Five stars are simply not enough to rate the excellent service at this hotel. The service during our stay was exceptional. I would especially like to thank Corinna, who made our stay unforgettable. Both the communication in advance and the on-site support were first-class - you rarely experience something like that. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast left nothing to be desired. We will definitely book the 25hours Cologne again.

If I could, I would give it more than 5 stars. Unfortunately the room wasn't as expected, so we contacted reception. After a short explanation from me, we were immediately offered a better room and were completely accommodating. I can only praise the service again, it was really a great gesture from the staff. The breakfast was really great, a great selection and great quality. The location of the hotel is super central and you can get everywhere. Otherwise, the new room was also great, super clean and beautiful! Gladly again, absolute recommendation!

Impressively different. Recommended. The purist “concrete style” of the rooms is a matter of taste. The countless lamps and switches take some getting used to.

We were guests at this hotel a few days ago and unfortunately our experiences were anything but positive. There appears to be a clear need for improvement in several areas. We had three rooms on three different floors, and unfortunately all three rooms were very dirty. It was difficult to find a clean surface, seat, or bedding without encountering stains, hair, or other contaminants. What was interesting was that despite the identical room category and the same price, the furnishings and cleanliness varied greatly. For example, there were differences in the number of towels, pillows and blankets in the rooms. Additionally, the minibar in one of the rooms was not functional as the drinks were warm instead of chilled. The staff we encountered during our stay were polite, but seemed to lack motivation and professionalism. Some of the staff seemed bored and didn't seem particularly committed to the service and atmosphere. We also noticed that during our late and night shift group there were a few people in the lobby who did not appear to be part of the hotel staff. This didn't seem very professional. Unfortunately, the public areas we saw were in no better condition than our rooms. The condition of the mattresses under the sheets was particularly unpleasant, as there were various stains and hairs on them. This led us to not take breakfast at the hotel for hygiene reasons and to plan our departure as soon as possible. We have stayed in many hotels in the past, including this chain, but we have never had an experience like this. It seems that there is a fundamental problem in management here, which is evident in various areas - from cleanliness to service. We only heard that the bar left a positive impression, but we weren't able to visit it ourselves due to our short stay. Finally we would like to say that unfortunately this hotel is not worth the price for us. We hope that management will consider the necessary steps to improve quality.

Special hotel. The space theme can be seen everywhere: from outside the hotel, around the reception to the rooms! Had a very large room with an open shower to the room, but a separate toilet with a door 😉, breakfast on the 8th floor with a view of the cathedral! Rooftop bar is supposed to be great too, but I haven't tried it.

The hotel and the rooftop bar are cool, even for working.

Amazing, impressive! The former Gerling building became a top hotel. The monumental architecture alone is impressive. The interior is more reminiscent of a trip on the Starship Enterprise. The highlight is the elevator. Here, a sophisticated arrangement of light strips and mirror surfaces creates an extraordinary 3D appearance. The view from the restaurant over the roofs of Cologne is particularly recommended. You can also chill out at sunset in the rooftop bar. The breakfast buffet including coffee, juice, prosecco and a wide selection of high-quality delicacies costs an impressive €29, but is also worth the money for the ambience and view. Anyone who needs to work can do so in the in-house coworking space. There is of course also an area for conferences and a spa. The 25hours is very centrally located and easy to reach by train, 2 stops from the main train station. Otherwise, mobility services such as rental cars, Uber, taxis can be used.

We had an awesome time at the Monkey Bar in Cologne! It’s on the 8th floor of the 25hours Hotel and has killer views of the city and cathedral. During the day, it’s super chill—perfect for hanging out on the rooftop terrace. But at night, it really comes alive with great cocktails and a fun vibe.

We went on a weekend trip to Cologne and made a real stroke of luck. The hotel is equipped with a lot of attention to detail and is in a great location! The rooms are great and absolutely clean. We will definitely check in again.

Outer Circle rooms are equipped with bikes that you can use for free, but they represent the opposite of being ready to drive, so they are more of a decoration -> instead of “drive it like you stole it” it is more like “repair it like you own it”. Shower made noises constantly, it was quiet but still annoying Nevertheless, the hotel gets almost 4 stars from us It was still a great, informal stay Maybe see you next time in Cologne :-)

I have traveled all over the world and have never stayed in a cooler hotel than this

I have on July 6th. got married in Cologne and did my getting ready in the 25 Hours Hotel :) The team was so warm, even at the reception you had the feeling that everyone was happy that you were starting your special day at their hotel :) We even received champagne as a surprise in our room! And the room itself was really nice too :) Thanks again to the whole team, you helped make the day very special :)

Organization at the reception and the underground car park are a disaster and I travel regularly for business.

We love it here and keep coming back! The price is worth it people!!! It is also one of the few hotels where the staff is so attentive, accommodating and thoughtful. I have rarely felt so comfortable anywhere. Apart from that, the interior is a dream and the restaurant, café and bar are really, really good!

Everything’s was very nice. Unfortunately the hotel is located right next to a big construction site and so we were waken up by very loud drilling sounds at 7am of up to 55 decibel. I think the hotel should mention that on the website and adjust the room prices accordingly. For 150 euros per night you would expect to be able to comfortably sleep in. The staff was very understanding tho, which we very much appreciated.

Super! Nice rooms and delicious food!

Regular customers are trampled on here and cancellation conditions are changed overnight without notice. There is no response to friendly inquiries and there is no goodwill. Okay, then I'll just go somewhere else.

The furniture in the room is extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand the design of the bathroom, when you use the shower it just fogs up the entire room and the AC is far too weak as it is. The wand in the bathtub didn't work. One night the elevators stopped working and we had to climb 7 flights of stairs with the loudest alarm you've ever heard blaring and they never apologized or compensated.

Very dirty room with half the curtains off the rail when we checked in. In June, when the sunset is at 23h and sunrise is at 5h…. Hotel staff say they couldn’t do anything about that. Don’t stay here.

I and my team booked a room in the coworking space of the 25hours Hotel The Circle in Cologne and we were absolutely thrilled! The room was perfectly equipped for agile collaboration and left nothing to be desired. Coffee breaks were also well taken care of, everything was perfectly prepared. The hotel itself is located in an impressive circular building, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The entire house is a true work of art. I find it particularly interesting that the spacious counter hall, where Gerling Group policyholders used to pay their contributions, is now used as a café and co-working space - an ingenious change in function! The rooms are true urban retreats where playful retro style meets imaginative future utopias. It is truly fascinating how consistently and thoughtfully the design concept has been implemented in every detail. The NENI restaurant in the hotel is also a highlight. It fits perfectly into the overall concept and offers not only a spectacular view, but also exceptional food that makes every visit worthwhile. For anyone looking for an inspiring place to work or stay in Cologne, I can only warmly recommend the 25hours Hotel. It's not just a hotel, but an experience in itself!

Super nice roof terrace with a great view.

We spent a weekend at 25hours The Circle in May 2024. For work, I spend an average of two nights a week in hotels and have therefore been able to experience a few concepts. But 25hours The Circle managed to consistently impress us. The friendliness of the staff (check-in, housekeeping, bar, check-out) is particularly noteworthy. This sets new standards. But the design and furnishings of the rooms and public areas are refreshingly different compared to the boring everyday design of most other hotels. We strolled through the lobby for half an hour to take a close look at all the unusual details. And there is also a lot to discover in the rooms. The equipment can only be rated as premium. In addition to the high-quality cosmetic products, the special features include a Bluetooth box and a free initial filling of the minibar (water, iced tea, Cologne, snacks). We didn't try the restaurant on this visit. But we will definitely do that on our next visit (already planned). However, we tested the bar extensively and were impressed by the ambience and the drinks. My two favorite cocktails were not on the menu, but were served without any problems and in the best quality. The highlight of the rooftop bar is of course the roof terrace, from which you can see all the way to the cathedral. And an absolute must: take a selfie in the elevator! This will be a hit! And for everyone who, like us, arrives by car, it should be said that the entrance to the hotel's underground car park seems a bit narrow, but the parking spaces are surprisingly spacious.

We had a fabulous night at this hotel. Everything was great, from the reception at the reception, the room on the fifth floor with lots of cool details, the Monkey Bar at night with a view over Cologne to the rich breakfast with a view of the cathedral. The hotel is hipster in every positive sense, without being aloof. We would definitely like to come back!

First of all, we love the 25hours hotel chain very much, we have been guests in Düsseldorf several times and have always been very impressed, especially by the service and the staff. The hotel in Cologne is really impressive, but when we checked in we were disappointed with the welcome. The lady at reception seemed a bit bored and uninterested. She neither asked us if we wanted to have breakfast the next day nor did she point out the free mini bar in the room. When we wanted to pay for the rooms directly upon check-in, she told us that this was not possible, which is of course nonsense. These are just small things, but since we were the only guests at check-in, I found the lady's work ethic questionable. But the rooms were great, large and stylishly furnished. The location is highly recommended and the Monkey Bar on the roof is of course a hot spot. The breakfast at Neni was really great and we were served in a nice and friendly manner. The staff at check out were also very friendly and competent. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Check in was good, no problem. There was just no reference to "either have the room cleaned or the hotel will plant a tree wherever". Since I'm a hotelier myself and know the difficulties of good cleaning staff, I'll just leave it here and hope that somewhere in Africa a little tree sees the light of day ;) and bears my name. The room itself is freaky, but unfortunately very shabby. Carpet dirty, toilet totally dusty (walls and window). The TV also went off after 4! no warning at all in 2 days. Anyone who values ​​TV is out of luck here. The promised bathrobes were neither for us nor for our children in the other room. We also asked twice each time. On the first evening we were informed that due to an event the bar would not open until 10 p.m. After our concert, the four of us were really looking forward to a delicious nightcap. Unfortunately the bar was already closed and we were directed into the hall. First of all, it was bitterly cold there and you weren't allowed into the business corner without a laptop. I am TOTALLY disappointed with this supposedly great hotel. The staff was nice, but they only helped with: We'll take care of it. There was no help in any respect because no one simply cared about our concerns. We paid the bill the evening before - it wasn't right front and back. The ladies fixed it in the morning. Conclusion: Never ever again!!! It should be noted that the staff was very friendly and the sauna is also nice. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, but that's just ok for the price. Overall, the price-performance ratio was not right at all.

Original hotel with good size rooms, but there were little things lacking - no coffee machine, poor hairdryer, no real 'surfaces' to put your things. Its ok, but I probably wouldn't go back, although the breakfast was pretty good.

It is more a casual hipster hotel for younger age. Also I am not feeling comfortable with the glass shower. But this might be different for others! The design is very unique! The hotel reception was very friendly. You have also a minibar which you can drink at the first round for free.

I love the well designed 25hours hotel in Cologne. The rooms are big enough and the bed is super comfy! Another highlight is the restaurant and bar on the rooftop with a nice view over cologne! If you are staying at the hotel, you have to try the breakfast which has a very good selection of food options - super satisfying!

Great room. Great bike service (even though most of them were without lighting). Hotel is centrally located. It's a shame that you can't get coffee in the lobby/café in the morning. The bed (2 pushed together) moves apart with each revolution. The minibar included is nice.

Expensive for what it is, we go from 260 to 178€ the next day, without much reason? No coffee machine in the room. Unclear access to the parking lot. Look for the signs. Marks on the wall, we expect better for this category of hotel. Checkout at noon but at 10:00, someone comes knocking at your door. A trash can in the bathroom is the minimum. A hotel is a little more than putting beautiful photos on Instagram.

Good location for a city trip. Avoid Friesenplatz subway. Strange people. The reception area is very dirty and you don't want to stay there for long. In the lounge area where children were playing everything was very dirty from the previous evening. Despite notice, nothing was cleaned. Monkey Bar on the top floor is really nice and the staff are nice. Prices oh la la. However, this means that sleep is out of the question. Expected more for the price. There are definitely better hotels.

Great from the outside and also interestingly designed inside. Exceptional, fun to watch. But unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Already in the entrance dirty furniture and armchairs, with stains and glass edges. The room was well designed, but the walls were black and there were limescale spots everywhere in the bathroom. Coming to the bar in the evening as a hotel guest is absolutely unthinkable. There are so many interested people coming from outside to block the elevators and visit the bar that you have no chance of ending the evening comfortably in the hotel. I was also lucky to get a table in the breakfast area, which was very dirty and sticky. You can't complain about the drinks and selection, but it was very overpriced for what was available. It's a shame, unfortunately we had other ideas.

Room strangely designed with the open bathroom

I organised an event in the monkey bar and the staff is very cooperative despite the stress.

The hotel may look macabre from the outside, but inside they have made a lot of it. The foyer leaves a great first impression and is clearly laid out. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are modern and unusually decorated and designed. The free minibar in the room was positive (already included in the total price), but you have to book breakfast separately on site. Unfortunately, there are very few public parking spaces, but there is an on-site parking garage (€21/day).

We were just at the top of the bar. The atmosphere is really nice and the cocktails are delicious. We'll definitely come back again.

A lot of hot air around a supposed hipster/influencer hotel. Unfortunately, we were blinded by the hotel's very professional advertising and the positive reviews on the Internet. My review relates to the hotel in comparison to other Cologne hotels in city locations. You should keep in mind that the 25hours in Cologne is in the same price league as a Pullman, Dorint or Hyatt. The hotel probably wants to appeal to social media influencers. This was also reflected in the fact that you constantly saw someone with a cell phone in their hand taking photos. The interior invites you to do so and there is something to discover in every corner of the hotel - funny and different. But this is known and anyone who comes here shouldn't be surprised. However, you don't have to stay overnight in the hotel. And that is the problem for some (hotel guests) and a welcome opportunity for others (non-hotel guests). Since the hotel is accessible to everyone without any controls (also because the hotel bar/restaurant on the 8th floor is open to everyone), many people come to the hotel just to take photos/Instastories. This means that the offer is only “usable” to a limited extent for hotel guests. Example: Access to the bar on the weekend is very difficult - we have to queue forever to get a seat. Elevators are always on the move and here too you wait until you get to your room. Underground car park full without capacity control. You only find out whether there is a free parking space after you have driven in. TIP: Apart from the rooms, you also have access to all areas as an "external" visitor. For Instastories or photo sessions, just go in, move around freely and find another hotel to sleep in. To access the room levels you need a hotel card. Not for the 8th floor (bar/restaurant). Conclusion: "You can do it. But you don't have to!" Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right here. As already mentioned: The hotel is not cheap and is in the 4/5 star category in Kön. Room Trimmed to be “stylish” and like the photos on the homepage. The storage/hanging options for clothes are rather poor. There are a few clothes hangers/rails in the room - nothing else - no closet or anything like that. The air conditioning apparently didn't work during our stay. Since the duvets were very thick, it was warm/hot at night and not great to sleep in. We then opened the windows - but unfortunately this is associated with a corresponding background noise from Cologne city on the weekend. Both of our rooms were not cleaned/clean upon arrival. It was very dusty everywhere and there was a slightly musty, damp smell in the air (probably due to the air conditioning not working). The shower hose wasn't tight either. But since I'm not an influencer from the coworking area, I was able to repair it myself - but I would still have expected something like this to work/be checked in a hotel in this price range. service Service so-so. We were greeted warmly at the reception - everyone is emphatically “relaxed” and opens up right away, buddy (but that seems to be the concept). It wasn't a problem for us either. The wrong rooms were prepared for us (we had booked 2 rooms next to each other). After a short consultation with the reception we immediately received 2 new ones plus a voucher for the bar. That was service as you would expect. Unfortunately, that was the end of the “good” service. During our 4 day stay the room wasn't cleaned once. Towels not exchanged. Beds not made. The minibar, which is advertised as inclusive, is filled with a cola, two water, two beers and two children's bars. But only with Anku

The hotel is exceptional and definitely designed with a lot of effort, perfect for those who value special furnishings. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill all wishes. Unfortunately, you can see that the facility is a bit outdated and there are very few parking spaces in the underground car park. The beds are very hard, but you can get a softer topper upon request.

Stylish with the space theme and very, very good ideas (support of water projects, contents of the minibar included in the room price, loaner shopping bag, Bluetooth box, etc.) but we noticed little things (via email to the hotel) that gave it 5 stars impede. But we would like to highlight the following in particular: great location (Friesenstrasse, Belgian Quarter), very quiet location, funny decor, rooftop bar/breakfast room, great sauna.

I stayed at the hotel over the weekend with my boyfriend. The Hotel is really nice and in a great location. Mostly I just wanted to thank Jelena for her outstanding service! I took a shower and didn't realize the water over flowed onto the carpet, she came in like a boss and not only dried the water on the floor but also went underneath the bed. She's really amazing. She changed our sheets and got us extra towels. I really appreciate her taking such good care of us and will definitely be back because of her. She's a rock star.

I have stayed at the circle once a year for the last 5 or so years, and we have always enjoyed the hotel, Neni and monkey bar Location is great for exploring cologne and easy to get to Kolonmese The staff is good as always, but unfortunately the hotel itself starting to show its age and needs some reinvestment and I am not sure we’d return next year This trip we had 5 rooms in the hotel and I booked the extra large room, which is generous in size and very comfortable for our 3 night stay. Unfortunately the the seating in the room was stained as was the hallway carpet throughout the hotel The extra large room also comes with a private bicycle to use, but both tires were flat Hopefully 25 hours will spend some money to freshen up the rooms and public spaces and bring her back to standard

Super schickes und ausgefallenes Design, allerdings nicht alles perfekt durchdacht und gepflegt. Schon beim Check-in merkt man: hier ist alles etwas anders. Das Design ist wirklich auffallend anders. Außerdem wird man sofort und konsequent geduzt. Der Aufzug zieht total abgefahren aus (Spiegel und LED Leuchtleisten in Quadraten angeordnet) und erinnert irgendwie an Matrix o.ä. Der Gang zum Zimmer ist schwarz gestrichen. Das Zimmer selber erzeugt erst einmal auch ein "wow" weil es schon sehr cool designed ist. Aber leider war es schon etwas abgewohnt (z.B. einige Flecken auf dem Teppich und auf dem Vorhang der das Bad abtrennt). Unser Vorhang war beim Eintreffen leider aus der Schiene gefallen, das wurde aber umgehend repariert. Das Zimmer selber ist etwas düster und auch die Lichter machen es nicht wirklich hell. Bei mir ist leider der Wohlfühl Faktor ausgeblieben. Das Bett selber bzw. die Matratze war sehr hart, man konnte sich aber wohl einen Soft-Topper bei der Rezeption bestellen was wir nicht gemacht haben für eine Nacht.

Das 25 Hours Hotel bietet ein einzigartiges und modernes Erlebnis. Die kreative Gestaltung der Zimmer und öffentlichen Bereiche schafft eine lebhafte Atmosphäre. Der Service ist freundlich, und die Lage ist zentral. Einige Gäste mögen den besonderen Stil, während andere es als etwas übertrieben empfinden könnten. The 25hours Hotel in Cologne is a true gem, earning a solid 5-star rating. From its excellent location and fabulous design to the spacious, clean rooms, every aspect impresses. Fair prices, coupled with the friendliness of the staff, enhance the overall experience, solidifying its place as one of my favorite hotels.

I must admit, I don't belong to the generation this hotel is geared towards, the millennials and the upcoming generation Z, once they get all that is needed to stay and live in this place. I find the rooms "cool" but in the wrong way; there is a small tabouret to sit on, not even a chair on which you can read or work. That has to be done in the multifunctional lobby, that has many features from previous generations like mechanical Olivetti typewriters that actually function and books on famous photographers mostly of the past, all to remind the guests of generational separation and how they were abandoned by their career oriented parents. There is no real intimacy in the rooms, although you may alter the angle of the mechanical blind separating the hygien block from the rest of the room, to allow the other person to take his/her shower the way she likes it. I mostly travel with one of my children so some intimacy is important. The bed and the shower were otherwise good. And of course there is no shoehorn, the target guests have no difficulties bending over. Breakfast is served in the Neni restaurant on the top floor with a magnificent view over the city of Köln, not really all that beautiful in itself. The quality of the breakfast does not really match the quality of the view.

Wir waren kurz vor Weihnachten für 4 Tage in Köln. Das gesamte Konzept des Hotels insbesondere das Design und die Architektur haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Lara und Fabienne am Empfang ganz wunderbar begleitet und auch Ali an der Bar und Brenda im Frühstücksservice waren besonders hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und Abends der Absacker in der Monkey-Bar, mit dem gemütlichen Kamin und der herrlichen Aussicht war ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Zentrale Lage. Das freundlichste Personal,das ich je erlebt habe. Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel mit Charakter. Nach zwei Tagen haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Unbedingt buchen. Restaurant, Frühstück und die monkey bar sind weitere Highlights....

Das Hotel ist vom Design toll durchdacht und man muss den Machern dankbar sein, dass sich jemand der alten Gerling Zentrale angenommen hat. Allerdings ist das Personal auch sehr von sich überzeugt und es wird eher so getan als ob man leicht im Stress wäre, statt sich am Wohl des Gastes zu orientieren. Absoluter Minuspunkt: im Restaurant ist ohne Reservierung nichts zu machen, die Lösung vom Zimmer aus sich was zu bestellen und abzuholen funktionierte nicht, niemand ging ran.

Schönes Hotel mit besonderer Ausstattung und toller Lage. Viele kleine Gimmicks über die man sich freut . Offenes Badezimmer muss man mögen, ist nicht immer praktisch. Und das Klo ist doch Recht klein . Bett ist sehr bequem und die Regendusche ist toll. Frühstück ist sehr gut auch mit tollen veganen Optionen, allerdings auch sehr kostspielig. Das lohnt nur wenn man wirklich gut Frühstückt.

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und der Teppich hätte längst ausgetauscht werden müssen und sauber war es leider sich nicht. Das Frühstück dahingegen ist überragend.

Begrijp eigenlijk de goede score niet helemaal. Voor een kamer waar je 250 per nacht voor betaald zonder ontbijt verwacht ik wel iets anders. Ontvangst was best ok. Tapijt op de gang was best smerig. Kamer was proper maar het leek al even niet meer gebruikt ivm stof dat er rond vloog. Kamers zijn aan renovatie toe. Na de kerstmarkt bezocht te hebben wilde we nog even rustig iets drinken in de bar. Daar stonden een 20tal personen aan te schuiven en er mochten pas iemand naar binnen als er iemand buiten ging. Bar was ook toegankelijk voor niet gasten. Ook iets dat ik niet begrijp. Dan maar gaan vragen of we in het restaurant nog iets konden drinken en iets klein eten. Dit ging niet wegens te weinig personeel. Zat nochtans bijna niemand binnen. Van armoe naar de kamer. De gratis minibar waar zo enthousiast wordt overgedaan zat enkel 2 flesjes bier en smakeloze plaknootjes in. De bar is op 8ste verdiep en wij hadden kamer op 7de. Van slapen kwam niks in huis tot de bar toe ging. Er was veel lawaai op de kamer te horen van de muziek in de bar. Je hoorde ook constant de tafels en/of stoelen verschuiven. Receptie meerdere keren proberen bellen maar nam niemand op. Ligging was perfect en dat was dan ook het enige positieve. Vind het zeker geen aanrader.

Der Aufenthalt war leider weniger erfreulich. Am Samstagmorgen wurden wir bereits um 7:30 Uhr durch Baulärm vor dem Fenster unsanft geweckt, ohne dass wir im Vorfeld bei der Buchung über die Homepage des Hotels darauf hingewiesen wurden – eine Information, die meiner Meinung nach für ein Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie selbstverständlich sein sollte. Zusätzlich dazu wies die Bettwäsche bedauerlicherweise mehrere Löcher auf. Bei unserer Anmerkung beim Check-out erhielten wir lediglich eine Entschuldigung. Die Baustelle soll nach Aussage des Personals noch bis 2025 bestehen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in diesem Hotel entspricht nicht den Erwartungen.

Stadthotel in guter, zentraler Lage. Dementsprechend ist der Zimmerpreis ausgelegt. Frühstück kommt on top mit 25€ p. Person.

Only stay in this hotel if you don’t want to sleep. Either you are woken by the building noise on either side of the hotel or the cleaning staff starting to vacuum before 9am on a Sunday. After the first night we asked to move rooms due to building noise which meant we didn’t have a room for a whole day only to be told to have a quieter room we need to downgrade. We then had a room right infront of the elevator which meant we heard everyone coming home after a long night. You also can’t open the windows as drunken people are screaming infront of the hotel.

"Goed hotel met enkele minpunten" Kamers waren ruim en mooi ingericht, bedcomfort was goed. Douche erg goed. Badproducten waren ok. Helaas een slechte geluidsisolatie, we konden elke nacht veel geluiden horen uit andere kamers, vooral toen een stel laat in de nacht boven ons arriveerde, werden we allebei ruw wakker. Jammer, misschien beter geluidsisolatie plaatsen in plaats van kaal beton als plafond. De balie is echt ondermaats, vriendelijk maar ook bij tweede bezoek na uitchecken allerlei financiele fouten in hun voordeel (dubbele aanrekeningen, enz). Uitchecken was verschrikkelijk. Op het drukste uur was er maar één stagiair bij het uitchecken. Ze deed het geweldig, maar we passeerden drie keer en elke keer stond er een rij als er meer dan vijf mensen waren. De hotelmanager zou de uitcheckbalie beter moeten bemannen! Gedeelde ruimtes waren gezellig en leuk. Bar op de 8e verdieping, was goed, maar altijd erg druk (ook bezocht door niet-hotelgasten) Kortom een ​​leuk hotel, maar e balie seice moet verbeteren. Locatie een beetje uit de buurt van het centrum ( 15 minuten lopen)

Die Hotelkette 25h ist unser absolute Favorit Lässige Mitarbeiter und trotzdem hoch professionell, zuvorkommend und service orientiert. Sicherlich nicht ganz billig, aber es ist seinen Preis wert bei der Betrachtung des Gesamtpaketes. Sind heute Nacht schon wieder hier und freuen uns bereits jetzt aufs Frühstück morgen im Neni. Super Produktqualität, gute Grundzutaten und die Liebe zum Detail fehlt nie….

I really enjoyed staying in this Hotel! Perfect location, near to the center city of Cologne with a parking lot. The room has everything you need, it is exactly as shown in the photos. All the amenities that are in the fridge are for free. The breakfast they offer was delicious, it's an all you can eat concept and you pay 24 EUR per person. Beautiful views of the city from the restaurant. If you go with your pet you should pay EUR 20 extra per day. The room service is not good, the restaurant never answer me. Friendly staff.

Eine klärende Mail haben wir nie bekommen. 15h Check In ist spät genug. Als wir um 15:20 ankamen, war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und wir wurden weggeschickt. Um 16 Uhr kamen wir wie vereinbart wieder, das Zimmer war immer noch nicht fertig und wir wurden mit einem Gutschein für ein Getränk (eins - für zwei Leute) für die Hotelbar abgespeist, welche wir leider auch nicht besuchen konnten, dazu später mehr. 16:20 durften wir dann rein. Das Zimmer, was wir bekamen, war nicht das, was wir gebucht hatten. Für meinen 30. Geburtstag sollte es das tolle XL Zimmer mit der freistehenden Badewanne mitten im Raum vor dem Bett sein. Das Zimmer sah aber ganz und gar nicht so aus. Wir fragten unten nach und die Dame am Front Desk wusste direkt, was wir meinen. Von dieser Art Zimmer gäbe es im ganzen Hotel nur zwei und wir seien nicht die ersten, die sich darüber beschweren. Für das Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben, hätten wir sicher nicht über 200 Euro bezahlt. Dreckige Wände, dreckige Böden, abgesplitterte Farbe - es sah aus wie ein etwas besseres Hostel-Zimmer. Zu spät bemerkten wir leider auch den großen und widerlichen braunen Fleck auf dem Bettlaken unter den Kissen. Davon wird mir jetzt noch schlecht. Nach dem Abendessen außer Haus kamen wir wieder und wollten unseren Gutschein einlösen, aber keine Chance. Die Leute standen Schlange bis zum Aufzug. Ich verstehe, dass es sich lohnt, die Hotelbar auch für andere Leute zu öffnen. Aber Hotelgäste mit dieser Bar zur Buchung zu locken, Gutscheine dafür zur verteilen und nichts zur Situation vor Ort zu sagen oder zu warnen ist einfach nicht in Ordnung. Mein Freund fragte einen Runner mit Tablett höflich, ob Hotelgäste auch anstehen müssten. Der Typ drehte sich um und blökte laut "Was ist dein Problem, siehst du nicht, dass ich was trage?". Wir haben beide bis vor kurzem in der Gastro gearbeitet, auch während Corona. Wir wissen beide, dass es mal stressig werden kann und man nicht antwortet oder nur "Moment" ruft. Aber so eine Attitüde ist nicht verzeihbar. Fazit ist, dass das Hotel das Geld nicht wert ist. Ich habe mir andere 1-Stern-Bewertungen durchgelesen und viele Menschen berichten Ähnliches. Die Leute am Desk sind sehr bemüht aber man sieht ihnen merklich an, dass sie unter Missmanagement und Unterbesetzung leiden. Es ist nicht so, als hätte ich die krassesten Ansprüche und ich habe viel Verständnis für Dinge, die schiefgehen. Wir waren die letzten zwei Jahre auf Weltreise und haben teilweise in üblen Kaschemmen geschlafen. Aber meinen 30. Geburtstag hatte ich mir anders vorgestellt. Auf die Standard "Tut uns leid, vielleicht wird es beim nächsten Mal besser"-Antwort des Managements (übrigens auch auf eine legitime Beschwerde in Sachen rassistischer Aussagen des Bar-Personals!) verzichte ich übrigens gerne. Ich hätte gerne mein Geld zurück, denn so enttäuscht von einem Hotel war ich bisher noch nie.

Nicht schlecht, ist nicht mehr so meins. Musik sehr eintönig. Wird aber von drei DJ's gemacht. Na ja!!

Schöner Rundumblick auf Köln. Die Vorspeise 3 Varianten war dann doch etwas viel aber Sehr lecker. Das Hauptgericht sehr gut.

Schönes und modern-alternativ eingerichtetes Hotel, direkt an den Kölner Ringen. Die Zimmer sind exorbitant gemütlich eingerichtet und sowohl das Frühstück im 8. Stock, als auch das Abendessen samt Hotelbarerlebnis in der Monkeybar trotzen vor Qualität. Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind jedoch ausbaufähig. Ansonsten eine klare Empfehlung.

Gutes Hotel in Köln. Alles nötige wie Fön, Handtücher, Minibar etc. ist vorhanden. Gemütliches und ausreichend großes Bett. Die Innenausstattung ist modern. Das Ganze ist sauber und gepflegt und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist fussläufig in etwa 20 Minuten zu erreichen.

Schönes stylisches Hotel. Man merkt gelegentlich, dass es nicht als Hotel ursprünglich konzipiert war. Die Bäder / Duschen sind in den Schlafraum integriert. Die Wallboxen in der Tiefgarage sind kostenfrei, einfach an der Rezeption nach dem Chip dafür fragen.

Gehe mir oft Frühstück hier abholen und bin sehr zufrieden und alle sehr Freundlich.

Wir haben schon viele 25hours „bereist“, das ist eines, das unter die Top 3 gehört. Hammer-Architektur, geiles Konzept und entsprechend auch geile Einrichtung. Vor allem aber die Mitarbeitenden: sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. So zuvorkommendes Personal habe ich in Deutschland selten erlebt. Toll!

Wir sind enttäuscht vorzeitig abgereist, da wir im Hotel nicht ruhig schlafen konnten: die Musik aus der Hotelbar war bis tief in die Nacht (ca. 2 Uhr) unerträglich laut zu hören. Um 6 Uhr morgens ging die Musik eine volle Stunde lang weiter. Als Entschädigung wurde uns ein kostenloses Getränk zur Abreise in der Bar angeboten - nein danke, nie wieder !
