The food tastes really great, especially the curry and the spring rolls. But the staff is more than overwhelmed. It is not uncommon for employees to make miscalculations, and a check is always necessary. And there is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Either the sauce is missing, the wrong menu was packed or, or... And without the employees' knowledge of German, it's always an adventure to clear up the grievances.

Telefonisch bestellt und abgeholt. War sehr schnell fertig, viel und sehr lecker. Das es auch sehr günstig ist muss ja auch noch gesagt werden.

Nie wieder! Versalzene Nudeln, Gemüse noch roh, Sauce extra bezahlt aber nicht bekommen, was ich dann leider erst Zuhause (nicht) gesehen/geschmeckt habe. Sie konnte kein Deutsch, außer ,,bitte und danke" hätte nichts genützt, wenn ich zurück gegangen wäre. Nicht mal den Preis von 28€ sie sagte 8 / 20 4 Port. Das Essen war nicht mal 3€ Wert. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen!!

I ordered 1 bún mix, As a Vietnamese people, it’s not Vietnamese taste. We don’t eat like that. I already know so difficult to find real Vietnamese food’s taste in foreign. So I just hope 70% is okay but unfortunately it’s out of my expectation. This food that I ordered, I need to mix with fish sauce, and my food is not enough sauce so I requested more but they gave me soy sauce.

It doesn't work at all. We had food delivered, it arrived almost cold, the breading on the meat was soggy because of the sauce that was poured directly on it instead of in a plastic container. The meat was definitely not baked twice and my order was also wrong, I ordered sweet and sour sauce, but was delivered the version with pineapple. The baked bananas are also absolutely inedible, they also look completely soggy and they are, they look like they haven't even been baked yet, the bananas disgusted me so much that I didn't dare try them. All in all, I really can't recommend this store anymore, it's a shame that it's become this way.

I had vegetables in soy sauce with rice. It was fresh and tasty but too oily. Like it was more oil than soy sauce. The staff was ok. To me the man wasn't angry or rude. It was nice that they told me not to tilt the package because of the sauce.

Rice and vegetables were ok but the meat was visually and taste not good at all (to put it mildly). Price/performance very poor…

I can't understand the worse reviews. I eat here three times a week and am always very satisfied. You sit in a quieter arm of the gallery and can eat peacefully. I think the taste and quality are very good. The prices are fair. The employees are particularly friendly <3

We placed an order worth €50 stating that delivery would take approximately 2 hours. When we politely asked if it was possible to receive delivery a little earlier, we were told it was impossible. After the full 2 ​​hour wait, our order was suddenly canceled without warning. When we called, we were only told that they only had one driver. The person on the phone wasn't particularly friendly either. Overall, this was a disappointing experience.
