Kann ich nur empfehlen, der Laden ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Schöne Dekoration, sehr freundliches Personal. Solche freundliche Personalen findet fast nirgendwo. Sie bedienen sehr schnell und sind sehr freundlich. Selbst in sehr stressigen Situationen, bleiben sie sehr ruhig und gelassen und bleiben immer freundlich zu den Kunden. Das Essen dort ist ebenfalls mega lecker😋. Habe heute einen Smashburger Chilli Cheese probiert, es war einfach Bombe. So einen Bürger habe ich in meinem Leben noch nie gegessen gehabt. Sehr sehr guter döner war heute mit meinen Freunden dort das Fleisch ist sehr lecker und es gibt viele Zutaten die man auf den döner tun kann für 7 50 kann man sich echt nicht beschweren ich würde sogar sagen es ist der beste döner aus ganz schwäbisch gmünd

Döner&Falafel mit VOLLKORNbrötchen!!! Hatten wir so noch nie. Außen cross innen saftig. Die Saucen sind nicht nur sehr lecker sondern auch cremig und bleiben somit auch im Brötchen. Das Hähnchenfleisch war saftig&aromatisch. Knackiger Salat mit Granatapfelkernen. Theke tiptop sauber und ansprechend. Personal gepflegt, charmant und sehr freundlich. Im Vergleich zu anderen Dönerläden in Schwabisch Gmünd ist Ali Baba der Beste. Das Ambiente ist wirklich Top, das Personal super freundlich und ehrlich und der Döner mit Kalb inkl. der ganzen Topings darauf ist einfach himmlisch. Man denkt jetzt wahrscheinlich das der Döner sehr teuer ist, aber er kostet nur 7,50€ und mit Hänchenfleisch nur 7€ und es gibt kostenlosen Tee/Caffee (dazu auch Zucker, Milch, etc.). Ein besseres Preis-leitungsverhältnis gibt es einfach nirgendwo anders. Deswegen kommt alle zu Ali Baba.

Der Dürüm war wirklich sehr lecker. Sehr große Auswahl was das aus dem Kalb und Hühnchenfleisch mit in den Dürüm reinkam. Das Toping von Oliven Mais oder Granatapfel ist auch sehr gut. Der Spritze Zitrone hat es toll abgerundet. Vielen Dank für den netten Service.

Dönerteller. Alles soweit ok, aber beim Fleisch ( Kalb) ist definitiv Luft nach oben. Sehr dünn und dadurch leider etwas trocken und nicht besonders saftig. Alles in allem aber sehr ordentlich.

Hab vor 2monaten mal probiert seit dem essen wir nur noch da, einfach perfekt finde ich. Geschmacklich die Soßen des Fleisch und des Brot sehr gut. Wer noch nicht probiert hat würde ich empfehlen des wird dann euer neuer Spot. Personal immer freundlich Portionen sehr gut.

Seit dem Besitzerwechsel werden nun auch sehr sehr leckere vegane Döneralternativen angeboten. Die Menschen, die dort arbeiten sind sehr freundlich, weshalb ich nun sehr gerne dort essen gehe.

Top Lage in der Innenstadt Ambiente ist wunderschön Altbau und Neubau zu gleich. Fleisch vom Dönerfleisch ist zart,Brot ist Innen weich und außen Kross die Preise sind komplett normal viel Auswahl an speißen. Personal mega freuendlich und hilfsbereit daber von mir 5 Sterne

As a Berliner on a business trip today, I tried out the place under new management and I have to say: it's fantastic! What these guys are doing is simply excellent. I tried the chicken skewer and believe me, there are quite a few places in Berlin that think they're the best, but they can't compete with this one. Fair prices, fresh ingredients, friendly staff. I think this will become a regular stop on my list for my next business trips to Gmünd.

The burgers are truly excellent! You can immediately taste the emphasis on quality – fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked meat, and incredibly delicious sauces. Everything is prepared with care. The restaurant is also very clean and tidy, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who loves really good burgers! Very friendly staff.

What an awesome place! The atmosphere is great, and the food is even better. We already tried the amazing Double Cheese Smashburger on our first visit, and this time we also tried the doner kebab with beef and chicken – absolutely delicious! The staff is super friendly, by the way. And the dessert... brownie and baklava with Turkish tea... a dream! Definitely recommended! Keep up the good work, we'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended! The new Ali Baba kebab shop is simply fantastic! The meat is incredibly juicy, the vegetables are always fresh, and the sauce is absolutely delicious – everything tastes perfect together. The food was very, very delicious, the best doner kebab I've ever eaten. However, the doner itself is quite small, hence only 4 stars. If the bread were bigger, I'd gladly give it 5 stars. The price is also reasonable: 7 euros for a chicken doner with vegetables. And as a tip: if you're there and order the doner with spicy sauce, the pomegranate juice they offer goes very well with it, in my opinion.

By far the best doner kebab I've had in a long time. The chicken and pepper skewer is highly recommended. I enjoyed every bite. The seitan alternative is also really good.

Hey, I'm writing this review because I can't believe the store is closed. Alibaba was an institution in Gmünd, and the owner, Tolga, was a good friend. I'd just like to know what happened. Tolga's cell phone number doesn't work anymore. I last had contact with him in August 2024. Yes, there were problems at the end. You can also see it in the reviews here on Google over the past few months. However, if anyone knows more, I'd be happy if you could post a few details here. Tolga, if you're reading this. Please get in touch.

My first port of call in GD...for the seitan doner (and the portion size 😉) Unfortunately I've had bad luck the last few times and the Seitan was "not available at the moment". I hope this is only temporary otherwise please find another supplier, even if the falafel is also good. But only you have Seitan...

**Disappointing experience buying a kebab** Unfortunately, my last visit to this kebab shop was very disappointing. The meat was thickly sliced and didn't taste fresh at all. It was so inedible that I had to throw the kebab away. It seems they don't place much value on quality and customer satisfaction. I hope the shop rethinks its preparation methods and offers better quality in the future, because I certainly won't be shopping there again.

Sorry I have to write this now!!! I've been here several times. And it used to be really good here. Except for the organization. But today it was underground. On the way to the toilet I got a quick look into the kitchen and I would rather not have seen it!!!! But now to eat the pizza was drowned in cheese and the kebab meat was almost non-existent. It had no taste whatsoever. As a precaution, I drank a double ouzo to be on the safe side. The ayran was really the best🤷‍♂️ I won't be entering the establishment again in this life!! Thank God there are enough alternatives in GD!!

Well, it's really a shame that Ali Baba used to be such a great kebab shop. Unfortunately I can no longer say that. In terms of taste, there was so disappointing little meat, the salad was tasteless and the sauce was, well, a bit special. It used to be one of my favorite kebabs. The service wasn't really friendly either. And the outside area could also be cleaned more often. Don't know if I'll come here again. A real shame. I hope you get back to the old level.

Doner itself tastes quite good, but the meat is “extraordinary”. When I ordered my kebab, the sellers were constantly arguing and after 20 minutes of waiting I was shouted at why I wasn't patient. The store was filled with two guests, which is why I absolutely cannot understand it.

Last time before 2022. Everything was great there. Been again in May 2024 and omg what poor quality. Ok, it's Monday and the rest of the meat before Sunday but the fact that you can still sell it is criminal. Tastes just like you would imagine an old kebab would. The salad around co was ok but at least standard.

Warning: Gluten-free kebab is available but is not suitable for people with celiac disease. It can become contaminated at any point and work is not done cleanly. There have been new staff for a few months who work carelessly and not cleanly. They don't even know what gluten is, but they still offer "gluten-free" on the menu. The staff beforehand was much better, friendly and worked cleanly. I always liked going to Ali Baba but since the new staff, I can no longer recommend the kebab and I don't go there anymore.

A very special kebab shop where you can eat with your hands for the kebab box to take away. The sauce seems to be thick so nothing spreads. The kebab meat consists of small chunks, some of which are unchewable meat. The fries are hard tasteless cheap. Unfortunately, the other kebab shops in the area aren't really any better.
