This store doesn't even exist, you can reach Yumira at the phone number. It's a shame that you can reserve a table and then find yourself in front of closed doors!

We were a group of 4 and the food mostly was great, everyone enjoyed their food except one where we ordered Korean chicken wings and the highest level of spicy on the menu but it was delivered sweet-chilly. My food was hotter than the super hot chicken wings and i loved my food. The biggest complaint was that even though there was only one other customer eating there, the waiter came to us and asked us to be quite giving a reason that they are part of a hotel. We were having a conversation and laughing out a bit which fairly might've been a little loud but still not loud enough that we disturb an entire hotel. My rating describes that experience other than that if you are going for the food then just go for it.

The shop is permanently closed, if you stand in front of it you can see that everything in the premises has been emptied.

I lived in a nearby hotel in Moosach and was out all day. In the evening I wanted to eat something and went to the "Hot Wok" restaurant and ordered take-away. The sour and spicy soup (No. 1 on the menu) was mediocre, I've had much better but also worse, so I'll give it three stars. My main course was baked chicken with a sweet and sour sauce with pineapple (No. 36 on the menu). It was very tasty, the baked chicken was very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside (not baked for too long). I was really excited about that. The portion was generous, the sauce in an extra cup. For desert I had mango cream (No. 105 on the menu), also very tasty and creamy. I don't rate the drinks, they are the usual bottles/cans. Overall, I give it 5 stars, even if the soup could be improved. I won't rate the ambience because I didn't even look at it, I waited outside until the chef called me in. If I sleep in the hotel in Moosach again, I will get my food here again.

We ordered via Lieferando. If I had read the reviews here beforehand, this wouldn't have happened to us. Absolutely underground. In addition, delivery took much longer than shown in the app. The Thai curry had hardly any taste The rice from the curry was third rate The chicken was missing from the tom kha gai. Some of the sushi was wrong and the taste was “ok” at best. We threw most of it away. Shame about the money.

1 star (if I could give zero, I would) Hot Wok – or as I call it: Cold Joke. Two hours of my life. Two. Whole. Hours. And no damn food. But there are a lot of blatant lies, unprofessional behavior and a level of service that would still be negative even in hell. Let's start from the beginning: I order my food from this so-called “restaurant” – even this word is too much of an honor. An hour passes. Nothing. I'm like, "Okay, maybe traffic, it can happen." So I call. And what does the guy say on the phone? Literally: “The food is on the way.” Spoiler: That was the first of many lies that were shoved in my face as if I was a complete idiot. Another hour later – two hours in total – I call again. And now the plot twist that wouldn't work even in a bad soap: "The order didn't go through." Oh right?! So I waited for air for two hours?! On nothing?! And before that it was supposedly already “on the way”?! How schizophrenic is your store actually running?! What kind of incompetent bunch of incompetents are you? Your organization is worse than a house of cards in a hurricane. And your service? – If service were an animal, this would be a dead fly. I don't want to know what's going on in your kitchen. If you handle orders like that, I don't even want to know what your hygiene is like. Yesterday's delivery note is probably still in the wok, right next to the dignity of your "customer service" that you've obviously lost for years. And to the telephone operator: You lied to me twice. And I hope you read this. The way you deal with customers is so shitty that I would gladly pay for further training in “How to talk to people like an adult.” Say hello to your mother - and ask her where in your upbringing you lost your manners. Ask your father right away - oh, that's right, he probably ran away the first time he went to Hot Wok. And the aunts? They're probably standing in the back of the kitchen twiddling their thumbs because they have no more plan than you. Conclusion: • Eat? Never arrived. • Service? An insult to the word. • Honesty? None. • Professionalism? If you want to look for them, you have to go into the basement at Hot Wok - and keep digging. If you're hungry, eat your microwave's instructions instead - it's more nutritious, honest and probably delivered faster.
