If it had tasted good, I would have eaten it too, but unfortunately only the piece of chicken from the grilled plate was available to enjoy and so the rest remained on it and went back. Great ambience, great service (very friendly employees there) and very tasty food. Always happy to come to Plokami. Plates could be a bit fuller, but that's just for me personally :-)

Warm, friendly and attentive service. Grilled sea bream and the grill plate, as well as the drinks, came to the table promptly. The portion size and the price-performance ratio are right. Full marks would have been given if there had been a greeting from the kitchen and an ouzo at the end. October addition: The guest room was set up for a funeral coffee. Coffee was always refilled, water bottles were on the tables. The cold cuts were very sparingly stocked, 2 half rolls could be served for 4 people. The sheet cake is meaningless! 2 types of jam and butter packaged. You looked in vain for meat, egg, quark, cream cheese or a little more topping. Only the cup of chicken soup was tasty. Overall, therefore, not recommended.

Authentic Greek flair and outstanding cuisine! I had the pleasure of visiting this Greek restaurant near Düsseldorf/Neuss and all I can say is: it was an absolute hit! As soon as I entered I was greeted by the warm, welcoming atmosphere, which immediately gave me a feeling of vacation. The furnishings are stylish and have typical Greek elements - simply cozy and inviting. The menu offers a fantastic selection of traditional Greek dishes and the quality of the food was truly first class. Every bite was a delight! The starter platter was to die for – fresh tzatziki, crispy saganaki and lovely olives that literally tasted like sunshine. My main course, the Chicken Breast Fillet (Kota Marinated), was cooked to perfection: tender, juicy and full of flavors. The side dishes such as potatoes and spinach rice were also simply delicious. The service was equally impressive. The staff were very friendly and attentive without being intrusive and made sure we felt completely at home. I found the house's recommendations particularly nice, which led us to excellent food and wine. At the end there was a small dessert on the house - a really sweet end to a completely successful evening. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and service you get here. I can recommend this Greek restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Greek food and a cozy atmosphere. A real insider tip in Düsseldorf/Neuss – we will definitely be back!

Wonderful space, full of art, a wonderful terrace, we were able to relax a little while the children played. The food was divine, and the desserts, not to mention, make your mouth water just thinking about them! We really liked it, the children did too. It's time to go back. Very nicely located Greek restaurant with a small but fine and sufficient selection of dishes. Plus a modern interior ambience and a long balcony terrace. What was worth mentioning during our visit was the very nice and courteous service. The food was very tasty and the visit can be combined with a trip to the children's farm or a walk in the countryside.

It's been a long time since I've had such a good meal. Great atmosphere and the service was great. All in all a successful evening 😊😊😊 We'll definitely be back...

Roll in Greek restaurant with a beautiful interior and a great terrace. The food was real Wonderful and the service impeccable

We have always been very satisfied here, but we were even more disappointed on our last two visits (both within the last two weeks). It can always happen that a meal isn't right and since we were always satisfied up to that point, we made a second attempt...unfortunately. Both times all the dishes were extremely salty and some were inedible. The zucchini fritters were very greasy and... served on a plastic plate, which for me is a no-go in a restaurant. It's a shame, but we won't try again here.

We went to Plokami for the first time yesterday, on the recommendation of a friend. He grossly understated it. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, the reception was super nice, we booked a table and were accompanied there. Despite the terrace being fully booked, the girls were in a great mood, very friendly and had a quick joke on their lips. As for the food, we were absolutely thrilled. As a starter there was prawns in a hearty tomato/cheese sauce, to die for. For the main course we had the grill patte and the Paris platter, both very tasty. The portions were also such that you didn't get up hungry. The prices are absolutely fine. We will definitely be happy to come back. Ron and Rita Block From Düsseldorf

We were actually always very happy at Plokami. Great ambience, very nice staff, delicious food, especially great appetizers and the Ouzo cocktail is a hit! Unfortunately the last two visits weren't so great. Some dishes were not available both times (lamb, sea bream) and the veal chop was never 400-500 g as stated, but tiny. The gyros were quite over-seasoned and the zucchini fritters were so dry, as if they had been lying around forever. We said this too, but the shoulders were shrugged. The visits were in May/June 2024 and we are very disappointed and will be looking for something else. Too bad. You can't continue like this!

My Bifteki once again tasted excellent. Afterwards, a Greek yogurt dessert and an espresso made the meal perfect. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. A visit is always fun

Excellent service, delicious food, great ambience. In summary: We (4 people) had a very nice evening at Plokami. Since I know the owner of another restaurant, I was critical from the start. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the good service and the excellent food. We were there on two consecutive Sundays and despite the high number of people, the waiting times were relatively short. In terms of price, the catering was in the upper midfield.

Eat like in Greece. Very nice atmosphere, great cuisine and nice service. Terrace and garden in summer. Art exhibition (modern art) in the building. Always very good. You really feel welcome here. This is the same for all guests and creates a great atmosphere. The division of the restaurant into several areas (bar room, small room, fireplace room, winter garden and terrace means that the ambience never gets boring. Yesterday we sat on comfortable armchairs in the fireplace room. The food was excellent and the service was really fun to work with and with guests. Oh yes, there is always fresh fish here, so you can see and choose it before it is prepared, as it is appetizing and odorless because it is presented fresh in the taproom. Never visited such a bad Greek restaurant! Staff are arrogant and friendliness has to be learned, especially for a waitress - rude comments towards guests are absolutely inappropriate. You have to wait a long time for service even though there were very few guests. Food overpriced for the portions you get. Fries are salty, meat has a strange taste, ketchup/mayonnaise is charged extra - even for children. You definitely can't eat delicious food HERE... Ate there once - result NEVER again!!!

Today was our first time at Plokami and not the last time. Reception and other service were very friendly and accommodating. The Meses starter and the two fish dishes were simply great. We are already looking forward to the next visit. Thanks again for the friendly service. Yesterday I ate at Plokami for the 3rd time in 4 weeks. Yesterday was our wedding anniversary. The food was again delicious and all the girls were friendly and accommodating. We had grilled hard cheese / sheep's cheese and a grill platter and grilled scampi. As an art lover you will also get your money's worth here.

Not a normal Greek restaurant. There is a beautiful art exhibition in a disused bowling alley in the basement. Very friendly staff. Fast service. Food top. Cozy restaurant. We recommend. Always my pleasure

Had the shortest wait for food ever!

It was our first time in this Greek restaurant because lunch was offered all day long. The salad tasted of nothing. The 2 clearly sized zucchini fritters were carelessly arranged, slapped onto the plate with a small bowl of dip - not even well-seasoned, delicious tzatziki - they were also pretty tasteless and seemed like a mess of flour to me. I left half of it lying around. The fries for the kids were light, soft and sticky. We will never visit this restaurant again.

By far the best Greek in Neuss. The fireplace room is one of the coziest guest rooms ever.

Unfortunately this time the Metaxa was a bit oversalted and the spinach rice wasn't bad, but it was prepared differently than expected. The most delicious dessert is the basic yogurt with honey. Next time fish or SOUVLA FETA PORK FILLET

I really enjoyed it today. Very nice service and a nice atmosphere. I was surprised when I ate it: calamari, which makes you think of the usual squid rings. But then came small, very tasty and beautifully prepared squid tubes. Very tasty, many greetings from Essen👍

Sehr schöne Location. Modernes und zugleich gemütliches Ambiente, mit Kaminofen in der Mitte des Raums und tollen Bildern an den Wänden, samt Kunstausstellungen im Keller. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und der Service ist top, sympathische Kellner und Kellnerinnen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend, gerne wieder.

Wir haben schön in der Nähe des Kamin gesessen. Der Service war super schnell. Das Essen haben wir aus Karte und Tageskarte ausgewählt. Wir möchten es wie folgt kommentieren: Wow! 😃. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Leider war der Spinat-Reis kalt und "matschig" - also alles andere als lecker. Das Gyros war recht "trocken", wahrscheinlich mit Metaxasauce leckerer.

Ich bin von dem Essen so begeistert🤗.Das Essen war frisch,geschmacklich nicht zu überbieten top.Das Ambiebte und der Service inklusive Bedienung sehr schön und freundlich.Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen,ich komme gerne wieder.

Essen war leider nicht so gut. "Kalte Vorspeise" bestand aus Gurken, Tomaten, paar Klekse Creme und zwei Fertigrollen Weinblätter für 14,50€. Nudel Bolognese haben die Kinder 10&9 stehen gelassen, weil es nicht schmeckte. Pommes und Fischstäbchen waren in Öl getränkt und dadurch nicht genießbar. Biftekti müsste mal überarbeitet werden. Normalerweise ist ein dicker Käsestreifen in der Mitte, hier wohl mit ins Hackfleisch gemischt. Mayo gab es nur in Tüten, sollte jeder Koch allerdings selber können oder kauf ein Bottich und fülle es in kleine Schälchen um. Bedienungen sprechen zum Teil kein Deutsch. Bei großen Gruppen kam es zu fehl Bestellungen die man versucht hat mit abzurechnen. Grüße gehen raus an die liebe Bedienung. Hier ist dringend dem Inhaber angeraten ein Testessen zu organisieren und das alles bewerten zu lassen. Für uns ist das leider nichts. Location ist schön gestaltet, nur der Dreibein am Eingang stand etwas ungünstig, wenn jemand dort am Tisch sitzt.

Ich hatte als Hauptspeise den Gyros-Teller und als Dessert ein Erdbeer-Schokoladen Törtchen. Beides war sehr lecker und die Atmosphäre. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, da kommt man gerne wieder.

Kein Tzatziki zum Essen und kein Keks zum Kaffee! Frohe Weihnachten

War das erste mal dort, muss sagen es hat alles gestimmt. Leckeres Essen, faire Preise, und tolles Ambiente...einfach ein schönes, nettes Lokal/Restaurant...komme sehr gerne wieder.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, Essen ist super die Bedienung (Ida und Matina) sehr herzlich und zuvorkommend bis auf eine Bedinung haben wir heute zum ersten mal am Empfang gesehen sehr unfreundlich und arrogant. Sind mindestens 1x im Monat hier;-) und fühlen uns immer sehr wohl hier. Bis zum nächsten mal. Freuen uns auf euch. V&S

Das ehemalige Café Zimmermann heißt jetzt Plokami. Es ist fast nicht mehr wieder zu erkennen. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet worden. Es fühlt sich richtig gut an. Die Speisen wirklich lecker und der Service ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gut, es ist im Vergleich zu anderen griechischen Restaurants etwas teurer, aber es geht noch. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Das Ambiente war sehr schön und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider kam das Essen sehr zeitversetzt und die Portionen waren teilweise sehr überschaubar. Dazu kam das zum Beispiel die Qualität der Leber nicht gut war und man erstmal die Zwiebeln und das Gemüse nach harten Krass utersträußen durchsuchen musste.

Die Terrasse ist sehr schön, wir haben am Abend einen Igel im Garten gesehen. Der Service ist aufmerksam, aber die Information zum Grillteller stimmte nicht ganz mit dem servierten Gericht überein. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings relativ salzig, (vielleicht ein frisch verliebter Koch) 😊 und die Präsentation, positiv ausgedrückt, sehr schlicht, negativ formuliert, Recht lieblos. Die gefüllten Weinblätter waren allerdings sehr lecker! Besonders bei den Desserts fiel dies auf. Alles in allem ein Restaurant mit schönem Ambiente, freundlichem Service, aber leider bei unserem Besuch nur mit durchschnittlichem Essen.

Wir waren heute das erste Mal hier. Ich kann den negativen Beurteilungen in keinster weise zustimmen. Das Essen war super, nicht zu viel, ausreichend. Bei den Getränken wurde immer nachgefragt, ob es noch etwas sein darf. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles 👍

Mein Lieblingsrestaurant im Moment. Das Essen ist lecker, der Service super und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Wir hatten einen tollen Freitagabend und Ida, unsere Kellnerin, war die beste überhaupt: gute Cocktail- und Essensempfehlung. Tisch für Donnerstag wieder gebucht. 😋 Käthe Köstlich als Empfangsdame ein Unikat und sorgt mächtig für Stimmung. Tipp: Haltet Euch an die aktuellen Corona-Regeln, sonst lässt Käthe Euch nicht rein. 👍🏼Besuch am 11.06.22 war wieder super. Wenn man etwas später (ab 20.00 Uhr) geht, bekommt man immer einen Tisch und es sind keinen lauten Kinder da.

Wenn ich in Neuss bin, muss ich einmal hier her. Kann ich zu 100% empfehlen...
