Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichend! Erwähnen muss ich die Pommes! Die waren echt sowas von lecker! Sehr, sehr empfehlenswert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden die zwei Burgermenüs waren lecker und preislich auch top. Der Mitarbeiter macht wirklich einen tollen Job, er könnte aber bestimmt noch eine helfende Hand mehr als Unterstützung gebrauchen gerade wenn mehr los ist oder Ware geliefert wird. Wir kommen mal wieder

Leider kann ich die Rezension nicht nachvollziehen. Uns hat es überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, das Patty, was angeblich nur leicht angedrückt wird, war absolut akkurat geformt und hat nach nichts geschmeckt, ich suchte die versprochene Würze. Das Bun war auch nichts dolles, obwohl das echt lecker aussah. Alles in allem war es leider nichts, ich gehe so viel in Burger Läden essen und kann auf jeden Fall sagen, wenn das der beste Burger sein soll, dann haben alle Rezensenten leider keinen guten Geschmack. Und Burger können so lecker sein, schade!

Verstehe die guten Bewertungen für die Burger nicht. Hab noch nie so schlechte gegessen, da kann man besser zu McDonald's. Ich hatte ultra viele Knorpel in meinem Pattie und hat einfach nur nach TK essen geschmeckt. Die pulled pork Pommes waren ganz OK und die Sterne geb ich nur für die freundliche Bedienung. Essen ist aber echt grottich für meinen Geschmack.

Es war wirklich sehr lecker aber ich finde die Eismaschine stört wirklich da sie etwas lauter ist und man sich deswegen kaum unterhalten kann

GiG Burger sind nach kleiner Durststrecke wieder top. Personal ist nett. Schade, dass man nicht mehr miteinander reden soll, sondern die neuen Kiosk-Stationen nutzen, die nicht funktionieren.

Die Fleischqualität hat sich deutlich verschlechtert. Ich kann es absolut nicht empfehlen.

Hat schöne Auswahl und leckere Pommes, leider hat der Mitarbeitende den Burger meiner Freundin fast falsch gemacht, sie musste ihn öfters darauf hinweisen. (Dies passierte mehrmals) Aber insgesamt weiterzuempfehlen:)

Wir waren spontan beim Burgerbüro essen. Mir wurde der Laden online auf Instagram von so einem Zappelphilipp, der sich glaubig Chef nennt empfohlen. Also Marketing schonmal Top. Leider konnte das Etablissement nicht überzeugen, ob es am fehlenden Zappelphilipp lag, wer weiß... Der Burger war preislich in Ordnung, allerdings geschmacklich eher im unteren Niveau einzuordnen (Vergleich zu zwei weltweit operierenden Fastfood Ketten) Iwie war auch nur ein Angestellter vor Ort, der neben Zubereitung der Burger auch gleichzeitig kassierte, da die Bestellterminals nicht funktionierten... Am Ende bin ich hungrig rein und hungrig wieder raus. Anschließend bin ich mit Frust zu Aldi gefahren um mir aus Frust noch hungrig zu sein, Süßigkeiten zur Frustbewältigung gekauft habe. Also ein absoluter Minustag für mein Leben. Naja vielleicht liegt diese innerliche negativität auch an diesem grauen verregneten Wetter im Frühling...

Großartige Burger! Ein Gedicht! Sehr nette Leute und eine tolle Burgerauswahl. Das Patty ist köstlich, aber zusammen mit dem Brötchen und dem Käse ist es ein echtes Geschmackserlebnis! Zum Glück ist dieser Burgerladen nicht in meiner Nähe, sonst würde ich jeden Tag hingehen!!!

Für mich ist es ein toller Laden. Die Preise sind angemessen, die Burger sind super und die Pommes auch sehr gut. Wir waren mit ein paar Leuten dort und alle waren begeistert.

Es hat dort sehr gut geschmeckt und die Preise sind auch in Ordnung. Es gibt sogar verschiedene Fleischalternativen. Die Musik vor Ort war auch sehr cool.

Wir waren heute dort das essen war lecker und gut zubereitet. Der nette Mitarbeiter war wirklich unglaublich freundlich und sehr nett ich hoffe das er dort einen angenehmen Arbeitsplatz hat. Am Innenraum könnte man definitiv etwas ändern aber für den kleinen laden ist es gut eingerichtet. Ich würde wieder kommen aber definitiv für den lieben Kollegen dort!

Vor allem lecekers Essen in allen Varianten - nicht nur mit Fleisch, aber auch vegetarisch und vegan. Die Bedienung ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wartezeit ist mehr als kurz. Wir gehen immer hin, wenn wir in Cottbus sind.

Good selection, I had a hard time deciding 😅 Our two burgers (Strammer Max, Avocado Cheeseburger) were delicious. As a meal deal, the price was really fair for the quality/quantity. The chicken bites and sweet potato fries were also good. Since it wasn't a meal deal, the price was higher, but still okay. The employee was friendly and the service was really fast. But we were also the only ones in the restaurant.

Me: "Hello, I'd like a classic burger with cheese." The pale, sparsely haired man with glasses behind the counter: "HOW IF WE SAY HELLO FIRST?" I looked at him, puzzled. He then asked why I was giving him such an angry look. My question about whether I could still get something to eat was answered in the negative. Too bad, the burgers are really delicious. However, I absolutely refuse to be treated like that by such an insolent person.

The food was bad. I see no reason to prefer this meal (burger/fries) to a decent doner kebab. The atmosphere is rather cold and has a bit of a train station feel.

Everyone is incredibly friendly!! You immediately feel at home here.

Review for BurgerBüro – Unfortunately Disappointing My visit to BurgerBüro was unfortunately anything but satisfactory. Even when ordering, the employee seemed very stressed and overwhelmed – it was difficult to understand him, which made the ordering process quite unpleasant. The food arrived quickly, but instead of the fries I ordered, I got a burger. The "problem" was then solved by simply placing the pulled pork from the burger on top of the fries – including some salad, which partially spread over the fries. Not a particularly appetizing or professional solution. The sweet potato fries tasted like they had been reheated, and the "homemade" fries were so hard that you almost had to fear for your teeth. Overall, a very disappointing experience – neither the service nor the food were convincing.

I always ate here when I was still a student in the uni nearby. I'm glad that the food are still amazing, 6 years later. Burger bread is nice and chewy, patty is nicely seasoned, vegetable are fresh and crunchy. The sweet potato fries are great and properly seasoned as well!

Very tasty food! I definitely recommend the pulled pork fries. Huge portion and delicious. The child also enjoyed the junior burger. It's designed so that you don't have to leave anything out because you didn't like this or that; you can always order extras. The staff were very friendly and even fulfilled special requests with a smile. The tables were also wiped down in between, so I don't understand the criticism in that regard. Of course, it's also possible that in rush times, you might not always be able to keep up right away. Today, for example, the staff member was there alone, so that could be difficult during a small rush. Otherwise, the concept is that you order online or at the counter, wait a bit (but not very long), and then pick up your food. In any case, we were extremely satisfied.

Smiling and getting your teeth apart isn't quite working. The burger was delicious; first you're happy about the pulled pork fries and then suddenly you get garlic sauce. When you asked for forks that were missing from the counter, he countered, "Do you need them now?" When we wanted to hand over our dishes, he got rude again: "No, they don't belong here!" My first time in Cottbus and my first time at the Citizens' Office, my pulled pork burger ('square' is misleading ;) ) was delicious and incredibly quick to prepare. The pulled pork isn't good for a first date, it's a bit mushy )) . I think the price is reasonable. Definitely thumbs up and see you next time 😃

The food is top! The service/hospitality has some more room to improve

We ate there on a recommendation. We ordered and paid for everything online, which is relatively easy. The burgers were ready quite quickly, but you had to pick everything up yourself at the counter; there was no service at all. The taste was satisfactory, and the portions were sufficient. But the ambiance wasn't that nice; the floor was sticky, and the table wasn't particularly clean; I definitely won't be going there again. The value for money for a burger joint wasn't right for me either. Over €70 for four people is a lot; I could almost go to a restaurant with service for that. You also had to clear up the food yourself, basically like at McDonald's... only more expensive. It's a shame I paid the tip with the online order; I could have saved myself that here.

I've eaten here twice in my life. Both times, the food was simply terrible, poor quality, and the rolls were inedible. It's a shame, but that's how it is. Fate, I call it.

Burgers were only mediocre, everything was lukewarm, and there was an upset stomach for free.

They are officially open until 8:00 p.m. But it wasn't possible to order anything at 7:40 p.m. because the chairs were already up, they were tidying up and the deep fryers etc. had long since been put on display. When I asked how early I had to be there in order to get food during opening hours next time... I got a stroppy answer. Really likeable.

Completely raw meat, they seemed to be in a hurry to prepare our order.

It's a great restaurant with delicious food. Unfortunately it doesn't look so good.

The Burgerbüro in Cottbus, which used to be an insider tip, now offers the best burgers in all of Brandenburg. Regardless of whether we are just passing through or are on holiday in the city or region, a visit to the Burgerbüro is a must. The owner responds individually to all needs and wishes. Everyone, whether meat lover or vegetarian, will find something to enjoy here. If you want, you can pre-order and pick up the food. We always choose to eat locally. The selection is gigantic, the burgers and fries are prepared in front of our eyes. There is a high chair and plenty of distraction for children. If you want, you can also dine outside on the sidewalk in summer. We are really looking forward to our next visit and the taste experience 🍔

Went there today at 8.25am / 8.30pm. and were repeatedly sent away because no receipt roll could be found. The employee seemed very overwhelmed, listless and couldn't even say hello. Although there were hardly any guests there. It's just sad what happened to the store. Last weekend we were sent away at 8:15 p.m. even though it was supposed to be open until 9 p.m. But the chairs were already all up. What rubbish. Were there last time. And will warn everyone we know. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!

I don't know why there are so many bad reviews here. The burgers were great and the ambience around it was also good. The staff knows how to prepare burgers. 5 stars for that alone.

It's good that there are vegetarian and vegan options that taste good. The sweet potato fries with honey mustard dip are also good. However, the employees are not necessarily friendly and inquiries are blocked.

If you're in the mood for delicious burgers, this is the place to go. Try the chili cheese fries.

Whenever I'm there the staff is friendly. Even if the "hut is on fire" every wish and question is answered, at least that's my experience. The fresh and regional products are very attractive and delicious. Definitely the best alternative to MC..., BK, or pizza suppliers who usually try burgers, but can't achieve it technically in terms of price-performance. That's why it's better to go to Burger Büro because you know what you have and sometimes it's cheaper. Thank you for the service and thank you for the motivation of your employees!!! Previously rated 5,5,4 Addendum: Since the menu was changed, everything has changed. Since then I no longer like to go there or at all. Quality is cheap, service has declined. Burger office is ready if nothing changes.

My last review was deleted by a lawyer. My criticism was not addressed. Being able to accept criticism is part of good behavior. Especially if it is constructive. Especially since the 3/5 stars in my last review were still fair. For me, another visit is no longer an option.

Just leaving the original review (3-star) in place so everyone can have an impression: Really tasty burger, but expensive. Friendly staff. One bad thing - you can't just enter and see the whole selection at a glance, so making an order can be uncomfortable, especially at first time here. Upd. Food is still fine (except the fact that burgers fall apart and, depending on the burger, get too wet easily) but pricing, location, sometimes grumpy service don't match. Finding napkins or bottle opener or whatnot can be tricky too, so you have to ask the staff once more. Also, vegetarian options aren't signposted enough sometimes, so a bit of confusion and mistakes in ordering are possible. And after a couple of years they're cleaning up all the reviews with 1-3 stars, even if they're not very critical like mine. It's utterly stupid and completely disrespectful. Therefore only one star now, and actually it's laughable. Sadly, fairly common.

Unfortunately, the sweet potato fries were totally mushy. They had been sitting on the counter for pickup for a while. The dip was available in disposable containers - that's not up to date! We ordered and paid (with Tip) digitally. The food was not served - the guest is himself. The atmosphere was very restless and loud, there were many customers waiting. (Customers who ordered takeout.)

Food was ok. The young employee with the glasses is very unfriendly. Bad service! I won't go there anymore because of that.

The service was very bad. A burger was ordered without tomatoes and there were 2 on it. The Smokey BBQ had a slice of bacon on it, it's not worth it for the money. Unfortunately very disappointed.

My finished sprite from the refrigerated shelf has seen more sun and is more homemade than the sun-ripened tomatoes and the homemade ingredients (cheese sauce, etc.) but if you would like to consume cheap products from the burger hype for expensive money, please don't let that stop you. In addition, the menu is a bit confusing because there are forced fries to go with the ones you choose. No recommendation!

Casual, friendly service, the food comes quickly and smells wonderfully to the counter, where you order and then pick it up. All in all, it was an enjoyable visit to the restaurant with a special taste experience.

Totally disappointing experience. The meat on the inside of both burgers was still raw. Please ask beforehand how the customer wants his patty. An absolute no-go for me and therefore inedible. Unfortunately ordered takeaway and only saw it at home. The fries weren't that great either. Service was okay, atmosphere too (almost empty, we love it), but the most important thing was just rubbish.

We have rarely eaten so well...the service was friendly and quick. It's a shame that we live so far away, otherwise we would be there regularly. Absolutely thrilled

The price has been raised considerably, the menu has been slashed. There are no more bowls and fewer side dishes (I miss goat cheese and bacon jam 😥). It's a shame actually. This means that they actually hardly differ from the competition.

We tried the Vegan Burger, it was amazing, worth the price we paid. We also loved the sweet potato fries and chilli cheese nuggets. The staff was quite friendly and comfortable communicating in English.

Food was great...the service played with their cell phones, even though the sauces on the tables were partly empty and the tables were dirty...I think it could be better

Disinterested staff, it doesn't matter whether you're there or not, no greeting when you ask what you want... The food was ok, just a fresher burger than at BurgerKing and the rest of the stuff was just fished out of the deep fryer, so you can't go wrong There were still fries from the previous person under the table, which may have served as a base to prevent the tables from wobbling...

Best burger shop if you need/want to go a little faster. Forget Restaurant zur goldenen Möwe o BK. There are really great burgers here. Regardless of whether it's beef or vegetarian... the whole thing is great... plus jute types of beer... top

Super friendly, quick to prepare and super tasty

I ate there with my son on two consecutive days (August 18th and 19th, 2023), around 6 p.m. As tourists, we didn't know the shop before and came across it by chance on the internet. There were hardly any guests there on both days (two occupied tables). We took a seat at one of the dirty (!) outside tables and studied the menu there, believing that one of the three employees standing at the counter, loudly talking, would come soon to wipe the table and take the order. After waiting 20 minutes, one of the men (glasses, curly dark hair) called outside “You don’t want to eat anything?” OK, a self-service shop, so why not. When you know it, it's easy. A “Hello” is overrated anyway. Neither the nice ambience nor the menus and the stylish dishes suggested a fast food snack bar. So what. I ordered at the counter, paid, later got the burgers, fries and drinks after the pager signal and walked out and in three times until everything was on the (dirty) table. There were no trays. When I dared to take two more napkins from the dispenser at the counter, the curly-haired gentleman from the original interview asked me: "The napkins outside aren't enough for you?" OK, unfortunately I didn't actually see them and I, how a small child excused. My mistake - how could I... I (50 years old) had now gotten used to being on first name terms without being asked. When we had finished eating, we politely thanked and said goodbye when the curly-haired gentleman came out to us (finally with a rag) and rudely pointed out to us: “Usually our guests bring their dishes back in themselves, on the dish trolley”. Aha. Unfortunately, such a cart was not visible in the restaurant, nor was there any indication of self-service/clearance. I politely asked where such a car was and was told that there was one on the way to the toilet, behind the counter wall, which was invisible from the outside. When I politely suggested that we were in the city for the first time and didn't (or couldn't) know the customs of the restaurant and couldn't see it from the outside due to lack of information, I was given a blunt reply: “We can't guess who's here for the first time is there." Aha. So you don't have to rely on new guests, but rather rely on regular customers (the shop was empty). That was enough for me and I said that unfortunately I didn't understand the concept straight away - due to a lack of instructions - and that I had rarely felt so uncomfortable as a guest. The answer then came - and I had to smile a bit - “What kind of concept?” In a restaurant chain, with branded ketchup, with the name and counterfeit of the company founder Redo on the mayo tube and with a cool interior, cool CI, professional (media) technology, where everything screams CONCEPT and breathes the spirit of the company owner, he had Employees have not heard of a “concept”. Well, he wasn't entirely wrong. In fact, new customers in the empty store cannot tell that it is a “participatory restaurant”. Stylish dishes, cool ambience, professional menus lead you to believe otherwise. Since the tables were (still?) dirty again on the second day, I still don't understand why staff is actually needed there - apart from a cook, of course (the burgers were divine: "Cecars Burger", "Redo Big Burger") , “Redo Burger” and sweet potato fries were a poem). I don't want to call the employees service staff, because you hope for service in vain - unless you like to be whined at often. I still don't know why I tipped 20% on both days and I'm annoyed about it. If you prefer to stick to McD & Co - despite the really great burgers - you certainly don't expect a tip. Conclusion: Delicious burgers, rude, arrogant staff

The burgers are tasty. The meat is well seasoned and of good quality. I recommend trying it. The fries tasted much worse. Definitely over salted. I do not recommend garlic sauce for fries. You could barely smell the garlic in it. Acceptable prices.

The Burgerbüro is a small restaurant with mega delicious burgers. The office fries are super crispy and great for dipping 😁 The staff always nice and friendly. I like going there. Just try it out 😃

Unfortunately, the design of the card no longer has any real connection to Burger Büro. The old menu where you saw every burger as it really is was much more authentic than these stock images in the new menu. Seems like a run-of-the-mill pop up store design that will be closed again in 5 months because they have no experience. Price performance ratio is great as before 👍 Unfortunately, I miss the bowls too! In the summer it's nice to sit outside and treat yourself to a Ceaser Bowl, unfortunately a thing of the past. Camembert bites (which are spelled incorrectly on the menu) are really tasty and the price is bomb 👍 So it's more of a step backwards than a step forward.

We bought 5 burgers to take away for a total of €40. When we got home and everyone bit into their burgers, we discovered that the meat was still very red. Unfortunately it wasn't edible and frying the patties on their own was more than inconvenient. Unfortunately very disappointed…

We were passing through and wanted an alternative to the monotonous roadside restaurants. This was well worth getting off the highway for a while. Funny murals. It takes some getting used to the digital ordering system, but there is a very extensive choice. Top!

essen ist top, nur die pommes ungesalzen.. einrichtung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. ich war noch nie da, deswegen dachte ich es wäre genauso wie in restaurants mit tischbedienung, welche es dort nicht gibt.
