So we pick up the food on site and so far it has always been ready quickly (15-30 minutes). We all like it great. Personally, I like the sour-spicy soup best there, and the fried noodles and egg rice also taste great. The snack bar doesn't look that great from the inside but that's not the point.

I ordered a spring roll and 3 Kaiser rolls twice. An hour waiting time for delivery, but that's what was announced when ordering. I was super hungry, and hunger is the best sauce. Otherwise, they are not real spring rolls and not very tasty either. In the end, the 3 stars are deserved: not terrible and I was full afterwards; but I will order somewhere else next time.

My family, my husband, my six-year-old daughter and I ate at Hatoki Restaurant twice. Unfortunately, both visits were a nightmare for my daughter. The young waiter was apparently severely insulted by his superior in his native language. Even though the food was excellent, my daughter became very frightened, started crying and couldn't eat because of her fear. Since then, she has refused to ever go to that restaurant again. As a lawyer, I appeal that this young man and all employees are treated with dignity and in accordance with human rights. Thank you

I lived in a nearby hotel in Moosach and was out all day. In the evening I wanted to eat something and went to the "Hot Wok" restaurant and ordered take-away. The sour and spicy soup (No. 1 on the menu) was mediocre, I've had much better but also worse, so I'll give it three stars. My main course was baked chicken with a sweet and sour sauce with pineapple (No. 36 on the menu). It was very tasty, the baked chicken was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside (not baked for too long). I was really excited about that. The portion was generous, the sauce in an extra cup. For desert I had mango cream (No. 105 on the menu), also very tasty and creamy. I don't rate the drinks, they are the usual bottles/cans. Overall, I give it 5 stars, even if the soup could be improved. I won't rate the ambience because I didn't even look at it, I waited outside until the chef called me in. If I sleep in the hotel in Moosach again, I will get my food here again.

INFO IN ADVANCE: THE STORE DELIVERS AT 12:15 PM AT THE EARLIEST!!!! IT CAN BE APPROXIMATELY FROM 5:00 PM. TAKES 2 HOURS. I've been a driver at this shop for almost a year. The food is always very tasty, but if you use the home service you should be patient. (e.g.: The shop itself opens at 11:00 a.m. But my work starts at 12:00. I'm there at 11:50 and the main door is often still locked. In the store I see a pre-order at 11:45, 99.9% of the food hasn't even started yet. In other words, it CANNOT be delivered before 12:00 p.m.) The boss and his wife work alone, it is not unusual for the order/delivery to take OVER 1.5 hours. If you pick things up yourself, you will be given priority, everyone else will be put at the back. As a driver, I always have to listen to the customer's bad mood, and understandably there are no more tips after 1.5 hours. PLEASE DO NOT TIP ONLINE, the driver will never see it. When I asked about it, the answer I got was that the customer was lying. It's actually a shame because I knew the boss before he opened the shop and became self-employed, and I didn't think that he would treat his not-too-unimportant people/drivers like that. As always, the big ones look down on the little ones. Eat well, the rest goes in the bin.

Terrible food and very unfriendly staff.

That was the worst Asian snack I've ever experienced! Chicken with vegetables (only onions) tasted like it had been reheated twice, I couldn't finish it! I would give minus stars. Because the whole store looked like a warehouse.

The shop is permanently closed, if you stand in front of it you can see that everything in the premises has been emptied.

We have been ordering from there for a long time and have been dissatisfied twice now. Most recently yesterday, the soup was cold and the beef was very tough. That was nothing at all. The quality was really better. We'll probably try again, but if it doesn't work again, then that's it. Unfortunately.

Unfortunately it doesn't taste good anymore. Prices increased, but savings were made on everything. Hardly any vegetables in the noodles. Taste wise, very neutral. We tried again yesterday. Unfortunately disappointed again!!!! That's it for us!!!

Had yellow curry with chicken and rice. Vegetables ok, chicken 'wobbly' and the sauce mixed with water. Rather weak for €9. The conditions were also very unfriendly.

This store doesn't even exist, you can reach Yumira at the phone number. It's a shame that you can reserve a table and then find yourself in front of closed doors!
