About 2 years ago the shop used to be really good, everything was fresh and clean, friendly... Now the food is already old, the eclairs, for example, used to be nice and long and full to the brim, today they are made really small, the price is a lot too high and the filling became really little. They save where they can but sell for more money... the staff has become so unprofessional and just rude! I really enjoyed going there back then and always bought a lot, especially when we had guests or we went to visit ourselves and I usually shopped for €100-150! But since the last time I've just regretted buying so much for goods that weren't even fresh and were so overpriced! Just sad, I'm sorry but never again!!!

Very good Arabic bakery with a large selection of oriental delicacies. The baked goods look very fresh and taste good. The selection is large and even the packaging for the baked goods is of very high quality. The staff makes a very friendly and helpful impression. I have a nut allergy and my box was adjusted accordingly. I will gladly come again!

To be honest, I can't understand the bad reviews here. I drive 70 km just to buy delicious desserts because the shops in my area can't hold a candle to Alsham in terms of quality. It is always fresh, always clean, and you are treated very courteously and friendly. The prices are absolutely justified given the high quality, if you buy cheap, you get cheap quality, the price-performance ratio is definitely right here. I wish the owner and his team continued success and that they hopefully open a branch near me

On April 19th I had visitors, so I went out and bought a kilo of knafeh with cheese. It wasn't the first time for me, but I thought I'd give them another chance. I paid 20 euros for the knafeh and then went home. Two hours later I opened the package and found that the knafeh was old, dry and had not been sold for a whole day. It was disappointing because it didn't taste good and I felt cheated. For me it's not so much about the money, but rather the deception and anger at being cheated. Unfortunately my guests didn't like it at all either. Next time I won't buy anything from them and I would appreciate it if you would communicate clearly if you want to sell something old.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting El Sham Patisserie in Hanover and I highly recommend it! The atmosphere in the pastry shop was welcoming and cozy, which made my visit a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, which made the service particularly pleasant. As for the products, I was impressed by the variety and quality. The selection of pastries and other sweet treats was great, and every piece I tried was delicious and freshly made. I particularly recommend the baklava, which was simply heavenly! In terms of value for money, I found the prices fair and reasonable, especially considering the quality of the products. I felt really well looked after and will definitely be back to enjoy more of the delicious treats. Overall, my visit to El Sham Pastry Shop was a wonderful experience that I would happily recommend!

الحلويات لذيذة، لكن فريق العمل جداً سيء. كل حدا بيعطي سعر شكل للشغلات يلي مانها مسعرة. طريقة تعامل بعض العامل مع الزباين جداً بشعة وكأنو داخلين نشحد مو نشتري!

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen. Der nette Herr hinter dem Thresen war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns gut beraten. Wir haben verschiedene "süße Teilchen" probiert und waren begeistert. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Al ver todos los pasteles atractivos a través de la ventana, no pude resistirme y tuve que probar esta pequeña tienda. No recuerdo el nombre de lo que comí allí, pero era simplemente delicioso y también el café era de alta calidad. Parece ser más favorito como panadería que como cafetería. Estaba muy ocupado cuando lo visité, pero no muchos decidieron sentarse, aunque está limpio y acogedor.
