Very attentive service, lovely atmosphere, and outdoor seating is also available. The food arrived relatively quickly and was delicious. The staff were very considerate, efficient, and absolutely friendly. We felt very comfortable here and had a wonderful evening with family and friends enjoying excellent food and drinks! A little-known gem: German cuisine with a higher standard! Highly recommended! Ideal for a celebration, with overnight accommodations available!

My mother celebrated her 70th birthday and her 20th wedding anniversary at the Alt Sandow. The restaurant is very nice and, above all, quiet. The service staff is incredibly courteous and very attentive. All in all, it was a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The Alt Sandow is definitely recommended, and we will definitely be back. Even during the planning stages, we felt well taken care of – the team was incredibly friendly and professional, and they catered to all our wishes. The buffet was fantastic – beautifully presented, diverse, and absolutely delicious. The atmosphere at Alt Sandow was very cozy, pleasant, and intimate – welcoming yet festive – just right for our occasion. Many of our guests later told us how comfortable they felt and how impressed they were with the food and service. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team – we would celebrate here again in a heartbeat!

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for the excellent catering provided by the Alt Sandow restaurant for my 60th birthday, celebrated with approximately 30 guests at the Fischerkate restaurant in Peitz. The extensive buffet, which had been arranged in advance, was exquisite. All of the guests were very impressed by the punctual and quickly set-up buffet. We celebrated my 60th birthday in February 2025 in a small group with family and friends at the "Alt Sandow" in Cottbus. Both we and our guests felt very comfortable in the small space. The entire Sandow team, including the manager and his wife, and the waitresses, were all very friendly, approachable, and competent. All of our guests felt at home, everyone was more than satisfied, no one had any complaints or missed anything; everyone was very satisfied and happy. It was a wonderful day there. A superb restaurant and bar. The chef prepares his dishes fresh and using regional ingredients. The bar caters to every need and can even arrange drinks that are unavailable at short notice. There's a summer terrace and free parking in the courtyard. Rooms with every comfort are also available.

A great restaurant for family celebrations! We were very satisfied, the food was delicious, the service was great. You can also rent holiday apartments that are very spacious, practical and 1A clean. Parking spaces are also available. And the breakfast was super delicious with fresh rolls, scrambled eggs and much more. Overall, highly recommended. Many thanks to the crew and we will definitely come back.

Wie immer alles super was soll man noch schreiben

Ich war mit meinem Sohn letzte Woche hier. Super schöne kleine „Wohnung“ mit getrennten Wohn-/Essbereich und Schlafzimmer. Einfach perfekt Abends als der Kleine ins Bett musste konnte ich nach Fernsehen schauen. Frühstück nach Wunsch ins Zimmer gebracht und zum unschlagbaren Preis. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute Küche, unbedingt zu empfehlen!!! Die Martinsgans ausser Haus war sehr sehr gut!!!

Unser Weihnachtsessen war wie immer vorzüglich, von bester Qualität und in angenehmer, familiärer Atmosphäre.Immer wieder gerne.

Für Gaumenfreunde ist da alles ein Gaumenkitzel. Die Portionen sind eine ansprechende und sättigende Dimension. Das Local ist astrein einfach zu erreichen! Die gute Verkehrsanbindung macht eine Spritztour dorthin flugs machbar. Aus meiner Sicht ist ein Treff in den Lokal voll empfehlenswert. Gerne komme meine Wenigkeit da mit meinen Verwandten her und kann mich darauf verlassen tadellos bedient zu werden.

Das hier kann ich leider nicht weiter empfehlen. Es sind viele Sachen defekt. Und es ist zu teuer.
