The young man with dark hair was very unfriendly. A store-bought "wannabe yufka" was being heated on the grill. We wanted two, but realized it wasn't a real yufka. We then gave up and apologized. His response was: "No problem for me, but if you say that once, you have to pay for it." Very unfriendly! At Aldi, you can get a whole pack for €2, and here we're still supposed to pay for a mispronunciation. P.S. We were there a few hours ago.

Everything is stale... some of the staff are very tense and sullen.

Chicken döner is made differently than in Türkiye, but it's delicious. The place is clean and the service was friendly. It's located on the ground floor of the airport. I recommend it. We were very pleased with Ms. Yeşim's friendliness and success in her job. We came to the restaurant with our family and we are thinking of coming again just for Ms. Yeşim's friendliness. The food is also very good.

I ate a kebab at Düsseldorf Airport – let's just say: If anyone ever wants to know what dog food looks like in a flatbread, just stop by. The meat was a work of art in gray, the taste an adventure I wouldn't wish on anyone. The tables had obviously been on a vacation from cleaning for weeks. In the end, with a heavy heart, I threw the kebab in the trash – it was the best thing I could do with it.

This is the worst kebab I've ever eaten. The meat was very bad and I also found hair in it. Please don't eat it because it's dangerous ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️ℹ️

Attention! We ate at a restaurant today, a small doner kebab and a large one, along with a Coca-Cola. After the first spoonful, we both noticed that the rice had a very strange taste. This taste was so overwhelming that neither of us could finish it, and I didn't even finish my small doner kebab. While paying, I pointed this out to the cashier (she saw that both plates were full of rice). Another customer, who seemed to be friends with the cashier, overheard and said he was a chef and would like to try the rice. After the first taste, he immediately said the rice was bad and had to be thrown away. The lady disappeared with the entire bowl of rice, only to return a few minutes later and say it wasn't bad, and we had to pay the entire price. I wasn't concerned about the money at all; I was concerned about the dangers of selling such a product. We left the restaurant with rumbling stomachs and are now both sick. This absolutely shouldn't happen!

Very tasty and fresh food, portions are large and filling. Prices are absolutely fair considering the airport location. The staff is friendly and attentive – a definite recommendation!

I was absolutely disappointed with this service. The staff was unfriendly and the food was far too expensive. The food itself consisted mostly of cheap ingredients. I definitely won't eat here again. I recommend not going here.

Unfortunately, it's a rip-off. Stuffed peppers mostly come with rice instead of meat. Baklava is a distant second. The value for money isn't right.

I've already eaten some bad kebabs but this one is even worse. Starts with the unfriendly employee and ends with a very bad kebab. Unfortunately you have to give one star, but this shop doesn't deserve it.

We arrived at the airport from Mallorca with my family; we were hungry and wanted to eat a kebab. My child ate rice with sauce and meat. The service was okay, quick and easy. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. The kebab meat was extremely dry, there was very little salad on it, there was actually plenty of sauce, unfortunately the meat was so dry and tasteless that I couldn't eat it. The rice was very salty, the sauce and meat were tasteless.

Ich war am Morgen des 18.02.2025 kurz vor 8 Uhr dort. Weder die Dame, noch der Herr, der kurz darauf kam, um meine,,Bestellung aufzunehmen“, haben mich begrüßt, obwohl ich alleine dort stand. Während der gesamten Interaktion gab es kein ,,Hallo“, ,,Bitteschön“ oder ,,Dankeschön“ seitens der Angestellten. Auch nicht auf türkisch. I am so fragte den Herren, ob sie Essen haben, worauf er in einem genervten und unfreundlichen Ton sagte, dass sie um diese Uhrzeit nur Suppen hätten. Auf meine Frage, welche Suppen sie anbieten, wurde auch nur stumpf und unverschämt geantwortet. Ebenso möchte ich anmerken, dass mit dem Brot für die Suppe (und wahrscheinlich auch mit anderen Speisen) überhaupt nicht hygienisch umgegangen wird. Das Brot wird mit bloßen, ungewaschenen Händen berührt. Nach dem Bezahlvorgang sagte der Herr kein Wort und ging zurück in den Nebenraum. Diese Art und Weise mit den Kunden umzugehen ist absolut unverschämt, respektlos und unakzeptabel. I'm not happy with this, I'm not happy with it, I can't wait to get it done. I was there around 8 o'clock in the morning of 18.02.2025. Neither the lady nor the gentleman who came right after to take my order greeted me, although I was alone in the place. Throughout the entire interaction, I heard neither a "Hello", a "Hello", or a "Thank you" from the employees. No greetings were made in Turkish. I asked the gentleman if there was any food, to which he replied in a bored and rude tone that there was only soup at this hour. When I asked which soups they were, I received a rude and disrespectful response again. I would also like to point out that the bread (and possibly other food) served with the soup was handled in an unhygienic manner. Bread was held with bare and unwashed hands. After payment, the gentleman went to the next room without saying a word. Treating customers in this way is extremely disrespectful, rude, rude and completely unacceptable. I would recommend anyone who wants to be treated respectfully and properly to stay away from this place.

I can't understand the bad reviews, good Dürüm, nice service, nice seating.

The food was delicious, but the gentleman at the checkout was absolutely unfriendly. He asked me if I wanted to pay by card, to which I said yes. Then he started saying “and?” all the time. I had no idea what he wanted from me, no matter what I shared with him. At some point, a colleague of his explained that he wanted to see the ID card for airport employees because they apparently got a discount. Since I'm not an airport employee, I obviously don't have any ID, which I explained to the gentleman. Then all I got was “Yes, you have to say that too, I don’t have to ask”. Rarely have I experienced such unfriendly service! Once and never again.

Very tasty kebab and friendly staff

The lentil soup, börek and kebab are super delicious. Everything is freshly prepared. In my opinion, a much better and healthier option than the restaurant opposite.

Definitely the worst durum I had in my life. Meat cold and hard, salat tasteless, wrap itself not even heated up, just thrown onto the counter. Service utterly rude. Any other place at the airport is better to eat at than this place.

So I only find one topic positive and that is the location of the restaurant, which is very good and very important. But what could be improved is the atmosphere in the restaurant which is not good. The restaurant has a lot of choice but it didn't taste good. The shop has really good opening hours, which is very good and important for a restaurant, but the staff needs to be much friendlier and nicer.

It's been a long time since I've eaten such a bad Dürüm. Ice-cold meat and ice-cold bread, simply inedible and then charging €8.5 for it is a cheek.

We came here to eat something we payed and finished our food. It was not busy al the tables were empty. The guy came to us and said if you are finished now go!!!!!! Never ever will I eat here again!

A good address for a kebab. I go there every now and then to get a kebab during my lunch break. Not super big but very tasty. I think price/performance is completely ok. It was a pleasure

The restaurant is downstairs. There is only chicken doner, no beef. There are also soups and stews. Prices are a bit high, but not bad for the airport.

The store was still good 2-3 years ago. Now it's a mess when it comes to prices and portions. €7.50 for Dürüm, which is thinner than a cucumber. Very cheeky. Not even a child can get enough of it. Even as an airport employee, I will never eat there again and will of course recommend the same to all colleagues.

Were there for the second time today, very nice staff, everything was clean and in my opinion very fair prices even though it was in the airport, I found everything I saw on offer very appetizing, I had a lentil soup and a kebab plate. I found both to be very tasty. I recommend this shop and will definitely eat there again as soon as I get to the airport.

I had dinner at Anadolu today before departure, it was very tasty and the service was friendly and accommodating. Again on the next flight!

Since the change in ownership, Anadolu has improved in leaps and bounds! Changing dishes, very tasty, very nice staff who are happy to offer you a salad or tea at the house's expense. I'm happy to have eggs and sucuk for breakfast, otherwise the gastro offer is TOP - keep it up!

After a couple days we have the money back in our bank account. thank you for your cooperation. Yesterday late at night were buying a Durum Donor rol and payed by card. It whas 7,50 but the guy charge us 57,50. Now Im trying to contact but none of the telefoon numbers are working. I hope you made a mistake and contact me verry quickly!!!! This is insane!!

Wir waren letztens mit unseren Kindern dort , ich muss sagen wir waren alle positiv überrascht, das Essen war sehr gut , ich bestellte eine Linsensuppe diese war köstlich und als Hauptspeise nahm ich einen Dönerteller ( Hähnchenfleisch ) 🐔 mit Salat und Reis dieser war auch sehr gut frisch und lecker , vor allem für Speisen im Flughafen Preis & Leistung top 👍 Bedienung war zuvorkommend und nett . Habe erfahren das der Laden unter neuer Leitung geführt wird und wünsche daher alles gute und hoffe das alles so geführt wird wie wir es kennengelernt haben .Wir werden definitiv vor unserer nächsten Reise dort wieder einen Besuch abstatten.

Verstehe die negativen Bewertungen nicht, der Verkäufer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, hier wird man noch mit einem „Was darfs sein mein Guter“ und einem Lächeln begrüßt. Schade, dass es den Döner nur am Flughafen gibt, würde ansonsten öfter hingehen. Geschmacklich war der Döner auf jeden Fall eine 10/10, und dafür dass es immer noch ein Geschäft im Flughafen ist, fand ich die Preise vollkommen in Ordnung. 5/5 Sterne von mir.

Schreckliche Erfahrung gemacht, das Essen war alt, nach 2 Stunden kam ich vom Klo nicht raus. Dazu noch sehr unhöfliche Bedienung. Nie wieder und kein ein Sternwert.

Izmir Köfte bestellt; Köfte war innen rot, also noch roh. Bohnensuppe war lecker aber das Brot war hart.

Wir haben am Freitag vor Ort gegessen. Mit drei Personen. Insgesamt haben wir ca 40€ bezahlt für Essen und Getränke. Essen hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Wir haben zwei Uludağ als Getränk gehabt. Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum war in Ordnung, wahrscheinlich durch falsche Lagerung haben die Getränke schlecht geschmeckt. Wir haben es direkt reklamiert, der Verkäufer Rotz fresch hat gesagt, gekauft ist gekauft. Bitte tut euch das nicht an. Und geht lieber gegenüber bei McDonald's essen. Wir haben die zwei Flaschen zurück gegeben und er hat sogar die Pfandflaschen berechnet. So macht man Geld

Came here for a quick bite after arriving at an early flight. We had the minced meat börek. It was supposed to be fresh and warm, but it was dry, tough, and cold. Would not recommend.

Vor unserem Abflug haben hier hier sehr leckere Blätterteigtaschen gegessen, die für uns aufgetoastet wurden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, die Preise für die Lage im Flughafenterminal moderat.

Noch nie etwas ekelhafteres gegessen. Alles steinhart !! Schmeckt sauer!! Es ist einfach ungenießbar. Uns wurden 2 butterringe verkauft die wahrscheinlich seit 3 Tagen schon dort liegen. Einfach nur abartig. Überlegt euch 2x ob ihr da etwas kufen möchtet. Bei den Preisen definitiv besseres erwartet -.-

Das Essen und die Hauptgerichte schmecken überhaupt nicht und das Personal war sehr Unfreundlich!! Da bittet man um eine Kleinigkeit und schon wurden wir angeschrien das geht garnicht !!!!! Sogar das eine Stern ist zu viel !

Sehr leckeres Fleisch. Die Soße war sicherlich selbst gemacht. Preis Leistung passt auch. Und die Portionen waren auch sehr groß für das Geld, gerne wieder :)

Laut interne Betriebsrichtlinie war es nicht erlaubt an uns nur Heissgetränke zu servieren. Da wir letztens beim Ankunft mit dem Essen dort zufrieden waren und beim Abflug etwas Zeit hatten, war es unsere Auswahl dort was zu trinken. Da die Suppe damals in Ordnung war, bekommen die einen zusätzlichen Stern, aber wenn ihr Kaffee oder Tee trinken wollt, empfehle ich euch Bazaar Caffe im Abflug Bereich.

Also ich kann mich den negativen Kommentaren nicht anschließen. Der Dönerteller war mega lecker. Die Portion war so bombastisch mit extra Brot dazu, daß ich sie kaum geschafft habe. Und die Verkäufer, sowohl der Mann als auch die Dame waren supernett. Von mir gibt's 5 Sterne mit Herz ❤️.

Gutes Essen für einen "Imbiss". Personal leider in den letzten Jahren angespannt, und nicht immer freundlich. Ausgabe von Speisen und Reihenfolge der Bedienung schwierig. Sichtbare unprofessionelle Organisation und Einstellung, gerade wenn es mal voller ist. Daher ziehe ich Alternativen vor, um eine angenehme Mahlzeit einzunehmen.

Abzocke! Pure Abzocke! Der Döner ist mega klein und schmeckt überhaupt nicht! Für den gemischten salat muss man noch dazu 50 Cent zahlen, ich hab einen Döner ohne Grünsalat genommen, nur mit Joghurt und Tomaten, und das kostete mir schon 4,90! Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich. Könnte man null Sterne geben würde ich das machen! Unverschämtheit!!!
