The friendliest kebab men from all of Metternich. The shop has changed names several times and is now called Uludag again and there is a father-son team behind the counter. No matter when I come in there, the two of them are always in a good mood and greet you very friendly. We always strike up a conversation and have a good time. Yesterday I spontaneously felt like eating pide again and realized that it wasn't even on the menu. When I asked, my dad made me one anyway and it tasted really good. Not quite the traditional shape but well topped and crispy on the edge. The meat tastes really good and juicy, and the vegetables always look fresh and delicate. Unfortunately, in winter the skewers are often empty quickly in the evening. But I can understand that it's no longer worth hanging up a new one after 8 p.m. in cold weather. Overall, you get above-average service here with delicious kebabs at a standard price. Some other kebab shops in the immediate area can learn something from this. I like going to the boys. Keep it up.
