Ich kann diese schlechten Bewertungen so ganz und gar nicht nachvollziehen.Ich wurde bis auf wenige ausnahmen immer zuvorkommend und höflich behandelt, egal ob ich zur Tag oder Nachtschicht gehen musste oder gerade gekommen bin. Es gibt auch Tage wie jeder Mensch mal hat die nicht so optimal laufen und dies ist eigendlich verständlich. Natürlich sollten persöhnliche Probleme immer daheim bleiben allerdings ist dies ja auch nicht immer möglich. Das Team finde Ich petrsöhnlich klasse, denn eigendlich sind Sie immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sollte Ich ein Problem gehabt habe, wurde dies mit Der Geschäftsführung oder Inhaber unter 4 Augen geklärt und das Problem wurde umgehend sofort angegangen und beseitigt. Bin dort gerne Gast und habe keinerlei schlechte Kritik anzumerken. Macht weiter so

Unmöglicher Umgang mit Kunden. Bei der Kartenzahlung wurde meine Karte nicht erkannt. Ich verstand nicht, warum und fragte, ob ich etwas falsch mache. Die genervte Antwort der rothaarigen Dame: 'Bei dem Gerät muss man lesen'. Auf meine Rückfrage, was genau damit gemeint sei, erntete ich ein Stöhnen und ein Augenrollen, während sie das Gerät vom Tresen nahm und die Ansicht darauf mit einem Knopfdruck änderte. Ich entschuldigte mich derweil , verärgert über diese Reaktion, für meine offensichtliche Blödheit. Sie knallte das Gerät mit denselben Worten 'Bei dem Gerät mss man lesen' wieder auf den Tresen und diesmal konnte ich zahlen. Erst dann erklärte sie mir in abfälligem Ton, dass bei der ersten Einstellung noch abgefragt wird, ob man Tringeld geben wolle ( welch eine Farce in diesem Zusammenhang 😂)... das also sollte man 'lesen'. Würde fast niemand kapieren, ließe sich aber nicht ausstellen. Also erstens offensichtlich ja doch und zweitens hätte eine kurze,nette Erläuterung bei meinem ersten Versuch, bestenfalls in einem vollständigen Satz gesprochen, die Situation für beide angenehmer gemacht. Ich kannte die Art von Gerät nicht und war so naiv, wie gewohnt einfach die Karte draufzuhalten. Kunden sind halt hin und wieder dumm, aber das muss man in dem Gewerbe händeln können, wenn man möchte, dass weiterhin jemand sein Geld bringt. Ich hatte zwar nur einen Milchkaffee für unterwegs, aber dank Weiterfahrt im Zug dafür vel Zeit für eine Bewertung. 🙆🏻‍♀️

Ich habe beobachtet, wie Kunden ein mangelhaftes Heißgetränk reklamiert haben. Der Umgang des Mitarbeiters hinter der Theke war deutlich unfreundlich und pampig und wirkte sehr unprofessionell. Kein positiver Eindruck von diesem Laden.

Sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung Wir haben bei diesem Stand Glühwein gekauft, der leider völlig verbrannt und extrem eklig geschmeckt hat. Er war absolut untrinkbar. Daraufhin wollten wir den Glühwein freundlich zurückbringen und unser Anliegen ruhig schildern. Die Verkäuferin war zunächst nett und meinte, sie müsse die Chefin anrufen – das war für uns auch vollkommen in Ordnung. Kurz darauf kam jedoch ein Mitarbeiter dazu, der sich extrem unfreundlich verhalten hat. Anstatt auf unsere Beschwerde einzugehen, hat er uns direkt angefahren und gesagt, er könne nichts dafür, dass der Glühwein so schmeckt. Dabei wurden wir komplett respektlos behandelt und regelrecht blöd angemacht. So ein unverschämtes und unprofessionelles Verhalten gegenüber Kunden geht gar nicht. Wir hatten lediglich auf einen mangelhaften Glühwein hingewiesen und wurden dafür schlecht behandelt. Sehr enttäuschend – wir werden hier definitiv nichts mehr kaufen.

Einfach nur empfehlenswert! Die belegten Brötchen sind jedes Mal ein Highlight – außen knusprig, innen weich und frisch wie vom echten Handwerksbäcker. Man schmeckt sofort die Qualität. Auch die Pasta Bolognese ist absolut top! Die Soße ist würzig, hausgemacht und perfekt abgeschmeckt, die Portionen sind großzügig und richtig lecker. Egal ob für ein schnelles Frühstück oder ein warmes Essen – hier passt einfach alles. Klare Empfehlung von mir! 🍝🥖✨

Gab wohl im Laufe des Jahres einen Besitzerwechsel, seither eine absolute Katastrophe. Die Betreiberin sitzt den ganzen Tag vor der Tür am Rauchen, Händewaschen vor dem "Zubereiten" des Essens Fehlanzeige. Man wartet auch gut und gerne mal 10 Minuten, bevor man wahrgenommen wird. Arbeitskleidung oder nur ein Hauch von gastronomischer Fähigkeit nicht vorhanden. Service kann man nicht bewerten, da nicht vorhanden. Mitarbeiter leider absolut nicht gastrotauglich, wenn auch freundlich. Konstant am Handy und nimmt wartende Kunden einfach nicht wahr. Wirklich eine Katastrophe mittlerweile der Laden. Der ehemalige Besitzer ist mittlerweile bei der Kirche anzutreffen, und immernoch eine absolute Empfehlung. Aber der Laden am Bahnhof, ganz schlimm. Pasta Bolognese schmeckt nach nichts.

Die Freundlichkeit war nicht optimal und der Cappuccino war eher ein Milchkaffee

Change of operator! We were there about 14 days ago, and it was more like a youth center. There were very young people hanging around outside, it was hard to place who they were. At first, I thought they were all guests. We then went to the counter and wanted to order something. Then people came in from outside. First, a young lady went into the kitchen, then went back out again, still ignoring us. Suddenly, other young people came in from outside, some of them children and teenagers. As I said, they also went into the kitchen. We continued to be ignored, even by those supposedly in charge—I assume the young lady—and then we left empty-handed. Communication was simply impossible due to a lack of interest. This business seems to be relying on the good reviews of the previous owner, who can now be found at the city church—so I've deleted the old, very good review and the stars.

Really good food and really nice people

The prices are very good for what you get, the food tastes excellent, everything is fresh and delicious, and I highly recommend it. The staff were also very friendly and prompt.

The employee usually sits outside and smokes, which is very annoying when you have to wait 5-10 minutes to be served. Prices in the store itself are otherwise great.

Basically a solid restaurant at the train station in Donaueschingen, but due to price increases and a somewhat declining quality, it's no longer as good as before.

It's been a while since my last recession. But unfortunately the Aldente at the train station has changed for the worse rather than for the better. At some point things are good and you have to get rid of your opinion even if it is negative. But I've looked at it long enough. The measure is full. Take-away pasta with salmon costs a whopping 9.90 euros. On the big board it says 8 euros... But I won't go into that. Now I thought the taste made up for it. Not in any way. UNFORTUNATELY. The taste of salmon was there, but it was pretty darn bland. My colleague had the “dream in white” and reported the same taste (bland). Should we say uniformity with different flavors?!? The schnitzel is offered for 15.90 euros. If you add 2 euros, you are much better off with the Ochsen in DS. Just as a comparison. 18 euros for the Ochsen: schnitzel with fries (also spaetzle if desired) and sauce, with a salad that you can top yourself, a drink and a dessert in a well-kept atmosphere. I realize that the ambience in a train station is not the best, which is why I gave it 5 stars because it is difficult to change. But the rest is just underground. It started so well. The food was good and optimal in the price/performance segment for what you got.

The Aldente has now expanded its menu many times over. The price-performance offer is absolutely justified. The boss and his staff are extremely nice and hospitable. Unfortunately, the space available is somewhat limited, but this is due to the structural conditions. The furnishings have limited space but are still well done. Always my pleasure

Our train was usually late and we were looking for a restaurant where we could sit nearby. The bistro decorated with Christmas lights was encouraging. A pleasant disappointment compared to a train station bistro. It's a very cozy place, you can sit there and the daily specials were very tasty and cheap.

It's ok if you're hungry, but I didn't really like the food, especially for the price you'd expect a little more. However, it wasn't completely freshly prepared and the sauce was definitely too watery, the second time. The rating only refers to the noodles.

So the food is good. But the prices… are not justified. The prices should be cheaper for being at the train station. In Switzerland itself it is cheaper. Lots of drink selection and there is also a lot of food to choose from.

Top! Thomas and his team are upgrading the train station. Fresh food, homemade. A train station kiosk with such a wide range. Hats off. Great baked goods and freshly filled rolls in the morning. At lunchtime a mixture of delicious noodles and homemade schnitzels like in a country inn. Party mile in the evening. I'm excited to see what else you can come up with.

I came here because of the reviews because I'm in Donaueschingen for 5 weeks. Absolutely justified because cooked with love and everything freshly prepared. You just taste it. Honest atmosphere with great food.

Clean, friendliness and accommodating

We spontaneously felt like eating Italian and that's when we became aware of the "aldente". A cool little train station pub with very nice people behind the counter. The food was good and really cheap by today's standards. If you're expecting lobster or cavier here, you've definitely come to the wrong place. This is where you go if you want to get full from what you order and not be poor.

We went to Donaueschingen as tourists and became aware of this restaurant through the recessions here on GM. When we walked up to it our first impression was “4.9 stars… here?!?” 😅 But honestly: if I could, I would immediately give this small, rustic restaurant 8 stars. (Ok, the ambience is a train station bar, but cute!) Schnitzel freshly pounded, currywurst tastes great, sliced ​​meat tastes exactly as we expect from mothers... and at prices that are unparalleled in the area! Then we started talking to the landlord/chef, the man is so authentic and friendly, you can tell: he lives gastronomy! Just nice to have found something like that. And the offer of sausage salad & fries, a great story to make you smile! We will certainly remember this holiday and in the future… Please keep it up! As a surprise we were given a small dessert. Also from my kids: thank you very much! We were very happy. And the children are already mentally re-planning so that they can “coincidentally” stop by there for dinner on the way back… 😉

Before that there were one or two bakeries or something similar and now the Aldente, which will hopefully stay because it is an enrichment for the otherwise dull DS station. Last night we shortened the waiting time for the train and had a delicious dinner there. The food was very good, we had sausage salad, me with a small salad plate and my partner with fries, plus ice-cold drinks 🥰 Very nice service 👍 Delicious food 👍 It was running, we sat comfortably outside, great 90's music. Food came very quickly. Cheap prices I can only recommend 🙂

Yesterday at 8:30 p.m. I bought a sandwich whose sign marked the price of €3. The employee wrapped it up. I asked if I could pay by card and he told me that with a card it was €5. So I paid with money and he said it was €5 for not eating it in the restaurant. The sandwich was good but the service was unusual.

The Aldente Pasta Bar lives up to its name! Small but fine restaurant with pasta and meat dishes. Nestled in the train station building but with charm. A small terrace with beer tables is comfortably designed and invites you to linger. The host is a restaurateur whose goal is satisfaction. The prices are very reasonable, according to the motto live and let live. When I'm back here, we'll see each other again!

At 6:50 p.m. we were greeted with the shout that the cook had already left, there was only pasta, no hello or anything like that We then wanted to eat pasta with the gourmet block. I had dinner at this restaurant with my wife today. Somehow we had a craving for pasta. We then set off with the Schlemmerblock. Once there we were able to choose from various pasta dishes. Everything worked out fine. We also each had a starter salad and a piece of cake for dessert. The food tasted great and was lovingly prepared. Only one piece of cake didn't really appeal to us and we were given a donut for it even though we didn't ask for a replacement. Super friendly! Very good service. We'd love to come back.

Very good baker. Price-performance ratio is great, the croissants are simply delicious. Highly recommended. I also recommend the meatball rolls, they are really good too. According to the owner: Homemade meatballs (tastes very tasty). Everything is very tasty here. For the good quality you get here, the price is very good. Has become my favorite bakery since the first chocolate croissant (and vanilla croissant). I've been coming here every morning since then.
