The 78ers can organize company parties! Last Thursday we had a great party with several 100 people with a delicious barbecue buffet, cool drinks and a great service team!

Today we spontaneously stopped by the eight&seventy beer garden with four people and were once again very impressed by the ambience, the warmth and of course the food. The ribs were outstanding. I liked that the ribs weren't soaked in sauce but were just lightly brushed with a very tasty, not too spicy sauce. The meat came off the bone so tenderly but still had structure. Some restaurants in Hanover can learn something from these ribs. Apart from that, the price of €19.50 for 900 grams is absolutely justified given the quality and the loving way the dishes are prepared. The beer garden is an absolute insider tip for people who appreciate good food and a warm atmosphere.

We celebrated our wedding at 78 and everything was perfect! 78 is in a super central location in Hanover, so our guests could get to church on foot. We were able to use the green area at 78 to take photos with our 90 guests. In addition to the great outdoor area, the interior of the location is 100% convincing. There is enough space for people on the terrace to enjoy the sun outside and you will also be welcomed inside by a really nice atmosphere. The service is unbeatable. Everyone is super nice, accommodating and attentive. And the food is also sensational. Everything is incredibly tasty and lovingly prepared. All of this is topped off with really fair prices. I can really only recommend 78. All around a great place to celebrate.

A few days ago I organized a meeting with around 20 people in the beer garden of eight&seventy. The meeting was arranged in advance with the innkeeper and the arrangement worked well. The weather was right, everyone ate and drank well and it was a nice evening in a really nice beer garden. I found it remarkable that out of around 20 participants only one person knew about the beer garden, but everyone without exception was impressed by the quality of the food and the nice ambience and the general feeling was that people should come here more often. Conclusion: Delicious food and drinks at moderate prices. Highly Recommended!

Completely surprising when you see it from the outside. Great food, great service. We were overwhelmed by what the chef conjured up here.

We held our New Year's celebration there this year. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was really cozy. The staff very accommodating and friendly.

We came here spontaneously to have something to eat before the event in the Swiss Life Hall. A manageable menu but there is a large and, above all, delicious schnitzel with a delicious side salad and fried potatoes. The homemade ice cream is also highly recommended! I'd love to come back for dinner!

My wife and I hosted a 30th birthday party at eight&seventy in November. There were around 35 people from the family for dinner and another 45 people for dancing, drinking, etc. in the evening. From our experience, I can fully recommend Andre and his team. The contact was professional and on an equal footing right from the start. Andre responded to every request and helped us plan the celebration with his expertise. In the evening everything worked as discussed. The food was great and was also praised by many of our guests. The service also left nothing to be desired. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and always nice. For us it was a perfect celebration that we will remember fondly. It was a company Christmas party with 80 people. The service team was very nice, friendly and quick. The food was very tasty. The salmon was not overcooked, but still slightly translucent. It's a clubhouse and a bit remote...but the journey is worth it. I'll come back again in the summer because then you still have a large outdoor area.

Wir waren zu Besuch und unsere Freunde haben diesen tollen Biergarten empfohlen. Bei einem Biergarten erwartet man nicht so hochwertige Speisen aber wir wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Super leckeres Essen mit Liebe zum Detail und fairen Preisen. Den großen kostenfreien Parkplatz finde ich auch positiv. Das Personal und der Chef sind sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Wir waren dort im Biergarten. In der Abendsonne echt schön gelegen. Wir haben uns eine große Portion Rippchen geteilt, als Snack total ok. Getränke empfand ich als eher hochpreisig. Die Rippchen waren schön zart, garantiert vorgegart, was OK ist. Die Marinade war mir zu süß, aber Alles in Allen ok. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es war sehr schön im Biergarten. Hatten die Biergartenplatte für 2 Personen. Sehr frisch und lecker. Nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren im "Biergarten", über das Restaurant kann ich nix sagen. Es ist halt eine Vereinsgaststätte, die Menschen kennen sich dort, nach dem Sport bestimmt cool:) Das Essen war ansprechend präsentiert und lecker:)

I was a bit sceptical of this restaurant and beer garden as it was part of a sports club with tennis courts and rugby fields, but it was delightful! The staff were super nice and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Prices were very reasonable. I definitely recommend the Flammkuchen! I have not had too many flammkuchen, but this one was baked perfectly and delicious. Highly recommended!

Ein toller, gemütlicher Ort mit hervorragendem Essen und einer ordentlichen Getränkekarte. Ich habe hier bisher nur die Angebote draußen genutzt, aber fühle mich hier sehr wohl. Die Preise sind human und die Stimmung sehr familiär. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zugewandt, außerdem ist hier Kartenzahlung möglich.

Lecker, reichlich und günstig. Der Biergarten ist eher ein Beachclub, das Personal ist freundlich und die Rippchen sind ein Traum.

Nach einem Spaziergang sind wir im acht&siebzig eingekehrt. Vorweg gab es einen Salat mit Tomate und Mozzarella. Sehr gutes Dressing und schön angerichtet. Die Vorspeise kam nach kurzer Zeit und war sehr lecker. Als Hauptgericht hatten wir zwei Burger mit Bacon . Die Wahl bei mir mit doppelt Fleisch war sehr ambitioniert, ich war wirklich satt. Geschmacklich super, tolles Brötchen und alles top. Während wir dort waren, kamen 40 Gäste und selbst dabei hat das Team Ruhe bewahrt und es hat alles geklappt. Sehr gerne wieder, richtig gut. Preis Leistung top. 👍

Danke für diesen schönen Nachmittag. Wir haben bei acht&siebzig unsere Konfirmation gefeiert. Das Buffet war super lecker und der Service ausgezeichnet. Alle unsere Gäste waren begeistert und haben sich sehr gut umsorgt gefühlt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und geben eine glatte Empfehlung. Danke auch für die Erfüllung unserer Sonderwünsche.

Dieses Jahr, 2023, hat ein neuer Pächter das Lokal und den Biergarten übernommen. Einen Vergleich zum Vorgänger kann ich nicht ziehen. Wir hatten sehr leckere Flammkuchen (einmal Vegetarisch, einmal mit Speck). Sehr schöne Lokation inmitten des Geländes von Hannover 78. Man kann leicht die Einfahrt verpassen, aber der Besuch lohnt sich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Das Ambiente ist einfach Klasse. Schöner Biergarten und gemütliche Gaststube laden zum Verweilen ein. Mein Favorit ist auf jeden Fall das Club Sandwich👌 Außerdem glänzt das Achtundsiebzig mit einem super lieben zuvorkommenden Team. Das ist einfach fünf Sterne wert.❤️

Wir waren heute Abend zu zweit vor Ort und hatten das Schnitzel mit Pommes und einen Burger mit Curly fries. Zum Burger gab es auch noch einen Beilagensalat. Der Burger war gut angerichtet und das Schnitzel ebenfalls. Geschmacksmässig beides super! Kann man nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, sollten wir in der Nähe sein. Hinzukommt: Preisleistung ist unschlagbar!
