Very friendly owner and very tasty

Came here at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon and it was closed…if you’re closed during the day you should update your hours accordingly.

The "chef" sat outside the restaurant smoking and then prepared my dish without washing his hands first. Uncool, and it was my last visit.

I drove all over town because I thought it was cool, a kebab without pesticides and rotten meat. Well, the brother just wasn't open, even though the opening hours were right.

Unfortunately, they no longer serve kebabs. The other dishes are good, but not as outstanding as the kebab. Too bad 🥲

A takeaway order took almost an hour, even though there were only two other guests there. To be fair, the friendly man was alone. The spit was already pretty worn out and the meat was correspondingly hard. Unfortunately we expected much more, I wouldn't go there again.

Everything is really right here! Quality is top, taste is top, staff is top and everything is always very fresh! The homemade sauces are also super tasty. In my opinion, the best kebab, the best falafel dürüm and the best lahmacun in Cologne are here! The vegetarian lahmacun is also incredibly delicious. Love this store ❤️

The food was really excellent and tasted very good. When we got to the store there was only one customer in front of us, but he placed a huge order. We waited 45 minutes for our order and were not made aware that he had to process a larger order first. This was especially unpleasant because the store was just as cold as the street outside and I had a small (and very hungry) child with me. The portions were so small that neither I nor my child (3 years old) were full. In summer and if you have time, the shop is definitely worth a visit!

I honestly have to thank my girlfriend. She introduced me to the restaurant and enriched me with its taste. Thanks for that! To eat: I have rarely eaten such an outstanding kebab as I did here! This kebab shop really sets standards when it comes to quality and taste. What immediately stands out is the use of high-quality, organic ingredients. The meat is incredibly tender and aromatic - you can immediately tell that the best quality is used here. No comparison to the usual, cheap kebabs that you often find! Particularly noteworthy are the fresh vegetables, which are carefully selected and served crunchy. Every time you bite into the kebab, you can feel the freshness of the tomatoes, cucumbers, salads and herbs - a real taste experience! And then the sauces: Everything is homemade here and you can taste it too. From creamy yoghurt mint to spicy garlic sauce to a fiery, hot version - there is something for every taste and all sauces are perfectly balanced. Here you really pay for quality. Anyone who values ​​the best ingredients and an incomparable taste experience will not be disappointed here. Absolutely recommended!

I can absolutely agree with the good comments. The meat is delicious, the bread is homemade, just like a kebab should taste and not a minced meat skewer like Haus des kebab or Mangal 🤮 the shop looks inconspicuous but the positive element of surprise is even greater. Great work being done there

The best kebab in all of Cologne without exaggerating it! An absolute taste explosion from the first to the last bite. A perfect balance between the homemade bread, sauces, meat and salad. Here, unlike other kebab shops, you need tons of different sauces to achieve flavor! A top price for what you get! We'll definitely be back :)

I was there for the first time today, even though I've lived there for years, and I was amazed! I had the falafel sandwich and it was amazing! The bread was freshly baked and everything was simply delicious! This will be my new Sunday tradition. ☺️

Totally overrated the Google reviews, had a classic kebab

One of the best kebabs in the city, NOT a ready-made skewer (you put it yourself) as well as bread freshly baked for each customer and blanks shaped at the back etc. You can order the original version and really get a classic kebab or the German version with sauces etc. I haven't tried the other things yet but I can imagine the Pide can do something too.

Small shop where you can sit comfortably. The kebab is one of the best I have eaten. Organic meat from steak rump, bread is also freshly baked in front of you. Great to load again

Faith in döner restored. Yes, a dürum will set you back a few Euros more than elsewhere. Does it matter? No, on the contrary. I had given up on finding good döner in Cologne, as any other döner place in the Neusser sells the same cheap, paste-based junk: No texture and a strong smell of additives and Knorr boullion. Anaturess however, is a pleasant change with real meat, meat and has right texture. In addition, the bread is freshly made and the veggies are crisp. That would've been enough, but in addition, there's a wide variety of vegetarian / vegan options. And it's all "bio". Do yourself a favor, if you're looking for a nice döner, try this one. Forget the rest.

For me one of the best kebabs in all of Cologne, everything is freshly made, high-quality organic ingredients are used and the service is also super friendly and accommodating. I come here regularly and so far everything has been very tasty (doner kebab, soup, kebab plate, falafel, etc.). So far, the original kebab has impressed me the most. Particularly noteworthy here is the bread, which is definitely the best I've eaten so far, but the quality of the meat is also very, very good.

Top restaurant with a little catch So, the place is really great. They bake their own bread, which you can really taste – a huge plus point! But I have to complain about the beef: it was a bit dry. The dough for Lahmacun is made in front of your eyes from fresh organic spelled/wheat flour and the kebab meat is handmade from organic veal. From the outside it's an inconspicuous little shop. The service was very friendly, the food was simply wonderful. An excellent lentil soup, falafel at the same time juicy and crispy. I'll try the kebab next time, it's apparently homemade like everything else in the little shop. A real surprise!

I've been here twice in the last few days and I'm very impressed. Very friendly owner (?) or employee. Veg. Lahmacun with Nout was really good. I was particularly impressed by the homemade dough. Finally not a standard product out of the bag. I come back here often :-).

Clear recommendation - but bring some time! Was there for lunch and ate on site. It was really tasty but it took a while even though there was nothing going on. So if you're in a hurry, you might get a bit stressed :) My recommendation - Veggi Lahmacun with Nohut (L11)

Super lecker! Sehr freundlich am Telefon und vor Ort. Es wird vor Ort alles frisch zubereitet und die Portionen sind sehr gut. Ich werde in Zukunft auf jeden Fall öfter vorbeikommen. Habe den Imbiss auch schon weiterempfohlen und nur gutes gehört. Auch für Veganer sehr gut geeignet mit veganen Soßen!

Das Fleisch schmeckt sehr gut und man merkt, dass alles selbstgemacht ist. Klare Empfehlung :)

Geheimtipp! Lahmacun, Dürüm und co werden tatsächlich frisch auf Bestellung gebacken. Das Dönerfleisch ist sehr lecker. Aber auch zahlreiche Optionen für Veganer und Vegetarier!

Restauracje prowadzi kompetentny człowiek który przygotowuje mięso (szpic) osobiście. Jak ktoś z was chce zaznać smaku baraniny to jest możliwe tylko tu. Podane potrawy mięsne smakują i pachną baraniną, pysznie przyrządzone! Odkąd jestem w Niemczech (16lat) to nie jadłem wcześniej tak dobrego Gyrosa. Polecam.

Sehr leckerer Falafel Dürüm mit selbst gemachten Soßen und frisch gebackenem Brot mit Vollkornmehl ohne Zusätze. So kann man sich auch zwischendurch mal schnell und trotzdem gesund ernähren. Die beiden Herren waren sehr freundlich und der Laden ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer ebenfalls schönen Sitzmöglichkeit draußen. Dafür, dass alles frisch, selbst und ohne Zusätze gemacht wird ist der Preis trotzdem nicht höher als in einer gewöhnlichen Dönerbude.

Man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen, aber der Besitzer bereitet die Speisen sehr liebevoll zu und diese schmecken obendrein auch noch phantastisch. Die hausgemachten Soßen sind der Knaller!

Nach langer Pause wieder offen! Ich habe ein Falafel Sandwich gegessen was sehr gut war :) die Besonderheit alles ist selbst gemacht und ohne Zusatzstoffe, selbst das Brot wird frisch aus selbst-gemachten Teig erst bei der Bestellung gebacken und war einfach richtig gut und fluffig. Außerdem gibt es viel Veganes aber auch klassisch Kalbs Döner. Werde definitiv öfter hingehen!

Heute haben wir extra einen langen Fußmarsch in Kauf genommen, weil wir gern hier essen wollten. Vor Ort war dann alles dunkel (19.00 Uhr) und weder bei google noch auf der Homepage und auch nicht vor Ort war erkennbar, dass und warum geschlossen war. :-(

Freundlich Lecker und sättigend

Haben hier schon oft Essen bestellt. Die Falafel sind einsame spitze! Immer frisch zubereitet aus einem selbstgemachten Teig. Aber auch wenn man Pizza, Burger oder den Vorspeisenteller bestellt, kann man nichts falsch machen. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Leckeres Essen! Meine Frau hatte einen Falafel Teller mit Pommes und ich einen BBQ Burger. Der Burger und die scharfe Soße waren die Highlights meines Tellers.

Geheimtipp! Einfach richtig lecker. Das ist kein Billig Laden - Bio kostet ein wenig mehr. Die Zutaten sind hervorragend - frisch, und schmackhaft. Inzwischen sind sie sehr flott. Definitiv zu empfehlen - besonders der Falafel-Rollo (der ist deutlich größer als anderswo)

Hatte eben den Chili Cheese-Burger (Angus), frisch gebraten, leckere Sauce, hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, richtig lecker. Hoffe, man kann bald wieder vor Ort essen!

Vorweg: Man muss mal hier gewesen sein. Dieser Laden ist eine Bereicherung. Es sind zwei so nette Kerle hinter der Theke und nehmen sich Zeit und bereiten alles mit so viel Liebe zu. Frisch gebackenes Brot, selbstgemachte Saucen, hausgemachte Falafel.... Was will man mehr? Für mich die beste Falafel die ich je hatte.
