Great place to have a drink and soup during the hike.

Terrible...even though there were many empty tables, we waited at the entrance for our turn to sit, but after more than 10 minutes, no one from the staff came even though they had seen us, and we went elsewhere, where they were very welcoming. It's better if they close.

We ate there several times and were thoroughly impressed. Highly recommended.

Ambitious at best. As one user already described on TripAdvisor. The service is inadequate. The food is well-intentioned but far from professional enough for the price: from the choice of plates to the underseasoned tartar, it's not up to scratch. And certainly not for the price. And then reading the owner's comments on other platforms makes you want to vomit. Bad food doesn't get any better with snotty lectures. Or as a restaurateur in Gap put it: an apprenticeship as a chef and a bit of ambition just isn't enough. Rather, cooking is an art that comes from skill. This and the experience are completely lacking, no matter how beautiful the ambiance. We'll definitely never go back, and certainly not after the owners' comments!

Not every restaurant has a ripening refrigerator with regional dry aged meats and the necessary beef and it is certainly unique in the region.

A cafe next to the hotel...beautiful and comfortable. You can reach it via the mountain, walking along the gorges or by cable car
