We're always very satisfied there! The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the beer garden is fantastic. On some days, flies can be a bit annoying, but it's a riding stable, after all.

Actually, NO STAR I had looked at the restaurant and the menu online, and it looked good. So I booked a table for 8 people (I also called again shortly beforehand). Unfortunately, the table (in the beer garden) was taken, and we were given another one. Which isn't a big deal, but that's how it all started. Right next door was the horse paddock, which looked really nice, but unfortunately also full of wasps and flies. As an owner, you can't do anything about that; it's normal. We then moved inside, where no one else was sitting. This was only allowed with great disapproval. We then waited there for 40 minutes JUST to place our order. The menu listed MUCH less food than the online menu. Schnitzel with various sauces, two different burgers, steak, and a tarte flambée. Okay, we thought, so be it. Two people then ordered a steak, for example. After another 15 minutes, we were told that they were out of steak and we would have to choose something else. Okay, then, please check the burgers. Another 20 minutes later, we asked if they could bring the fries to our two children (5), who were so hungry. The answer was very cheeky: "You can see what's going on here, we'll take it one at a time." The food that came next... the chicken burger was a frozen, heavily fried piece of chicken in a burger bun, which was so hard that you couldn't cut it. After two attempts, it was left uneaten. The fried potatoes on another plate were half cooked, the other half burnt. One of my guests was hanging over the toilet in the middle of the night. The website advertises Wi-Fi, but I only wanted to pay by card, but that didn't work because there was no internet. I can only advise you to go somewhere else.

Top address in the region! We finally visited the Reiterstübchen again today, which is easily accessible by bike or car. There is plenty of free parking. The restaurant, with one of the most beautiful beer gardens in the entire area, offers a very sophisticated atmosphere without being pretentious. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is a selection of salads, schnitzels, tarte flambée, burgers, and seasonal specialties, among others. There is also a well-stocked selection of delicious desserts. There is also a large and very good selection of freshly tapped beers. Everything isn't super cheap, but I consider the prices fair because I feel like I'm getting value for my money. The owners create a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere, making the Reiterstübchen one of our favorite places. Not entirely surprising for a restaurant at a horse farm, you might encounter flies. Today, however, there were no more flies than at our Italian restaurant around the corner. For reference: We paid around €90 for a tarte flambée, two burgers, two desserts, and a couple of beers, and spent one of the most wonderful afternoons there. I definitely recommend the Reiterstübchen!

Finally, full marks again..... We were guests at the Reiterstübchen and spent a wonderful evening in the beer garden. The owner is passionate about both. The food was very good. There was something for everyone. The atmosphere was great. A very pleasant conversation with the owner was included..... Next time, I'll take photos too. Regards, Norbert

A beautifully situated restaurant next to a large riding arena, surrounded by greenery. Our group enjoyed a comfortable outdoor seating area on the terrace/beer garden. Great service, delicious food, and friendly, attentive staff. Excellent value for money. Bavarian beers are also available. We'll definitely be back.

Great restaurant if you want to eat hearty and honest home cooking. Nice service and delicious food. In summer there is also a beer garden. You should definitely make a reservation or at least call in advance. It is also important that card payments are not possible there.

Well-equipped Reiterstübchen with a nice selection of delicious specialties and even tastier desserts. We were a birthday party and everything went great. The service was very friendly and accommodating.

It's a very nice restaurant, you can sit outside, the service is very friendly, the food is a dream 👍 The food comes quite quickly. You can also sit nicely in the restaurant. The toilets are clean. The nice thing is when you sit in the restaurant, the little guests can see how the horses run in the hall. Price performance is top👍 We will always be happy to come by 😊 We can only recommend it 🙂

Reiterstübchen clean and very well maintained

Food great - behavior flop At the weekend we had dinner there with friends and two babies. Unfortunately, a waitress had a mishap and spilled several glasses of beer on my husband and I. I was soaked down to my underwear and even the stroller had taken some damage (the diaper bag was completely soaked). I would like to emphasize that the waitress apologized often and that something like that can happen to anyone, so we are not angry with her. However, what really (negatively) surprised us was that the boss(s) noticed this and we weren't offered any compensation. There was even no discount on the bill, which we asked for promptly because we didn't want to sit there any longer wet and smelling of beer. Very disappointing.

We were there on Friday evening. Girls meeting. Drinks came quite quickly. The beer garden was completely full. The order was taken quite quickly and we were still in good spirits...but we waited a whopping 2 hours and 15 minutes for our food. No info, no apology, nothing. This is really outrageous. Other guests had also complained. My friend had in the meantime asked the host if it would take a long time, otherwise we would leave. He just grinned smugly. OK. You can do it like that. Nevertheless, the food was top. Beautifully prepared and very tasty. But the Reiterstübchen won't see us again. A pity .

As Rosellen's former roommates, we already knew the restaurant and were always satisfied, apart from small things. However, last night's visit was a failure. When the summer weather was nice, the entire beer garden was of course occupied. I called ahead to ask if there were any tables available outside. This was confirmed to us. We came with three children. The drinks came very quickly and the atmosphere was very nice. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that there weren't enough staff for the many tables. It took almost 20 minutes before we could even place the order. Initially there were two permanent waitresses on the road with a few additional service staff. After a while there was only one young, committed man left who tried with all his might to keep the business running. He pointed out to the guests after us that the meal could take up to an hour, but we had no information about this. After a wait of 1 hour and 5 minutes, we asked whether it would be possible to at least bring out the children's meals, as it was of course getting later and later. We were then told that you could only ask how long it would take, but nothing could be expedited. Unfortunately, I find that the most disappointing thing about the whole visit, that children's meals cannot be brought forward, which is normal in most restaurants. We were then told that there was a table ahead of us and that it would probably take another 10 minutes. After 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting, I went straight to the kitchen (where the second waitress from outside was now helping out) and said that the children's food had to come now or we would leave. After 1 hour and 40 minutes all the food arrived. The quality of the food was again very good. Unfortunately, logistically it wasn't right at all. If all tables are full, the process cannot work with so few people. Then at some point you have to say that you can no longer occupy tables. Praise goes out to the dedicated waiter and the quality of the food! Unfortunately the rest didn't work for us anymore :(. We hope that something will be changed in the concept because the restaurant is really nice and the food tastes delicious.

We had always planned it and now we found a date together with friends. We were pleasantly surprised and were able to enjoy the great service, and the food also deserved its stars. Price-performance ratio was great. We will definitely become repeat offenders. Please test it yourself, as tastes often differ.

Great food and nice service. Definitely try it out. When the weather is nice, you can sit on the terrace and watch the riders and horses. Update after 2 years... Barbecue evening on Wednesdays! It was great... Very young staff, very hardworking and attentive... Update 02/24: I've been there in winter for a long time and it was really nice. The veggie burger is so delicious and the fries are great... we felt completely at home, the service was nice and funny as always, another nice chat!

Nice restaurant, Unfortunately, you cannot get the tables in the riding arena as a normal guest. . Rump steak tastes great. Perfectly fried. The smallest 220g steak from Neuss. Side fries are 5 half pieces and 5 whole pieces. The waitress probably didn't feel like it anymore today either. Our conclusion: Delicious, clear food and the rest is unfortunately suboptimal.

I came to this restaurant based on a recommendation. It makes a very good and clean impression. In conversation with the charming boss, she assured me that almost everything was freshly prepared. And you could taste it. First I ordered camembert with cranberries and a small salad. Simply delicious. This will be my starter every time from now on. Afterwards I ordered the spit roast with fried potatoes and spinach. The sauce, fried potatoes and spinach were also freshly prepared. Simply delicious. The waitress was very attentive, young and pretty. Everything fine. I will definitely come back, try more dishes and am already looking forward to it.

Einfach nur lecker Empfehlenswert !

Wir waren heute um 16.20 Uhr im Restaurant sind von einer schlecht gelaunten Bedienung empfangen worden, ein Lächeln war im Gesicht nicht zu finden. Haben unsere Bestellung aufgegeben und unser erstes Getränk bekommen . Danach war kein Interesse mehr . Die Bedingungen saß an einem Tisch und hat sich um die Gäste nicht gekümmert ,wir saßen ca 10 Minuten mit leeren Gläsern und haben versucht etwas zu bestellen keine Chance. Haben die dort wohl nicht nötig . Wir waren kurz davor zu gehen dann ging die Türe auf und es kam wohl die richtige Bedienung rein ( vorher war vielleicht die Chefin , war wohl unter Ihrer Würde Gäste freundlich zu bedienen , hat Sie wohl nicht nötig ) . Die junge Dame war freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, genau das Gegenteil zu der Kollegin davor ( diese sollte sich die ein Beispiel dran nehmen- die Gäste können nichts dafür das Sie keine Lust hat oder es unter Ihrer „Würde „ ist Gäste freundlich zu bedienen . Dank des guten Essens und der netten zweiten Bedingungen war der Abend gerettet.

Super netter und schneller Service. Waren 3 Mal dort. Immer eine andere Spezialität ausgewählt und dafür gibt es von mir je 5 Kochmützen. Alles super frisch zubereitet und dazu ein oder auch mal zwei leckere Bierchen. 😋 Für jeden etwas dabei, egal ob jung oder etwas älter, großen oder kleinen Hunger. Wer hier nichts findet, ist selber Schuld. Wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind, werden wir erneute Wiederholungstäter. Euch einen wunderschönen Urlaub und bis bald. Gemütlicher Biergarten mit Blick auf das Übungsgelände im Umfeld eines Pferdehof. Kleine übersichtliche Karte mit zivilen Preisen und saisonalen Gerichten. Nun gibt es Schlüssel und Bolten vom Fass. Freue mich wieder auf die jetzt beginnende neue Sommersaison. Montag und Dienstag ist jedoch geschlossen. Ich komme immer wieder gerne mit dem Rad hierhin. Sehr lecker auch die Bruchetta.

Schöne, ruhige Location (hier nur im Innenbereich gewesen). Beste Bedienung, sehr leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen bei ausreichender Portion. Bei 13 Gästen haben alle gleichzeitig ihr Essen bekommen. Sauber und ordentlich, auch sanitäre Anlagen. Leider nur Barzahlung. Fazit: Da gehen wir gerne wieder hin.

Wie immer war es sehr lecker 😋 und das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Service hat sehr lange gebraucht um uns zu bedienen. Leider mussten wir den Service auf fehlende Speisen hinweisen. Das Essen von meinem Mann war sehr salzig, und auf unsere Reklamation wurde sehr halbherzig reagiert. Das Ambiente ist in einer sehr schönen Lage.

Gemütlicher Platz mit schöner Aussicht und nettem Personal.

Wir waren vor knapp einer Woche mit 5 Personen dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt 😊. Der sehr Charmante und Junge Kellner in weiss, hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt und ließ sich seinen Humor trotz den vielen, teils stressigen Gästen, nicht nehmen. Meine Hochachtung! Hätten Ihm gerne persönlich mehr Trinkgeld gegeben, wenn wir bei ihm statt bei der Kollegin hätten zahlen dürfen. Vielleicht beim nächsten mal. Gerne wieder! Wir waren uns allerdings alle einig, dass etwas mehr Werbung nicht schaden könnte, wohnen seit knapp 5 Jahren im Umkreis dort und haben es Nur zufällig entdeckt.

Das Essen ist immer super, mit dem Service klappt es mal besser und mal weniger. Der Biergarten ist toll gelegen im Grünen.

Manchmal liegt das Gute so nah - wir sind absolut begeistert - einfache schnörkellos Gerichte mit ganz viel Pfiff, Geschmack und toll angerichtet. Preisleistung absolut TOP und FAIR, die Bedienung sehr charmant und aufmerksam - Danke für den schönen Sonntagmittag und wir kommen wieder 😍
