After about 1.5 hours the order was canceled without consultation. Although they called after 1 hour and were assured that the order would arrive in 15 minutes.

My Dürüm is always great! Very fresh and tastes amazing! I think 8 euros is completely ok for this size. - I always had plenty of meat too. The service is also good!

Disappointing value for money – unfortunately, not recommended. I can still describe the food as "okay," but the service was really bad. You say you want to order – get the menu – and then nothing happens for 20 minutes. Nobody comes. I ordered a steak (unfortunately very fatty), and something was missing from my order. I tried to get the waiter's attention by waving – in the end, I had to say "Hey!" to get someone to come. The waiter then proceeded to lecture me that you're not supposed to say "Hey"… They didn't even serve a glass of water with the espresso. Charging €35 for a steak without a side dish is, in my opinion, unjustified. The value for money here is simply not there. There are definitely better places.

I ordered a salad for my girlfriend and specified that it be without dressing and vinegar, as she's allergic to it. Later, when I picked it up, I asked again whether it was really prepared without dressing and vinegar – yes, two men at the counter assured us. We also had to pay more than the menu stated. When we opened it at home, it had dressing and vinegar on it, so you could see and smell it. In any case, this is the last time we order from here. Please be more considerate of customer wishes!
