Achenstüberl in Schönau a.Königssee

Für eine Wanderung Bergdesgarden - Königssee kann man einen schönen Zwischenstopp da machen. Oder auch umgekehrt..😊🍺

Gut bürgerliche Küche, mit anständigen schmackhaften Portionen. Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Ab 18 Uhr wird es voll. Sonntag und Montag Ruhetag.

Das Essen war wirklich gut und zu einem fairen Preis. Man sitzt hier wirklich gemütlich in einem schönen Biergarten. Die Bedienungen sind total nett gewesen. Auch unser Extrawunsch mit Spiegelei auf dem Schnitzel wurde problemlos erfüllt.

Wir waren 2x innerhalb einer Woche ! Nette Bedienung! Tolle Speisen (ein muss die Bratkartoffeln! Wenn wir mal wieder kommen die erste Adresse! Danke an das Team

Kann ich nur negativ beurteilen ‼️ Mittags bei Öffnung war ich persönlich da um für am gleichen Abend für 19:30 uhr einen Tisch für 4 Personen zu reservieren. Sie sagte geht klar bis heute abend hat aber nichts notiert. Als wir 4 abends pünktlich da waren hieß es wir müssten noch 30 Minuten warten❗️🤔❓️Und dann etwa noch ca.1 Stunde aufs Essen warten, ich wies sie auf die Zusage von mittags hin , da kam nur hab ich wohl vergessen zu notieren, und ausserdem nehmen wir eigentlich Reservierungen erst ab 5 Personen an. Eine bodenlose frechheit meiner Meinung nach.‼️ Ich habe dann wütend diesen Biergarten mit bösen Worten verlassen. Ich komme seit über 40 Jahren nach Berchtesgaden und Umgebung und habe schon etliche Gaststätten hier besucht , aber so etwas an unfreundlichkeit habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Wir sind mit einer kleinen Reisegruppe im Achenstüberl eingekehrt. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Service top und das Ambiente wunderschön. Wir möchten uns nochmals recht herzliceh für die herzliche Aufnahme bedanken.

Schöner Biergarten in guter Lage. Freundliches Personal und rustikales Essen mit gutem Bier.

Sehr schönes Stüberl und Biergarten. Hier kann man gut und günstig essen. Nettes Personal. Danach Spaziergang an der Ache zum verdauen. Ein Übernachter von der Pension am Almenpark. Wurde uns von der Pension empfohlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super nett, super gemütlich, super lecker. Drei Abende hier genossen und kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Sehr, sehr leckeres Essen. Die Speisekarte ist zwar überschaubar aber die Speisen sind wirklich lecker. Bedienung ist sehr fleißig und freundlich. Wir kommen sicherlich beim nächsten Besuch wieder.

Essen war sehr schmackhaft. Am liebsten hätte ich den Schweinebraten probiert, leider kurz vor mir schon ausgegangen. Somit dann erst dann nächstes Jahr... ...der Salat war genau nach meinem Geschmack, nicht so süß :-) Beim Weizen hat sich der Wirt für die richtige Marke entschieden!

Vorsicht ! Hat Sonntags u. Montags geschlossen. Waren leider umsonst Sonntag vor Ort, ärgerlich

Durch Zufall haben wir den Biergarten entdeckt.Wir wurden ganz toll und kommunikativ in uriger Atmosphäre bedient.

Zum Essen sind wir leider gar nicht gekommen, da keine Kartenzahlung akzeptiert wird! M. E. in der heutigen Zeit einfach nur rückständig und weltfremd! Für mich ein No-Go!

Dem Achenstüberl gebe ich volle Punktzahl. Das Essen war reichlich sehr gut. Liebevoll präsentiert und serviert. Der Service ist zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause oder besser gesagt als Stammgast. Das Ambiente fand ich super. Ein sehr schöner Biergarten, direkt am Fluß. Insgesamt ein lohnendes Ziel auf dem Weg zum Königsee. Vielen Dank an Rolf und sein Team. Da fährt man gerne wieder hin.

Urig, Bodenständig, einfach schön mit sehr netten Menschen , der bayrische Stammtisch war so lustig , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt , essen war sehr lecker , tolle Hausmannskost ohne schnick schnack.Die Preise sind sehr fair, keine Abzocke, wie in den meisten Touristen Gebieten.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes uriges Lokal mit gemütlichen ruhigen Biergarten. Das gesamte Personal ist super nett und herzlich, das Essen regional, zünftig und sehr gut und die Preise in Ordnung. Großes Lob an den Betreiber und sein ganzes Team, macht weiter so, wir werden sobald als möglich wieder kommen.

Ein tolles kleines Lokal abseits der Touristenpfade. Das Essen war gut und die Portionen großzügig – kommen Sie mit großem Hunger! Unsere Bedienung sprach zwar nicht viel Englisch, war aber sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit.

Wirklich ein Geheimtipp. Tolle Preis Leistung. Leckeres Essen schnelle freundliche Bedienung. Ich war begeistert direkt am Königssee so preiswert gut zu essen. Auch der Ausblick auf den Watzmann ein Highlight. Komme gerne wieder !

Whether you like it or not... it's a quaint pub; you never really know who's the owner or the customer. I liked it there.

A charming, rustic mountain hut – they serve good food with generous portions. The owners themselves provide the service. Reservations are recommended for larger groups as seating is limited. It's a great place for walks and hikes around Schönau, and you can stop at the Achenstüberl afterwards.

What an awesome place in Schönau! You can't help but feel at home here. We stopped here during our hike. We were served warmly and it was like visiting friends. It was so lovely that we returned the next day, and it was just as wonderful as the day before. Keep up the great work, you're fantastic!

It's very comfortably furnished and the food is highly recommended. You can tell my schnitzel is homemade. It's nice and crispy.

Unfortunately, they don't accept reservations for two people, so we took a chance. We were seated at a table with other people, which is okay sometimes, but not really necessary. The food, unfortunately for us (perhaps just on that day), wasn't as good as the reviews suggest. However, the service was prompt and friendly. The location is great, right on the Königssee footpath...

We were at Königssee and wanted a bite to eat afterward. Since Königssee was overrun with tourists and the prices there were exorbitantly high, we looked for something else nearby and stumbled upon this restaurant. The ambiance was very quaint and cozy. We received a very friendly welcome and, after checking the prices on the menu, were pleasantly surprised. Exactly what we were looking for! The food was served quickly and was extremely delicious. After the meal, we had a very pleasant conversation with the staff. Overall, everything felt very personal and familiar. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely consider eating here again! Very quaint and centrally located, on the beautiful circular hiking trail to Königssee. Great atmosphere. The price/performance ratio is still right here. The food is excellent and served very quickly. The service is friendly and pleasant.

Marvelous place with amazing Leberkase, do visit!

I called and asked if I could pay by card. The boss said come over and eat and you pay on Tuesday. That's what I did: schnitzel with chips and salad. It was a proper schnitzel, not a ready-made product, not pressed, pounded, seasoned and breaded by hand. It was really tasty. They also cater to special requests. I got spicy sauce instead of salad at no extra cost for the schnitzel with everything that goes with it, with 1 non-alcoholic beer and a large lemonade for a shandy, €24.00, and it was delicious.

The menu is small, as it should always be, but the dishes are delicious and the portions are generous! The prices are very reasonable. The service is very friendly and attentive; you can immediately tell that they love their jobs!

We stopped in for a spontaneous meal and were lucky that there was still a table available in the beer garden. We were served by a very friendly waitress. I had roast pork, my wife had meatloaf. The portions were large and very tasty. The price/performance ratio is definitely good here; other restaurants are significantly more expensive and the portions are smaller. If we're in the area again, we'll definitely go there again.👍👍👍
