Al Ponte in Großenbrode

Man kann einigermaßen preiswert Essen aber man bekommt nicht sofort was man will. Vergessen einen gerne oder bringen das falsche so das man getrennt essen muss Entschuldigung kennen sie nicht. Getränke kommen auch erst später und wenn man bezahlen will kann sie nicht mal rechnen. Muss später noch mit dem Taschenrechner addiert werden. Essen OK... Bedienung echt schlecht.... schade

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier. Begrüßung war, naja, lustlos. Unsere Nudeln und Pizza waren ok. Für den Preis geht aber noch mehr.

Pizza noch Ok. Aber etwas zu hohes Preisniveau. Für meinen Eindruck fehlten Gewürze... Ich zahle gerne knapp 20€ für eine Pizza aber dann erwarte ich auch mehr, Geschmack und Belag, Sorry

Sehr schönes Ambiente! Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, weil wir der Meinung sind, dass es im Herbst/Winter dort etwas zu kalt ist. Das ist uns einige Male aufgefallen.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant mit super Service. Essen war lecker. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung.

Wir haben da über Lieferando bestellt. Als das Essen kam, war es immer noch schön heiß. Es war total lecker. Die wohl beste Calzone und Spaghetti mit Peperoni die wir gegessen haben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder da bestellen. Vielen Dank 👍

Essen im Restaurant war bis auf Kleinigkeiten alles gut, aber auch schon da gab es Schwierigkeiten mit der Verständigung, Einen Tag später haben wir über Lieferando bestellt, zeitlich war die Lieferung pünktlich, leider waren von vier bestellten drei nicht richtig gemacht, sie wurden anders geliefert als bestellt,wir haben dann im Resturante angerufen, man wollte uns dann auf einmal nicht verstehen. Wenn man in Deutschland arbeitet und ein Service anbietet sollte auch die Sprache verstanden und gesprochen werden.

Angeblich soll es dort die beste Pizza vor Ort geben. Ich habe eine Pizza Diavolo gewählt, leider lieblos und ohne großartige Gewürze. Jede Tiefkühlpizza ist besser. Meine Frau hatte eine Pizza mit Meeresfrüchten, auch hier fehlten alle Gewürze. Das Carpaccio vorab war ganz okay, aber Knoblauch war auch hier mehr ein Fremdwort. Für einen einmaligen Besuch mittelmäßig, würde ich aber nicht wieder einkehren.

Pizza ohne Geschmack und Gewürze kennen sie anscheinend nicht. Viel zu teuer für so eine Qualität die angeboten wird.

Das Essen war lecker und frisch, das Personal freundlich und das Ambiente sehr gemütlich. Enttäuscht war ich vom Tiramisu, das in Schokosauce getaucht eher wie ein trockenes Yes Törtchen geschmeckt hat. Mascarpone Creme konnte man nur erahnen. Trotzdem ein nettes Team und Restaurant.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen, gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Auch mit 2 großen Hunden kein Problem, Platzauswahl wurde bei Reservierung berücksichtigt. Waren im März mehrfach da und immer sehr zufrieden!

Wir waren zu Dritt, schon früh nach Ladenöffnung dort. Es war zu der Zeit noch recht wenig los, man bekam umgehend einen Tisch. Servicepersonal sehr freundlich & aufmerksam, Bestellung wurde sehr zügig entgegen genommen und auch dann zum Tisch gebracht. Essen war sehr gut, wir hatten zwei verschiedene Pizzen und ein Pastagericht. Die Pizzen waren ausreichend groß, schön dünn ausgebacken und sehr gut & frisch belegt. Das Pastagericht war ebenfalls sehr guter Standart. Preislich lag es absolut im Rahmen, zu Dritt knapp 60€ inklusive Getränke ist vollkommen im Rahmen für die wirklich sehr gute Qualität. Das Ambiente empfanden wir als durchaus okay, schön was aus einer ehemaligen "Dorfkneipe" gemacht worden ist, natürlich ist die Ladenzeile (die Gebäudesubstanz) an der Promenade halt eben schon in die Jahre gekommen. Trotzdem war es ein gemütliches und vor allem leckeres Abendessen, das man durchaus empfehlen kann, wenn man sehr guten Standard schätzt. Immer wieder gern. 👍 🍕

Wir waren mit 4 Personen zum Essen hier. Der Service ist aufmerksam, nett und freundlich. Die Preise sind absolut im Rahmen und angemessen. Die Pizzen waren lecker, heiß und knusprig und die Pasta Geschmacklich sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder mal in der Nähe sind kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wir hatten hier Online einen Tisch reserviert. Als wir ankamen war das Lokal sehr voll und unser Tisch war nicht vorbereitet. Wir wurden erstmal im Gang stehen gelassen und anschließend in einen kalten Wintergarten gesetzt. Es gab zwar zwei Heizpilze, die jedoch bei anderen Gruppen standen. Getränkewünsche wurden ebenfalls nicht aufgenommen, sodass wir uns entschlossen haben wieder zu gehen. Wir haben vom Service leider mehr erwartet.

Nettes Servicepersonal,das auch zu den Stoßzeiten freundlich und zuvorkommend ist.Wir waren jetzt drei mal hier,und es war immer überzeugend.Wir kommen wieder...

Sehr geschmackvolle Gerichte mit Tendenz leicht überwürzt zu sein .. Aber das nimmt jeder anders war.

Our evening at Al Ponte was delicious and enjoyable. We had booked a table for six online, and our dog was welcome too. The service was good, and we started with drinks and appetizers. The main courses were also very tasty. My only slight reservation was that my Pizza Vegetale could have used a bit more vegetable topping. However, the pizza itself was very good – thinly baked with a crispy crust. In addition to pizza, we also had a pasta dish and a fish dish – both very tasty. Even after the meal, the service was attentive, allowing us to order espresso and schnapps. All in all, a good Italian restaurant in Großenbrode. We would definitely recommend spending an evening here.

Service is certainly not a priority here. After the main course, which was quite okay, we would have liked to order an espresso and maybe a dessert. However, the wait staff ignored us. Furthermore, the entire ambiance seems dingy and needs a good cleaning. Honestly, if you want to enjoy a delicious meal in Großenbrode, you're much better off at the Greek restaurant (Athens).

I recently had dinner at Al Ponte. I've always enjoyed going there because I was impressed by the quality and service. I haven't been back since my last visit. I ordered pasta in a tomato cream sauce with minced meat and mushrooms for a whopping €16.90. The dish tasted good. However, the portion was more like a child's plate. That's probably why there was almost no minced meat in the sauce. The same goes for the mushrooms. For me, it was my last visit to this restaurant.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was pleasant. We sat in the summer garden, where the background noise was a bit loud. Unfortunately, the staff is a bit forgetful. Sometimes they forget something when taking your order, or when you order a second drink. Overall, though, it's a good Italian restaurant where you get what you expect!

We've eaten here several times on vacation. It's always been worth a visit and a meal.

Simply a waste of time We were there a year ago, and it was fine except for the fact that they completely forgot to bring one person's food (a child, too)! And now, a year later, we decided to try again. Disaster! Drinks were ordered - everything was fine. Except that the Flensburger we ordered was definitely not a Flensburger, but some other beer, and definitely not what we ordered. After waiting forever, three of the four dishes arrived. The fourth one arrived almost an hour later, after everyone else was finished. A lasagna - and it was burnt! It smelled almost deadly, black around the edges, and the cheese rock hard. After we sent it back to the kitchen and got a replacement, it was slightly better, but completely oversalted, almost inedible. Staff were never there when we needed them, and the atmosphere was generally very tense. The manager in the kitchen seemed to be practically shouting at his employees. Staff took on task after task, but quickly lost track. Tasks were started and then left in the middle of the room. Simply awful, not recommended... better go to other restaurants...

Unfortunately, very disappointed; we relied on the reviews. We had booked a table for 14 people 14 days ago. It was supposed to be a meal for a silver wedding anniversary. We had received confirmation twice. When we arrived at the restaurant, none of the staff knew about the reservation. No apology! Tables and chairs were then pushed together. After 15 minutes, we were able to be seated. We ordered food and drinks; the staff were not very professional. Wine was not poured, the water bottles were not opened. Everything was just slapped on the table. Then the food arrived; there was no salad, which came after we had asked twice (after 1 hour). The food was mediocre, and the pizzas had very few toppings. When I wanted to order something to drink, the waiter said he didn't have time. I asked him if he worked in a restaurant or was on the run. I've never experienced anything like it. The staff were completely overwhelmed and unprofessional. Disappointing; this was not how we imagined the evening would go.

We really liked the fact that you had the choice of sitting inside the restaurant, in the conservatory, or outside. We chose the conservatory both times; it was very pleasant there because the roof was open. We had the calzone, which was very tasty and huge. We went back on our last evening, and it was a good thing we had a reservation. It was extremely busy, but the efficient service kept everything under control. We once again enjoyed the food. Nice, friendly service.

This restaurant is a disaster in terms of service. We booked a table for 14 people about two weeks ago for my sister and brother-in-law's silver wedding anniversary. When we arrived, there was no reservation. It was simply forgotten. The service team was slightly overwhelmed with arranging the required tables. We had to suggest it. There was no appropriate apology. This embarrassing situation was simply ignored by the restaurant. The food was average. Nothing special. Three of us had fish with salad. The salad was forgotten, twice! So my mother got the salad after an hour and repeated requests. Drinks: The waiter came once, and that was it. When we wanted to order more drinks, the waiter literally said, "He doesn't have time." If the waiter doesn't have time to order drinks, you should consider whether this is the right job for you. As a restaurant, a solid 6. The staff were simply overwhelmed and inexperienced. We left the restaurant after dinner. Decoration: In summer, there's still Christmas decorations everywhere. It's not a big deal, but oh well.

To be honest, three of us ate there and were disappointed. The fries were dry, and only when we asked for mayo did they come out of a packet. Then the Hawaiian pizza, which was amazing, was dry, and they had 12 pineapples, all for €14. It's really sad. The service was nice and polite, but another thing worth mentioning is that the toilet facilities are in a very poor condition. We were disappointed. 😞.

Been here for 10 years. This year, completely disappointed. Tables dirty. Not cleared. Then when we ordered, we didn't have any salami. The food wasn't what we ordered. Tables sticky. Service catastrophic. Things have gotten so much worse. We loved coming here for years. here. But unfortunately, it's gone extremely bad. My pasta was so greasy. I ate it halfway. The rest was inedible. The cheese at the next table was moldy. The paper napkins were disgusting. There was no cutlery. I had to get it myself at the service table. I'm very disappointed.

Very unassuming from the outside, but very nice inside. The staff was friendly, the food came quickly but was rather average. We all had pizzas, which were large and very thin, and the crust was unfortunately hard. But for once, it was definitely edible. What bothered me a lot was that animals—at that moment, they were dogs—have absolutely no business in the restaurant, aside from the hair and the constant barking, which was very annoying, even though I really don't have anything against animals.

Hi, it was our first time here. We had a table reservation. Service was very good, fast, and courteous. The dishes arrived promptly, and special requests were no problem. There wasn't a specials menu with daily specials, but the dishes were good and more than adequate. Unfortunately, the noise level is very loud because there are no partitions in the dining room.

We've been going to Großenbrode for many years, and "Al Ponte" was one of our favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, the entire staff has been replaced...including the chef?! The pizza was lightly topped and the crust thin, which we actually like. But it wasn't crispy, more like mushy. We tried it a second time. The pizza was still bad, and the lasagna was small and pre-made. The staff, except for the new manager, seemed totally unmotivated and like temporary workers. The wine glass was placed on the wrong side and right at the edge of the table next to the mineral water. It's a real shame ☹️. The decor has also deteriorated considerably. There's nothing outside anymore, and mostly wilted flowers inside. And the prices remain high. We're happy to pay for quality and good service, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case there. We always loved going there. The food, the head waiter, and the rest of the staff have always been top-notch over the past few years. Never change a winning team. Maybe we'll try again in the fall. With this lineup, the regular season will be a real challenge. Sincerely

Here you get big, thin, crispy and delicious pizzas, just as they should be. The ambience is ok. The music was a bit loud for our taste... The service was friendly and the pizzas were ready quickly. The price is ok for a holiday resort.

My name is Sofia and I was a waitress at this place. First of all no one pays for the service, the owner Emilton owes us money for working for him and more than a month has passed and he still hasn't paid us. I recommend you not to order pizza because where the pizza is made there are a lot of insects flying around and you might even have eaten one. The quality of the products is poor and in the warehouse where the food is stored, rats are often seen and they usually walk over the food. If I were you, I would never eat there again unless you wanted to catch an illness.

We really, really enjoy being here. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy and the food is always fresh and delicious. The service is also good, we always like to come back.

The food was quite good. However, I have to say that it was just average. Pizza and pasta were ok. Dessert and appetizer accordingly too. The baked bruschetta was cold, but that wasn't that dramatic. Service was weak. After about 30 minutes we were only allowed to order, and I had to ask for dessert three times. Too bad. Drinks went a little better. Table was reserved for 8 people, which also worked well online. The ambience is quite good and cozy, but the temperature was quite low, i.e. a bit cold. Parking is easy as there are parking spaces around the corner. Charging points are also available. Otherwise, the central location on the promenade is of course great.

Die Tomatensauce war so gut gewürzt und mein Highlight Bruchetta, auch klasse. Alles frisch. Keine TK Lieferservice auf hohem Niveau und Restaurant Qualität Immer wieder gerne! Macht weiter so! We ordered our food to take away, short waiting time, very friendly staff. The restaurant is very cozy and chic and is located directly on the beach promenade. The food was excellent, I can only recommend it!

We spent two weeks in Großenbrode in December 2024 and visited Al Ponte several times as one of the few restaurants open. The atmosphere is very familiar and the friendly service staff quickly internalized our drink preferences. The guest room is comfortably furnished and we particularly liked the indirect lighting. The pizza was good, even if the dough was a bit too crispy for us. Although we only had a drink most days, we were always warmly welcomed and treated.

So, if the weather is bad, you have to eat out... Correction, cozy.indoor area 2023 Absolute improvement Bruschetta & other things

We went there for dinner with the family for my wife's birthday. I can fully recommend this restaurant. The service is courteous, friendly and very attentive. The food was served at the same time, even though we ordered very different dishes with 11 family members. From the starters to the main courses to the dessert there was nothing to complain about. Each of us left satisfied and very full. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right. We felt in good hands, served and looked after at Al Ponte Großenbrode. In any case, for us, this restaurant is one of the top addresses in the gastronomic sector in Ostholstein. We ordered take away. After 20 minutes everything was ready, as announced. The pizza was nice and thin and ok. The penne in ham and cream sauce was nothing! The sauce tastes neutral and the ham is disgusting. I think it can be done even better.

We have eaten there several times and have been satisfied so far. Takeaway pizza is also delicious. However, I am very surprised at the price development. Very high prices for simple pasta dishes and then you don't get bread and parmesan with it. I have never experienced this at any Italian restaurant. We will eat elsewhere in the future.

There were four of us there. First we ordered something to drink, which took 15 minutes. Then we were brought the wrong main course, although the waiter/waitress was so confident that we had ordered this dish. Overall the food was below average. We wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. !!!!!!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!!

Unfortunately we were disappointed twice...that's why we probably won't see you again. We ordered the food over the phone. The phone call was very friendly, the food was ready quite quickly and the staff was also very nice and accommodating when we picked it up. The ambience looked ok to me, but it was only a snapshot when picking up the ordered food. Arrived home, hit and soon the blow. Very, but also very small portions at a very horrendous price. My penne was OK except for the cooked ham. However, the taste of the ravioli al tartuffo did not live up to what the price promised. We wanted to give it a second chance, but unfortunately it was wasted.

A typical Italian restaurant a little out of the way and not immediately visible from the promenade. Everything tasted very tasty and the portions were really big. The pizza is actually too big and a smaller version would be desirable, and not just for children. Staff attentive and nice.

We are in Großenbrode about 3-4 times a year and have found the restaurant to be an absolute asset to Großenbrode, as the gastronomy for the place still has a lot of room for improvement. During our holidays we ate there at least twice and would describe ourselves as holiday regulars. The food was generally really good, but we'll leave it to be seen whether the prices for the food are justified. However, in our opinion the quality has also deteriorated. However, drink prices broke the camel's back this summer. An Aperol Sprizz, which cost €8.90 at Easter (which is already an announcement), cost €9.50 this summer. It wasn't worth it to us anymore. We paid €101.30 for three people, sh. Receipt. And the food, especially the salmon, wasn't even good. But they can do pizza. Dear AlPonte team: Think a bit about your pricing and whether you have to rip off the people with whom you earn your money so badly. The increased food prices, energy costs, etc. cannot be cited as the sole reason. Of course you also have to finance the quieter times with additional income in the main season, but the amount is slowly becoming full. For us, we will give you another chance in the fall and will definitely discuss this again.

A very nice and cozy restaurant with a winter garden and outdoor area including a small playground for children. Very family and child friendly. Food is very very tasty!!! We'll come back to you next year!!!

Very tasty pizza and very nice service

Very warm and good service, delicious food and there is a climbing frame for the children.

In the immediate vicinity of the plaza on the south beach you would actually expect tourist cuisine. But Al Ponte doesn't fit in there at all. The pizza was actually perfect. There was also pasta with salmon. That was really good too. Tables are large and not too crowded; you can also sit outside or in the winter garden. Service was great too. We were happy to be guests twice in our five days.

Very nice and well-kept restaurant. We were there in the summer and sat outside. There was a swing and climbing tower in the garden for the children. Great for bridging the waiting time. The service was very attentive and very friendly. The food came in a reasonable time and was delicious. Pasta and pizza were fresh and visually very well presented. The small mixed salad was also great. We would be happy to come back and would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

The food was delicious and there is a nice little climbing frame for the children. Our kids really enjoyed using this, which made the wait bearable for the kids ;)
