das Essen vor Ort war super. Wir hatten den Gaisburger Marsch und den Wildererteller und waren vollkommen happy mit unserem Essen. Und die große Portion ist wirklich groß. Zum Nachtisch gab es noch einen Espresso mit Vanilleeis und einen Eisbecher. Zusammen waren wir bei 60€ und zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Der Service war 1A. Die Inneneinrichtung ist schon etwas älter, aber das macht nicht all zu viel. Daumen hoch und wir können es weiterempfehlen.
