To inspire people to try vegetarian or vegan food, it's important to offer creative and tasty dishes that can also appeal to meat lovers. This means varied preparations and interesting spices. Furthermore, informative descriptions of the ingredients and preparation can pique curiosity and demonstrate how diverse and delicious plant-based cuisine can be. Unfortunately, during our visit, it felt like only salad was served. The antipasti were rather simple, consisting mainly of lettuce, sun-dried tomatoes, stuffed vine leaves, and stuffed small peppers from a jar. The asparagus lasagna wasn't quite to my taste. It was quite overcooked, which made the texture a bit mushy, and the béchamel sauce was far too overpowering, so the flavor was somewhat lost. The side salad was fresh, but I already had the same salad with the starter... The second dish was also filled with salad. All in all, a real shame! The staff was very friendly and attentive!
