...you're served like in a Michelin 3-star restaurant – it's truly something special! The owner really goes out of his way for every guest! The restaurant is beautifully decorated for Christmas! The food is fantastic and so plentiful that you'll definitely be full (I mention this because it's not always a given these days). As a complete surprise, the women received a bottle of wine as a Christmas gift; ...this Greek restaurant was recommended to us as the best in town – now I know why :-)

The food was rather mediocre; there were six of us, and it arrived either burnt or cold. Perhaps this was due to the restaurant being fully booked before the holiday and the live music. Portion sizes were not up to Bavarian standards; the two-person platters were more like something for one person. The tzatziki was standard fare, just like in any other generic restaurant, as was the tomato rice. Completely interchangeable. A shame. The staff were overly familiar, which is simply unacceptable. Ouzo was not refilled; you get one with every drink order, otherwise not. Given the relatively high prices, one would expect more. The ambiance, however, was very nice and imaginative.

We've been going there every now and then for years. Unfortunately, a lot has changed in the last few months. We were there yesterday and were really disappointed. Firstly, we waited almost two hours for the food, and when it arrived, it was unfortunately ice cold. The service is overwhelmed. It's a shame.

The side dishes were fresh and generous. The tzatziki is also homemade – creamy, aromatic, and simply delicious. The atmosphere is pleasantly Mediterranean, with Greek music in the background and a cozy interior. The value for money is also absolutely perfect. Conclusion A visit to the Akropolis Athens is definitely worth it. Great food, friendly staff, and a team of owners who impress with genuine Greek hospitality. I give it a very good 4 out of 5 stars – and I will definitely be back! 🇬🇷✨

Right at the entrance, you're warmly greeted by owner Christos and his team. The food has almost always been delicious. For me, it's the best Greek restaurant in Passau.

We're only here for lunch, with reduced prices. Prices for gyros and the like range from €9 to €11. The food is reasonably priced and top-notch. I've eaten a lot of gyros, and this restaurant is the best. Please keep the prices and quality the same, and we'll keep the regulars coming.

I ordered a vegetable dish and a glass of wine; the food was fresh and delicious, and the wine was of high quality. It was served with fresh, warm bread. The prices are reasonable for the quality, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was quick, and I didn't have to wait long. A piece of Greece in Passau. If you love Greek cuisine, this is the place for you! As soon as you enter the restaurant, you'll feel like you're on vacation: The authentic Greek decor creates an immediate feel-good atmosphere. But what impressed us most was the team. The staff is incredibly attentive and extremely friendly, making the visit a thoroughly pleasant experience. And last but not least: the most important thing: the food. Every dish was very well prepared and incredibly tasty. You can tell that quality is important here. Conclusion: A successful break that we will definitely repeat. We'd love to come back!

The soup portions were small and the wait time for the food was long. They gave me watered down soda as a drink. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice, but if you're looking for quality, I wouldn't recommend it.

The Acropolis salad was terrible! The calamari was too salty, and the pepperoni and olives weren't tasty. The dish was misunderstood. When it was clarified, the service was only moderately pleasant.

I can recommend it with a clear conscience.

The restaurant is (in my opinion) perhaps a bit out of the way, but that's no criticism, as the staff is more attuned to their guests. Speaking of the staff: they were very attentive and were able to answer questions about the dishes precisely. Furthermore, the team there exuded harmony and friendliness, so a visit to the restaurant is already firmly planned for my next vacation. Finally, my gastronomic tip: the fish platter topped pretty much everything I've eaten with fish in recent years. The starter wasn't bad either. So, folks, head to the Acropolis Athens and enjoy some truly good food.

Food was very good and everything was freshly prepared. It's been a long time since I've had calamari as good as there. The gyro was also crispy and well seasoned. Service was very quick and friendly. The only thing that always bothers me is the noise in there, you don't feel very comfortable and you feel a bit busy. Our visit to the restaurant lasted a maximum of 1 hour. That's why we prefer to sit outside in the summer 😌

It was just perfect. I was at Akropolis with my 3 year old daughter and my mother and what can I say, gyros gratinated in Metaxa sauce with fried potatoes were simply perfect, children's schnitzel with fried potatoes was simply a huge portion and for €10 and it was really a perfect chicken schnitzel There was also salad, fried potatoes and tzatziki as a side dish, but the cellar immediately brought us ketchup without asking. My mom had the village plate and she was thrilled. My mom also liked the wine and the ice cream with fruit for €3.50 was simply great, waffle, fruit and 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. If I could give 100 stars I would do it in a heartbeat. The service was also top notch and the waiters always gave my daughter lollipops, which was really sweet and she was really happy. We will be back! Thank you
