The meal was large and filling. The person who served me food was blowing his nose, which is frankly inappropriate behavior in front of customers. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've come to this restaurant and the last time, God willing, and I will evaluate the food conscientiously. First of all, the garlic cream was sour, and the baba ganoush was also sour and stale and inedible. The grilled dish was average, but the kebab wasn't extra, and they put potatoes underneath it. Who puts potatoes under a plate of grilled meat? Even though I ordered a plate of potatoes, and despite all of this, they didn't tell me before serving that it would come with potatoes, and they did. It's really shameful. I go to restaurants and whenever I ask for something extra, they tell me that potatoes are served with this meal so I don't order extra and it spills. The shawarma wasn't good at all, and it's not wrapped in saj bread on top of touristic bread as usual. The garlic cream had a clear sour taste and a bad taste. They put the muhammara bread on top of the grilled dish, which is spicy. They should have asked if you want it spicy or sweet before serving it to the table. They also put a plate of extra dip and muhammara without us asking, but you can't eat it. By God, if it was good, I wouldn't have asked. To be honest, I didn't see if they were on the bill because I paid and left, and of course I didn't see any relief on the bill. The service was very good, to be honest, and the people were respectful and nice, but what's the point if the food was really bad? The music is so annoying, this is a family restaurant, they should play soft music and open the door, I swear it's freezing. The bathrooms are kind of leaking and blinding, you go into the bathroom and it's not clean, the light is burnt out, and I don't know what, water is gushing out of it, it's unfortunately not normal. The customer is supposed to pay the price he wants, and in return, he has to give you the food and service he wants, but unfortunately, there was none of that.

Unfortunately, our visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The food at the buffet was mostly inedible; the only thing that was halfway decent were the fries. The rest was not convincing in terms of taste and quality. The restaurant was also completely overcrowded, making it impossible to eat in peace. Hygiene also left a lot to be desired, which further worsened the overall impression. The staff are friendly, but they barely speak German, which makes communication a bit difficult. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Imagine paying 62 euros and coming out of the restaurant hungry. It happened to us yesterday, by God Almighty, based on an open buffet. Sorry but the food at the buffet was ice cold and really didn't taste good. The shawarma rolls were soggy, the fries were cold, and the chicken looked greasy. So all in all it's really not worth the money. We have a maximum of 1/3 of that Food was eaten and the rest was unfortunately thrown away.

Unfortunately I have to leave one star, but never again the food was simply disgusting. Regarding the condition, what else can a man say? Very weak without any desire or mood. And then the prices for such food and service are outrageous. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there.

We were there on Ramadan for the first and last time! None of the employees could speak a word of German, they didn't even understand water so we could break our fast. All the Arab families were brought forward with their orders and waited over 40 minutes for someone to take our order until we left! (Because we are not Arabs we were not taken seriously) thanks to them we started breaking our fast very late, 0 STARS!!

من فترة كم كنت هنيك، الكباب واضح انو كان خامم من الريحة. والشوربة محمضة. الشاورما والكبة والبيتزا ماشي حالها التبولة الشي الوحيد يلي منيح.. مابقا نعيدها. صدقاً ترددت اكتب مابحب اقطع برزق حدا. بس كمان المصداقية مطلوب من اصحاب المطعم ومنا كزبائن.

Ich habe vor Kurzem dieses Restaurant besucht und war leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung. Das Essen hat mir überhaupt nicht geschmeckt und ich kann es definitiv nicht empfehlen. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklos und unattraktiv, und auch der Service war unbefriedigend. Es gibt definitiv bessere Optionen in der Gegend. Ich hoffe, dass sich die Situation in Zukunft verbessert.

Habe mir halbes hänchen mit Pommes bestellt..Paket wurde serviert mit leckerem salat und sauce.Kann ich jedem empfehlen.

Ich habe in fast jedem Schawermarestaurant in Hannover und anderswo außerhalb von Hannover gegessen. Ich kann sagen, dass diese Leute das beste Shawarma in Hannover servieren. Die Gewürze im Hänchen sind großartig. wärmstens empfohlen .

Also wirklich Wowww das Essen ist soll lecker . Ich bin so einfach , ich liebe saußrig 😍 .

Leider keine guter Service kein Deutsch gesprochen. Die Vorspeise die wir bestellt haben ist nicht angekommen, die gaben uns ein falsches Hauptgericht gebracht was wir garnicht bestellt haben auf unsere anfrage meinten die das die kein Lammfleisch haben hätte man ja auch vorher sagen können, und ich habe nach ein stück Zitrone gebeten weil das Fleisch zu trocken war meinte er kommt gleich kam aber nie an Also wir gehen da nicht mehr hin

Hähnchenspiess mit Reis war ok Salat war ein Reinfall (Bekommst nicht mal Salzstreuer, um ggf. Nachzusalzen) Und jetzt der Knaller, Also, laut meiner Rechnung lag mein Essen bei genau 18€, abkassiert wurden 25€, selbstverständlich habe ich die junge Dame darauf aufmerksam gemacht und ihr gesagt bitte sehen sie sich ihre Karte die von ihnen gestellt worden ist im Internet an… dann bekam ich nur zu hören, sind die alten Preise…. Im Großen und Ganzen, nettes Ambiente, aber NIE WIEDER!
