Ate very good pizza. The service was very friendly and attentive. The ambience seems to be a bit old but it was still cozy.

We went there for dinner with the family for my wife's birthday. I can fully recommend this restaurant. The service is courteous, friendly and very attentive. The food was served at the same time, even though we ordered very different dishes with 11 family members. From the starters to the main courses to the dessert there was nothing to complain about. Each of us left satisfied and very full. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We felt in good hands, served and looked after at Al Ponte Großenbrode. In any case, for us, this restaurant is one of the top addresses in the gastronomic sector in Ostholstein. We ordered take away. After 20 minutes everything was ready, as announced. The pizza was nice and thin and ok. The penne in ham and cream sauce was nothing! The sauce tastes neutral and the ham is disgusting. I think it can be done even better.

We have eaten there several times and have been satisfied so far. Takeaway pizza is also delicious. However, I am very surprised at the price development. Very high prices for simple pasta dishes and then you don't get bread and parmesan with it. I have never experienced this at any Italian restaurant. We will eat elsewhere in the future.

There were four of us there. First we ordered something to drink, which took 15 minutes. Then we were brought the wrong main course, although the waiter/waitress was so confident that we had ordered this dish. Overall the food was below average. We wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. !!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we were disappointed twice...that's why we probably won't see you again. We ordered the food over the phone. The phone call was very friendly, the food was ready quite quickly and the staff was also very nice and accommodating when we picked it up. The ambience looked ok to me, but it was only a snapshot when picking up the ordered food. Arrived home, hit and soon the blow. Very, but also very small portions at a very horrendous price. My penne was OK except for the cooked ham. However, the taste of the ravioli al tartuffo did not live up to what the price promised. We wanted to give it a second chance, but unfortunately it was wasted.

The pizza tastes fantastic! Great service and staff also super friendly. Definitely worth a visit if you are in Großenbrode.

A typical Italian restaurant a little out of the way and not immediately visible from the promenade. Everything tasted very tasty and the portions were really big. The pizza is actually too big and a smaller version would be desirable, and not just for children. Staff attentive and nice.

We are in Großenbrode about 3-4 times a year and have found the restaurant to be an absolute asset to Großenbrode, as the gastronomy for the place still has a lot of room for improvement. During our holidays we ate there at least twice and would describe ourselves as holiday regulars. The food was generally really good, but we'll leave it to be seen whether the prices for the food are justified. However, in our opinion the quality has also deteriorated. However, drink prices broke the camel's back this summer. An Aperol Sprizz, which cost €8.90 at Easter (which is already an announcement), cost €9.50 this summer. It wasn't worth it to us anymore. We paid €101.30 for three people, sh. Receipt. And the food, especially the salmon, wasn't even good. But they can do pizza. Dear AlPonte team: Think a bit about your pricing and whether you have to rip off the people with whom you earn your money so badly. The increased food prices, energy costs, etc. cannot be cited as the sole reason. Of course you also have to finance the quieter times with additional income in the main season, but the amount is slowly becoming full. For us, we will give you another chance in the fall and will definitely discuss this again.

A very nice and cozy restaurant with a winter garden and outdoor area including a small playground for children. Very family and child friendly. Food is very very tasty!!! We'll come back to you next year!!!

Very tasty pizza and very nice service

Very warm and good service, delicious food and there is a climbing frame for the children.

In the immediate vicinity of the plaza on the south beach you would actually expect tourist cuisine. But Al Ponte doesn't fit in there at all. The pizza was actually perfect. There was also pasta with salmon. That was really good too. Tables are large and not too crowded; you can also sit outside or in the winter garden. Service was great too. We were happy to be guests twice in our five days.

Very nice and well-kept restaurant. We were there in the summer and sat outside. There was a swing and climbing tower in the garden for the children. Great for bridging the waiting time. The service was very attentive and very friendly. The food came in a reasonable time and was delicious. Pasta and pizza were fresh and visually very well presented. The small mixed salad was also great. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

Telephone number on the internet was incorrect, service was difficult because there was hardly any German, pizzas were good, calamari too... but way too expensive

The food was delicious and there is a nice little climbing frame for the children. Our kids really enjoyed using this, which made the wait bearable for the kids ;)

Hatten uns 2 Pizzen und 2 Nudel Gerichte geholt. Wqren soweit lecker und frisch gemacht allerdings mit 60€ alles andere als ein Schnäppchen dafür leider die Portionen der Nudelgerichte zu klein und die Pizza zu wenig belegt

Sometimes the operation has a hard time understanding. But it's always excellent. The ambience is not really convincing in the outdoor area, covered or not. The food is awesome. Super delicious and exceptionally good for a restaurant on the promenade! However, the prices are sometimes very high. Unfortunately, ravioli, for example, are absolutely not enough and the portions of the pasta are outrageously small overall. This should actually be reworked a bit!

We had pre-ordered today and were supposed to pick up in 15 minutes. As discussed, we were there and wanted to receive our food, even though the restaurant was empty, our food hadn't even started yet. We should wait another 30 minutes. Since we didn't order to wait but rather to pick up, we left again. Too bad. Poorly organized and also unfriendly. This company doesn't earn a single euro from us.

Delicious Italian food. The pizzas are very large (even if the Gorgonzola pizza doesn't have enough Gorgonzola on it). The gnocchi are also outstanding. There is absolutely no criticism of the taste of the food and the waiters are also hospitable, even if we were promised a table in a hurry, which we didn't get. Pre-ordering is no problem; also for pickup. The facility is unique. Unfortunately, I have the feeling that the almost extinct passage in Großenbrode is affecting Al Ponte a little, but that's what Al Ponte can do the least. Tasty, hospitable, good restaurant

We had a very tasty meal here. The only drawback was that you couldn't reserve in advance. No one could be reached by phone and there was no response to an email. But as I said, everything was great on site.

First of all, the service was ok. Unfortunately the rest wasn't worth the money. Unfortunately, where it says Italians, there is no one there. There was a lack of taste, spice, etc. Bruschetta only tasted of dry spices and was carelessly prepared, lettuce was already brown and yellow (I wouldn't offer it to anyone again), rocket (yellow) is not used sparingly (you have to like it), tiramisu was mascarpone with biscuit and run-of-the-mill cocoa. Pasta dish and pizza ok, but not what you would expect from a good Italian restaurant that is so hyped. Overall, you can do it, but you shouldn't. Really a shame

Ein nettes italienisches Restaurant, das man guten Gewissens empfehlen kann. Das Ambiente ist einladend und gemütlich. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und präsent. Am Essen gab es nichts zu meckern. Bruschetta als Vorspeise … klassisch und gut, Die Portion Penne al Forno war sehr reichlich und schmackhaft. Die Trüffelravioli waren ok, hätten vielleicht etwas mehr trüffelaroma vertragen können. Insgesamt ein gelungenes Abendessen! Die Pizzen sahen aus der Ferne auch sehr gut aus … werden wir beim nächstem mal probieren.

Hello, we were there on January 21, 2024. I thought it was very tasty, it's a little more expensive than here in North Rhine-Westphalia, but that's why it's a holiday region. For me, I can fully recommend it. I ate a pizza, bruschetta and drank an apple spritzer which I found very expensive 0.4 for €4.50 but well drinks have generally become very expensive in restaurants. But if you're on holiday you can afford something out of the ordinary. Staff and boss very friendly. And as I always say, only speaking people can be helped. With that in mind, go and enjoy the food. Have a nice holiday😋😉

Delicious food, nice service. The pizza is really tasty and nice and thin. Just like you know from Italians. You can also pick up the dishes on site. The meal took a little long. But it was also well attended. Otherwise everything was great.

Während eines 14 tägigen Winter-Urlaubs in Großenbrode waren wir 3x dort essen und wir lieben es! Super freundliches Personal. Wir wurden sogar zurück gerufen, als wir außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten anriefen, um zu reservieren. Mails werden prompt beantwortet. Das Essen, egal ob Vorspeisen, Pizza. Nudeln oder Fisch jedes mal sehr sehr lecker und super frisch! Preis-Leistung passt! Das Restaurant ist gemütlich und einladend eingerichtet. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder!

Haben heute Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt. Der Herr war am Telefon schon sehr nett, ebenfalls beim abholen. Und alles total lecker!!! Und noch knusprig zu Hause. Seit langem nicht mehr so eine leckere Pizza gegessen.

Wir waren zum ersten mal dort Essen. Man wurde freundlich begrüßt und wir durften uns einen Tisch aussuchen. Der Service war gut, es wurde relativ schnell gefragt ob man was trinken möchte. Von der Bestellung bis zum servieren der Speisen ging es recht zügig. Vorspeise, wie auch die Pizzen die wir bestellt hatten, waren super lecker. Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder.

Essen wie in Italien....... Ausgezeichneter Service...... Preis/Leistung völlig angemessen Mein Absoluter Favorit für gutes Essen in Großenbrode! Ich Esse auch gerne Griechisch, (war Ich letztes Jahr, im Athen! Essen war nicht schlecht! Leider hatten wir die Vorspeise nicht zur Hälfte verzehrt, stand der Hauptgang auf dem Tisch, als Gast haben wir uns hier nicht Wohlgefühlt) Im Al Ponte bist Du Gast und Willkommen!!! Danke für das tolle Essen.... ( heute zahlt die Chefin, 2× Calzone)

Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich so einen schlechten Service und Essen seit Jahren nicht mehr hatte. Wir hatten eine Pizza, die vollkommen salzig und wahrscheinlich neben einem Backofen stand 🤔 Des Weiteren hatten wir ein Entrecote (gegrillt), welches so zäh und überwürzt war, dass man dies nicht einmal dem Hund geben wollte 😔 - und die Bitte nach Steakbesteck wurde einfach ignoriert... Insgesamt wurden wir sehr enttäuscht 💯 und bei den Preisen erwartet man etwas anderes 😴 Aber wir sind noch ein paar Tage hier und werden die anderen meist guten Restaurants besuchen und sind auch bereit für gute Qualität und Service entsprechend zu bezahlen 😊 Trotzdem ist das alles sehr schade, dass man als Gast so behandelt wird 😪😴
