Hotel am Remspark - Schwäbisch Gmünd in Schwäbisch Gmünd

Das Rems Park Hotel in Schwäbisch Gmünd ist für mich ein echter Geheimtipp, vor allem wegen der wunderschönen Dachterrasse. Zunächst ein besonderes Lob an den Mitarbeiter Malang, der mich während meines Besuchs sehr zuverlässig, freundlich und professionell betreut hat. Er ist äußerst aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und versteht es wirklich, mit Gästen umzugehen. Solcher Service bleibt definitiv positiv in Erinnerung. Auch wenn ich nicht als Hotelgast dort war, sondern nur den Terrassen und Getränkebereich genutzt habe, war mein Eindruck durchweg hervorragend. Die Dachterrasse bietet eine mega Aussicht über ganz Schwäbisch Gmünd mitten in der Stadt und trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Ich nutze diesen Ort auch gerne als kleinen Rückzugsort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen, kurz abzuschalten und meinen Ausgleich zu finden. Durch die direkte Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof ist es außerdem ideal, um Wartezeiten auf Zug oder Bus entspannt zu überbrücken. Sehr schön ist auch der Austausch mit anderen Gästen. Man kommt dort leicht ins Gespräch, oft auch über Reiseziele, Ausflüge und interessante Orte, die man selbst noch besuchen kann. Dieser ungezwungene Austausch macht die Atmosphäre zusätzlich besonders und interessant. Insgesamt eine tolle Stimmung, ein super Service und ein besonderer Ort mitten in Schwäbisch Gmünd. Für mich ganz klar ein Top-Hotel mit einer der besten Terrassen der Stadt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder

War wieder mal wie jedes Jahr im Hotel am Rems Park.

Wir waren anlässlich einer Weiterbildung mit KÄRCHER hier in Schwäbisch Gmünd und sind in diesen herrlichen Hotel untergekommen. Das Personal ist freundlich wie man es heutzutage nur noch selten sieht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Dachterasse sowie das kongeniale Frühstück waren mein Highlight. Hier lässt es sich aushalten. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Location um Tagungen durchzuführen, gutes Essen zu genießen und von der Dachterasse den Blick ins Land zu genießen! 1A!

Ich war geschäftlich dort untergebracht. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Direkte, zentrale Lage am Bahnhof/Busbahnhof. In die Allstadt läuft man gemütlich ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Auch das Bad. Frühstück im siebten Stock mit toller Aussicht. Das Essen selbst war gehobener Standard und alles frisch. Tageszeitungen liegen aus. Das mag ich morgens. Klasse. Auch das Mittagessen und das Business Dinner waren geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service war professionell. Die Tagungsräume entsprachen unseren Vorstellungen und Bedürfnissen. Lediglich die Parkplatz Situation direkt am Hotel ist nicht optimal, da nicht in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Insgesamt kann ich das Hotel aus meiner Sicht uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Es ist ein bisschen teurer als andere Hotels, dafür mega stylisch. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern bleibt der Straßenlärm fast komplett draußen. Das Restaurant ist herrlich lichtdurchflutet mit super Aussicht und beim Frühstück bekommt das Herz alles, was es begehrt und auch noch liebevoll präsentiert.

Tolles Hotel mit guter Gastronomie zentral gelegen. Saubere, sehr gepflegte Zimmer. Die Mitarbeitenden waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Feines Frühstück mit grosser Auswahl. Wenn man direkt über das Hotel bucht erhält man keine schriftliche Bestätigung. Da wäre noch eine Servicesteigerung möglich.

Wir waren zu Gast bei einer Hochzeitsfeier im Hotel am Remspark und hatten einen wunderschönen Abend! Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr hochwertig und super lecker. Der Service war sehr professionell und freundlich - wir können das Hotel für Hochzeitsfeiern sehr empfehlen!

Tolles Hotel, in dem ich oft zu Gast bin. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell im Ortskern. Tolles Frühstück mit sagenhafter Auswahl und tollem Ausblick. Lediglich die Parksituation ist ab und an recht suboptimal. Komme trotzdem immer gerne wieder.

Alles super! Im Zimmer alles was man braucht, inkl. Fön, Flasche Wasser. Direkt in der Stadt an der Rems und am Bahnhof, aber trotzdem ruhig. Über die Preise könnte man sprechen. Da wir jemanden zum Frühstück mitgebracht hatten und dafür 32EUR zahlen mussten.

As a person with a physical disability, I felt wonderfully cared for there. Beautiful rooms, a generous breakfast buffet, and everything is wheelchair accessible. I would gladly return.

A really nice hotel in a good location. Very modern, paperless, comfortable beds. The bar is worth a visit in both summer and winter. Dinner was also very good. The food itself is good. Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. We've been particularly annoyed at breakfast on several occasions. There's no greeting, not even at Christmas. No one offers the sparkling wine that's included with breakfast. At Christmas, they shortened breakfast time by half an hour to accommodate the lunch rush. When we inquired about this, the response was that breakfast was available from 7 a.m. What can I say? Very unsatisfactory. In addition, many tables are reserved at breakfast, which remain unused until the very end. This unfortunately detracts significantly from the overall experience.

I stayed at the hotel for one night. The view of the park from the 5th floor was fantastic. Breakfast was great and had everything you could wish for. A great place to stay, whether for business or pleasure! I can highly recommend it.

An exceptionally pleasant stay in a hotel that impressed in every respect. The location is excellent – central yet quiet, with ideal public transport connections and within walking distance of numerous attractions and restaurants. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and extremely well-maintained. My room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished, and offered all the amenities you could wish for for a comfortable stay. The pleasant atmosphere created by the thoughtful design and high-quality furnishings deserves special praise. The reception staff deserves special praise: always helpful, professional, and yet exceptionally friendly. You feel welcome and well looked after from the very first moment. Overall, a hotel with character that offers a high level of quality and service. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great service, very close to the train station / easy walking distance - Everything about this visit went exactly as it should ideally always do. With its overall experience – including dinner and breakfast – the hotel has literally set quality standards. Everything was clean, the staff friendly and competent, no complaints whatsoever. The only thing I wasn't quite as lucky with was the view as my colleagues on the 6th floor – if you have the choice, book as high as possible for the view. A clear 5/5.

Here's the short version, followed by a more detailed review below. Modern hotel with a friendly reception and a great breakfast – a wide selection, a pleasant ambiance, and super friendly kitchen staff. The junior suite unfortunately had a few flaws (e.g., stains on the carpet, loose lamps, cobwebs in the bathroom), but overall, the stay was still pleasant. Those who can overlook minor details in the room will feel comfortable here. A big plus: the beautiful garden view and the first-class breakfast. The hotel building is architecturally very modern and makes a high-quality impression both inside and out. The ample parking is particularly noteworthy – although the price of €8 per night is, in my opinion, unreasonable. The reception was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the overall welcome was pleasant. The scent in the hotel hallways also contributes to a positive atmosphere. We booked a junior suite with a garden view. The view was really nice, the windows were clean, and the floor was also generally well cleaned, except for a few crumbs. Unfortunately, a closer look revealed a few deficiencies: – We discovered cobwebs in the bathroom – A toothbrush and toothpaste were missing (in my opinion, they should have been provided) – The carpet had obvious coffee stains – The pillowcase was brown and stained – an absolute no-go in terms of hygiene – The TV's picture and sound were out of sync – Several lamps weren't working or were loosely attached – A LAN connection was completely missing Breakfast: Breakfast, however, was a real highlight. The selection was excellent: bacon, eggs, fish, a wide variety of fresh fruit, several types of bread and rolls, nuts, and muesli – there was truly something for every taste. The breakfast room is tastefully decorated and offers a pleasant atmosphere with a great view. The extremely friendly and attentive kitchen staff was also particularly positive. Conclusion: The hotel impresses at first glance with its modern architecture, friendly staff, and high-quality ambiance. The breakfast is excellent and significantly enhances the stay. Unfortunately, numerous flaws in the rooms mar the overall impression. It's a shame, because the potential is definitely there.

If you want, you can always find something negative somewhere. Generally speaking, it's really good here! Unfortunately, there was no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

Extremely friendly reception. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you need. The bathroom had an ensuite toilet. Great location, with the city center a 5-10-minute walk away. I can't comment on the breakfast or fitness room yet, as I haven't had any experience with them yet.

A pleasant business stay with a pleasant atmosphere. The location is excellent – ​​close to the city center, very close to the train station, and with on-site parking. The reception was warm and professional. There was a mix-up in the room assignment at the beginning, but this was quickly and easily resolved by the team in consultation with the hotel management. The breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a somewhat limited selection but sufficient. The beautiful view from the breakfast room on the 7th floor is particularly noteworthy. We also really enjoyed the bar on the same floor – a stylish ambience, friendly service, and a small roof terrace as a special bonus. Overall, a thoroughly enjoyable stay – I would recommend the hotel for business trips at any time.

Beautiful hotel – absolutely recommended! I can really only recommend this hotel from the bottom of my heart! The rooms were super clean, comfortable and had a fantastic view of the park. The staff were consistently friendly, warm and incredibly accommodating - you immediately feel like you're in good hands. The breakfast was really tasty and varied. We also used the conference room for a professional meeting - everything worked smoothly, the equipment was top and the service was just as attentive as in the rest of the house. Absolutely recommended for business occasions too. A real highlight was the rooftop terrace with great food, a relaxed atmosphere and a fantastic view. Overall, a hotel with a lot of style and feel-good character – I would definitely like to come back!

Very nice hotel in a good city center location. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The room was completely fine and clean. The negative thing was that the air conditioning was set centrally to heat or cool. In our case the weather was very nice, the rooms were very warm and could not be air conditioned because the system was set to heat centrally. For safety reasons, the windows only open a small crack. The food was very good throughout, including breakfast. Particularly noteworthy is the beautiful bar and the large roof terrace with bar - an absolute highlight. If I end up here again, I would be happy to come back.

I would have liked to use the Sky Bar to hold a spontaneous business meeting, unfortunately we didn't get anywhere near being served within 20 minutes, so we left. It's a shame if you don't use the bar's potential

During my stay of several days in the “Hotel am Remspark” property, located in the immediate urban center of the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd, I found myself in a position to carry out a comprehensive assessment based on objective, normative and experience-based assessment criteria. The assessment presented here is carried out with strict reference to standards of administrative, service and accommodation quality as well as in compliance with the fundamental requirements for institutional performance assessment in accordance with applicable standards of the Federal Ministry of Economics and relevant EU hotel industry guidelines. As soon as we arrived at the aforementioned premises, an above-average level of professional reception culture was evident, which was characterized by a high degree of service orientation, friendliness appropriate to the situation and procedural efficiency. The check-in process was carried out in a remarkably timely manner, avoiding any bureaucratic redundancy, and all data protection and reporting obligations in accordance with Sections 29 ff. of the Federal Registration Act (BMG) were fulfilled in a legally flawless manner. The architectural concept of the hotel building represents a functional symbiosis between aesthetic design and use-centered space economy. The spatial infrastructure of the assigned hotel room fully met the requirements of upscale accommodation in the sense of the German Hotel Classification (DEHOGA), with particular emphasis on the hygienic standards, the technical equipment and the climatic regulation facilities. All of the facilities available in the room (especially the sanitary facilities) were in perfect and fully functional condition. The hotel's gastronomic offering, both in the breakfast area and in the optionally bookable evening menu, meets the requirements of a high-quality catering facility in accordance with Section 4 Paragraph 1 of the Restaurant Act (GastG). The food was prepared according to the principles of culinary expertise, with attention being paid to traceable origin labeling of the food used in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1169/2011. The selection was both diversified and nutritionally balanced. Also worth mentioning is the exemplary behavior of the entire hotel staff, which is characterized by a permanent guest focus, discretion, intercultural competence and a consistently high level of service. The communication culture was appropriate to the situation, multilingual and always solution-oriented. In summary, the aforementioned analysis results in an unreservedly positive overall assessment. The “Hotel am Remspark” not only meets all industry-specific minimum requirements, but also significantly exceeds them in almost all categories. The awarding of five rating stars is therefore carried out in full consideration of all the criteria presented and is considered to be fully justified in the light of objective standards.

Excellent service and customer friendliness! I had a great weekend at this hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the customer focus: a small misunderstanding was resolved professionally and quickly, and I even had a damaged charging cable replaced without any complications. Beautiful views whether in winter or summer, modern style, and the best cheesecake there is truly delicious, and the currywurst is also amazing. The service is just as good and friendly. I'll be back again and again :)

I urgently had to go to the toilet. And even though it's such a fancy hotel, I was let in without any problems. I didn't give a star for the rooms because I can't judge them at all.

Great rooms, excellent food in the restaurant at the top with the best view. One star deducted for the location, as there are far too few parking spaces.

We booked two double rooms for two nights shortly before Christmas. Location is great. We were very happy with the breakfast! Unfortunately there are no minibars or drinks machines. And having to pay for parking was very annoying.

Our third visit to the house. Now (Today) a Garni Hotel. This was not clear to us. No bar, no restaurant. You can read the information about this on the wall behind the receptionist on A5. It is closed on Sundays. No minibar and no lobby - then you just have to move around the house or lie down in the room. There are certainly enough reasons from management why this is the case - but there are also certainly reasons to communicate this honestly and openly in advance - and you could even adapt the calculation to the situation. We wanted to start the next day with two friends. However, breakfast was charged at €32 per external guest. Pressing the coffee machine, a turkey salami roll and yoghurt wasn't worth it to any of us. We then started the day separately and then - see above - moved around the houses together. So be it that Google advertises free parking spaces in the hotel overview. We paid €8. It should be on the homepage somewhere. Conclusion: Nice rooms, good, normal breakfast and little else reasons to come back. If the hotel corresponded to the website, our recommendation would be different.

I had the pleasure of hosting an event at this hotel and absolutely loved the service and quality offered here. Even in the run-up to the event, Mr. Benjamin Schöll impressed with his excellent organization and great communication. He was always available, competent and implemented all of our wishes and requirements with ease. The restaurant is also particularly noteworthy: the food was of the highest quality, lovingly prepared and an absolute highlight in terms of taste. Our participants were completely satisfied. The hotel was booked for us by a friend... Perfect service from the start, absolutely friendly staff who work in the interests of the hotel guests. Special requests were processed and implemented without any problems. The rooms and the entire hotel make a very tidy and well-kept impression. Modern and practical furnishings, cleanliness is taken very seriously and you don't have the impression that you are entering a room in which there were other guests shortly before. All in all, very good management 👍. What I particularly like is the security system. It's virtually impossible to move around the hotel as a stranger without any problems. Business trip, super hotel, very clean, tidy and quiet. The staff were efficient, kind and polite. You slept well and the buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a spectacular panoramic terrace where you can eat. Ample parking. Very convenient location, in five minutes you can reach the center, nearby there is a very nice garden to relax. Perfect value for money.

We were in this hotel for an internal training course and I have to say that the hotel has remained in my memory for a long time. The restaurant far exceeded my expectations with its dishes and you can tell that something new is thought of every day and that the quality is very high. The terrace was also very nice and was a great way to end the evening. Many thanks also to the super nice and competent staff at this hotel. It's not a given that you get a service like this.

A pleasant hotel located in the city center. The rooms were clean and well kept, although a bit small. It's a pity there is no fridge in the room. The hotel has a very nice restaurant on the 7th floor overlooking the city and the surrounding hills. The breakfast was very pleasant, fresh, prepared on site. Staff at reception very helpful. You can rent bicycles for free at the hotel and explore the city.

This hotel is fantastic. It is close to town, the view from the restaurant and rooftop is amazing, and I loved the vegan options at the breakfast buffet: soy yogurt, avocado slices, a wonderful variety of fresh fruit, muesli, oat milk, vegan spreads (including peanut butter!), freshly baked bread, etc.

Now this is a hotel! Clean, comfy, luxurious and peaceful.

I don't like the hotels that don't have a balcony, even if it's a small one, it would be practical. Otherwise very nice hotel, parking space is scarce, you have to look for it in the area. The terrace on the roof is very nice and the restaurant & bar too.. The hotel has maybe 10 parking spaces, otherwise you have to look elsewhere in the city.

On a business trip here, sometimes you have to be careful not to think you're on vacation. A wonderful hotel with great staff and very good quality. The only thing I don't like is the carpeting in the hotel rooms, otherwise the hotel is really a great experience with extremely good quality.
