That was nothing. Sushi looks like it wasn't homemade. Little choice. There isn't much of a selection of hot dishes either, some dishes taste good, the rest are mediocre to tasteless. Everything was better a few years ago. Ambiance, broken seats. Has absolutely nothing to do with a sushi restaurant. I'm annoyed that I spent so much money. No quality, little selection for a lot of money

Had dinner there yesterday with my granddaughter and her friend. Food, well, sushi 🍣 was ​​OK. What annoyed me most was the unfriendliness of this older lady. My husband wanted the receipt and she said rudely, maybe they can wait. I think they forget that we bring customers the money. Won't go there again in the future.

We have been to Aki Running Sushi several times and we have never been disappointed! We absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! As soon as we go to the "K" again, we'll be happy to come back!

Not as good as it used to be when it first opened... I think it was then sold and from then on I unfortunately had stomach cramps and nausea every time I ate it. I prefer to go to other Asian restaurants.

Have been back for a long time. It was cruel. 2 tables occupied. The food was subpar. Cold, dry. The waitress preferred to watch cell phone videos rather than respond to our calls, sry, we won't need them again.

The all you can eat sushi is not good at all. I would barely even call it sushi to be honest. They only have California Ave vegetable rolls as sushi options on the conveyor belt. No tuna or salmon to be seen anywhere

I created a review weeks ago and it magically vanished so I’m rewriting it. DISAPPEARING REVIEWS, Convenient… 😒😏 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. THE SERVICE The service was fine until it was time to pay for the meal. Apparently my money wasn’t good enough for them to accept it. The cost was about 53€ for food for three people. My note had a few very small, hairline tears in it (this was from it getting caught in my wallet’s zipper numerous times). But she refused to take my 50€ not stating over and over that it was “no good”. I proceeded to also give her $20 USD in addition to the 50€. She continued to refuse the money. I then had to go to the ATM 🏧 to get more acceptable currency. She held my money hostage while I went to ATM. Only AFTER I provided the money from the ATM did she accept the payment. I’m not sure if she thought the money was fake or if it was some sort of micro aggression occurring because I’m a black foreigner. What ever the case, it was un acceptable and I’ll never bring my business there again. THE FOOD QUALITY The food quality and taste is poor. There were very few sushi 🍣 options. We saw the following rolls: - California roll - avocado 🥑 wrapped in rice - red paper wrapped in rice - overcooked octopus 🐙 - squid 🦑 The were food options were very random and didn’t seem to make logic since for it to be a sushi restaurant. For example they had the following on the conveyor belt: - a small bowl of Jello - mini blueberry muffin - sliced mushrooms in sauce - a chicken wing portion Some additional options include: - edamame - a plate of 2 dumplings 🥟 - rice paper chips (I think) That’s just what I can remember. If you want authentic, good quality sushi, in a welcoming atmosphere and great appetizers, please go somewhere else. This place is not it.

I just came from Running Sushi and ate a total of 6 plates with my daughter and drank two small drinks. The cashier wanted almost 24 euros for this. I asked her for the receipt because I could hardly understand her, she said "receipt doesn't work". I asked her how she got 24 euros, totally annoyed answer: "You said wrong" - ah yes. Finally I got my receipt, and lo and behold, it was suddenly only 17 euros. I leave it up to the reader to interpret why it was suddenly miraculously 8 euros less. It won't be a mistake to pay close attention when paying.

Food quality is eatable, you won't die but also won't enjoy it. I would rather go to Mister Lian and pay some more than eat here. Last time I was there, they give you 1 hour time (or 2? I forgot) to eat before they charge you extra. But the items you are waiting are usually far away and you have to wait ..so you waste the time waiting until you get what you want. Also, they prepared more "common" rolls (like cucumber roll etc) than the more expensive ones. So either you just grab whatever coming to you or you wait and only get to eat meagerly. It ends up more expensive than eating at Mr. Lian.

Not recommended!!!! I was there with a friend, the sauces were very gritty and we both had stomach pains after the visit. The service also leaves a lot to be desired and the food had been there for a long time, you could see that and taste it!

It’s way too expensive for dried out, room temperature food of very little variety. It used to be much better but the last few times I’ve been, it has gotten more disappointing each time. I hope that it improves because this is a great concept that once had amazing food at a much better price.

Varied food. Unfortunately no card payment possible. Since the restaurant is located in a department store, the surroundings aren't really nice or attractive, but it's not too loud either and the temperature is pleasant and not affected by the weather. The staff is always very courteous and friendly. I can actually only recommend it, especially since the concept is a lot of fun.

Not worth it, at all!! This was my first and last time coming here. 18 euro all you can eat for 1 hour. You would think they would have plenty of food options. WRONG!!! Conveyor belt going around, but the food options are very scarce. They had maybe 3 different type of sushi rolls. They were average at best. Edamame was ok. Shrimp dipped in some kind of sauce was too salty!!! :( Chicken nuggets were ok. Spring rolls were above average. No dessert at all. My recommendation is they need to add some more sushi rolls. No tuna, no salmon, no scallops. In other words - wack!!! oh and cash only. There is an ATM downstairs.

If you want to go quickly, you can do it, you shouldn't expect too much, the price/performance ratio is ok, but everyone should decide for themselves.

The running sushi is simply part of our Kaiserslautern shopping tour! I think there could be more nigiris, but even as it is, it's a great selection. Unfortunately there are no home-made drinks, but maybe that will change in the future!

So I agree with the negative reviews because I've already experienced it there with dirtiness and unfriendly staff. But I was there again because I thought you deserved another chance. My companion and I were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant was very clean, the windows from the flaps for taking out food were also cleaned and the food was fresh and there was a lot of fish and also mussels. The staff was very nice and attentive and often cleared away our empty plates. If it stays like this, I'll be happy to come back👍🏻

Unfortunately I have to say it was horror. Here again after 5 years. Food is inferior, too expensive and then a mouse runs under the tables and into the revolving wheel. After a complaint, we were treated rudely and insisted on paying the full price even though we had only eaten 2 sushi before the sighting and of course it was over after that. If I could I would give ZERO STARS!!!! We had a shoe sticker in our plate that stuck to the shoes! And a few months ago we had hair in our food and then she denied it! Even though it was stuck there in black and white!!! Then I spoke to her and she became NAUGHTY CANNOT GERMAN! Wanted the full price! Direction UNHYGIENIC THE JUICE SHOP.

The food was okay, not particularly good sushi, tastes more like supermarket sushi, but is half as wild. The service is so unfriendly, I have rarely experienced something like that. Bad mood and rude. He hardly speaks (which may be due to his poor understanding of the German language) and doesn't explain how it works. Not a single plate was cleared during the meal. The waitress stood at our table several times, shook her head and walked away speaking Asian (?). I can't insinuate it, but it came across like complaints or insults. After 25 of our 30 minutes she finished our meal even though we were neither finished nor the time we paid for was over. When we discussed this, she more or less threw her out.

Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated too much. Last visit was years ago. You don't have to go there anymore. The sushi was 80% maki rolls with cucumber or fruit. Fish was rarely included or only as surimi. For example, there was no nigiri at all - that was there a few years ago - a shame. If you're expecting sushi it's disappointing. Everything tasted very neutral. In terms of craftsmanship, the rolls were rolled up very carelessly (e.g. filling not nearly in the middle, nori sheets not closed, no clean cuts). Especially when you only have a certain time window, it is strange that the belt runs empty for longer. The price-performance ratio is not right. It was good that you didn't have to deal with the staff so much because they were very unfriendly. You had the feeling that you were disturbing them with something. At the end you are surprised with what feels like a large amount. No receipts and only cash payment.

Any price is probably too high for the performance. Payment: only cash is real! Card payments will really be out of fashion in 2024! This is my opinion and it applies to Running Sushi. I can't say anything about the food on the menu. But I'll definitely never find out.

Well, first of all, an area where I wanted to sit down with my family was blocked off. After 10 minutes it was reopened. When we sat down, I had to go to the waitress myself so we could start eating. The price was generally not justified. Some dishes were partially eaten and then apparently put back again. When we reported this to the waitress, she didn't care.

ZERO STARS!!!! First review was deleted, so only brief, I wouldn't eat there and for a disgusting reason.

100 percent nausea after eating and unfriendly at that

As a teenager it was always really cool to eat there. Unfortunately, an employee didn't really like the presence of me and a friend recently. We wanted to pay for plates individually as we are not the fastest at eating. After 15 minutes, the employee asked us in very broken German to pay and to leave the restaurant because we were eating too slowly. She said that other guests would eat faster and that we take the seats for these "possible" guests (the restaurant was half empty). We had 5 plates at that point. I had never experienced anything so outrageous.

The best sushi go round in K-Town. Made me miss the one in Okinawa. Cash only though.

By far the best sushi shop, mega quality and great service.

Das Ambiente total abgegriffen, Bedienung hatte keine Lust zu erklären, steht ja alles auf dem Zettel. Dad essen war immer das gleiche und hatte kein Geschmack. Für 37€ wäre ich besser zu burger king gegangen. Sehr schlechtes Essen.

Gutes Sushi, nettes Ambiente, OK vom Preis. Es gab allerdings kein Running Sushi, nur ala Card.

Restaurant Besuch 1h vor Schließung ich wurde nett gefragt ob sie noch Etwas frisch machen sollen für mich. Leider waren einige Dinge schon sehr lange im Sushi Circle und haben nicht mehr ganz so gut gemundet. Aber der Großteil war lecker.

Для одного раза сойдёт. В начале тебе прикольно. Можешь попробовать разные закуски и сколько тебе влезет, если заплатил за полчаса или час. Ходили мы 2 раза. Первый раз возможно показалось все вкусным из-за того что все интересно. Но во второй раз уже не так уж и вкусно. Замечаешь уже все недостатки. Некоторые продукты не свежие, даже вызвали тяжесть в желудке. Сомневаюсь насчёт соблюдения гигиенических норм. Стол вообще подванивал, как будто её протирали старой грязной тряпкой. Имбирь стоял вообще уже сухой... Возможно мы попали в не очень удачный день, когда было много посетителей. Но к сожалению, уже отпало желание туда идти ещё раз.

Love the dim sum style meal. 12.90 all you can eat, 30 minutes. Options for more. I think the portions are fair and nice for the price and I’ve been there twice and I’ve liked it twice as well

Naja- für den schnellen Hunger beim Shopping okay- mehr aber auch nicht. Wer weiß wie lange das Essen schön in dem Rondell rumfährt, sah leider nicht allzu appetitlich aus. Die Soße auf dem Tisch war leer und wurde erst nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Essen allgemein war fast kalt und geschmacklich kein Highlight.

Zum Essen - Auswahl begrenzt. Überwiegend Sushi und nur auf Nachfrage nach Nachspeisen wurde Götterspeise eingestellt. Ente und Huhn war frisch. Nuggets und manches Sushi würde ich nicht garantieren. Der panierte Fisch hatte einen komischen süßlichen Beigegeschmack. Manche Apfelschnitten hatten auch schon ein paar Runden zuviel aber da bestand auch kein Interesse. Der Service - war nicht gut. Die Bedienung war plötzlich weg was essen,obwohl einige Leute da waren. Kann Sie ja machen, aber doch nicht zu Stoßzeiten wenn zahlende Kundschaft da ist. Da wir noch Getränke wollte und da kein SB herrscht ist das schlecht. Das Ambiente - der halbe Laden abgesperrt. Kein Blick nach draußen. Schade. Sonst sauber aber außer das Band nichts besonderes. Fazit für mich: muss ich nicht unbedingt nochmal haben. Jedenfalls nicht wenn sich die Auswahl nicht verbessert...

Klasse Sushi Running. All you can eat für eine halbe Stunde reicht völlig.Bissel ambitioniert aber nach einer halben Stunde ist man Satt. Essen ist warm und sehr lecker.

Great server but bad process. Same food, no changing out. Does not give actual sushi (fish) , mostly curry and vegetables but barely any sushi in the all you can eat. Better off to order ala carte than sit filling on bar food. Said couldn't make more sushi after 5 on the belt.

Leider sehr wenig sushi zur Auswahl. Viel frittiertes Zeug. Hauptsächlich sushi mit Gurke. Kein Fisch dabei. Schade schade dementsprechend ist auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. 12,90/ 30 Minuten. Unser erster und letzter Besuch. Das Personal ist nett und freundlich aber daran liegt's nicht . Das Essen ist sehr ausbau fähig und wer wegen dem Sushi hingeht wird bitter enttäuscht !

Du wirst beim Eingang nett willkommen. Das essen hat kein Mängel und schmeckt auch sehr gut ( Danke an die Küche). Die Preise sind auch sehr gut. 5/5 Gute Empfehlung

Enttäuschend! Waren zu Besuch in Kaiserslautern und die Kinder wollten unbedingt Running Sushi. Wenig Auswahl und die Speisen schmeckten als würden sie schon 3 Tage im Band rumlaufen. Als Angebot stand 9 Teller für 10 €, zum Schluss mussten wir trotzdem 1,50 € pro Teller bezahlen. Kurzum: richtig schlecht. 2 Sterne weils den Kindern trotzdem gefallen hat, der Wackelpudding schien wohl gut zu sein...

Ich finde es im Prinzip ganz nett dort zu essen, wenn man in der Mall ist. Die Auswahl an gutem Sushi (z.B. roher Thunfisch) ist nicht sehr hoch. Häufig gibt es nur künstliches Krabbenfleisch oder frittierte Garnelen im Sushi. Ich finde es aber dennoch ok, weil es nicht so teuer ist, und man auch noch eine große Auswahl an anderen Speisen hat. Allerdings muss ich auch feststellen, dass ich mir nach dem Essen dort schon zum zweiten Mal den Magen verdorben habe. Das war vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal der Fall. Damals war ich mit meiner Mutter dort, und auch sie hatte am nächsten Tag Magenprobleme. Da es ein Einzelfall war, habe ich dem zunächst aber keine große Bedeutung zugemessen. Gestern war ich wieder dort, und heute Nacht war mir wieder übel. Ich werde daher wohl nicht noch einmal hingehen.

Seit die nette Dame nicht mehr da ist geht es den Bach runter, man muss sich dort hinsitzen wo man nicht will, sehr unfreundlich und das Essen ist kalt, wird auch nichts Neues praesentiert bis das Alte weg ist, fuer dieses Preis Euro 1,50 pro Teller Abzocke, war Stammgast jetzt nicht mehr

Aufgrund einiger negativer Kritiken war ich erst skeptisch, habe es dann aber doch probiert und 1h all you can eat gewählt. Sushi und auch die warmen Speisen waren hervorragend, lediglich waren einige Dinge wie Algensalat und Sommerrollen nur selten auf dem Band. Aber geschmacklich war alles top!

Wir waren heute dort. Es gab nicht wirklich viel Auswahl und auch bei allen Sushis etc musste man selbst schauen was, was ist da es keine Karte auf den Tischen gibt. Es gibt weitaus bessere All you can eat!😁😅 Das Restaurant Klima an sich war etwas hektisch und chaotisch🤔 Die Bedienung war aber sehr nett. :)

Decent for price, but flavor isn’t there. The only real “fish” I got was a silver of salmon in a maki roll. All other “sushi” was either imitation crab or veggie rolls. The hot items were definitely prepackaged. Went on Saturday so paid roughly €13 for 1/2 hour. Honestly wouldn’t stay longer than that.

Essen war lecker aber Bedienung sehr unfreundlich

Wir haben uns für die 1 Stunde All you can Eat entschieden. Das Sushi war sehr gut und auch die anderen Speisen wie z.B Hühnchen, Nudeln, Nuggets oder Chickenwings haben gut geschmeckt. Die Muscheln waren nicht unser fall. Ich fand es nur ekelhaft, dass andere Gäste ihre Essensreste wieder auf das Förderband gestellt haben, oder bei 3 Frühlingsrollen 2 gegessen haben und eine wieder zurück auf das Band gestellt wurde....

War richtig lecker, es war für jeden was dabei und ich hab jetzt ein Tag später wieder Lust dorthin zu gehen und nehme glaub meinen Freund diesmal mit XD
