Abu Hakam in Bonn

It's outrageous what happened to me today. Today around 8:00 PM, I was there with my wife and ordered a shisha and a small teapot. They brought a medium teapot, which I didn't know at first. When I paid, I said I had ordered the small one, which the shopkeeper and waiter ignored. He lost a customer because of a 2-euro charge. Not recommended.

If I could, I wouldn't give it a star! You are not served in the shisha bar or the restaurant. During Ramadan, we were completely ignored even though we were fasting. 30 minutes after breaking our fast, we still hadn't been served. The conditions passed us by and went to the other guests. We went home hungry. On Saturday, July 26, 2028, we went to the shisha bar. Once again, we were ignored and not served by the waiters. My husband signaled to the waiter because we finally wanted to order. His cell phone and other guests were more important. Then we went somewhere else. This was the second time. We will never set foot there again. Neither in the restaurant nor in the shisha bar. It was really different a few years ago. But these two experiences have ensured that we will eat and drink somewhere else.

I found the shawarma to be truly delicious. The meat was decent, and I especially thought the bread was very good. It was a shame that the bread almost fell apart as soon as you removed the aluminum foil. Still, the shawarma was really good.

Disappointing experience – unfortunately not recommended Our visit to this restaurant was a huge disappointment. The service left a lot to be desired – the waiter was barely visible, and we had to wait a long time before anyone even came to us. On top of that, not a single table in the dining room was properly cleaned – everything looked dirty and unkempt. The food itself was unfortunately the lowest point: It was served cold and tasted absolutely inedible. For a restaurant that aims to convey a certain level of sophistication, this is completely unacceptable. We will definitely not be returning and cannot recommend a visit there.

I ordered a shawarma here. Unfortunately, the dish didn't contain chicken, even though it was described as such on the menu. The water was also served without a glass, which is not up to standard. I was particularly negatively affected by the waiter's behavior. He didn't respond to several attempts to call him. I even had to run after him. When he finally did, he was at least friendly and polite. When paying, I discovered that I had been charged higher prices than stated on the official menu. When I pointed this out, the waiter said that the owner hadn't updated the cash register system yet. However, this constitutes a violation of the Price Indication Ordinance (PAngV) (Section 1 Paragraph 1 PAngV in conjunction with Section 5 UWG – misleading advertising through false pricing), as customers are entitled to know that the price displayed is the final price. After I complained, I was refunded part of the overcharged amount, but not the full amount. I therefore expect a full refund. Conclusion: The food was disappointing and the pricing was unclear. That's not how you treat guests.

I would like to complain about the fruit platter that was delivered. Unfortunately, the presentation was very messy; the individual fruits were carelessly stacked on top of each other, making everything look mushy. It was particularly disappointing that the pineapple was damaged and partially crushed. A fruit platter should be fresh, appetizing, and attractively presented, but that was unfortunately not the case here.

I entered the place and ordered tea and water while waiting for my friend to arrive then I was asked by the waiter to leave the place if neither me or my friend is going to order Shisha, so I left the place even though i was sure that my friend is going to order Shisha and I promised myself never going there again or meeting anyone there as places like this don’t deserve to exist in gastronomy or service industry

Sehr lecker gegessen. Sehr freundlichen Bedienung. Das Fleisch war zart und saftig. Bestellt euch auch mal einen selbst gemachten Saft. Gerne zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckers Essen. Egal ob eine deftige Grillplatte gewünscht ist oder es was vegetarisches sein darf. Zu einem sehr guten Preis Leistungsverhältnis bekommt man frisches Essen, hausgemachten Ayran und Brot sowie einen leckeren Tee danach. Meiner Meinug nach in Bonn und Umgebung das Beste was die arabische Küche zu bieten hat.

Unser place to go am Sonntag Mittag. Sehr aufmerksame Bedienung, üppige Portionen und leckeres Essen, das frisch zubereitet wird. Leider gibt es einen Stern Abzug, weil das Kalbfleisch leider zuletzt etwas zäh und sehnig war. Das kennen wir doch besser. Empfehlung: die frischen Säfte (besonders Minze Zitrone) sind der Hammer, Shawarma (Hühnchen) und Falafel sind sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne und gerne wieder.

100%ige Empfehlung!! Das Essen ist sehr lecker und mit guten Produkten zubereitet. Dazu sind die Portionen sehr reichhaltig, während trotzdem günstige Preise angeboten werden. Insbesondere die Lamm Spieße sind zu empfehlen. Daneben ist das Personal sehr freundlich und arbeitet auch bei Hochbetrieb sehr zügig. Das Ambiente ist klassich orientalisch.

Shisha leider absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Preis: Für 14€ Hab ich eine Shisha und eine Cola (0,2l) bekommen. Es wurde ein Kopf mit Einlegesieb (um Tabak zu Sparen) serviert der gerade mal 30minuten gehalten hat. Geschmack: Traube Minze Bei dem Alfakher Traube Minze kann es sich hierbei nicht um das Original handeln. Dennoch bekommt der Geschmack 2/5 Sterne Atmosphäre: sehr schöne Location und gemütliche Sitze, jedoch zuviele laute Menschen die sich Lautstark während eines Fussballspiels unterhalten haben sodass man die Atmosphäre nicht geniessen konnte. Service: auf Rückfrage warum ein einlegesieb verwendet wird gab es nur ausreden. Tipp: bitten von Anfang an darum, dass kein Steintopf mit Einlegesieb verwendet wird. Oder noch besser besucht direkt einen anderen Laden. (Wobei bei vielen Bars die Qualität enorm nachgelassen haben)

Zunächst einmal muss ich den hervorragenden Service erwähnen, super freundlich, extrem Aufmerksam und flott (Zahraa hieß unsere Bedienung. Sehr, sehr gut) Bei den ganzen türkischen und arabischen Restaurants ist das bisher immer der Knackpunkt gewesen. Bei Abu Hakam stimmt nicht nur das Essen und Anbieten, der Service ist der mega Knaller. Bravo!!! Ansonsten schmeckt das Essen lecker, tolle frisch gepresste Säfte, die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist sehr gemütlich und familiär. Ich komme sehr gerne hier her und hatte bisher absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Wunderbar! Dankeschön 😊👍

Definition von Unfähigkeit finden Sie bei Abu Hakam. 20 Minuten auf einen einzigen Mundstück gewartet bei 4 Beschäftigten. Sie wollen die EM Finale schauen? Dann müssen Sie gute französisch Kenntnisse besitzen, denn anscheinend hat ein Laden in Deutschland keine ZDF Sendung. Die Spielübertragung ist eine ganze Minute zuspät im Inneren Lounge Bereich. Draußen jubeln die Zuschauer und erst nach einer Minute sieht der innere Bereich das Tor.

It is one of the best cuisines I have been to in the Bonn metro , friendly service and staff , plus the owner was very friendly and accommodating person... They deserve five stars rating, I recommend everyone should go there 👍👍
