Excellent steaks cooked on a hot stone, great value for money, very good quality. We felt very comfortable during our stay at the hotel and restaurant.

Service was friendly, food was okay: The meat was way overcooked, the chimichurri could have been improved, and the desserts were a bit of a waste of money (the chocolate soufflé was only liquid, more like a warm hot chocolate, and the crème brûlée went into the refrigerator after caramelizing, so it had no crunch). The price was a bit excessive at €55 per person for the service provided. Overall, there was room for improvement.

The hotel is a bit dated, but OK and clean. What was really good was the service in the restaurant/bar. The waitress Renata is really attentive and contributes to a pleasant stay with her friendly and witty manner. Thank you!

The value for money is disappointing – unfortunately, I can't recommend it. I can still describe the food as "okay," but the service was truly awful. You say you want to order – you get the menu – and then nothing happens for 20 minutes. Nobody comes. I ordered a steak (unfortunately, very fatty), and something was missing from my order. I tried to get the staff's attention by waving – in the end, I had to say "Hey!" to get anyone to come. Then the waiter even lectured me about not saying "Hey"... They didn't even serve a glass of water with my espresso. Charging €35 for a steak without any sides is, in my opinion, unjustified. The value for money is simply not there. There are definitely better places.

It was a wonderful evening for the three of us. Renata provided top-notch service! She guided us through the evening in a very accommodating and interactive manner. Thank you for the delicious "Hot Stone" steak and the amazing dessert!

We really enjoy coming, the atmosphere is appealing and extremely child-friendly, the food is always good, and the service is very attentive. The business lunch is a real insider tip, as there is never a dull moment at lunch. All in all a 100% recommendation!

Burger unfortunately fried (dead), like at McDonalds. Either the meat is no longer fresh or it is not known that you can expect something else for 18 euros. Service quick and nice.

Guest at Victor's. Went down to get a meal after traveling in. Ordered roast beef from the menu, which seemed difficult as it didn't arrive in an hour. Now that can be fine for most, but being a diabetic it posed a serious issue for me. The front desk luckily supplied me with glucose but I never got to 'enjoy' the beef, or even see it.

Unfortunately, the room was a disaster, as some of the artificial leather on the pillow was crumbling from the backrest. The carpet is quite stained and the room is unfortunately quite shabby. Breakfast was great
