If there was less than one star, I would have given it. Unfortunately, they brought me a half-kilo plate of mixed grills that was half an empty plate. Even the selection that came with it was not up to standard, and besides that, the prices are touristy.

I asked the waitress to be patient while I chose my food, but she wanted me to tell her what I wanted right away so that everything would arrive at the same time. The food is not clean. The chicken had hair on it and was not cleaned. The chicken bones were blue and the chicken meat was red. The staff did not pay attention to this.

While traveling from Austria to the Netherlands, I saw the restaurant by chance. The food was amazing. The service was slow due to the large number of customers, so this is normal. The prices were excellent. My bill came out to 36 for two people (Arabic shawarma, lamb kebab, a plate of mandi meat, pickles, and ayran). There is a guy named Lawaa, he is very polite. We asked him for more than one thing and asked him about gasoline, etc. The guy really did not fail us. Honestly, it is an excellent restaurant, and God willing, it will be my first trip to Germany. I was very happy with the meal, I got the shawarma mix and the meats were delicious and the wrap was crispy yet dough-y. I've been to Al-Barakat many times, and the food is usually very good. However, this time my visit was completely ruined by the waitress. She was unprofessional, rude, and completely distracted. My food was cold, and when I asked for it to be heated, she simply touched it with her hand to check the temperature—absolutely unacceptable. When she brought the plate back, she practically threw it at me as if I were an animal. She was on her phone the whole time and dropped food. Someone like that shouldn't represent this restaurant.

The experience was really really bad they kept us waiting for 1 hour and then they brought a wrong order. Really bad service.

The food is somewhat acceptable... but the treatment is extremely bad. You're sitting at a table and they get up so someone else can sit down, and they're in a bad mood. And when you talk to someone standing on a shawarma skewer while grilling, they give you a look and don't respond... and if they respond, they respond back in a bad mood.

The food today was very bad. The grilled meats were not cooked at all. The wings were not seasoned. The shawarma was very stale and had no spices at all. That means an order of 100 euros should be thrown in the trash. I swear it's a shame.

They have such bad service, they don't even have a menu and they didn't rip me off. I paid 30 euros for a meal that didn't even cost 8 euros and I've never experienced such bad service. It's best not to go there.

Communication with the staff was difficult as there was little knowledge of German and the order was incorrect. I also found it strange to see a 10-year-old child at work on Sunday evening around 8:30 p.m. Even more irritating was that a staff member threatened to slap the child.
