Adria in Schwerin

Food was ok. I couldn't share the waiter's sense of humor and felt it was out of place. The ambience was also ok, just a bit old. And the toilets were just disgusting and musty. All in all it's "ok"... you can do it, but you don't have to.

Dirty seats, sticky tables, dingy toilet. Food was like a snack.

Here you should NOT expect: fresh ingredients, quality, good price-performance ratio. On the contrary: the salad bar, coleslaw carelessly dumped out of a plastic bucket. Frozen vegetables of the cheapest kind, the rice gray and dry, the meat just as gray, dry, tasteless, ready-made sauce, Röstis from the bag, lukewarm, drowned in a greasy, pale cheese coating. A “pleasure” of horror. Never again, definitely not recommended if you want to eat even halfway tasty, fresh and good food!

Simply perfect! I can recommend the Adria plate. There are always three sauces and they are the best thing about everything! If you like meat, this is the place for you.

We were at dinner for seven people, we got food and drinks express. Everything was great, we felt as if we were in Croatia, staff for five. Tomorrow we are going to ooet

Gestern, am 29.09.2024, war ich mit drei weiteren Personen im Restaurant Adria in Schwerin. Zu Beginn haben wir zwar relativ schnell einen Tisch bekommen, doch mussten anschließend sehr lange warten, bis wir überhaupt unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Es wurden drei große Biere und ein kleines Radler bestellt – serviert wurden jedoch vier große Getränke. Das war für mich noch kein Problem, da das kleine Getränk korrekt berechnet wurde. Als wir unser Essen bestellt haben, war die Salatbar inklusive. Diese war jedoch ein Trauerspiel: lieblos angerichtet und die Zutaten sahen aus, als hätten sie definitiv schon bessere Tage gesehen. Dann kam das Essen – leider mit weiteren Problemen. Drei Gerichte waren korrekt, eines war falsch. Aber das war noch nicht alles: Bei allen Gerichten waren die Pommes kalt und nicht knusprig. Ich sprach den Kellner darauf an, er entschuldigte sich immerhin. Doch bei meinem falschen Gericht wurde ich lauthals darauf hingewiesen, dass ich das angeblich so bestellt hätte. Erst nach einem hin und her bemerkte er, dass er die falsche Nummer notiert hatte. Schließlich kam mein korrektes Gericht – mit knusprigen Pommes. Aber das Fleisch? Außen lauwarm, in der Mitte eiskalt. Der Käse in der Mitte war hart und kalt. Wieder wies ich den Kellner darauf hin und wurde erneut mit Ausreden abgespeist. Als ich um eine Preisreduzierung bat, bekam ich lediglich eine Entschuldigung und die Aussage, dass er gestresst sei. Die Rechnung kam, aber es gab keinen Preisnachlass. Für mich war das definitiv das schlechteste Restauranterlebnis seit Jahren. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Minuspunkte vergeben. Es ist erstaunlich, dass sich in der heutigen Zeit noch solche Restaurants halten können. Ich werde definitiv nie wieder kommen!

Yesterday, September 29th, 2024, I was in the Adria restaurant in Schwerin with three other people. At the beginning we got a table relatively quickly, but then we had to wait a long time before we could even place our order. Three large beers and a small shandy were ordered - but four large drinks were served. That wasn't a problem for me as the small drink was calculated correctly. When we ordered our food, the salad bar was included. However, this was a tragedy: carelessly prepared and the ingredients looked as if they had definitely seen better days. Then came the food – unfortunately with further problems. Three dishes were correct, one was incorrect. But that wasn't all: in all dishes the fries were cold and not crispy. I spoke to the waiter about it and he at least apologized. But when I got the wrong dish, I was loudly told that I had supposedly ordered it that way. Only after some back and forth did he realize that he had written down the wrong number. Finally my correct dish arrived – with crispy fries. But the meat? Lukewarm on the outside, ice cold in the middle. The cheese in the middle was hard and cold. I pointed this out to the waiter again and was again fobbed off with excuses. When I asked for a price reduction all I got was an apology and a statement that he was stressed. The bill came, but there was no discount. For me, this was definitely the worst restaurant experience in years. If I could, I would give negative points. It's amazing that restaurants like this can still survive today. I will definitely never come back!

The highlight was the women's toilets, I can only say ugh and disgusting. It should be closed and only reopened when it has been renovated

That it still exists. Classic Yugo restaurant (as they would have said in Berlin in the past). Good food at reasonable prices and friendly service.

The staff is always friendly and always ready for a joke. We have been going to the Adria for years and have never been disappointed when it comes to the food. Even requests for changes to the dishes are no problem and are implemented. There is actually only a small deduction for the ambience because of the toilet rooms, but otherwise it is very cozy on site.

As always, good food. Always very well served.

The waiters are always very nice. The food also tastes delicious every time. The pork medallions in Gorgonzola sauce and the Čevapčiči are highly recommended. We come by once a month.

Unfriendly behavior of the waiter. After you are admittedly greeted in a friendly manner and seated, things actually only go downhill. As soon as we sat down the waiter came with the menu, which isn't a bad thing in itself. But you can't just arrive and drive down a bit. After what felt like two minutes the waiter came back and asked if we had already chosen. Since we haven't seen each other for a long time, there was a lot to talk about and so there was no time to look at the map. This was repeated every five minutes. Special requests are responded to passive-aggressively with the question, really no side dish. Well, the food was mediocre at best and the price-performance ratio was at best acceptable. Salad is served with the salad dressing (slightly wilted iceberg lettuce, cucumber, tomato, coleslaw, cooked pasta and potatoes (every dish comes with fries, rice or fried potatoes)? Onions, corn and ready-made dressing). If the type of service quality combined with the dishes are maintained like this, the place cannot survive for much longer. The whole story is not contemporary. By the way, the restaurant also closes at 9:00 p.m. on weekends ➡️ rather unusual; In addition, no card payment is possible. Definitely our last visit. So the Croatians from their home country are friendlier, more service-oriented and the dishes are more appealing.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The fries were soggy, the frozen vegetables were cold and the meat was dry. The ambience and the waiters were the best part of the evening. The restaurant closes at 9 p.m. on Saturday; just as strange as paying exclusively in cash.

Good, solid cuisine, friendly service, but the acoustics were a bit loud due to the crowd, but the service was still there relatively quickly if you needed something. We were happy to get a seat and a little surprised at the spiciness of the sauce.

We paid a visit to the restaurant on Saturday. We registered with 5 people for New Year's dinner. The service was very attentive and in a good mood...also a bit of fun...food and drinks were delivered quickly...and they all tasted very good...the ambience was also very good...we always like to come back when we are in the state capital .

Ein schönes kroatisches Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und schönem Ambiente. Was uns, natürlich neben den "Hauptspeisen", sehr gefallen hat, war das Salat-Buffet; man konnte sich seinen Salatteller selbst zusammenstellen, wie man ihn am liebsten mag (es soll ja Menschen geben, die z.B. keine Gurken mögen ;o) ). Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist meiner Meinung nach auch sehr gut.

Essen wie jedes Jahr zur gleichen Zeit immer wieder gut. Natürlich mit Reservierung!

Vi så tilfældigvis restauranten imens vi gik rundt på julemarked, og besluttede at booke et bord da de restauranter vi ellers ville have besøgt var fuldt booket pga de mange besøgende i Schwerin. Maden var gennemsnitlig - min Gullasch suppe jeg fik havde ikke meget med Gullasch suppe at gøre, det var en tynd omgang vand med 5-10 bitte små stykker kød i. Til gengæld var min seranoskinke med oliven god. Servicen var venlig og frisk.

Preis-Leistung in Ordnung, auch wenn die Portionen etwas kleiner geworden sind. Man hebt sich wohltuend von der zZ grassirenden Abzocke der Gastronomie ab.

Obwohl das Restaurant sehr gut besucht war, einigten wir uns mit einem anderen Ehepaar und setzten uns an einen Tisch. Das Essen schmeckte sehr gut. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und fachlich bestens informiert. Uns wurde sehr selbstverständlich ein Taxi gerufen. Die Bezahlung des Verzehrs erfolgte ohne Umstände und Rechnerei getrennt für 2 Paare. Das Restaurant kann ich sehr rmpfehlen. An Wochenenden sollte vorsorglich reserviert werden. Immer wieder ein Besuch wert.

Immer sehr schmackhafte reichliche Mahlzeiten zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Besonders werktags zwischen 11 und 14 Uhr. Die Bedienung schnell und freundlich mit einem Schuss Humor. Wer einmal dort war, wird Stammkunde.

Wir waren heute zum ersten und letzten Mal im Adria. Wir haben uns auf die vielen positiven Bewertungen verlassen. Unser Essen Rotbarsch mit Gemüse/Spinat und Kartoffeln war nur 2 Sterne wert. Fisch frittiert und geschmacklos. Gemüsemischung aus der Tüte und ebenfalls geschmacklos. Spinat kalt. Kartoffeln waren okay. Der Salat vom Buffet war frisch und schmackhaft. Mit unserer Kritik würde sehr unprofessionell umgegangen. Die Damentoilette war sehr unsauber. Schade wir hatten uns mehr versprochen.

Uns hat leider so ein bisschen das kroatische feeling gefehlt, aber das Essen war in Ordnung.

Wenn wir in Schwerin sind essen wir sehr gern in diesem kroatischen Restaurant. Es ist direkt am Markt, das Essen schmeckt sehr lecker und reichhaltig und die Mittagspreise sind sehr günstig, zusätzlich kann man sich ausgiebig am Salatbüffet bedienen. Die Kellner sind supernett und stets zu einem Spaß aufgelegt. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Polecam - dobre jedzenie rodem z Chorwacji . Jedliśmy głównie mięsa grillowe - jakością jest lepiej niż w Zagrzebiu…. 😀. Przyzwoite ceny - duże porcje. Uwaga z sosami - mocno ostre…:) Obsługa dyskretna i kompetentna . Polecam na obiad w centrum Schwerin
