A beautiful hotel with stylish rooms and a pleasant atmosphere. Particularly practical: the opportunity to work in a co-working area - even if space is limited. Otherwise everything is great – absolutely recommended!

The hotel and the rooms are very funny and lavishly furnished in a retro space travel style. But you have to like dark rooms and exposed concrete. And as is often the case when you place a lot of emphasis on design, functionality sometimes suffers. The smaller rooms do not have a proper desk, the larger ones lack good seating and sometimes sufficient lighting to be able to work properly. If you are using the room as a couple, you should know your fellow travelers well, as the bathroom and shower are not completely separated from the room (the toilet is). The breakfast is great, with a great view of Cologne Cathedral.

Really a great hotel for people who like things uncomplicated and modern. It is centrally located and with the bike rental on the doorstep you can reach many places in Cologne very quickly. If you're thirsty, you can use the minibar in the room for free. The breakfast leaves no need unfulfilled. From vegan to vegetarian or traditional, it leaves nothing to be desired with a great view and very friendly staff. If you would like to use the hotel's sauna or fitness room, you are welcome to do so at no extra charge. Parking is available in the hotel itself or directly across the street in the parking garage for 25 euros per day. Unfortunately, despite the report, the minibar remained uncooled for the whole two days. And the food that guests order to their rooms in the evening and then put the leftovers back in the hallway remains in the hallway until the rooms are cleaned the next day. It would certainly be worth doing a cleaning tour in the evening or early in the morning. The rooms themselves have high-quality toiletries that can be used free of charge, as well as a hairdryer and much more. If you want to have dinner upstairs in Neni on the 8th floor, you definitely have to reserve a table in good time. There is also a small menu next door on the 8th floor in the monkey bar with, among other things, an excellent Caesar salad. we'd love to come back!

What a great stay! World-class rooms, very friendly staff and absolutely love dogs! We can only recommend it and will definitely book it again for our next trip to Cologne. Keep it up 25, best hotel in Cologne!

Interesting Hotel with an alternative concept. The rooms are too dark for me. The Location is Central but parking is expensive. Also offloading baggage from the car is difficult due to missing short duration parking bays.

We had an amazing stay at 25hours Hotel Köln The Circle! This hotel is not only beautiful but also incredibly unique, with cool and creative themes that are thoughtfully integrated into both the rooms and the lobby. The attention to detail in the design makes for a truly memorable experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive atmosphere. A fantastic perk is the complimentary items in the mini-fridge, such a nice touch! The hotel is also in a great location, within walking distance of the city center, making it perfect for exploring Cologne. Although I didn’t have time to try it, the retro arcade machine in the hotel is such a fun addition. There’s also a sauna, a restaurant, and a cocktail bar, making it a great place to relax and unwind. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Cologne.

Very beautiful and unusual hotel in “space style”. Always full and loud hipster bar on the 8th floor with a fantastic view. Also on the 8th floor is the NENI restaurant with Israeli dishes.

A very cool, modern and beautiful hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is central but quiet. We'd love to come back.

It is a hotel that was built in a semicircle. It has 8 floors and is a 25 hour hotel. The reception is on the ground floor. There is also an internet coffee shop on the ground floor, which has many nice corners for surfing and checking. There is also a corner that offers gift items. There are 3 elevators to reach individual floors. The numbers of the individual rooms are written in large letters on the walls. The rooms are very nice and modernly furnished. Meals are taken on the 8th floor. There is also a bar there.

Fancy theme well executed and the included minibar is a nice gimmick. However we found mold in the drinking glasses in the fridge, which gave us some bad vibes around cleaning and would have preferred to have a coffee machine in room to get the day started. There is a coffee place in the lobby, though. Sleep comfort exceptionally great - amazing sheets, good blackout curtains (but would have preferred some privacy curtains - neighbors advertised, especially in rooms on 1st floor outside the circle.

Perfect location for exploring Cologne. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel and the rooms are clean and very modern. And the size is also very good - price-performance ratio fits! It would be nice to have a luggage rack in the room as there is little storage space for clothes. What's really cool is that the contents of the minibar are included in the price (snack, chocolate bar, 2 beers, 2 water, 1 iced tea). We traveled with our dog and paid €20 extra. (There were two bowls and a dog pillow in the room / were announced: two bowls / treats / pillows - the treats were missing, not a problem because our dog has allergies) - Surcharge of 20€ is fair and we had the feeling that the little one was welcome. The sauna area is also beautiful and modern, as is the fitness room (suitable for a maximum of 2-3 people at the same time). The view over Cologne and especially the cathedral is great. Unfortunately there were no bathrobes available all day, we had to walk around the hotel with the large towels. To be honest, you don't really feel comfortable. This would be easy to remedy. The coworking café has delicious coffee and cake at fair prices. Also in a great design. Underground car park: We were allowed into the garage, unfortunately there are currently hardly any parking spaces there due to the construction site. Some of the parking spaces are also occupied by garbage cans and other hotel utensils or construction site components. Despite prior information that parking was possible, this was not possible. We were directed to the parking garage opposite (€24 per day - €3 more expensive than the hotel). The receptionist's handling of the situation was rather indifferent. Basically, the reception staff's interaction was okay, but not as friendly and accommodating as I'm used to at other 25Hours. Questions were answered briefly and succinctly, you got the feeling that you would be happy when you left again. All in all very good value for money in a great location.

Unfortunately, the coworking space is full of students, so as a paying hotel guest you can't sit down and work. You can't really work in the room because the WiFi often doesn't reach into the room and there is no chair with a backrest.

Friendly staff, neat rooms. Good beds! Nice extensive breakfast with lots of choice. Nice extra: you can simply take the contents of the minibar without extra costs. Visited Dot Hotel twice now and both times were great. Easily accessible, well located in the city. If we ever come to Cologne again, we will definitely end up here again. We had a room on the 1st floor and what was special was that we couldn't use the stairwell?!

Very "spaced out" retro design, large rooms with Bluetooth box, TV, free minibar, trendy rooftop bar with terrace and view of Cologne Cathedral, luxurious breakfast buffet, staff hip and helpful. A special kind of hotel that makes you feel good. Less than 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Wonderful!

25hours in Berlin is better than in Cologne. Coolness factor is higher in Berlin than in Cologne, but definitely a good recommendation in Cologne too.

I accidentally booked on an Arcor on the wrong date, but I didn't realize it until the next morning when I read the confirmation email, which said that I should stay there that day?! I immediately contacted the hotel, they first promised me that I would cancel it, then I was offered a rebooking on the right day, but at 3 times the price and the end of it was that I had to pay 80% of the price because I did wasn't there, costs were incurred, ok there were still quite a few rooms available that day, so I find this statement very cheeky! Customer service is not that!!! This hotel is definitely no longer an option for us and I definitely won't recommend it!

Actually a top hotel, but this time you can make some compromises. First the positive: - cool design hotel with unusual accents - Extraordinarily great breakfast selection - Service super friendly - great location, many things within walking distance But now the negative points: - In the room, the fan in the bathroom ran continuously and could not be switched off. The room exchange was carried out around 11 p.m., but this meant a waiting time of around 30 minutes. - Both the first and second rooms were both very poorly cleaned. I actually haven't experienced anything like that in a long time. Both shower cubicles with individual hairs, excrement residue in one of the toilets, dust and crumbs in several places in the room, especially in the area of ​​the skirting boards, sink with strange discoloration that could be removed in just a few steps. Overall a very disappointing experience.

very nice staff - we were even allowed to have breakfast earlier because our train came so early.

We wanted to love it, and booked the biggest room so expected a lot more. Housekeeping left something to be desired. The couch and chair were covered in food or bodily fluid stains that didn’t even look like they’d be attempted to be removed. The amenities were poorly stocked and we had to go ask the front desk the next day for tea. The lobby was really neat and the room was fine aside from the dirtiness but I expect more from the price I paid. Reception did not ask (possibly on purpose) how our stay was even or I would have mentioned it there. We definitely would not stay here again.

Unfortunately, I cannot understand the positive reviews about this hotel so far. The entrance already made a very messy impression. Apart from the construction site, the area appears tasteless and thrown together, almost as if you were entering a Messi apartment or a student shared apartment. The figure of the seated cosmonaut in the foyer was particularly irritating - its meaning remained completely unclear to me. Instead of being original or artistic, it seemed like a scene from a horror movie about a zombie apocalypse. We booked a room on the 7th floor from December 13th, 2024 to December 14th, 2024. The price of almost 500 euros for two adults and a child gave us certain expectations of comfort and quality, which were far from being met. The disappointment began when we checked in at 4 p.m. The greeting at reception was friendly, but I was addressed in an inappropriate manner, which is not to everyone's taste. The actual registration process was standard. When we finally entered the room, we discovered that the extra bed for our child was missing. After a brief inquiry, an employee who looked more like a market seller from southern Europe brought us a folding bed. This bed reminded me strongly of the beds in youth hostels in the former Soviet Union - anything but appropriate for a hotel in this price range. The quality of the mattresses in the main bed was also a disaster and made it impossible to get a restful sleep. At around 2am we were finally woken up by loud music coming from the bar on the 8th floor. After an angry call to reception, the music was turned off, but sleep was still out of the question for me. The design of the room was also disappointing. Previous reviews had spoken of ornate furnishings, but there was no sign of that. Rather, the design seemed strange and tasteless. The blue mosaic tiles from the 1960s were particularly noticeable - I wouldn't have thought that something like that still existed. The hotel's long corridors weren't a pretty sight either. The carpet was old, red and stained, and an unpleasant smell permeated the hallways. All in all, I find the hotel to be completely overpriced and in no way worthy of being considered a 4-star hotel. The only positive aspect I can mention is the central location, which offers a good base for activities. But that alone doesn't justify the price and the lack of quality. I will not recommend this hotel.

For the price I would have expected clean rooms. I've stayed in much cheaper but clean hotels and guesthouses. The furnishings may well be a matter of taste, but the walls urgently need painting! All in all, the price-performance ratio is more than miserable. Room 317 13.12.-14.12.24

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location, though it can be noisy at night. One downside is the limited supply of pillows, with only one per person. On the plus side, the breakfast is outstanding, and the restaurant and bar offer great experiences. The interior design is well thought-out. It’s an excellent value for money and a solid choice for a beautifully designed, centrally located hotel.

Five stars are simply not enough to rate the excellent service at this hotel. The service during our stay was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Corinna, who made our stay unforgettable. Both the communication in advance and the on-site support were first-class - you rarely experience something like that. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. We will definitely book the 25hours Cologne again.

Impressively different. Recommended. The purist “concrete style” of the rooms is a matter of taste. The countless lamps and switches take some getting used to.

We were guests at this hotel a few days ago and unfortunately our experiences were anything but positive. There appears to be a clear need for improvement in several areas. We had three rooms on three different floors, and unfortunately all three rooms were very dirty. It was difficult to find a clean surface, seat, or bedding without encountering stains, hair, or other contaminants. What was interesting was that despite the identical room category and the same price, the furnishings and cleanliness varied greatly. For example, there were differences in the number of towels, pillows and blankets in the rooms. Additionally, the minibar in one of the rooms was not functional as the drinks were warm instead of chilled. The staff we encountered during our stay were polite, but seemed to lack motivation and professionalism. Some of the staff seemed bored and didn't seem particularly committed to the service and atmosphere. We also noticed that during our late and night shift group there were a few people in the lobby who did not appear to be part of the hotel staff. This didn't seem very professional. Unfortunately, the public areas we saw were in no better condition than our rooms. The condition of the mattresses under the sheets was particularly unpleasant, as there were various stains and hairs on them. This led us to not take breakfast at the hotel for hygiene reasons and to plan our departure as soon as possible. We have stayed in many hotels in the past, including this chain, but we have never had an experience like this. It seems that there is a fundamental problem in management here, which is evident in various areas - from cleanliness to service. We only heard that the bar left a positive impression, but we weren't able to visit it ourselves due to our short stay. Finally we would like to say that unfortunately this hotel is not worth the price for us. We hope that management will consider the necessary steps to improve quality.

If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected, so we contacted reception. After a short explanation from me, we were immediately offered a better room and were completely accommodating. I can only praise the service again, it was really a great gesture from the staff. The breakfast was really great, a great selection and great quality. The location of the hotel is super central and you can get everywhere. Otherwise, the new room was also great, super clean and beautiful! Gladly again, absolute recommendation!

Special hotel. The space theme can be seen everywhere: from outside the hotel, around the reception to the rooms! Had a very large room with an open shower to the room, but a separate toilet with a door 😉, breakfast on the 8th floor with a view of the cathedral! Rooftop bar is supposed to be great too, but I haven't tried it.

Amazing, impressive! The former Gerling building became a top hotel. The monumental architecture alone is impressive. The interior is more reminiscent of a trip on the Starship Enterprise. The highlight is the elevator. Here, a sophisticated arrangement of light strips and mirror surfaces creates an extraordinary 3D appearance. The view from the restaurant over the roofs of Cologne is particularly recommended. You can also chill out at sunset in the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet including coffee, juice, prosecco and a wide selection of high-quality delicacies costs an impressive €29, but is also worth the money for the ambience and view. Anyone who needs to work can do so in the in-house coworking space. There is of course also an area for conferences and a spa. The 25hours is very centrally located and easy to reach by train, 2 stops from the main train station. Otherwise, mobility services such as rental cars, Uber, taxis can be used.

We had an awesome time at the Monkey Bar in Cologne! It’s on the 8th floor of the 25hours Hotel and has killer views of the city and cathedral. During the day, it’s super chill—perfect for hanging out on the rooftop terrace. But at night, it really comes alive with great cocktails and a fun vibe.

We went on a weekend trip to Cologne and made a real stroke of luck. The hotel is equipped with a lot of attention to detail and is in a great location! The rooms are great and absolutely clean. We will definitely check in again.

I have on July 6th. got married in Cologne and did my getting ready in the 25 Hours Hotel :) The team was so warm, even at the reception you had the feeling that everyone was happy that you were starting your special day at their hotel :) We even received champagne as a surprise in our room! And the room itself was really nice too :) Thanks again to the whole team, you helped make the day very special :)

Organization at the reception and the underground car park are a disaster and I travel regularly for business.

We love it here and keep coming back! The price is worth it people!!! It is also one of the few hotels where the staff is so attentive, accommodating and thoughtful. I have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere. Apart from that, the interior is a dream and the restaurant, café and bar are really, really good!

Everything’s was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is located right next to a big construction site and so we were waken up by very loud drilling sounds at 7am of up to 55 decibel. I think the hotel should mention that on the website and adjust the room prices accordingly. For 150 euros per night you would expect to be able to comfortably sleep in. The staff was very understanding tho, which we very much appreciated.

Super! Nice rooms and delicious food!

Regular customers are trampled on here and cancellation conditions are changed overnight without notice. There is no response to friendly inquiries and there is no goodwill. Okay, then I'll just go somewhere else.

The furniture in the room is extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand the design of the bathroom, when you use the shower it just fogs up the entire room and the AC is far too weak as it is. The wand in the bathtub didn't work. One night the elevators stopped working and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs with the loudest alarm you've ever heard blaring and they never apologized or compensated.

I and my team booked a room in the coworking space of the 25hours Hotel The Circle in Cologne and we were absolutely thrilled! The room was perfectly equipped for agile collaboration and left nothing to be desired. Coffee breaks were also well taken care of, everything was perfectly prepared. The hotel itself is located in an impressive circular building, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The entire house is a true work of art. I find it particularly interesting that the spacious counter hall, where Gerling Group policyholders used to pay their contributions, is now used as a café and co-working space - an ingenious change in function! The rooms are true urban retreats where playful retro style meets imaginative future utopias. It is truly fascinating how consistently and thoughtfully the design concept has been implemented in every detail. The NENI restaurant in the hotel is also a highlight. It fits perfectly into the overall concept and offers not only a spectacular view, but also exceptional food that makes every visit worthwhile. For anyone looking for an inspiring place to work or stay in Cologne, I can only warmly recommend the 25hours Hotel. It's not just a hotel, but an experience in itself!

Super nice roof terrace with a great view.

We spent a weekend at 25hours The Circle in May 2024. For work, I spend an average of two nights a week in hotels and have therefore been able to experience a few concepts. But 25hours The Circle managed to consistently impress us. The friendliness of the staff (check-in, housekeeping, bar, check-out) is particularly noteworthy. This sets new standards. But the design and furnishings of the rooms and public areas are refreshingly different compared to the boring everyday design of most other hotels. We strolled through the lobby for half an hour to take a close look at all the unusual details. And there is also a lot to discover in the rooms. The equipment can only be rated as premium. In addition to the high-quality cosmetic products, the special features include a Bluetooth box and a free initial filling of the minibar (water, iced tea, Cologne, snacks). We didn't try the restaurant on this visit. But we will definitely do that on our next visit (already planned). However, we tested the bar extensively and were impressed by the ambience and the drinks. My two favorite cocktails were not on the menu, but were served without any problems and in the best quality. The highlight of the rooftop bar is of course the roof terrace, from which you can see all the way to the cathedral. And an absolute must: take a selfie in the elevator! This will be a hit! And for everyone who, like us, arrives by car, it should be said that the entrance to the hotel's underground car park seems a bit narrow, but the parking spaces are surprisingly spacious.

We had a fabulous night at this hotel. Everything was great, from the reception at the reception, the room on the fifth floor with lots of cool details, the Monkey Bar at night with a view over Cologne to the rich breakfast with a view of the cathedral. First of all, we love the 25hours hotel chain very much, we have been guests in Düsseldorf several times and have always been very impressed, especially by the service and the staff. The hotel in Cologne is really impressive, but when we checked in we were disappointed with the welcome. The lady at reception seemed a bit bored and uninterested. She neither asked us if we wanted to have breakfast the next day nor did she point out the free mini bar in the room. When we wanted to pay for the rooms directly upon check-in, she told us that this was not possible, which is of course nonsense. These are just small things, but since we were the only guests at check-in, I found the lady's work ethic questionable. But the rooms were great, large and stylishly furnished. The location is highly recommended and the Monkey Bar on the roof is of course a hot spot. The breakfast at Neni was really great and we were served in a nice and friendly manner. The staff at check out were also very friendly and competent. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was good, no problem. There was just no reference to "either have the room cleaned or the hotel will plant a tree wherever". Since I'm a hotelier myself and know the difficulties of good cleaning staff, I'll just leave it here and hope that somewhere in Africa a little tree sees the light of day ;) and bears my name. The room itself is freaky, but unfortunately very shabby. Carpet dirty, toilet totally dusty (walls and window). The TV also went off after 4! no warning at all in 2 days. Anyone who values ​​TV is out of luck here. The promised bathrobes were neither for us nor for our children in the other room. We also asked twice each time. On the first evening we were informed that due to an event the bar would not open until 10 p.m. After our concert, the four of us were really looking forward to a delicious nightcap. Unfortunately the bar was already closed and we were directed into the hall. First of all, it was bitterly cold there and you weren't allowed into the business corner without a laptop. I am TOTALLY disappointed with this supposedly great hotel. The staff was nice, but they only helped with: We'll take care of it. There was no help in any respect because no one simply cared about our concerns. We paid the bill the evening before - it wasn't right front and back. The ladies fixed it in the morning. Conclusion: Never ever again!!! It should be noted that the staff was very friendly and the sauna is also nice. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, but that's just ok for the price. Overall, the price-performance ratio was not right at all.

Original hotel with good size rooms, but there were little things lacking - no coffee machine, poor hairdryer, no real 'surfaces' to put your things. Its ok, but I probably wouldn't go back, although the breakfast was pretty good.

It is more a casual hipster hotel for younger age. Also I am not feeling comfortable with the glass shower. But this might be different for others! The design is very unique! The hotel reception was very friendly. You have also a minibar which you can drink at the first round for free.

I love the well designed 25hours hotel in Cologne. The rooms are big enough and the bed is super comfy! Another highlight is the restaurant and bar on the rooftop with a nice view over cologne! If you are staying at the hotel, you have to try the breakfast which has a very good selection of food options - super satisfying!

Great room. Great bike service (even though most of them were without lighting). Hotel is centrally located. It's a shame that you can't get coffee in the lobby/café in the morning. The bed (2 pushed together) moves apart with each revolution. The minibar included is nice.

Expensive for what it is, we go from 260 to 178€ the next day, without much reason? No coffee machine in the room. Unclear access to the parking lot. Look for the signs. Marks on the wall, we expect better for this category of hotel. Checkout at noon but at 10:00, someone comes knocking at your door. A trash can in the bathroom is the minimum. A hotel is a little more than putting beautiful photos on Instagram.

Good location for a city trip. Avoid Friesenplatz subway. Strange people. The reception area is very dirty and you don't want to stay there for long. In the lounge area where children were playing everything was very dirty from the previous evening. Despite notice, nothing was cleaned. Monkey Bar on the top floor is really nice and the staff are nice. Prices oh la la. However, this means that sleep is out of the question. Expected more for the price. There are definitely better hotels.

Great from the outside and also interestingly designed inside. Exceptional, fun to watch. But unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Already in the entrance dirty furniture and armchairs, with stains and glass edges. The room was well designed, but the walls were black and there were limescale spots everywhere in the bathroom. Coming to the bar in the evening as a hotel guest is absolutely unthinkable. There are so many interested people coming from outside to block the elevators and visit the bar that you have no chance of ending the evening comfortably in the hotel. I was also lucky to get a table in the breakfast area, which was very dirty and sticky. You can't complain about the drinks and selection, but it was very overpriced for what was available. It's a shame, unfortunately we had other ideas.

We were just at the top of the bar. The atmosphere is really nice and the cocktails are delicious. We'll definitely come back again.

I organised an event in the monkey bar and the staff is very cooperative despite the stress.

The hotel may look macabre from the outside, but inside they have made a lot of it. The foyer leaves a great first impression and is clearly laid out. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and unusually decorated and designed. The free minibar in the room was positive (already included in the total price), but you have to book breakfast separately on site. Unfortunately, there are very few public parking spaces, but there is an on-site parking garage (€21/day).

A lot of hot air around a supposed hipster/influencer hotel. Unfortunately, we were blinded by the hotel's very professional advertising and the positive reviews on the Internet. My review relates to the hotel in comparison to other Cologne hotels in city locations. You should keep in mind that the 25hours in Cologne is in the same price league as a Pullman, Dorint or Hyatt. The hotel probably wants to appeal to social media influencers. This was also reflected in the fact that you constantly saw someone with a cell phone in their hand taking photos. The interior invites you to do so and there is something to discover in every corner of the hotel - funny and different. But this is known and anyone who comes here shouldn't be surprised. However, you don't have to stay overnight in the hotel. And that is the problem for some (hotel guests) and a welcome opportunity for others (non-hotel guests). Since the hotel is accessible to everyone without any controls (also because the hotel bar/restaurant on the 8th floor is open to everyone), many people come to the hotel just to take photos/Instastories. This means that the offer is only “usable” to a limited extent for hotel guests. Example: Access to the bar on the weekend is very difficult - we have to queue forever to get a seat. Elevators are always on the move and here too you wait until you get to your room. Underground car park full without capacity control. You only find out whether there is a free parking space after you have driven in. TIP: Apart from the rooms, you also have access to all areas as an "external" visitor. For Instastories or photo sessions, just go in, move around freely and find another hotel to sleep in. To access the room levels you need a hotel card. Not for the 8th floor (bar/restaurant). Conclusion: "You can do it. But you don't have to!" Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. As already mentioned: The hotel is not cheap and is in the 4/5 star category in Kön. Room Trimmed to be “stylish” and like the photos on the homepage. The storage/hanging options for clothes are rather poor. There are a few clothes hangers/rails in the room - nothing else - no closet or anything like that. The air conditioning apparently didn't work during our stay. Since the duvets were very thick, it was warm/hot at night and not great to sleep in. We then opened the windows - but unfortunately this is associated with a corresponding background noise from Cologne city on the weekend. Both of our rooms were not cleaned/clean upon arrival. It was very dusty everywhere and there was a slightly musty, damp smell in the air (probably due to the air conditioning not working). The shower hose wasn't tight either. But since I'm not an influencer from the coworking area, I was able to repair it myself - but I would still have expected something like this to work/be checked in a hotel in this price range. service Service so-so. We were greeted warmly at the reception - everyone is emphatically “relaxed” and opens up right away, buddy (but that seems to be the concept). It wasn't a problem for us either. The wrong rooms were prepared for us (we had booked 2 rooms next to each other). After a short consultation with the reception we immediately received 2 new ones plus a voucher for the bar. That was service as you would expect. Unfortunately, that was the end of the “good” service. During our 4 day stay the room wasn't cleaned once. Towels not exchanged. Beds not made. The minibar, which is advertised as inclusive, is filled with a cola, two water, two beers and two children's bars. But only with Anku

The hotel is super nice, great location and a great atmosphere right from the lobby. The room was small but nice.

The bed was very hard. I think it's difficult to find the right hardness for everyone, it's also a subjective impression. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and well designed

The hotel is exceptional and definitely designed with a lot of effort, perfect for those who value special furnishings. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. Unfortunately, you can see that the facility is a bit outdated and there are very few parking spaces in the underground car park. The beds are very hard, but you can get a softer topper upon request.

The rooms are ok, shower separated from the toilet. A small sauna area and friendly staff. The location is well located. The subway is nearby. Hotel is recommended

Stylish with the space theme and very, very good ideas (support of water projects, contents of the minibar included in the room price, loaner shopping bag, Bluetooth box, etc.) but we noticed little things (via email to the hotel) that gave it 5 stars impede. But we would like to highlight the following in particular: great location (Friesenstrasse, Belgian Quarter), very quiet location, funny decor, rooftop bar/breakfast room, great sauna.

Worth 5* for honest customer service alone. Thank you Victoria!

Clean, detailed and creative concept!

I stayed at the hotel over the weekend with my boyfriend. The Hotel is really nice and in a great location. Mostly I just wanted to thank Jelena for her outstanding service! I took a shower and didn't realize the water over flowed onto the carpet, she came in like a boss and not only dried the water on the floor but also went underneath the bed. She's really amazing. She changed our sheets and got us extra towels. I really appreciate her taking such good care of us and will definitely be back because of her. She's a rock star.

I have stayed at the circle once a year for the last 5 or so years, and we have always enjoyed the hotel, Neni and monkey bar Location is great for exploring cologne and easy to get to Kolonmese The staff is good as always, but unfortunately the hotel itself starting to show its age and needs some reinvestment and I am not sure we’d return next year This trip we had 5 rooms in the hotel and I booked the extra large room, which is generous in size and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Unfortunately the the seating in the room was stained as was the hallway carpet throughout the hotel The extra large room also comes with a private bicycle to use, but both tires were flat Hopefully 25 hours will spend some money to freshen up the rooms and public spaces and bring her back to standard

Super schickes und ausgefallenes Design, allerdings nicht alles perfekt durchdacht und gepflegt. Schon beim Check-in merkt man: hier ist alles etwas anders. Das Design ist wirklich auffallend anders. Außerdem wird man sofort und konsequent geduzt. Der Aufzug zieht total abgefahren aus (Spiegel und LED Leuchtleisten in Quadraten angeordnet) und erinnert irgendwie an Matrix o.ä. Der Gang zum Zimmer ist schwarz gestrichen. Das Zimmer selber erzeugt erst einmal auch ein "wow" weil es schon sehr cool designed ist. Aber leider war es schon etwas abgewohnt (z.B. einige Flecken auf dem Teppich und auf dem Vorhang der das Bad abtrennt). Unser Vorhang war beim Eintreffen leider aus der Schiene gefallen, das wurde aber umgehend repariert. Das Zimmer selber ist etwas düster und auch die Lichter machen es nicht wirklich hell. Bei mir ist leider der Wohlfühl Faktor ausgeblieben. Das Bett selber bzw. die Matratze war sehr hart, man konnte sich aber wohl einen Soft-Topper bei der Rezeption bestellen was wir nicht gemacht haben für eine Nacht.
