The service was very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious.

After about 1.5 hours, the order was canceled without prior consultation. Even though they called after 1 hour and assured them that the order would arrive in 15 minutes.

We were there in the evening for our Christmas party with 20 people. The restaurant was loud, and the noise level was correspondingly high. The service was very slow. My red wine was corked, which I complained about, and I had to wait a very long time for a replacement. We then ordered antipasti for 20 people, which were supposed to be served on platters on the tables. As is so often the case, this is naturally cheaper than ordering 20 individual portions. We assumed this would be the case at this restaurant as well. I personally ordered a steak medium-well, which turned out to be medium, but unfortunately, the middle was more like rare. They clearly had no idea how to cook a steak. The absolute kicker came with the bill. We ended up paying over €1220.00, as they charged us €340 for the appetizers alone. Instead of a reasonable platter price, they actually charged us for 20 individual items at €18 each and then even claimed that's how we had ordered it. All our appeals and our frustration were to no avail. And despite the high bill, there wasn't even a complimentary drink. Unfriendly, terrible service, a complete rip-off, never again. This restaurant should be avoided.

Very good burger. The melted cheese on top was fantastic. Unfortunately, the burger was only lukewarm; otherwise, it would have been 5 stars.
