Our room was a nice size and the beds were more than adequate. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, that doesn't make up for a lot of things. There were socks, trash and inch-thick dust under the beds. Unfortunately, the beds were a bit uncomfortable and disgusting to sleep on. We had the breakfast buffet. There was enough food available, but one sausage was moldy?!.. The vegetables and fruit were very out of date and no longer tasted fresh.. we wouldn't book any more. The location is fine, you know that you don't book centrally in Nuremberg.

Free parking, tidy room, nice receptionist 😋

My experience here was so bad that I didn't stay here and asked for my money back. From the beginning: I booked the room about 1-2 weeks before the trip. Since it was the Christmas market season, demand was very high and I was very happy to have found an acceptable hotel. On the day of arrival: Check in was at 2 or 3 p.m. if I remember correctly. At 3:30 p.m. I got a call from the hotel. The booked double room is no longer available. We are rebooked into the hotel opposite. We now drove there - on the way we looked at the pictures of the other hotel. First, of course, the hope - a free upgrade to a better hotel. But then came the shock! Such a dump. I was shocked. I really didn't want to spend the night there. Got into the hotel - I wanted my money back! But it wasn't made that easy for me - since I didn't say DIRECTLY on the phone that I didn't want to go to the other hotel (I assumed at that moment that a nicer, nicer hotel awaited us) the whole thing was a drama. The intern couldn't help us. Then the other employee had to come and he first had to contact the boss…. A really nice back and forth. The employees were unable to understand our problem and unfortunately did not recognize their mistake. When we finally got our money back, we quickly got back into the car and booked a great hotel at the main train station. I wouldn't recommend the hotel. Very unprofessional and the staff not very friendly. Hotel Wahl in particular is worth spending a few euros more.

The rooms are functional for a stopover, but nothing more. The rooms are well furnished, built-in wardrobes, good beds, etc. But then it stops there. The rooms also need to be maintained. In my case, the sheets were too small and there were two price tags hanging on my bed. I don't know where they come from. However, these should be removed AT THE LATEREST when the beds are remade. It was probably nothing. The shower is also just sufficient. The shower head does not hold in the holder. Service was mediocre, check-in took forever. I wouldn't stay here again. Unfortunately we were blinded by the “old” reviews. Apparently the hotel has now been sold and is no longer run by the original owners. Very unfortunate.

A functional small hotel with reasonable prices. The breakfast is quite tasty, is a buffet. I had a single room with a shower, sink and toilet. Everything was pretty worn, but clean. As with many cheap hotels, the shower joints are in need of replacement. The bed was a bit sagging, but you could still sleep well in it. It was absolutely clean. The location itself is acceptable. You can get to the city center in around half an hour by public transport. It's not much faster by car, about 22 minutes and you also have to find a parking space. From that point of view, absolutely okay for the price. You shouldn't expect a luxury villa at this price.

Unfortunately, you can no longer feel comfortable here. The rooms and the entire hotel have not been renovated for decades and the rooms look accordingly. Supposedly the rooms should have been renovated, I wonder where the photos come from. My room certainly wasn't there. The television is a real joke these days and belongs in a museum. The beds are not made and the bathroom smells extremely like sewage. Breakfast is a joke. I was often in this hotel years ago when the old owners were still there and everything was fine. The restaurant is also closed and finding a proper restaurant nearby is not possible. So I definitely won't spend another night in this hotel.

Close enough to the train station for walking. The room needed a little work, fixture wise. It's secluded enough but also close enough for amenities and bakeries.

Great hotel. Newly renovated, very nice rooms, receptionist very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend.

Fresh and delicious breakfast, the house has recently been renovated and looks great. You also feel very comfortable. Employees treat guests very lovingly. I will definitely recommend the hotel.

The pictures on the website don't match the room - at least not mine. When I got to my room it was at least (no joke!!!) at least 45°C! Why? The right one (see last photo with red marking) was missing the heating thermostat. When I reported this to reception, after speaking to the manager over the phone, I found out that the problem was known. But you don't have a replacement. But this one was ordered. It's a shame to rent out a room like that. As a solution, the receptionist has a room under the roof with a shower - but no toilet. Here I would have to use the toilet downstairs from the restaurant. No thanks. The alternative suited me better. She turned off the heating in the entire house. It wasn't cold outside. The next outrage was the (see photos) bathroom. It was almost 2.5m wide and 70cm deep and made of plastic from floor to ceiling and completely run down. There was only one roll of toilets Paper. No replacement role. And the hairdryer shown in the rooms on the website wasn't there either. An absolute disgrace. Last but not least, the television didn't work either. So he left. He wasn't broken. There was just no reception on a single channel. There was also no telephone in the room. And at the time of the trade fair they charge a cheeky €250 per night for this. The quantity of the hotel can also be seen in the restaurant. There wasn't a single guest there morning or evening. I can only advise everyone against this accommodation.

As you can see from the pictures, the rooms have been renovated, which just means that there is a new closet, a new floor and a new bed. The smoke-yellowed windows and the ancient bed linen appear to have remained there. The first thing that greeted me in the room was the broken curtain. Furthermore, all of the sockets, which have only been partially renovated, are broken. Some are white and some are still brown. The bathrooms haven't been renovated in a while, let alone cleaned properly. But the worst thing of the whole room is the yellowed fan, which continues to run for an eternity after the light is turned off. The breakfast buffet was almost an insult. Tea water was cold, orange juice was warm and the cold cuts platter with two different types of meat was a disgrace. I always wonder how hotels like this can survive. In general, it would have to be completely renovated and a new cleaning lady would have to be hired. The two stars are for the nice lady at reception, who is really helpful and friendly.

Simple, quiet, clean hotel, clean rooms and good mattresses. Eating is not possible in the hotel, only breakfast. In the evening you can buy drinks at the bar. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Asian restaurant right around the corner, highly recommended!

Our room was clean and comfortable with a lovely shower. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel has its own spaces and when we arrived there were plenty of spaces available. Really couldn't fault it for the price we paid. The hotel location is very convenient for easy on and off of the autobahn. The train station is a short walk from the hotel and from there it's a quick 20 minute train into the city centre. But staying in the local area of the hotel there are a good choice of restaurants (walkable), along with a Lidl and a petrol station - very convenient. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm in the area.

The room wasn't cleaned for the second day in a row. Everything that is in the other reviews is true!! Addendum: Since I'm in this run-down "hotel" at the moment, I'm happy to confirm that I'm definitely not writing a fake review. I have no idea where the renovation was going on, but certainly not in my room and definitely not in the hallways… It's also a joke that a hotel full of stand builders, who are the typical victims of such hotels, only offers breakfast from 7:30 a.m. on the weekend

Hotel Alfa will definitely rate itself. We booked a room for 4 people in summer, remember it is 88 degrees outside of 31.8 degrees Celsius. You open the door and there is no air conditioning. So we decided to ask for a different room and expressed our displeasure with the room we were shown as they told us that all rooms have air conditioning. Although in reality this is not the case. false advertising. The receptionist went a step further and started arguing with us. Conclusions qe got a room with air conditioning but that was our request and the reception was controversial for us.

Easy to reach, no reception service with dedicated staff but clean room with mirror and large, comfortable bathroom.

Pleasant, however, apartments with a kitchen installed but no cooking utensils. What a shame!

I wanted to book with Booking and I was thrilled by the photos (room facilities). When I arrived, shock, I went downstairs again and asked where the room I had booked was because the photos were completely different. The answer was, that's the room. Old furniture full of dust, carpet everywhere like you had puked, bathroom everywhere broken and dirty, no hand soap. I wanted to leave but was told I didn't get any money. I read the review later and it says everything I wrote to you. I am very, very disappointed!

The hotel has seen its best times. Cleanliness in the room could be a little more important. The bathroom was clean at first glance. Although mold is visible in some corners. The rooms are also noisy. The employee at the reception was very helpful and extremely friendly. Breakfast is served until 10am. We were there at 8, there were hardly any rolls left, but they were freshly baked. Only sausage and cheese were almost empty and were not refilled. For just under €100 per night with breakfast is clearly too much. For the quality, €50 would be appropriate.

Absolutely disgraceful. Because of the trade fairs we paid €170 per night. We were a wedding party and stayed there for one night. The rooms are dirty and in desperate need of renovation. We occupied several rooms, some of which had wet rooms, which were also absolutely dirty. Room service is probably limited to changing bed linen. In our room there was a smoked sausage outside the window that had probably been there for a while, so much for room service. The pictures on the hotel website in no way correspond to the actual condition. Breakfast was the only thing that was okay. However, it was relatively difficult to communicate with the staff. Absolutely not recommended even for just one night!!

Very old hotel. Urgently in need of renovation! Pretty breakfast room, small breakfast buffet. But tasty, fresh, filling. Otherwise everything is very old and worn: Doors, floors (hallway carpet full of stains and some holes), sockets e.g. T. without cover or broken. Bathroom door soggy and broken from water. The towels had been forgotten in our room. In addition, 1 bed was not enough. The shower is terrible. The shower head in our room doesn't stay in position when the water is running and the doors are very difficult to open and close. Everything would have to be renewed.

Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately the price/performance ratio is not right. It doesn't have much to do with a hotel. More of a craftsman room. 75 € with breakfast is not appropriate. But the breakfast was okay. However, I was the only woman there and it was a bit too quiet in the dining room. I was passing through. The room is extremely small, the carpet is stained and the room furnishings are 70s style and dark. However, the bedding was clean and fresh, and the bathroom was also clean. Plastic toothbrush cups and pulp are provided in the bathroom. There was a small bottle of still water for free in the room. Unfortunately no fridge and the restaurant was closed. In my opinion it was too expensive for the fact that there was only one night's stay with breakfast. The room was so noisy that I heard my roommate turning in bed. You could constantly hear someone going in or out of the room. I couldn't sleep. There weren't very many TV channels. At least it's clean, except for the ceiling, which has dust threads hanging there. Trash can in the room is a bathroom bin. The light in front of the entrance to my room was broken, so I could only get into the room with a cell phone flashlight. 3 stars only because it was relatively clean, apart from a few dusty corners and the wallpaper on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. I will go to another hotel on the way back.

The Hotel is located in a residential area. The room (28) is clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Tight parking.

Expensive and spartan in furnishings and services, the side entrance has no night lighting, sufficient breakfast. Parking difficult if you have a large van.

Contrary to other opinions, mine is positive - there is nothing to complain about. The service was nice and helpful, the room may be small, but it is enough for one person. I slept well, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. You don't need anything else while traveling. I recommend

Night transfer from the hotel! We stopped for one night on the way to Austria, but given the unbearable smell of "kitchen" in our room, we had to move to another hotel, as it was impossible to sleep. There was no one at the reception to help solve this issue. I closed my eyes to the empty beer bottles in the room and the state of cleanliness, but it was a terrible smell.

Fine place, clean and very cheap - be careful with the key box as after entering my code, no keys appeared, one hard punch could help fortunately.

Pure rip-offs!!! I am very disappointed! We had booked dinner for 31 people through the travel agency months ago. Cook did anything but cook. That's why Lieferando.de was certainly involved, waiting in front of the kitchen with bags. Food, with the exception of soup, is charred, ice cold or simply inedible. (I have photo evidence) There were unfortunately no chilled drinks, apart from the draft beer, perhaps there was no fridge. Unfortunately, service was not trained... We had planned a lot of time because our bus had to be parked at a certain point for legal reasons. Unfortunately we were handed the dessert as we were leaving, it was also inedible. The chef was unfriendly and opinionated. We customers, who had already paid everything in advance, were anything but king, the price paid of €29 per person was anything but justified. No apology, no insight! As already said, pure rip-off!!! Stay away from this restaurant, we would have eaten better at any sausage stand, not to mention the hospitality. At the. I would love to give stars, unfortunately that's not possible!

Update 12/2023: The studio in question was not clean and acoustically uninhabitable (room 60). It obviously adjoins a room with a technical system (like a compressor) that runs 24 hours a day and keeps guests awake. Falling asleep was impossible. There was a room exchange for the next night, hence two **, but we are ruling out another overnight stay in the future. The renovation backlog is obvious throughout the hotel; nothing has been done for years. Unfortunately, you notice this on every corner. Original old review... Room: Apartment Studio Stay: 2 nights Simple hotel, including rooms for fitters, but also suitable for travelers. Quite good for a short stay, although a bit dated. Very clean, furniture matches, beds tidy and bathroom very comfortable. Simple, but price/performance is right. Gladly again! Nuremberg (Fischbach) is a bit away from Nuremberg (city center), but can be easily reached within a few minutes by regular regional train.

Das Hotel und das Restaurant hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Die unschönen Teppiche überall sind so ein Beispiel. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und meine Bettdecke war für Winter zu dünn. Der Service im Restaurant und beim Frühstück ist einfach nicht vom Fach und überfordert. Lage zur Messe ist super

Wir waren geschäftlich in der Stadt und durften dieses Hotel besuchen. An sich sehr gut, Lage in Ordnung und Zimmer sehr groß. Als wir was gebraucht haben hat der liebe Mann (Marokkaner) an der Rezeption uns direkt geholfen, war super nett und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Dankeschön an ihn.

Tolle und einfaches kleines hotel. Alles was man brauch um zu nächtigen. Park Möglichkeiten am hotel selbst sind etwas wenige. Aber am stressenrand vorne auf der Hauptstraße kann man prima parken. Freundliche Leute runden alles gut ab :). Top

Klar, das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Zimmer war aber ruhig und ansonsten ok+, Frühstück passabel+. Gesamtbewertung: Das Gebotene passt gut zum Preis, dafür gebe ich 4 Sterne. Gut geeignet für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise , da die Autobahn schnell erreicht wird.

Byli jsme tu ubytovaní 3 rodiny ve třech pokojích na 3 dny a všichni jsme se hezky vyspali a neměli jsme jediný problém. Místo na parkování jsme tam vždy při příjezdu našli. V sobotu sice restaurace dole měla hosty venku déle, ale stačilo zavřít okno a slyšet nebyli. Čistota naprosto v pořádku včetně výměny ručníků a vynášení košů. Wifi je nepoužitelná, ale to jsme věděli z předchozích recenzí a navíc kdo v dnešní době mobilních dat ji potřebuje na tu chvíli, kterou na hotelu stráví. 12min pomalou chůzí je vlaková stanice a za dalších 11min vlakem jste na hlavním nádraží Norimberka. My jsme byli spokojeni a nemám problém vylepšit průměr hvězdiček svými pěti.

Alles sauber, schönes Zimmer, immer noch im Ballungsgebiet von Nürnberg. Das einzige diese laute Lüftungsanlage oder was das war...das ist zum schlafen echt nicht das alle beste.

An sich ein eher normales Hotel, nicht wirklich herausstechend. Zimmer sind normal eingerichtet. Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, nur muss man, obwohl nichts los war, viel Zeit mitbringen. Die Servicedame war wirklich sehr nett. Vom Frühstück waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Ab 7:30 Uhr gibt es Frühstück, da kann es nicht sein dass das Personal erst 7:25 Uhr kommt. Somit wurden einem schnell Spiegeleier und Würstchen vom Vortag hingestellt, zumindest so lange bis man dann in der Küche so weit war und alles hergerichtet hat. Und leider musste man such auf den Kaffee warten. Also liebes Hotelteam, wenn Frühstück ab halb acht angeboten wird, dann doch ne halbe Stunde eher da sein und alles frisch herrichten.

Tylko dlatego że lokalizacja jest blisko autostrady daję 2 gwiazdki. Niestety hotel stary i lekko obskurny.. czego nie dało się pomalować zakleili wykładziną. Brudne krzesła, wykładzina i ściany. jedzenie słabe. Jedynie czysta pościel i ręczniki ratują sytuację.

Modtagelsen var sløv og ligegyldig og værelset mindre og mare trangt end vi havde set på nettet. Da vi senere undrede os over ikke kunne komme på wifi, fik vi beskeden at det ikke altid virkede, og jeg måtte prøve igen - det virkede aldrig. Ingen aircondition, hvilket vi naturligvis burde have checket, men der var umådelig varmt! Bøvsende og hostende, øldrikkende mænd udenfor om aftenen, og kl. 5 blev vi vækket af en høj alarm udenfor! Ingen info om hvad det var og flere gæster var bekymrede og ude på gangene - senere da reception åbnede - sagde de at der lå en brandstation i nærheden og før havde hørt alarmen, jeg foreslog de satte et opslag om dette for andre gæsters skyld. Vi kommer ikke tilbage dertil!

Was soll ich sagen....Ich war geschäftlich unterwegs, es gab 5 Parkplätze (2 groß genug für Transporter vor dem Hotel), die Straße war abends schon komplett voll mit parkenden Autos. Die Zimmer naja, in die Jahre gekommen, recht eng aber auf den ersten Blick sauber, einen Zweiten wollte ich nicht wagen. Der TV hat wenigstens funtioniert, bei meinen Nachbarn sah es da anders aus. Frühstück unterste Schiene.... 12,90€ bezahlt und es gab nur Fladenbrotstücke (halb frisch/halb neu aufgebacken also Stein hart) und trockenes Roggenbrot. Meine Cholesterinwerte sind auf höchstem Niveau, da man nur das Rührei/bacon und die Würstchen genießen konnte. Die restliche Auswahl hielt sich in Grenzen. Nicht so wie online beschrieben! Schlechtes Hotel aber gutes Gefängnis würde ich behaupten. Hier komme ich nicht wieder her, schade!

Fint pris billigt hotel. Tæt på motorvej. Lidt slidt og gammelt. Men meget autentisk tysk. Gratis parkering på hotellet. Dog ikke så mange. Flot bar og restaurant. Indkøbsmuligheder tæt på. Vi sov på 3 sal. Der var meget varmt og ingen aircondition.

Genau das, was ich bei diesem günstigen Preis erwartet habe. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber o.k. für dieses klassische Monteurs- und Durchreisehotel. Gaststube und Biergarten . Srviceteam super professionell. Parkplatz vorhanden. Eines ist negativ: das WLAN ist total schwach . Passt so nicht mehr. Da müssten die etwas machen. Für Rollstuhlfahrer zu viele Treppen.

Restaurant ist wieder offen und es schmeckt sehr lecker.

Leider kann ich keine gute Bewertung aus folgenden Gründen geben: - Haustiere sind auf der hoteleigenen Homepage auf Anfrage möglich -> nach Reservierung kam ein Anruf, dass dies auch auf Anfrage nicht möglich ist -> Stornierung wäre mit 100% Zahlung möglich gewesen - Checkin laut pdf-Dokument des Hotels 14-24 Uhr -> Anruf: man kann nur bis 21.30 Uhr einchecken - Zimmepreis [ohne Frühstück] passt nicht zur Leistung -> Schimmel in der Dusche, abgenutzter Teppichboden, sehr alte Einrichtung (wie beim Vorbesitzer, aber bei ihm mit besserem Service) - wenig Positives zum Schluss: bequemes Bett, ruhige Lage Schade, denn für einen Familienbesuch wäre es ein nettes Hotel, wenn die Preis-Leistung stimmen würde.

Rundum ein kleines, familiäres Hotel mit dem gemütlichen Charme vergangener Tage. Der Außenbereich wirkt eher wie ein Hinterhof- weil es eben ein Hinterhof ist. Das beworbene Restaurant ist derzeit geschlossen, schade- aber für den 200m entfernt liegenden Gastronomen ein Gewinn😎.

Messebesuch. 2 Nächte. Zimmer 54. Das Hotel ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend eine Auffrischung. Die Matratzen sind total durchgelegen und bei einer Seite des Doppelbettes waren Latten gebrochen. Ärgerlich wenn man den nächsten Tag mit Rückenschmerzen verbringen muss. Der TV wollte trotz versuchtem Sendersuchlauf keinerlei Sender anzeigen. Der daneben stehende Stuhl hatte einen hässlichen fettigen Fleck auf dem Polster. Das ganze Gebäude ist extrem hellhörig und der Parkplatz der ums Haus herum geht tut bei offenem Fenster sein übriges dazu. Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant ist übrigens geschlossen. Nur zum schlafen wars gerade so OK, für alles weitere nicht zu empfehlen. Wir kommen sicher kein zweites Mal mehr.
