Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort. Das Essen war super und das Ambiente toll, wenn man den Service ausklammert. Leider war das Verhalten und das Auftreten des Chefs unterirdisch. Ich denke tatsächlich, er denkt, er wäre der Allercoolste. Der Service war schlecht. Er war frech, arrogant, respektlos, unaufmerksam und wirkte überfordert. Allgemein wurde nie nach Getränken geschaut, von keinem der Mitarbeiter. Freundlichkeit, Charme und Aufmerksamkeit den Gästen gegenüber würde dem Restaurant gut tun. Grade auch, da das Best Western in Cottbus schon eine der besseren Adressen ist. War mein erster und letzter Besuch. - Habe mich leider sehr unwohl gefühlt.

Essen gut, aber Service schnell überfordert und die Qualität reißt dann echt krass ein. Außerdem nur Barzahlung ohne vernünftige Quittung - ein Schelm wer böses dabei denkt.

Schlechteste Pizza !!! Trocken und fast kein Belag. Das sind auch keine Kirschtomaten sondern billige Minitomaten. Ich hatte 6 Stückchen in Summe 2 Tomatchen auf der Pizza, geht garnicht. Den Parmesan hat man nicht geschmeckt, der Teig war staubtrocken. Als für mich nie wieder

We were there on Tuesday. It was an unforgettable evening. Although the place was packed, the staff was very friendly and attentive. The food speaks for itself; you have to experience it. Absolutely top-notch, a perfect 10/10. It's definitely the best restaurant in town. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The restaurant has a stunning interior. The lighting is beautifully subdued, creating a cozy atmosphere. The service is also very good. However, the food is only okay. The Margherita pizza tasted like nothing but dough. The bruschetta was just tomatoes without any seasoning. I can recommend the spaghetti caprese, though. The drinks are, of course, expensive, but that's true of any restaurant ;)

Ristorante Piemonte Cucina Italiana offers first-class Italian pizza and delicious pasta dishes. The ambiance is absolutely lovely and we love it. We come here every now and then and really enjoy our time. The service is incredibly friendly and attentive. We love it.

We stayed at the beautiful Best Western Hotel in Cottbus for New Year's Eve and visited the Piemonte restaurant for dinner each night. On the first day, we ordered the Pizza Mista, which was extremely large and really delicious – excellent value for money. However, we noticed that the service was inconsistent or perhaps simply forgotten due to the high volume of customers. We saw that almost all the tables received a bread basket with olives, but ours didn't. Furthermore, the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. Everyone was doing a bit of everything – that's unacceptable. There should definitely be one person behind the bar preparing the drinks while another brings them to the table. Regarding table reservations, we were only asked if we had ordered; no name was taken for verification. This led to recurring problems because there was no proper record-keeping. On the second day, we only learned upon arrival that we were supposed to choose one of three menus. This should have been communicated in advance when we made the reservation. We made the reservation through the hotel booking process, but unfortunately, we received no further information. So we opted for the set menu. The starter, porcini mushroom soup, was served on a plain plate without any attractive presentation. Perhaps a little greenery or a slightly decorated rim would have made it more appealing, as presentation is important. Nevertheless, the soup was tasty. The main course, rump steak with sea bream and potato wedges, was beautifully presented and also delicious. The potato wedges could have been a bit more generous. However, the rump steak wasn't cooked to your liking (medium or other), which is simply a standard practice, and it was very, very rare. For dessert, we could have chosen from three options, which was also beautifully presented and delicious. Everyone was supposed to receive an espresso, but this was often forgotten due to the high volume of food delivery, as was the case for us. I must say that the service that day was just as disorganized as everyone else's, leading to stressful situations. It was too noisy, the staff seemed completely overwhelmed, and they were constantly running around too quickly. This is unacceptable, as it creates unnecessary chaos, something one should know better in this industry. On the last day, we had pork tenderloin for dinner, which was also delicious. However, the staff were more preoccupied with their cell phones than properly attending to the visitors. Cell phones should be banned from the workplace.

The Pizza Puglise was delicious, and the Penne arrabbiata was also very fruity and tasty. The house wine from Sicily was well poured and delicious. Chef Mikele is simply fantastic!

The food was fine and the portions were generous. What we didn't like was the restaurant owner. He was extremely loud and at times completely over the top. He didn't even thank the next table for their tip, and the way he treated his employees like dogs, whistling at them, was absolutely unacceptable and simply wrong. It was a one-time visit for us.

Well, unfortunately, the experience at the restaurant was very disappointing. The lobster salmon pasta had nothing to do with lobster, but was simply pasta with butter/cream sauce and a few pieces of salmon. The tomato soup was very salty and inedible (but was removed from the bill). Overall, the food left a lot to be desired, and yet it took a full 70 minutes to be "prepared." The price of the food here was definitely not justified. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, during our visit, there was no sign of the praised (and truly beautiful) hospitality. Service only 1 star. Not a single word was spoken, barely any eye contact, and no "please" or "thank you." There was no "bon appétit" (except from the cook, who had to bring the food from the kitchen herself), no "how did it taste," and no basic feeling that we were welcome. Our waiter sat behind us at the table, watched short films, and let the cooks bring the food from the kitchen themselves. Other guests had to actively ask to be served or get the menu themselves. For a restaurant that strives to be more than just average, this isn't a good image. We enjoy eating out regularly; this was the first and, unfortunately, the last time. The food was good, the ambience appropriate.

The food is world-class; I haven't even had such delicious food in Italy, and I've been there several times. Here, the chef takes the time, assuming it's not busy, to chat with you personally, because you're welcome here and not just a paying number. We were recommended the restaurant by a married couple we know and visited for the first time last summer. Now we enjoy going to Piemonte regularly. Romeo and his team are simply fantastic. It's always a great time. The restaurant and outdoor area are spacious and comfortable. The classic Italian menu is complemented by weekly and seasonal specials. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. We will be visiting this wonderful restaurant often.

Unfortunately, it's not what it promises to be. Just loud. The manager serves guests with his cell phone to his ear. He doesn't take his customers seriously. The food was okay, but the overall package wasn't right. Unfortunately, it wasn't customer-focused. Therefore, the atmosphere wasn't right either. A shame.

We were passing through on our way to Berlin (May 25, 2025), and around 4 p.m., we were looking for a restaurant. This one was highly recommended, and we were not disappointed. We celebrated a birthday with a large table and buffet, and it works perfectly here. We'll definitely be back for the à la carte menu. I promise.

We ate at this wonderful restaurant with the family today. We can only recommend a visit. The ambience is modern and very inviting. The chef and his wife are very warm, humorous, and hard-working. We immediately felt at home. It was very busy today. You sometimes have to wait a while for food, but with a nice drink and pleasant conversation, it's easy to pass the time. The food that is served is simply outstanding. I have rarely eaten such good pizza, and the pasta dishes were also well received. Even our children, who sometimes don't eat so well, were thrilled and felt very comfortable. Everything is freshly prepared and presented with love. A big thank you also goes to the team in the kitchen. We will be back very soon.

During my business trip to Cottbus, by chance we decided to have dinner to our hotel’s restaurant which was this amazing restaurant. This restaurant exceeded all expectations. The warm ambiance and friendly staff made especially me feel at home (Albania)from the moment I walked in. The short chats I had with all the members, made me smile and remember how a small talk can make you feel welcomed. The food was exceptional, and the ambiance was perfect for a cozy evening. Last night we ate at this restaurant with a larger group at peak time and absolutely loved it. Despite the restaurant being full, the food was fantastic and delivered quickly. When we asked, they even cooked us spaghetti carbonara, which wasn't on the menu, but was an absolute dream and, in my opinion, the pizza is the best in all of Cottbus. Overall, it was a very nice evening because the restaurant owner Romeo entertained us with his humor and the service was very quick and friendly.

Italian warmth is very important here. Even though the wait was a bit long on this Friday evening, it was compensated by the excellent food and a free dessert.

Unfortunately, the juggler and his female companion only had a mediocre dining experience. He imagined a culinary journey to the Piedmont region at the foot of the Alps. But unfortunately the palate stayed in Cottbus, unfortunately not a special experience. Food and service at Piemonte were mediocre…

We were there on December 26th. There was a comparably expensive Christmas offer to choose from, which consisted of 3 courses. This had to be paid in advance to make the reservation. Aside from the lack of Christmas decorations, maybe everything will be fine until then... The service was mediocre to bad with cheeky comments when you expressed criticism... and unfortunately there was a lot to complain about... there were dumplings on the menu. Without being told beforehand, these were replaced by potatoes (1 ne potato). Which in turn was far too little and definitely not appropriate for the price. Long waiting times between courses, dishes were rarely or late cleared away. There wasn't enough demand for drinks. In the end, the bill had to be paid by the person who had made the deposit... which is why 20 of us then shared the bills among ourselves Had to pay. Some of them went to BurgerKing afterwards because they weren't full... Nice is different... and that's why we won't be coming back.

Today wasn't our first time there, but our first time for a Christmas menu. There was a menu to suit everyone - with goose leg, duck breast, game goulash, gnocchi with sauce and chestnuts... and a small selection for children up to 10. A starter soup or salad as well as a dessert were part of the menu. As always, the service was quick and friendly, the food was delicious and the price was reasonable. Gladly again. A clear recommendation - not just for Christmas.
